The copper-catalyzed β-boration of α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds with tetrahydroxydiborane has been developed. This diboron reagent allows direct, efficient access to boronic acids and their derivatives. Primary, secondary, and tertiary α,β-unsaturated amides are converted to the corresponding β-trifluoroboratoamides in good to excellent yields. The β-boration of a variety of α,β-unsaturated esters and ketones is also reported.  相似文献

A visible light-mediated approach for the preparation of α-bromo-α,β-unsaturated ketones and aldehydes was developed. In comparison to traditional methods that generally take two steps to afford the above compounds, this protocol was highlighted by its operational simplicity, avoiding using hazardous bromine and mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

The reactions of zirconium-dience complexes, ZrCp2(s-cis-diene), with bifunctional electrophiles, i.e. α,β-unsaturated ketones, unsaturated esters and substituted oxacyclopropanes, were investigated. Reaction of ZrCp2(s-cis-isoprene) with an equivalent of 3-buten-2-one or alkyl acrylates, selectively gives 1,2-addition products. CC bond formation occured at the C(1) atom of the isoprene moiety whereas 1,3-pentadiene-, 2-methyl-1,3-pentadiene- and 2,4-dimethyl-1,3-pentadiene complexes induced the regioselective 1,2-addition at the C(4) position of the diene moiety. Phenyloxacyclopropane and 2-methyl-3-phenyl-oxacyclopropane also react with ZrCp2(isoprene) leading to CC bond formation from the C(1) atom of isoprene to the oxirane carbon bearing the phenyl group. The corresponding reactions of 2-methyl-2-butene-1,4-diylmagnesium with α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds were also studied and found to give quite different products.  相似文献

Promoted by triethylamine, α,β-unsaturated N-acylbenzotriazoles reacted with amino compounds in a variety of ways. Thus, N-cinnamoylbenzotriazoles reacting with aromatic amines afforded novel addition products β-benzotriazolyl amides 3, which might be normally formed from the alternative but unknown 1,4-addition of benzotriazole to N-cinnamoylamides. The type 3 compounds could also result from the reaction between N-crotonoylbenzotriazole and aliphatic amines. However, normal 1,4-addition could occur between α,β-unsaturated aliphatic N-acylbenzotriazoles and aromatic amines, leading to β-amino N-acylbenzotriazoles 4 in good yields. In addition, exclusive 1,2-addition of aliphatic amines to N-cinnamoylbenzotriazoles gave excellent yields of cinnamides 5. Accordingly, three possible routes were proposed to rationalize the formation of compounds 3-5. Finally, with o-phenylenediamine and o-aminothiophenol as the substrates, the 1,4- and 1,2-addition to α,β-unsaturated N-acylbenzotriazoles could take place concurrently and the corresponding heterocycles 1,5-benzodiazepine-2-one and 1,5-benzothiazepine-4-one were constructed, respectively.  相似文献

A novel rhodium-catalyzed conjugate addition of indium reagents to electron deficient olefins is reported. The reaction takes place in THF/MeOH at 110 °C using arylindium dichlorides, a rhodium(I)-binap complex as catalyst, and α,β-unsaturated ketones and lactones in good yields (45–94%). The addition of MeOH is crucial for an efficient transformation and NMR studies seem to indicate that promotes the catalytic cycle leaving the indium organometallic unaltered. The use of chiral non-racemic ligands allows performing the reaction with moderate enantioselectivities.  相似文献

Convenient and regioselective syntheses of 1,2-annulated, and 1,2-, 5,6- and 1,2-, 7,8-bisannulated polycyclic indolizine derivatives have been achieved by one-pot tandem reactions of cyclic N-ylides derived from the corresponding N-substituted pyridinium, quinolinium, and isoquinolinium salts 1-3 with dichloro substituted α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds 4-7. The reactions of the N-ylides with 2,3-dichloroindenone 4, 3,4-dichlorocoumarin 5, and 4a,6,7,8a-tetrachloro-1,4-methanonaphthalene-5,8-dione 6 proceed by sequential [3+2] cycloaddition and elimination of hydrogen chlorides from the cycloadducts. On the other hand, reactions of the N-ylides with 2,3-dichloro-1,4-naphthoquinone 7 take place via a novel reaction sequence to give the products 15-17.  相似文献

