This paper reports that a series of Nd3+:Er3+:Yb3+ co-doped borosilicate glasses have been prepared and their absorption spectra measured. The J--O intensity parameters Ωk (k=2, 4, 6), spontaneous radiative lifetime τrad, spontaneous transition probability A, fluorescence branching ratio β and oscillator strength fed of the Nd3+ ions at room temperature are calculated based on Judd--Ofelt (J--O) theory. The temperature dependence of the up-conversion photoluminescence characteristics in a Nd3+:Er3+:Yb3+ co-doped sample is studied under a 978 nm semiconductor laser excitation, and the energy transfer mechanisms among Yb3+, Er3+ and Nd3+ ions are analysed. The results show that the J--O intensity parameters Ω2 increase when the Nd3+ concentration of the Nd3+:Er3+:Yb3+ co-doped borosilicate glasses increases. The possibility of spontaneous transition is small and lifetimes are long at levels of 4F5/2 and 4F3/2. The intensity of Nd3+ emissions at 595, 691, 753, 813 and 887 nm are markedly enhanced when the sample temperature exceeds 400 K. The reasons being the cooperation of the secondary sensitization from Er3+ to Nd3+ and the contribution of a multi-phonon.  相似文献

Using Fourier-transform spectra (Bruker IFS 120 HR, resolution ≈0.004 cm−1) of NH3 in nine branches of the ν2, 2ν2 and ν4 bands, self-broadening and self-shift as well as self-mixing coefficients have been determined at room temperature (T=295 K) for more than 350 rovibrational lines located in the spectral range 1000–1800 cm−1. A non-linear least-squares multispectrum fitting procedure, including line mixing effects, has been used to retrieve successively the line parameters from 11 experimental spectra recorded at different pressures of pure NH3. The accuracies of self-broadening coefficients are estimated to be better than 2% for most lines. The mean accuracies of line-mixing and line-shift data are estimated to be about 15% and 25%, respectively. The results are compared with previous measurements and with values calculated using a semiclassical model based upon the Robert–Bonamy formalism that reproduces rather well the systematic experimental J and K quantum number dependencies of the self-broadening coefficients.The results concerning line mixing demonstrate a large amount of coupling between the symmetric and asymmetric components of inversion doublets mainly in the ν4 band. The line mixing parameters are both positive and negative. More than two thirds of the lines studied here have a positive shift coefficient. However, for most of them the shift coefficients are negative in the 2ν2 band. They are positive for the R branch of the ν2 band and for the PR and RP branches of the ν4 band. For the other branches they are both positive and negative. Some components of inversion doublets illustrate a correlation between line mixing and shift phenomena demonstrated by a quadratic pressure dependence of line position.  相似文献

Structural, vibrational and electronic properties of LaMnO 3 under pressures up to 38 GPa have been studied by synchrotron X-ray powder diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, optical reflectivity, and transport measurements. The cooperative Jahn-Teller distortion of the MnO 6 octahedra of the perovskite-type structure is continuously suppressed with increasing pressure, a process which appears completed at ~20 GPa. The system remains insulating to 32 GPa, where an insulator-metal transition is observed. This transition is attributed to strengthened Mn--O--Mn interactions due to the increasing overlap of atomic orbitals.  相似文献

利用电子束蒸发方法,在不同沉积温度 (50~350 ℃)下制备了Sc2O3薄膜。分别用分光光度计,小角掠入射X射线衍射仪和轮廓仪测试了薄膜样品的光谱、微结构和表面粗糙度信息,并用薄膜分析软件Essential Macleod计算了Sc2O3薄膜的折射率和消光系数。结果表明:随着沉积温度升高,Sc2O3薄膜结晶程度增强,晶粒尺寸增大,且较高的沉积温度有利于获得较高的折射率。最后用355 nm,8 ns的三倍频Nd:YAG激光器测试了其激光损伤阈值(LIDT),最大值为2.6 J/cm2,且阈值与薄膜的消光系数、表面粗糙度、光学损耗均呈现相反的变化趋势。用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜表征了该薄膜的破坏形貌,详细分析了薄膜在不同激光能量作用下破坏的发展过程,以及Sc2O3薄膜在355 nm紫外激光作用下LIDT与制备工艺的关系,重点分析了355 nm激光作用下薄膜的破坏机理。  相似文献

Hybrid nanomaterials have attracted considerable interest in environmental science, analytical chemistry and atomic spectroscopy. In the present study, a column solid phase extractioo procedure was developed for the separation and preconcentration of indium in various matrixes by using hybrid nanomaterial B2O3/ZrO2 (HNMBZ). Various experimental and analytical parameters such as sample solution pH, sample solution volume, flow rate of sample solution and eluent, volume and concentration of eluent aod amount of HNMBZ, effect of common matrix ions and capacity of sorbent were investigated. The adsorbed metal ions on HNMBZ were eluted with 6 mL of 1 mol·L-1 HNO3 solutions and their concentrations were determined by high-resolution continuum source flame atomic absorption spectrometry (HR-CS FAAS). Under the optimized conditions, detection limits for indium for 3 pixels and 5 pixels were found as 0.20 and 0.16 μg·L-1, respectively. The accuracy of the procedure was checked by spiked water samples. The developed procedure was successfully applied to real samples for the separation and determination of indium.  相似文献
