研究了汽相沉积过程中的衬底表面凹结构的成核热力学,指出可以通过衬底表面微结构设计来控制成核过程以实现点状结构的生长.计算了凹结构内的临界核形成能,表明与平面相比成核优先在凹结构发生.考虑凹结构的“等效势阱”效应,发现凹结构内稳定原子团的生长速率远远大于平面处稳定原子团的生长速率. 关键词:  相似文献

SMS光纤结构是一种近年来新兴的光纤器件,该结构光纤具有结构简单、易于实现、成本低廉、灵敏度高和无温度应力交叉敏感等特性.在光纤传感技术领域是一种继光纤光栅之后的具有广泛发展前景的光纤器件.从理论上分析了SMS结构和SMS级联结构的光纤传感原理,并从实验上研究了SMS结构和级联SMS结构的温度传感特性.实验表明:对于SMS结构光纤传感器,随着温度的增加,特征波长移动量逐渐增加,向长波方向漂移了4.05 nm,其传感器的温度灵敏度为15.76 pm/℃;对于级联SMS结构的光纤传感器,级联后不改变原来SMS结构的中心波长的位置,两个SMS结构仍然是独立的,不相互影响.所以说将两个SMS结构串联是可行的,可以用于温度和应力的同时测量,也可以用于分布式光纤传感器.  相似文献

采用二维轴对称流体模型对单电极结构(不锈钢针管)和双电极结构(不锈钢针管-高压环形电极)下同轴双通道进气的大气压氦气等离子体射流进行了对比研究。研究表明:相比于单电极结构,双电极结构下射流的传播速度明显降低,介质管内尤为严重。同时双电极结构下射流的空间结构也发生了显著变化。在单电极结构下,随射流发展由环形中空结构转变为实心圆盘结构;而在双电极结构下则呈现出实心圆盘结构至环形中空结构再至实心圆盘结构的演化过程,改善了射流空间分布的均匀性。此外,还研究了双电极结构下高压环形电极厚度对射流的影响。研究表明,随环形电极厚度的增加,射流的传播速度进一步降低,射流通道径向收缩,同时环形中空结构的射流内径减小,进而改善了射流径向分布的均匀性。  相似文献

We explore the unknown structure of phosphorus in phase IV (P-IV phase) based on first-principles calculations using the metadynamics simulation method. Starting from the simple cubic structure, we find a new modulated structure of the monoclinic lattice. The modulation is crucial to the stability of the structure. Through refining the structure further by changing the modulation period, we find the structure whose x-ray powder diffraction pattern is in best agreement with the experimental pattern. We expect that the modulation period of the structure in the P-IV phase is very close to that found in this study and probably incommensurate.  相似文献

提出了一种双面环各向同性结构单元模型, 理论与实验研究了其微波电磁谐振行为. 结果表明: 在电磁波平行入射和垂直入射条件下, 该结构可在同一频段实现磁谐振, 且在谐振频段磁导率为负; 当电磁波以不同角度斜入射时, 其产生负磁导率频段也保持不变, 即该结构的电磁特性不依赖于入射角度, 双面环结构具有各向同性的特点. 将双面环结构与金属线结构组合, 该组合结构具有负折射率. 另外,双面环结构还具有小型化的优点, 在不增加结构单元几何尺寸的情况下, 通过在结构单元中引入金属化过孔的方法, 增加结构单元的电长度, 可使谐振频率大幅度地向低频方向移动, 使其在低频工作时 仍保持小型化的优点. 在双面环结构中引入金属化过孔技术可使谐振单元的几何尺寸减小50%, 在微波器件、滤波器、天线等领域有广阔的应用前景.  相似文献

本文提出一种大尺度的金属-电介质复合微纳结构(银-硅结构),用于提高荧光生物检测的灵敏度及解决荧光物质距离结构远场范围时荧光增强的近场局限。这种大尺度的金属-电介质复合微纳结构与之前的金属-电介质复合微纳结构不同,其通过光的散射和干涉实现了荧光物质距离结构远场范围时的荧光增强。在本文中,通过采用时域有限差分法,主要从荧光激发和荧光发射两个过程研究银-硅结构。结果表明,在激发过程中,银-硅结构的荧光强度高于玻璃结构且位于银-硅结构两柱之间的狭缝中的电场分布比金属结构(银结构)更均匀,因此在银-硅结构中可以实现荧光增强,而且分子运动行为的检测更准确。在发射过程中,当荧光纳米粒子距离结构远场范围内时,与玻璃相比,银-硅结构可以实现更好的荧光增强效果。利用银-硅结构实现荧光增强的机理是光的散射和干涉,荧光被银膜向上散射,同时,结构两侧的银/硅柱也散射一部分荧光,荧光相互干涉传播至远场实现荧光增强。此外,银-硅结构易于制备和集成。因此,其可以很好地应用于生物传感领域。  相似文献

为拓宽异向介质结构的带宽和维数,在方形环结构的基础上,提出了一种异向介质的交叉网状结构的设计,并对其介电常数和磁导率的频率特性进行了计算机仿真。研究结果表明,该结构在特定的频段内表现出了明显的负折射特性,与传统的裂环谐振器相比,新结构的结构对称、具有更宽的响应带宽和三维各向异性等特点。  相似文献

