利用2-羟基-1-萘甲醛、芳基脲、苯基二氯化膦作为起始原料,在无水甲苯中反应合成cis-3-芳脲基-2-苯基-2-氧代萘并[1,2-d]-1,2-氧膦杂环戊烷.产物结构经IR,1HNMR,31PNMR和元素分析等进行了表征.     

Synthesis and phototransformations of novel styryl-substituted furo-benzobicyclo[3.2.1]octadiene derivatives

Novel cis- and trans-(o-H/Me/vinyl) substituted styryl furo-benzobicyclo[3.2.1]octadiene derivatives (7a,b, 8) were prepared and transformed to the novel naphthofuran derivatives of benzobicyclo[3.2.1]octadiene (6a,b) and novel phenanthrene-benzobicyclo[3.2.1]octadiene derivative (11) by photochemical electrocyclic ring closure in the presence of iodine and by intramolecular photoinduced [4+2] cycloaddition, respectively. These novel annelated bicyclo[3.2.1]octadiene derivatives (6a,b, 11) are especially interesting for their rigid methano-bridged junction of two aromatic units at defined geometrical arrangement and thereby as potentials for molecular clips.     

Synthesis of 2-phenyl-3-(2-furyl) — and 2-phenyl-3-[β-(2-furyl)vinyl]-1,2-dihydro-naphtho[1,2-d]-1,2,4-triazines

The corresponding 2-phenyl-3-(2-furyl)- and 2-phenyl-3-[-(2-furyl)vinyl]-1,2-dihydronaphtho-[1,2-d]-1,2,4-triazines were obtained by heating Schiff bases [prepared by reaction of 1-(phenyl-azo)-2-aminonaphthalene with furfural, -(2-furyl)acrolein, and their 5-bromo and 5-nitro derivatives] in glacial acetic acid.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 2, pp. 158–160, February, 1973.     

Synthesis of 5-phenyl-2,3,8,9-tetramethoxy-11H-indeno[1,2-c]isoquinoline

A novel approach to the title compound 10 starting with a conveniently available cinnamic acid is proposed. It involves a Friedel-Crafts reaction followed by the synthesis of the amide and subsequent cyclodehydration via a Bischler-Napieralski reaction.     

Synthesis of 3-aryl-5-methylpyrrolidino[1,2 b]pyrazoles

The sequential conversion of 5-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-oxo-3-arylpyrrolidino [1,2-b]pyrazoles to 5-methyl-5-chloro4-oxo-, 4-hydroxy-5-methyl-5-chloro-, and 5-methyl-4-oxo-3-arylpyrrolidino[1,2-b]pyrazoles and the HuangMinlon reduction of the last afforded 3-aryl-5-methylpyrrolidino[1,2-b]pyrazoles.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 1, pp. 49–51, January, 1994.     

Synthesis and Cytotoxicity Studies of Cyclohepta[b]indoles,Benzo[6,7]Cyclohepta[1,2‐b]Indoles,Indeno[1,2‐b]Indoles,and Benzo[a]Carbazoles

Synthesis and biological evaluation of various tricyclic and tetracyclic indoles are described. A number of these compounds possess in vitro activity against human nasopharyngeal carcinoma (HONE‐1) and gastric adenocarcinoma (NUGC‐3) cell lines.     

Synthesis, properties, and structures of benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b']bis[b]benzothiophene and benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b']bis[b]benzoselenophene

Employing two consecutive cyclization reactions, benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b']bis[b]benzochalcogenophenes, which are pi-extended heteroarenes, were efficiently synthesized. Their electronic and crystal structures were elucidated on the basis of UV-vis spectra, electrochemical measurements, and X-ray structural analyses.     

Synthesis of 2-alkylbenzo[b]thiophenes

The treatment of 3-chlorobenzo[b]thiophene-2-carbonyl chloride with diethyl- or dipropylcadmium leads to the corresponding ketones, and the treatment of the acid itself with butyl- or propyllithium leads to ketones in admixture with the tertiary alcohol. Synthesis and properties of some derivatives of 2-thionoindeno [1,2-d]-pyrimidine and indeno [1,2-d] [3,1] thiazine

Derivatives of 2-thiono-5-oxo-2,3,4,5-tetrahydroindeno[1,2-d] pyrimidine and 5-oxo-1,2,4,5-tetrahydroindeno [1,2-d] [3,1] thiazine are formed in the cyclocondensation of 2-arylideneindan-1,3-diones with thiourea and N-monomethylthiourea, while only derivatives of indeno [1,2-d]-pyrimidine are formed in the reaction with N,N-di-methylthiourea. S- and N(₃)-Alkylation occur in the alkylation of 2-thiono-4-pheny1-5-oxo-2,3,4,5-tetrahydroindeno[1,2-d]pyrimidine, while only the N-methyl derivative is formed in the alkylation of 2,5-dioxo-4-phenyl-1,2,4,5-tetrahydroindeno [1,2-d] [3,1]thiazine.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 8, pp. 1136–1141, August, 1988.     

