The title compound, (E)-2,2,2-trifluoro-N-[2-(2-nitrovinyl)phenyl]acetamide, was synthesized and characterized by 1H and 13C NMR and HRMS spectroscopy. Its molecular configuration was investigated by X-ray crystallography. The crystal structure analysis revealed that the structure exhibits intermolecular hydrogen bonds of the type N–H…O and intermolecular hydrogen bonds of the type N–H…F, and molecules are linked by weak C–H…O contacts. Furthermore, the two oxygen atoms of nitro group are disordered over two positions, respectively, with site occupancy factors of 0.8:0.2 and 0.6:0.4. Three fluorine atoms are also disordered over two positions, respectively, one fluorine atom with site occupancy factors of 0.6:0.4 and the other two fluorine atoms with site occupancy factors of 0.5:0.5.  相似文献

A novel pyrazolone derivative 2-anilino-6H-5-(1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone-4-ylene)-1,3,4-thiadiazine (PMCP-PTSC) containing NNS hexa-atomic heterocycle has been obtained and characterized by means of single crystal X-ray diffraction, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopies. It is interesting that when grown from two different solvents, two different crystalline structures are formed. The monoclinic crystal A belongs to a P21/c space group. The unit cell parameters are a = 16.414(4) Å, b = 12.530(3) Å, c = 8.432(1) Å, = 91.75(2) Å, and Z = 4. The triclinic crystal B belongs to a P space group. The unit cell parameters are a = 11.386(2) Å, b = 12.326(2) Å, c = 12.411(3) Å, = 83.07(1)°, = 87.76(2)°, = 86.52(2)°, and Z = 4. The structure analyses show the title compound is the keto-form. Dimers in crystal packing of A and supramolecular one-dimensional (B) concatenate structures were assembled by the intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

1-(4-Bromobenzyl)-4-methyl-2,6,7-trioxabicyclo[2.2.2]octane, C13H15BrO3, has been synthesized from 4-bromophenylacetic acid chloride via the oxetan ester (3-methyl-3-oxetanyl)methyl-2-(4-bromophenyl)acetate. The crystal structure of the title compound has been determined at low temperature (120 K), by X-ray diffraction methods. This compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n (No. 14), Z = 4, with lattice parametersa = 6.019(5), b = 20.990(5), c = 9.915(2) Å, and = 101.29(1)°.  相似文献

Dichlorobis(8-(diphenylphosphinyl)quinoline)nickel(II) was formed in the reaction of 8-(diphenylphosphino)quinoline with nickel chloride in air. The title complex crystallized in P1 with the following cell dimensions: a = 8.5685(3) Å, b = 10.7736(2) Å, c = 13.4391(5) Å, and = 110.447(2)°, = 94.577(2)°; = 111.138(2)°, giving a volume of 1053.75(6) Å3. The trans-dichlorobis(8-(diphenylphosphinyl)quinoline) nickel(II) adapts a central symmetric distorted octahedron. The structure is compared to other nickel(II) cation complexes, and possible reasons for the bonding states are discussed.  相似文献

The synthesis and spectral identification of 1-(4-fluorobenzyl)-2-(4-cyanophenyl)-1H-benzimidazole-5-carbonitrile (1) have been reported. IR, 1H NMR, and EI mass spectral analysis were used for its spectral identification. The structure of 1 was confirmed by X-ray crystallographic studies. Intramolecular hydrogen bond occurs between the imidazole nitrogen and one of hydrogen of the florobenzene. The crystal packing is governed by C–HN intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The molecular structure observed in crystal and the optimised geometries at the HF level by doing semi-empirical and ab initio calculations were compared.  相似文献

1-Acetyl-3,6-diphenyl-1,4-dihydro-1,2,4,5-tetrazine (1) was prepared and its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. Crystallization of 1 occurs in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a =15.180(5) Å, b = 9.216(4) Å, c =10.129(7) Å; = 101.99(5)°; and Z =4. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to an R value of 0.0414. The central six-membered ring of the compound of 1 has a boat conformation and is not homoaromatic.  相似文献

A new monophosphate Na1.28Ni0.86Fe2(PO4)3 has been synthesized by a flux method and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Ibmm with the parameters: a = 6.438(2) Å, b = 10.515(3) Å, c = 13.166(3) Å, Z = 4. The structure is built up from Fe2O10 units of edge-sharing FeO6 octahedra, which are connected through the corners of MO6 (M = Ni2+ or a vacancy) octahedra and PO4 tetrahedra to form a three-dimensional framework analogous to that of -CrPO4. Of the two crystallographically distinct Na+ sites contained in this structure, one is totally filled whereas the other is 28% occupied.  相似文献

The title compound (C18H26N6Cl2) crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 14.867(4) Å}, b = 7.758(2) Å}, c = 9.671(3) Å}, = 108.78(1), V = 1056.0(5) Å}3, Z = 2, Dcal = 1.250 Mg/m3 at T = 293 K. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by full-matrix least-squares procedures to final R = 0.0650 and wR = 0.1719 using 2493 reflections. The imidazole ring is planar and the n-butyl chain adopts an extended conformation. The molecules in the crystal are stabilized by N–H s N type of intermolecular hydrogen bondings in addition to van der Waals forces.  相似文献