Cavitation bubble clouds in the focal region of HIFU play important roles in therapeutic applications of HIFU. Temporal evolution and spatial distribution of cavitation bubble clouds generated in the focal region of a 1.2 MHz single element concave HIFU transducer in water are investigated by high-speed photography. It is found that during the initial 600 micro s insonation cavitation bubble clouds organize to the "screw-like structure" or "cap-like structure". The screw-like structure is characterized by a nearly fixed tip at the geometrical focus of the HIFU transducer, and the cap-like structure is marked by a dent formed in the direction of ultrasound transmission. After 600 micro s, another two structures are recorded - "streamer structure" and "cluster structure". The streamer structure is also featured by a nearly fixed bottom position at the focus, while the cluster structure is distinguished by agglomerations of bubbles around the focus.  相似文献

Pressure reducing valves are widely used to maintain the pressure of gas reservoirs to specific values. In a normal valve, supply pressure is decompressed with an orifice structure. When compressed air passes through the orifice structure, considerable noise occurs at the downstream side. In this paper, we have developed a radial slit structure that can reduce pressure without noise. The noise is reduced by changing the orifice structure into the radial slit structure. The radial slit structure valve reduces pressure without noise by suppressing the generation of turbulence and shock wave at the downstream. The analysis of the flow in radial slit structure was achieved by CFD2000 software. The flow rate and pressure distribution were simulated and compared with the experimental result. To confirm the generation of shock wave, the flow of orifice and radial slit structure at the downstream was visualized by Schlieren photography method. A shock wave was generated in the orifice structure, but no shock wave was generated in the radial slit structure. Noise reduction efficiency was investigated by the experiment. The experiment apparatus was set up to JIS standards. The experimental results indicated that the noise level decreased by approximately 40 dB in the slit structure. It is confirmed that the radial slit structure has effectiveness for low noise in the pressure reducing flow. And, it is expected that it can be applied to various kinds of industrial fields.  相似文献

本文提出了一种基于人工表面等离激元的频率选择结构的设计方法:将设计的频率选择表面和金属鱼骨结构阵列相结合得到一种新的频率选择结构.文中采用这种方法设计了一种具有陡截止和高透、高抑制性能的双通带频率选择结构.该结构由金属鱼骨结构阵列和上下两层相同的频率选择表面复合而成.通过仿真可得,该结构的两个通带频率范围分别是3.0–4.1和10.5–10.9 GHz,透射率均在-0.5 dB以上.透射率低于-10 dB的频率范围是4.7–9.2和12.1–18 GHz.在12.4–15.5 GHz频率范围内,该结构的透射率甚至低于-20 dB.在通带内,电磁波可以高效地透过该结构;在阻带内,该结构对电磁波的透射具有较好的抑制作用.测试结果表明用这种方法设计出的频率选择结构的实际性能和仿真基本一致.在金属鱼骨结构空隙中填入轻质泡沫后该结构具有一定的力学承载性能,可以实现结构功能一体化的设计.  相似文献

A brief review is given of the structure of liquid metals. The structure is examined from the viewpoints of how the pair potential in metals gives rise to various structural properties and how the structure of liquid metals effects other properties. Use is made of the Paskin and Rahman molecular dynamic calculations on liquid sodium to illustrate the insensitive nature of the structure to details in the pair potential. Diffraction data are used to demonstrate that a law of corresponding states exists, at the melting point, for simple liquids, metals and insulators. The molecular dynamic calculations of sodium are also used to demonstrate that some time dependent correlation functions may be more sensitive to the form of the pair potential than the structure factor is to the potential. Some analysis is also made of the role of structure in the electrical resistivity. It is noted that more accurate structure data are needed to answer some of the questions raised in recent attempts to use the structure to extract pair potentials and in detailed correlations of resistivity and structure data.  相似文献

采用二维磁驱动数值模拟程序(MDSC2)对大电流脉冲功率装置FP-2上的回流罩结构Z-箍缩实验exp90和exp60进行了数值模拟。数值模拟表明,回流罩结构Z-箍缩实验测量电流/回路电流不是负载套筒电流,回流罩结构Z-箍缩实验中回路电流不完全从负载套筒通过,回路电流和负载套筒电流之间存在一个结构系数,提出了边界磁场强度与回路电流关系的新公式。采用具有结构系数的边界磁场强度公式和磁流体力学程序能正确模拟exp90和exp60两个回流罩结构Z-箍缩实验,模拟的套筒内径运动速度和实验测量速度相一致。回流罩结构Z-箍缩实验的结构系数为一常数,仅由回流罩的初始结构确定。90 mm和60 mm内直径套筒的结构系数分别为0.87和0.90。在套筒初始厚度、绝缘材料等其它条件相同的情况下,套筒内径越大,回流罩结构Z-箍缩实验的结构系数越小。  相似文献