Synthesis of [1,2-3H2]-polystyrene

The synthesis of [1,2-³H₂]-polystyrene consisted of a two step reaction. First catalytic tritium gas addition to phenylacetylene was used to prepare [1,2-³H₂]-styrene and then it was polymerized to [1,2-³H₂]-polystyrene in the present of an initiator.     

Synthesis of 4-Aryl Benzimidazolo[1,2-a]-s-triazin-2-ones and 2-Aroylaminobenzimidazolo[1,2-b]-1,2,4-thiadiazolines

Reaction of 2-aminobenzimidazole with aroylisothiocyanates gave 2-aroylaminobenzimidazoles ( 3 ) and N-aroyl-N′-(benzimidazol-2-yl)-thioureas ( 4 ). The products obtained on reaction of 4 with PCl₅ in POCl₃, and with oxidising agents have been identified as 4-arylbenzimidazolo[1,2-a]-s-triazin-2-ones ( 5 ) and 2-aroylamino-benzimidazolo[1,2-b]-1,2,4-thiadiazolines ( 7 ) respectively.     

Synthesis of substituted pyrrolo[1,2-α]pyrimidines

A facile route for the synthesis of pyrrolo[ 1,2-α]pyrimidine derivatives and data for structural assignment are reported.     

Pyrylation of 1,2-diphenylbenzo[b]cyclopenta[e]pyran

1,2-Diphenylbenzo[b]cyclopenta[e]pyran was pyrylated with 2,6-diphenylpyrylium perchlorate. The structures of the singly and doubly charged 2,6-diphenyl-4-(1,2-di-phenylbenzo[b]cyclopenta[e]-3-pyrania)pyrylium cations are confirmed by data from the electronic absorption spectra. Synthese von Thieno-[2′,3′∶4,5]pyrimido[1,2—b][1,2]benzisothiazolderivaten

Cyclization of N-(3-carbamoyl-2-thienyl)-pseudosaccharinic amides gave derivatives of 4H-thieno[2′.3′∶4.5]pyrimido-[1.2-b][1.2]benzisothiazole (A) and 13H[1]benzothieno[2′.3′∶4.5]-pyrimido[1.2-b][1.2]benzisothiazole (B), two new heterocyclic ring systems.     

Synthesis of 9,10-dihydro-8bH-quino[1,2-f]phenanthridine- and 6-phenyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydropyrido[3,2,1-j,k]-carbazole-derivatives

9,10 - dihydro - 8bH - quino[1,2-f]phenanthridine - derivatives 2 and 6 - phenyl - 4,5,6,7 -tetrahydropyrido[3,2,1 -j,k]carbazole - derivatives 17 were synthesized by photodehydrogenation of the 1,2 -diphenylquinoliniumperchlorates 7 and the 1,2 - diphenyl -1,2,3,4 - tetrahydroquinolines 1 respectively.The intermediate 1,2 - diphenylquinoliniumsalts 7 were obtained by Skraup-synthesis between diphenylamine and acrolein, followed by a Grignard-reaction and iodine/sodiumacetate oxidation. The intermediate tetrahydroquinoline derivatives 1 were prepared by t catalyzed cyclization of the corresponding 3 - (o - anilinophenyl) - 1 - phenyl - 1 - propanol - derivatives 16 and platinum(IV)oxide/palladium on activated carbon-reduction of the higher mentioned 1,2 - diphenylquinoliniumsalts 7.     

Iron-Catalyzed Synthesis of 2-Arylbenzo[b]furans

An iron-catalyzed procedure was employed to achieve both the Sonogashira cross-coupling and intramolecular o-arylation of o-iodophenols and aryl acetylenes/1-substituted-2-trimethylsilyl acetylenes. A variety of 2-arylbenzo[b]furans were synthesized in moderate to good yields under the catalysis of 5% FeCl₃ and 10% 1,10-phenanthroline.
