Synthèse et structure de benzopyranno-1 triazines-1,2,4

Under basic conditions 2,2,6-trimethyl-3,4-chromanedione is cy8clised nto I-benzopyranno[4,3-e]triazin-3-one. In acetic meduum, semicarbazide hydrochloride and diketone provide the I-benzopyranno[4,3-e] and [3,4-e]triazin-3-ones. However, under the same conditions, the thiosemi-carbazide leads exclusively to the I-benzopyranno[4,3-e]triazine-3-thione. The structure of these compounds is in agreement with the ¹³C nmr spectra.     

Synthèse et transformations de pyridopyrimidopyrimidines

A convenient one-step synthesis of a pyridoprimidopyrimidine system by means of the chloride of 1,3-dimethy1-4amino-5-amino-5-(N,N-dimethyliminiumchloromethine)uracil and substituted pyridines is studied and the title compounds are described.     

Synthèse de quelques alcoxy-2 et aryloxy-2 dioxolannes-1,3

2-Methoxy, 2-ethoxy, and 2,2-diethoxy-1,3-dioxolanes, substituted in the 4,5 and in the 2 position by methyl or phenyl groups were obtained by an uncatalyzed reaction between a vicinal diol and an orthoester. An acid catalyst (p-toluene sulfonic acid) was necessary in order to obtain the 2-phenyl-2-methoxydioxolanes. 2-Phenoxydioxolanes were prepared by an exchange reaction between phenol and the corresponding 2-ethoxydioxolane.     

Synthèse d'iodopyrroles

This article reports the synthesis of di- and triiodopyrroles by reduction of tetraiodopyrrole. A new synthesis of 4-iodo-3- formylpyrrole is described.     

Aza-2-diènes-1,3. 2. Synthèse et structure d'un ylure d'azométhine stable

2-Aza-1,3-dienes. 2. Synthesis and Structure of a Stable Azomethine-ylid. Thermal treatment of 2-(2′-cyano-2′-methoxycarbonyl)methylide-amino-1-morpholino-cyclohexene results in the formation of a stable isomere. Its azomethine-ylid structure is demonstrated from the spectroscopic data (UV., IR., ¹H- and ¹³C-NMR.). 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions of this ylid leads to spiropyrrolines.     

Synthèse de nouveaux alkyl-2 et -3 tétrahydrofurannes et -pyrannes

New 2- and 3-alkyltetrahydrofurans or -pyrans were synthesized by various methods which can be extended to a larger series. These compounds include tertiary and quaternary α carbon substituted heterocycles, a very few of which were already known.     

Synthèse de 2-pyrimidinylphénols et de 2-pyrazolylphénols

New pyrimidynylphenols 9a-e and pyrazolylphenols 10a-e substituted with an aminomethl moiety are described. These compounds were prepared in good yields by use of guanidine corbonate and hydrazine hydrate on the aminomethylchromones 8a-e . Aminomethylchromones were readily obtained via the Mannich reaction on chromone 5 . Optimized yields of chromone 5 and 3-aminomethylchromones 8a-e are reported.     

Synthèse du benzoyl-3 chromanol-4 et du benzoyl-3 2H-chromène

Reaction between phenylvinylketone and salicylaldehyde under basic conditions gave a mixture of 3-benzoyl-4-chromanol and 3-benzoyl-2H-chromene. Their structures were determined on the basis of analytical and spectroscopic data.     

Synthèse et réactivité de dihydrotriazines et de dihydrotriazolotriazines

Generally, 4,5-dihydro-3triazinones have been prepared by a basic hydrolysis of 3-methylmercapto-4,5-dihydrotriazines. Of the serveral methylation methods, namely, diazomethane, methyliodide, dimethyl sulfate all in the presence of sodium methylate or silver carbonate, only methyl bromide in the presence of phase transfer catalyst was sucessful in producing all of the N-2 and/or N-4 methylate compounds. Two unequivocal syntheses of dihydrotriazolo[4,3-b]triazine are reported.

The synthesis of 6-acetyl and 6-benzoylindoles has been carried out via the Hemetsberger reaction. Some aspects of their chemical reactivity were investigated.
