Monodisperse polyacrolien (PA) microspheres were obtained by a single step process via two mechanisms: (a) aqueous polymerization of acrolein under alkaline conditions and (b) aqueous radical polymerization of acrolein by irradiation with a cobalt source. The diameter of the former microspheres can be varied from 0.04 up to 8 μm. The monodispersity of the system is also discussed. The diameter of the latter microspheres can be varied up to 0.2 μm. Hybrido PA microspheres were formed by grafting PA microspheres of average diameter of 0.1 μm obtained by irradiation onto the surface of PA microspheres produced by the alkaline mechanism. The aldehyde content of the microspheres prepared by irradiation is much higher than those of the microspheres formed under alkaline conditions. The aldehyde groups were used for the covalent binding of ligands containing primary amino groups, such as proteins and drugs, in a single step under physiological pH.  相似文献

Layers containing oxygen compounds of copper and nickel and(or) of one of transition metals (manganese, cobalt, iron) were formed on an aluminum alloy by the plasma-electrolytic oxidation method. The layers were characterized by means of X-ray phase analysis, X-ray fluorescence microanalysis, and scanning electron microscopy and tested in the reaction of CO oxidation to CO2.  相似文献

An accurate and simple method has been developed for the determination of Pt, Ru, Ir and other elements employing instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA). Nondestructive analysis has been carried out for the determination of these elements in different rock samples such as Dolerite, Dyke Dolerite, Country Basalt, Hyaloclastite, Trachyte, Ijolite, Spillite, Diorite and Lamprophyre from various locations like Daman, Tapti, Murud, Talasari, Ranala and Bassein in Maharashtra state. High flux provided by the CIRUS reactor (1×1013 n cm?2s?1) has been used for thermal neutron bombardment followed by radioassaying of the (n,γ) products on a HPGe detector coupled to a PC-based MCA unit.  相似文献

New bis-phthalimides were synthesized by 2: 1 condensation of phthalic anhydride and tetrachlorophthalic anhydride with 1,2,4-triazole-3,5-diamine, pyridine-2,6-diamine, and 4-hydroxypyrimidine- 2,6-diamine. The synthesized compounds were characterized by elemental analyses and IR, 1H NMR, and mass spectra. Their interaction with calf thymus DNA (ct-DNA) was studied by UV-Vis spectrophotometry, cyclic voltammetry, and viscosity measurements, which revealed intercalative mode of binding to ct-DNA. Antibacterial activity of the synthesized compounds against Escherichia coli and Streptococcus mutans was assessed in vitro by the agar well diffusion method. The antioxidant activity of these compounds was estimated by DPPH assay.  相似文献

Metal-free tetraazachlorin (TAC), -bacteriochlorin (TAB), and -isobacteriochlorin (TAiB) were characterized by electronic absorption, magnetic circular dichroism (MCD), fluorescence, and time-resolved ESR (TR-ESR) spectroscopy, and by cyclic voltammetry. The results are compared with those of metal-free tetraazaporphyrin (TAP). The potential difference DeltaE between the first oxidation and reduction couples decreases in the order TAP>TAiB>TAC>TAB. The splitting of both the Q and Soret bands decreases in the order TAB>TAC>TAP>TAiB. Corresponding to the split absorption bands, MCD spectra show a minus-to-plus pattern with increasing energy in both the Q and Soret regions, which suggests that the energy difference between the HOMO and second HOMO is larger than that between the LUMO and second LUMO. These spectroscopic properties and redox potentials were reproduced by molecular orbital calculations using the ZINDO/S Hamiltonian. The fluorescence quantum yields of the reduced species are much smaller than that of TAP. The zero-field splitting (ZFS) parameters D and E of the excited triplet states (T1) of these species decrease and increase, respectively, on going from TAP to TAC and further to TAB. The D and E values of TAiB are larger than those of the other species. The results are supported by the absence of interaction between the spin over reduced pyrrole moieties of the HOMO and over the LUMO, and by calculations of ZFS under a half-point-charge approximation.  相似文献