Alkylation reactions of the nucleoside guanosine (Guo) by the α,β-unsaturated compounds (α,β-UC) acrylonitrile (AN), acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid (AA) and acrolein (AC), which can act as alkylating agents of DNA, were investigated kinetically. The following conclusions were drawn: i) The Guo alkylation mechanism by AC is different from those brought about the other α,β-UC; ii) for the first three, the following sequence of alkylating potential was found: AN > AM > AA; iii) A correlation between the chemical reactivity (alkylation rate constants) of AN, AM, and AA and their capacity to form adducts with biomarkers was found. iv) Guo alkylation reactions for AN and AM occur through Michael addition mechanisms, reversible in the first case, and irreversible in the second. The equilibrium constant for the formation of the Guo-AN adduct is K(eq) (37 °C) = 5 × 10(-4); v) The low energy barrier (≈10 kJ mol(-1)) to reverse the Guo alkylation by AN reflects the easy reversibility of this reaction and its possible correction by repair mechanisms; vi) No reaction was observed for AN, AM, and AA at pH < 8.0. In contrast, Guo alkylation by AC was observed under cellular pH conditions. The reaction rate constants for the formation of the α-OH-Guo adduct (the most genotoxic isomer), is 1.5-fold faster than that of γ-OH-Guo. vii) a correlation between the chemical reactivity of α,β-UC (alkylation rate constants) and mutagenicity was found.  相似文献

The reaction of the α-sulfinyl carbanion of dichloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxide with α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds gave 1-chlorocyclopropyl p-tolyl sulfoxides having a carbonyl group in good to high yields. The carbonyl groups in the products were reduced or treated with alkylmetals to give alcohols. Finally, the alcohols were treated with Grignard reagent to give α-allenic alcohols via the rearrangement of the cyclopropylmagnesium carbenoid intermediates, which were generated by the sulfoxide-magnesium exchange reaction, in good to high yields. This procedure provides a new method for a short synthesis of various α-allenic alcohols in two or three steps from relatively easily available α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds.  相似文献

Regioselective Michael addition of purine derivatives to α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds could be catalyzed by d-aminoacylase amano (DA) in DMSO. The influence of reaction conditions on the Michael addition, including solvent, temperature, and enzyme concentration was systematically investigated. Then we extended this methodology to six structurally diverse purine derivatives and a variety of α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds. 21 Michael adducts were selectively synthesized in moderate to high yields. It is the first report on enzyme-catalyzed Michael addition for the preparation of purine derivatives.  相似文献

An efficient method for the conjugate addition of unactivated alkyl iodides to α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds using indium/copper in water is described. The reactions proceed more efficiently in water than in organic solvents. In, CuI, and InCl3 are all essential for efficient reaction. Formation of a symmetrical vic-diarylalkane is observed when an aryl-substituted alkene is used as substrate.  相似文献

The solvated ion pair [(C8H17)3NCH3]+[RhCl4], formed from aqueous rhodium trichloride and Aliquat®-336 in a two-phase liquid system, was shown to hydrogenate α,β-unsaturated ketones and esters selectively at the C-C double bonds. The reduction of benzylideneacetophenone was found to follow first-order kinetics in the substrate only below 0.2 M, and to approach second-order in H2; at partial pressures of < 0.12 atm. The catalysis also proved to depend on the nature of the solvent, the phase transfer catalyst and the stirring rate. The observed activation energy Ea = 12.4 kcal mol−1 suggests that the process is both chemically and diffusion controlled.  相似文献

The thermal reactions of Ru3(CO)12 with RCOCH=CHPh (R=Me, p-MeC6H4) in hydrocarbon solvents lead to the formation of a series of complexes, several of which have been isolated as individual compounds by chromatography. The dinuclear complex Ru2(-H)(CO)6(-MeCOCH=CPh) and the tetranuclear complex Ru4(-H)(-CO)(CO)7(p-MeC 6H4 COCH=CPh)(-p-MeC6H4COCH=CPh)(4-p-MeC6H3COCH=CHPh) are characterized by an X-ray structural study. The structures of other reaction products are discussed on the basis of spectral data.