采用经典分子动力学方法研究了压力驱动作用下水在石墨烯碳纳米管复合结构中的渗透特性.研究结果表明,水分子渗透通过石墨烯碳纳米管复合结构的渗透率明显高于石墨烯碳纳米管组合结构.水在石墨烯碳纳米管复合结构中的渗透率随着压强的升高而增大,随着电场强度的增大而减小.考虑了温度和复合结构中双碳管轴心距对水渗透性的影响规律.系统温度越高,水的渗透率越高;随着双碳管轴心距的增加,水的渗透率逐渐降低.通过计算分析水流沿渗透方向的能障分布,解释了各参数变化对水在石墨烯碳管复合结构中渗透特性的影响机理.研究结果将为基于石墨烯碳管复合结构的新型纳米水泵设计提供一定的理论依据.  相似文献

作为宽禁带半导体器件,GaN基肖特基势垒二极管(SBD)有耐高压、耐高温、导通电阻小等优良特性,这使得它在电力电子等领域有广泛应用。本文首先综述了SBD发展要解决的问题;然后,介绍了GaN SBD结构、工作原理及结构优化研究进展;接下来,总结了AlGaN/GaN SBD结构、工作原理及结构优化研究进展,并着重从AlGaN/GaN SBD的外延片结构、肖特基电极结构以及边缘终端结构等角度,阐述了这些结构的优化对AlGaN/GaN SBD性能的影响;最后,对器件进一步的发展方向进行了展望。  相似文献

本文分别从实验和理论模拟两方面详细的讨论了金属双环和反双环两种亚波长阵列结构在太赫兹波段的双频率响应特性. 这两种双环结构都可以实现双频率调制,金属双环结构表现为两个明显的吸收峰,反双环结构则表现出明显的透过峰. 这两种结构不仅在物理结构上互补,在太赫兹波段的响应也表现为吸收和透过互补的特性. 其中高频响应来源于内环电子振荡,低频影响则来源于外环电子振荡,并且这种结构在太赫兹波段的响应与周期无关. 关键词: 太赫兹 滤波器 亚波长阵列 FDTD  相似文献

采用分子动力学方法模拟一种硅的特殊结构(表面异构的硅十二面体结构)填充到扶手型单壁纳米管组成的复合结构的加热过程,通过可视化,键角分布,二面角分布等分析方法来研究这种结构在碳纳米管中的稳定性和结构演变情况。研究发现这种结构在碳纳米管中是非常稳定的,并且随着温度的升高,硅纳米团簇的四面体结构开始减少,近邻原子数目有所增加,但不超过8个。该复合结构是由二十个四面体组成的正十二面体,通过模拟分析可知这种结构具有相当高的稳定性,一部分原因是正四面体的单臂纳米管比较稳定,对十二面体结构的硅起了一定的保护作用;另一部分原因是Si20的正十二面体本身具有较高稳定度,这一点我们通过可视化软件发现这种团簇是缩成一团而并不是从中间裂开观察得到。  相似文献

Two dimensional numerical simulation of the structure of gaseous detonation is investigated by utilizing the single step Arrhenius kinetic reaction mechanism in both high and low activation energy mixtures, characterized by their irregular and regular detonation structure, respectively. All the computations are performed on a small Beowulf cluster with six nodes. The dependency of the structure on the grid resolution is performed and it is found that, resolution of more than 300 cells per hrl is required to demonstrate the role of hydrodynamic instabilities, (KH and RM instabilities) in detonation propagation in irregular structures, while due to the absence of fine-scale structures, resolution of 50 cells per hrl, gives the physical structure of detonation with regular structures. Results show that the transverse waves in irregular structure are significantly stronger than the transverse wave in regular structure detonation, which can enhance the burning rate of the unburned pockets behind the shock front. Results for resolution of 600 cells per hrl illustrate that, in addition to the primary mode, the interaction of large vortices with the shock front provides secondary modes in the structure which leads to the irregularity of the structure in high activation energy mixture. In contrast with the results obtained for regular structure, which no unburned gas pockets and vortices observed behind the front, the results for irregular structure reveal that most portions of the gases, escape from shock compression and create large unburned gas pockets behind the both weak section of the Mach stem and the incident wave, which will burn eventually by the turbulent mixing due to the vortices associated with hydrodynamic instabilities. Therefore, the ignition mechanism in irregular structure is due to the both shock compression and by turbulent mixing associated with hydrodynamic instabilities, while the shock compression yields the ignition mechanism in regular structure detonation.  相似文献

详细介绍了ITER驱动的次临界包层结构设计,沿环向360°整个次临界包层被分成36瓣,单瓣包层以等离子工作腔为分界面被分为内、外两部分,分别由第一壁结构、支承结构、燃料区结构、产氚区结构和锆包壳结构等组成。有别于ITER装置现有的小模块包层结构,单瓣内、外包层被设计成一种整体式内置结构,从而减少了裂变燃料区中大量内嵌冷却剂压力管道接头数量、缩短了换料周期并节约了成本。同时考虑到ITER装置本体结构空间对次临界包层的限制,提出了一种既能满足包层热工-流体要求又能实现包层工程焊接安装的管道汇总结构。最后运用Pro/e建模软件建立了包层三维CAD结构图,为后续结构力学分析输出了有限元计算模型。  相似文献