The concentrations of Cd, Co, Cr, Fe, Mo, Ni, Se, Ti, V and Zn in biological fluids, human blood serum and market milk were determined by neutron activation analysis, with enrichment by coprecipitation. The pre-concentration of these trace elements was accomplished by converting the dissolved trace metal ions into their pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate (1-pyrrolidinecarbodithioate) chelates, followed by coprecipitation with a metal carrier such as Ni, Pb or Bi. The coprecipitation was carried out prior to irradiation for the short-lived nuclides (V, Ti and Se) and after irradiation for the other elements. The validity of the method was checked using certified biological reference materials; the concentrations of trace elements found by the proposed method agreed well with the published certified data. The limits of detection for Cd, Co, Cr, Fe, Mo, Ni, Se (obtained through the long-lived isotope 75Se) and Zn under the present experimental conditions were found to be 5, 5, 10, 520, 5, 70, 10 and 150 ng, respectively, for 5 ml of biological liquor. The limits of detection for Ti and V obtained (through their short-lived radionuclides 51Ti and 52V, respectively) were found to be 180 and 1.4 ng, respectively, for 50 ml of market milk, or 70 and 0.7 ng for 1 ml of blood serum.  相似文献

We have regiospecifically generated the alpha,2-, alpha,3-, and alpha,4-dehydrophenoxide anions by collisional activation of o-, m-, and p-nitrobenzoate. The alpha,2 and alpha,4 isomers also were synthesized by reacting o-benzyne radical anion with carbon dioxide and electron ionization of p-diazophenol. All three dehydrophenol radical anions were differentiated from each other and identified by probing their chemical reactivity with several reagents. Each isomer was converted to phenoxide and its corresponding quinone as well. Thermochemical measurements were carried out on all three radical anions and their hydrogen-atom affinities, proton affinities, and electron binding energies are reported. These measured quantities are combined in thermodynamic cycles to derive the heats of formation of each of the radical anions and their corresponding carbenes (i.e., alpha,2-, alpha,3-, and alpha,4-dehydrophenol). These results are compared to MCQDPT2, G3, G2+(MP2), and B3LYP calculations and experimental data for appropriate reference compounds.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] This study is a multinational, multidisciplinary contribution to the thermochemistry of dimethyl1,4-cubanedicarboxylate and the corresponding isomeric, cuneane derivative and provides both structural and thermochemical information regarding the rearrangement of dimethyl 1,4-cubanedicarboxylate to dimethyl 2,6-cuneanedicarboxylate. The enthalpies of formation in the condensed phase at T = 298.15 K of dimethyl 1,4-cubanedicarboxylate (dimethyl pentacyclo[4.2.0.0.(2,5)0.(3,8)0(4,7)]octane-1,4-dicarboxylate) and dimethyl 2,6-cuneanedicarboxylate (dimethyl pentacyclo[3.3.0.0.(2,4)0.(3,7)0(6,8)]octane-2,6-dicarboxylate) have been determined by combustion calorimetry, delta(f) H(o)m (cr)/kJ x mol(-1) = -232.62 +/- 5.84 and -413.02 +/- 5.16, respectively. The enthalpies of sublimation have been evaluated by combining vaporization enthalpies evaluated by correlation-gas chromatography and fusion enthalpies measured by differential scanning calorimetry and adjusted to T = 298.15 K, delta(cr) (g)Hm (298.15 K)/kJ x mol(-1) = 117.2 +/- 3.9 and 106.8 +/- 3.0, respectively. Combination of these two enthalpies resulted in delta(f) H(o)m (g., 298.15 K)/kJ x mol(-1) of -115.4 +/- 7.0 for dimethyl 1,4-cubanedicarboxylate and -306.2 +/- 6.0 for dimethyl 2,6-cuneanedicarboxylate. These measurements, accompanied by quantum chemical calculations, resulted in values of delta(f) Hm (g, 298.15 K) = 613.0 +/- 9.5 kJ x mol(-1) for cubane and 436.4 +/- 8.8 kJ x mol(-1) for cuneane. From these enthalpies of formation, strain enthalpies of 681.0 +/- 9.8 and 504.4 +/- 9.1 kJ x mol(-1) were calculated for cubane and cuneane by means of isodesmic reactions, respectively. Crystals of dimethyl 2,6-cuneanedicarboxylate are disordered; the substitution pattern and structure have been confirmed by determination of the X-ray crystal structure of the corresponding diacid.  相似文献

