<正> Introduction. A series Of Mo-Fe-S complexes with doublecubane structure has been synthesized and identified. Because of the similarity of its extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) to that of FeMo cofactor and nitrogenase, suggestion has been made that the doublecubane complexes may serve as models for the Mo site of nitrogenase. Therefore, the investigation of this type of complexes has attracted much attention. By using the similar method of spontaeous self-assembly reaction, and starting from certain kinds of Mo-Fe-S compounds, we have been able to obtain several kinds of compounds, one of which  相似文献

<正> Introduction. The title compound has been synthesized by reaction of {(SR)_2FeMoS_4}2-with {Fe_4(SR) 10}~2- (R=t-Bu) in methanol. It is interesting to note that the complex, which involves two {Fe_3MoS_4}cubane-like clusters, is generally regarded as the best model compound for molybdenum center of nitrogenase. The synthesis and property of {Fe_6Mo_2S_8(S-tBu)_6(OMe)_3}~3- have been discribed. Although it has previously been noted that the structure of this complex is similar to its tungsten analog, the detail structural report of the title compound has not yet been given.  相似文献

<正> Introduction. A series of trinuclear molybdenum clusters has been synthesized and identified. Most of them have almost the sameMo-Mo distance. We have synthesized another kind of trinuclear molybdenum complex which has different Mo-Mo distances and can be comsidered as composed of the complex (Mo_2O_2S_2(py)_4)~2+ and the molbdenic ion (MoO_4)~2-. <正> Since the discovery of iron-sulfur proteins , a number of analogous compounds of the active sites of iron-sulfur proteins has been synthesized and characterized . Due to the similarity between sulfur and selenium, some selenoproteins with similar active site as iron-sulfur proteins were found . We have synthesized a series of iron-selenium compounds in correlative study with the iron-sulfur compounds. In this paper, we will discuss the syntheses and crystal stuctures of the title compounds. The electronic structure and chemical bonding of Ln(N(SiMe_3)_2)_3 have been studied by INDO calcula-tions. The results have shown that the Ln-N bonds are considerably covalent in character and that thecovalency decreases with increasing atomic numbers. A new explanation of the pyramidal structure of thecompounds has been proposed based on 5d orbital participation in bonding. With the calculation of asimplified model of Eu(N(SiMe_3)_2)_3. The electrical conductive molecular crystals (Me3NEt)[Pd(dmit)2]2 and (NEt4)[Pd (dmit)2]2 (dmit = 4,5-dimercapto-1,3-dithiole-2-thione) have been prepared, and their crystal structures and conductivity-temperature curves have been determined. The fact that the conductivity at room temperature of (Me3NEt)[Pd(dmit)2]2 (a = 58 Ω· cm-1) is much higher than that of (NEt4)-[Pd(dmit)2]2(cr= 2.2 Q~1 ?cm'1) has been rationally explained by the results of energy band calculations. (MeNEt3)[Pd(dmit)2]2 belongs to monoclinic system, P21/m space group and (NEt4)[Pd (dmit)2]2 belongs to triclinic system, P1 space group. The structural conducting component of the crystals is the planar coordinative anion [Pd(dmit)2]05- which forms the face-to-face dimmer [Pd(dmit)2]2-. These dimers have been further constructed to be a kind of two-dimensional (2-D)conductive molecular sheet by means of S…S intermolecular interactions. The enthalpy change of formation of the reaction of hydrous dysprosium chloride with ammonium pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate (APDC) and 1,10-phenanthroline (o-phen·H2O) in absolute ethanol at 298.15 K has been determined as (-16.12±0.05) kJ·mol-1 by a microcalor-meter. Thermodynamic parameters (the activation enthalpy, the activation entropy and the activation free energy), rate constant and kinetics parameters (the apparent activation energy, the pre-exponential constant and the reaction order) of the reaction have also been calculated. The enthalpy change of the solid-phase reaction at 298.15 K has been obtained as (53.59±0.29) kJ·mol-1 by a thermochemistry cycle. The values of the enthalpy change of formation both in liquid-phase and solid-phase reaction indicated that the complex could only be synthesized in liquid-phase reaction.  相似文献

The magnetic property of u3-oxotriiron(III) complex [Fe3O(OBz)6(CH3OH)3](NO3)-(CH3OH)2 (HOBz=benzoic acid) has been studied. We use isosceles triangle model and molecular field correction to fit the experimental magnetic susceptibility data. It shows that an intramolecular antiferromagnetic exchange interaction occurs with J=-31.27 cm-1, J'=-27.26 cm-1, and a weaker intermolecular antiferromagnetic exchange interaction occurs with zJ'=-3.76 cm-1. We give the d5-d5-d5 energy level diagram of triiron(III) complex as a function of J'/J. From the diagram we can get the total spin ST of the complex as 1/2 in the ground state.  相似文献

Copolymerization of butadiene and isoprene catalyzed by the catalyst system V(acac)_3-Al(i-Bu)_2Cl-Al_2Et_3Cl_3 has been studied. Composition, microstructure, crystallinity and melting point of the copolymer obtained were determined by PGC, IR, X-ray diffraction and DSC methods respectively. The results revealed that the product was a copolymer and not a blend. The butadiene units presented in the copolymer were of trans-1,4-configuration, while the isoprene units were of both trans-1,4-and 3,4-forms. The melting point and crystallinity of the copolymer decrcascd with increase of molar ratio of isoprene to hutadiene.  相似文献

A new μ3-O triiron(Ⅲ) complex [Fe_3O(OBz)_6(CH_3OH)_3](NO_3)(CH_3OH)_2 (HOBZ = benzoic acid) has been synthesized, its structure has been determined and variable temperature magnetic susceptility has also been measured. In the molecule, three iron atoms formed an equilateral triangle with u_3-O in center. The fitting to the magnetic susceptibility showed that an intramolecular antiferromagnetic exchange interaction occurred between iron atoms with J=-25.51 cm~(-1), and a weaker intermolecular antiferromagnetic exchange interaction occurred with zJ' = -2.30cm~(-1).  相似文献
