HKD-1型航空润滑油特征剪切应力及有效粘压系数确定的研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
在球盘式拖动力试验机上,对HKD-1型航空润滑油进行拖动力测量,给出了根据拖动力试验曲线的非线性上升段确定润滑油有效粘压系数和特征应力的方法,对HKD-1型航空润滑油在试验条件下的粘压系数和特征应力进行分析,并建立了其计算公式.结果表明:特征应力和有效粘压系数的求解方法简单合理,其计算公式的拟合精度较高,可为轴承动态特性设计提供计算依据;随着接触压力、入口油温和滚动速度增加,HKD-1型航空润滑油的特征应力增大,其粘压系数减小;滚动速度对特征应力和粘压系数的影响小于接触压力和入口油温. 相似文献

In static wetting on an elastic substrate, force exerted by the liquid–vapour surface tension on a solid surface deforms the substrate, producing a capillary ridge along the contact line. This paper presents a finite element formulation for predicting elastic deformation, close to the static wetting line (with angle of contact=90o and σSV=σSL).The substrate deformation is modelled with the Mooney–Rivlin constitutive law for incompressible rubber‐like solids. At the contact line, a stress singularity is known to arise, due to the surface tension acting on a line of infinitesimal thickness. To relive the stress singularity, either (i) the surface tension is applied over a finite contact region (of macroscopic thickness), or (ii) the solid crease angle is fixed. These two options suggest that normal component of Neumann's triangle law of forces, for the three surface tensions, is not applicable for elastic substrates (as for rigid ones). The vertical displacement of the contact line is a strong function of liquid/vapour surface tension and shear modulus of the solid. Copyright 2004 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

This paper presents a new method for solving the vibration of arbitrarily shaped membranes with elastical supports at points. The reaction forces of elastical supports at points are regarded as unknown external forces acting on the membranes. The exact solution of the equation of motion is given which includes terms representing the unknown reaction forces. The frequency equation is derived by the use of the linear relationship of the displacements with the reaction forces of elastical supports at points. Finally the calculating formulae of the frequency equation of circular membranes are analytically performed as examples and the inherent frequencies of circular membranes with symmetric elastical supports at two points are numerically calculated. 相似文献

This paper examines the pin load ratios and the stress intensity factors (SIFs) of a single crack in the multiple bolted joints by using finite element analyses. Cubic-spline contact elements and rigid links were used to model the contact surface between the bolt and the rigid pin. The least-squares method was used to determine the SIFs. The finite element results indicate that the cracked hole can still sustain the major part of the original loading at the uncracked condition. The first hole sustains the largest pin load and mode-I SIF, which are reduced little for crack propagation. This critical condition cannot be reduced by the arrangement of more pins in the plate. In this paper, two simple formulae were also investigated to fit the load ratios and SIFs of the multiple bolted-joints problems. 相似文献

The present paper proposes a simplified model for calculating hydrodynamic lubrication film thickness in elastoplastic line
contacts. According to the Saint-Venant’s principle, the pressure in the contact is taken as uniformly distributed, this gives
the contact surface elastic deformations in the inlet zone far away from the contact center close to real ones while gives
those close to the contact center greater than real ones. This treatment is validated for hydrodynamic lubricated elastic
contacts for relatively light loads and high rolling speeds. It gives the film thickness at the contact center a little higher
than that calculated based on the real elastic model. The treatment is extended to a hydrodynamic lubricated elastoplastic
line contact. The contact surfaces in the inlet zone are assumed as elastic and their deformations are calculated based on
the uniform pressure distribution in the elastoplastic contact area. An inlet zone analysis is taken for obtaining the calculating
equation of the hydrodynamic film thickness at the contact center. The equation overestimates the central film thickness but
gives a satisfactory film thickness prediction for the heavy load which gives significant plastic deformations in the elastoplastic
contact. It is found that when the load is lighter than 0.6 w

In the present paper, we consider a two-dimensional contact problem of a rigid cylinder indenting on an elastic half space with surface tension. Based on the solution of a point force acting on a substrate with surface tension, we derive the singular integral equation of this problem. By using the Guass–Chebyshev quadrature formula, the integral equation is solved numerically to illuminate the influence of surface tension on the contact response. It is found that when the contact width is comparable with the ratio of surface tension to elastic modulus, surface tension significantly alters the pressure distribution in the contact region and the contact width. Compared to that of the classical Hertzian contact, the existence of surface tension decreases the displacements on the half plane and yields a continuous slope of normal stress and displacements across the contact fringe. In addition, it predicts the increase of hardness as the radius of indent cylinder decreasing. The obtained results are useful for the measurement of mechanical properties of materials based on the indentation technique. 相似文献

