提出了基于毛细管电泳芯片的电化学和电化学发光同时检测技术.在此芯片系统中,三联吡啶钌Ru(bpy)32+[Tris(2,2'-bypiridyl) ruthenium(Ⅱ)]既作为电化学发光(ECL)检测所需的发光试剂与被分析物反应,生成激发态的Ru(bpy)32+*,从而产生电化学发光信号;又具有催化作用参与电极表面的电化学反应,从而得到增强的电流响应.电化学信号与电化学发光信号同时产生并被分别纪录,从而实现了电化学和电化学发光的同时检测.这种芯片由两部分构成,分别是带有分离和进样通道的聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)层和ITO(Indium tin oxide)工作电极底片.PDMS层与ITO电极底片采用可逆键合的方式组成芯片,该芯片大大简化了操作过程,提髙了发光信号的采集效率.在整个实验过程中,ITO电极表现出良好的稳定性,可长时间多次使用.选用山莨菪碱和氧氟沙星两种药物分子作为被分析物,对芯片系统性能进行了表征.  相似文献

研究了胺分子对CdSe量子点电化学发光的增强作用,构建了CdSe量子点电化学发光传感器.结合胶束扫集预富集技术,发展了一种基于胶束反向扫集的毛细管电泳(CE)量子点(QD)电化学发光(ECL)新方法用于莱克多巴胺和克伦特罗的同时分离检测.毛细管内首先充满含有十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)胶束的缓冲溶液,电动进样时,样品分子进入毛细管,在入口端被迎面而来的SDS胶束捕获并富集,经CE分离后顺次进入检测端,根据不同浓度的胺分子对CdSe量子点发光强度的增强作用不同,实现对不同胺分子的同时分离检测.胶束反向扫集富集技术,使胶束-样品结合物在毛细管中处于准静止状态,进样时间可达50 min,量子点电化学发光信号增强6000倍.该方法成功用于猪肉样品中莱克多巴胺和克伦特罗的同时分离检测,其线性范围分别为(0.8~2960)和(3.0~5520)μg/L,检出限分别为96.8和192.5 ng/L.  相似文献

基于甲氧氯普胺对钌联吡啶电化学发光信号的增敏作用, 建立了检测甲氧氯普胺的毛细管电泳电致化学发光新方法. 最佳实验条件为: 检测电位1.18 V, 钌联吡啶浓度5 mmol/L, 检测池磷酸缓冲溶液40 mmol/L (pH 7.2), 分离磷酸缓冲溶液20 mmol/L (pH 6.1), 进样电压12 kV, 进样时间10 s, 分离电压14 kV. 方法的检测限(3σ)为5.0×10-3 mg/L, 线性范围为 0.03~9.52 mg/L, 相关系数为0.9990, 回收率为98.0%~101.7%. 对家犬体内甲氧氯普胺血药浓度的监测发现, 给药1.5 h血药浓度达到最大值, 血药浓度的半衰期约为4 h. 本方法具有简便、快速、灵敏、进样量少等特点, 可用于甲氧氯普胺血药浓度监控和药物动力学研究.  相似文献

近年来,由于微米、亚微米及纳米级有序多孔结构薄膜可以用于催化、生物培养基材、分离或吸附介质、光子晶体等诸多方面从而引起了科学家们极大的研究兴趣[1~6].微制作是使材料表面具有新性能的重要手段,激光刻蚀及其相关技术已经被应用于不同表面的微图案化和微器件的制作[7],另外,还可通过自组装技术进行多孔薄膜的制备[8,9].Francois等[10]于1994年首次提出了水辅助方法(Water-A ssisted Fab-rication),即在高湿度的环境下,以冷凝水滴为模板,在固体基片上制备了孔径分布均一,排列紧密的蜂窝状有序多孔薄膜.继而人们对此方法做了进一步的研究,不仅突破了最初的聚苯乙烯及其共聚物体系[10~13],而且使用双亲共聚物[14]、聚离子复合物[15]和TiO2前驱体的混合物[16]等成功地获得了蜂窝状有序多孔薄膜,同时系统地研究了成膜体系及成膜条件对形成蜂窝状有序多孔薄膜的影响,并对形成机制进行了探讨.聚苯胺是典型的导电高分子,有关聚苯胺有序多孔结构薄膜的研究已有报道[17~19].本文采用水辅助方法,在高湿度环境下,使用4-十二烷基苯磺酸掺杂的聚苯胺(PANI-DBSA)为成膜材料,制备了双层蜂窝状有序多孔薄膜,并通过原子力显微镜(A FM)对薄膜的形貌和电学性质进行了表征.同时在已有成膜机制的基础上,提出了该双层蜂窝状有序多孔薄膜的形成机制.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

This paper also focuses on the stability of these keto intermediates and emphasizes the major differences between indolizinones and pyrroloquinazolinones series. The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The imidation has advantages such as high step-economy, excellent functionality tolerance, and regiospecificity, giving structurally diverse imidation products.  相似文献

The Rh(II)-catalyzed reaction of 2-carbonyl-substituted 2H-azirines with ethyl 2-cyano-2-diazoacetate or 2-diazo-3,3,3-trifluoropropionate provides an easy access to 2H-1,3-oxazines and 1H-pyrrol-3(2H)-ones. These compounds can be selectively prepared from the same starting material using temperature as the only varied parameter. The 2-azabuta-1,3-diene intermediate, a common precursor for both heterocyclic products, isomerizes into 2H-1,3-oxazine under kinetic control, while 1H-pyrrol-3(2H)-one is the sole product of the reaction at elevated temperatures. According to DFT-calculations a one-atom oxazine ring contraction involving ring-opening to a 2-azabuta-1,3-diene intermediate, followed by a 1,5- and 1,2-prototropic shift leads to the consecutive formation of imidoylketene and azomethine ylide, which then further undergo cyclization to the pyrrole derivative.  相似文献