The title compound (C22H19NOS) was synthesized, characterized and structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. 3-[2-Oxo-2-(4-methyloxyphenylsulfonamidophenyl)ethylidene]-3,4-dihydro-1H-quinox-alin-2-one (4) was synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR, IR, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. 1-(4-Chloro-benzoyl)-3-naphthalen-1-yl-thiourea has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry. The crystal and molecular structure of the title compound has been determined from single crystal X-ray diffraction data. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1, with a = 6.962(1) Å, b = 10.770(3) Å, c = 11.738(2) Å, = 65.76(2)°, = 80.03(1)°, = 84.86(2)°, and D calc= 1.432 g cm–1 for Z = 2. The thermal behavior of the compound has been studied by DTA and TG. The antibacterial activities of the title compound were investigated for three Gram (+) and two Gram (–) bacteria by employing broth microdilution method and subsequently, inhibitory activity against yeast-like fungi was also determined.  相似文献

Methyl 4-((E)-2-{3-[(3-{(E)-2-[4-(methoxycarbonyl)phenyl]-1-diazenyl}-5, 5-dimethyl hexahydro-1-pyrimidinyl)methyl]-5, 5- dimethylhexahydro-1- pyrimidinyl}-1- diazenyl) benzoate (1) has been synthesized by reaction of a mixture of formaldehyde and 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine with p-methoxycarbonylbenzenediazonium chloride. The crystal structure of 1 has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals of 1 displayed problems of disorder; the asymmetric unit is built up by two independent molecules, which display disorder within a methoxycarbonyl group. The two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit are very similar, differing only slightly about the mutual orientation of the aryltriazenyl groups. With respect to the N–C–N bridge between the hexahydropyrimidinyl rings, the two equivalent fragments containing the triazene moieties are in a cis orientation. The N–N single bonds, in the range 1.319(4)–1.348(4) Å, and the N=N double bonds, in the range 1.255(5)–1.275(4) Å, indicate significant conjugations within the triazene moieties. All the hexahydropyrimidine six-membered rings adopt a chair conformation as shown by their puckering parameters. The crystal packing is determined only by simple van der Waals interactions. The crystal structure of 1 is compared with the previously reported structure of the unbranched hexahydropyrimidine analogue 2. 1-Methyl-2-phenylindolizine-3-acetonitrile was unexpectedly obtained in the reaction of 1-methyl-2-phenylindolizine-3-thioaldehyde with cyanide ions. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell parameters a = 15.6239(15) ?, b = 14.0537(14) ?, c = 5.8396(5) ?, β = 92.666(3)°, V = 1280.8 (2) ?3, and Z = 4. The main goal of our work was the synthesis and characterization of ZnS(aminopropane)n hybrid inorganic‐organic layered materials. The basic material of our investigation was ZnS(1,3‐dap)1/2, (where dap denotes diaminopropane). Its crystal structure has been solved by X‐ray powder diffraction methods. This layered compound was prepared using 1,3‐diaminepropane, zinc sulphate (ZnSO4) and tioacetamide (CH3CSNH2). We have also tried to obtain and characterize other materials: ZnS(1‐ap) and ZnS(1,2‐dap), where ap denotes aminopropane. But in these last two cases diffraction patterns were of much poorer quality, which prevented a full structural survey; thus we cannot directly prove that hybrid lamellar materials were obtained. All compounds were studied using X‐ray diffraction, chemical analysis, UV‐vis spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Additionally, using X‐ray diffraction as a function of temperature, we obtained information about structural changes of obtained composite materials under temperature treatment. The crystal and molecular structure of the antimalarial compound 5,7-methoxy-8-(3-methyl-1-buten-3-ol)-coumarin, C16H18O5, M r = 290.3 Da, has been determined from X-ray diffraction data. The material crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with 4 molecules per unit cell of dimensions a = 8.9044(9), b = 17.623(1), c = 10.175(1) Å, = 113.97(1)°, crystal density D c = 1.322 g/cm3. The structure was determined using direct methods and refined by full-matrix least squares to a conventional R index of 0.066 for 2416 measured reflections and 206 parameters.The coumarin ring system is almost planar with the methoxy C atoms rotated slightly out of the coumarin mean plane. Apart from the terminal CH3 groups C(12) and C(13), which are 1.184(3) Å above and –1.315(3) Å below the plane, the 3-methyl-1-buten-3-ol substituent is planar (rms deviation 0.009 Å) making an angle of 6.31(7)° with the phenyl ring. One intermolecular hydrogen bond is present in the crystal structure between O(5)–HO(5) and the symmetry related O(2) oxygen, generated by the symmetry operation (x, 1/2 – y, –1/2 + z).  相似文献

The synthesis and structural characterization of Methyl 6-chloro-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-5-formyl-2-methyl-1,4-dihydropyridine-3-carboxylate is described. The structure was refined to R1 = 0.0470 for 2665 reflections (with I > 2(I)). Crystal data: C15H13C12NO3, monoclinic,space group P21/c, a = 11.163(9), b = 14.484(8), c = 9.422(7) Å, V = 1512.9(19) Å3, Z = 4. The results of crystallographic and molecular modeling (AM1) were compared. The Cl atom attached to the phenyl group has two possible orientations, having 75% (sp) and 25% (ap) occupancy, respectively. The molecules in the crystal are held together by means of intermolecular hydrogen bonds of the type N=H...O and by C=H...O interactions.  相似文献