RVO3 perovskites have been prepared in the widest range of R (3+) ionic size, from LaVO3 to LuVO3. Pure polycrystalline samples have been obtained by a citrate technique leading to reactive RVO4 precursors, followed by thermal treatments in a reducing H2/N2 (15/85%) flow to stabilize V(3+) cations. These oxides have been studied at room temperature by high-resolution neutron powder diffraction to follow the evolution of the crystal structures along the series. The distortion of the orthorhombic perovskite (space group Pbnm), characterized by the tilting angle of the VO6 octahedra, progressively increases from La to Lu due to simple steric factors. Additionally, all of the perovskites show a subtle distortion of the VO6 octahedra which significantly increases from La to Tb, and then slightly decreases for the last terms of the series. The stability of the crystal structure is also discussed in light of bond-valence arguments.  相似文献

A series of novel quinoline-proline hybrids ( 11a-g ) and quinoline-proline-1,2,3-triazole hybrids ( 12-14 ) were synthesized by click chemistry based on molecular hybridization concept and were characterized by NMR, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis. All the titled target compounds were tested for antitubercular activity by MABA and LORA methods by in vitro. Interestingly, two compounds (2R,4S)-1-((2-cyclopropyl-4-(4-fluorophenyl)-quinolin-3-yl)-methyl)-4-(4-nitrobenzamido)-N-phenylpyrrolidine-2-carboxamide ( 11b ) and (2R,4S)-1-((2-cyclopropyl-4-(4-fluorophenyl)-quinolin-3-yl)-methyl)-4-(4-fluorobenzamido)-N-phenylpyrrolidine-2-carboxamide ( 11c ) exhibited significant activity against the tested Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv strain. Further, the cytotoxicity ( CC 50 ) profile of the titled compounds against the Vero cell was performed and discussed. A molecular docking study of the hit compounds ( 11b and 11c ) was also performed to find their putative binding interaction with the active site of the target proteins. Finally, in silico ADMET properties were also predicted for all the synthesized molecules to evaluate their drug-likeness behavior.  相似文献

A method for the simultaneous microdetermination of carbon, hydrogen, chlorine, bromine, sulfur, and metals which combines features of the known intermediate storage technique in organic microanalysis and formation of the metal-oxine complex, is described. Carbon and hydrogen are determined gravimetrically as usual. Sulfur and halogens are absorbed and stored on electrolytic silver. After completion of the combustion, the oxygen is replaced first by nitrogen and secondly by hydrogen which liberates the sulfur as sulfur dioxide and halogens as hydrogen halides and regenerates the silver layer. The liberated gases can be easily absorbed by dilute hydrogen peroxide and determined titrimetrically. The metal oxide, remaining in the platinum boat, is dissolved in a mixture of nitric-perchloric acids in a test tube and the metal content is determined gravimetrically and titrimetrically using 8-hydroxyquinoline.  相似文献

Acetylenic lithium alcoholates were synthesized by reactions of 1-hexyne, 1-octyne, and phenylacetylene with butyllithium with subsequent reaction of the resulting acetylides with isocamphanone, (±)-camphor, (+)-fenchone, isofenchone, and adamanthanone. The latter reaction is controlled by steric factors. Lithium alcoholates were used to synthesize the corresponding alcohols, ethers, and esters. Configurational assessment of the products was performed on the basis of quantum-chemical calculations and X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献