In this paper we propose to construct a mean stress tensor for a granular medium, valid in static and in dynamics, which takes into account the contact reactions and the body forces acting at the grain level. A simple analytical example shows that taking account of inertia forces is essential to insure the symmetry of the mean stress tensor in dynamics. The mechanism of pitting caused by rolling contact is analyzed using the fracture mechanics approach. The governing factors are the initial crack length, crack angle, contact force, friction, strain hardened layer, and the hydraulic pressure of trapped fluid acting on the crack surface. Mode I and II stress intensity and the strain energy density factors are calculated by application of the two-dimensional finite element method. The strain energy density criterion is applied to show that shallow angle crack under small rolling contact force and friction enhances the probability of pitting under the roller’s running surface. The presence of a strain hardened surface layer also tends to affect the fracture behavior. The analytical results agree well with the experimental observations. 相似文献

A semi-analytical and semi-numerical method is proposed for the dynamic analysis of foundations. The Lamb's solution and the approximate formulae were used to establish the relation of the contact force and deflection between the foundation and soil. Therefore, the foundation can be separated from soil and analyzed by FEM as for the static cases. The plate can be treated as that the known forces are acting on the upper surface, and the contact pressure from soil can be represented as the deflection. So that only the plate needs to be divided into elements in the analysis. By this method, a series of vibration problems, including various shapes and rigidities of foundations, different excitation frequencies, were analyzed. Furthermore, it can be used for the embedded foundation. The numerical examples show that this method has simplicity, highly accurate and versatile. In this paper the problem of an infinite elastic beam or a plate containing a crack is considered. The medium is loaded transversely through a stamp which may be rigid or elastic. The problem is a coupled crack-contact problem which cannot be solved by treating the crack and contact problems separately and by using a superposition technique. First the Green's functions for the general case are obtained. Then the integral equations for a cracked infinite strip loaded by a frictionless stamp are obtained. With the question of fracture in mind, the primary interest in the paper has been in calculating the stress intensity factors. The results are given for a rigid flat stamp with sharp edges and for an elastic curved stamp. The effect of friction at the supports on the stress intensity factors is also studied and a numerical example is given. 相似文献

The paper first studies the period of the discrete Arnold cat map. When the modulo is composite, the formulae are developed to calculate the minimal period. When the modulo is prime, the formulae calculating the period are given and an algorithm is proposed in order to determine the minimal period. Then the paper explores the relationship between the period of the discrete general cat map and its modulo for different parameters a and b. Some period formulae are given and some properties about the period are obtained. The three-dimensional theoretical solution of a concentrated normal force acting on the free surface of a coated material has been deduced by applying the reflection method. It is found that all stress functions defined in the local coordinate systems with their origins placed at each mirror point can be deduced from the fundamental solution of a concentrated normal force acting on the free surface of a semi-infinite homogeneous medium. The structure of the elastic solution has been illustrated by numerical analysis. It is found that only the stress functions corresponding to the first few mirror points are influential. It is also found that the effect of material combination on the stress field shall be described by three parameters, the two Dundurs' parameters and one additional parameter. 相似文献

The hopping or bouncing motion can be observed when robotic manipulators are sliding on a rough surface. Making clear the
reason of generating such phenomenon is important for the control and dynamical analysis for mechanical systems. In particular,
such phenomenon may be related to the problem of Painlevé paradox. By using LCP theory, a general criterion for identifying
the bouncing motion appearing in a planar multibody system subject to single unilateral constraint is established, and found
its application to a two-link robotic manipulator that comes in contact with a rough constantly moving belt. The admissible
set in state space that can assure the manipulator keeping contact with the rough surface is investigated, and found which
is influenced by the value of the friction coefficient and the configuration of the system. Painlevé paradox can cause either
multiple solutions or non-existence of solutions in calculating contact force. Developing some methods to fill in the flaw
is also important for perfecting the theory of rigid-body dynamics. The properties of the tangential impact relating to the
inconsistent case of Painlevé paradox have been discovered in this paper, and a jump rule for determining the post-states
after the tangential impact finishes is developed. Finally, the comprehensively numerical simulation for the two-link robotic
manipulator is carried out, and its dynamical behaviors such as stick-slip, the bouncing motion due to the tangential impact
at contact point or the external forces, are exhibited. 相似文献
