Novel cis- and trans-(o-H/Me/vinyl) substituted styryl furo-benzobicyclo[3.2.1]octadiene derivatives (7a,b, 8) were prepared and transformed to the novel naphthofuran derivatives of benzobicyclo[3.2.1]octadiene (6a,b) and novel phenanthrene-benzobicyclo[3.2.1]octadiene derivative (11) by photochemical electrocyclic ring closure in the presence of iodine and by intramolecular photoinduced [4+2] cycloaddition, respectively. These novel annelated bicyclo[3.2.1]octadiene derivatives (6a,b, 11) are especially interesting for their rigid methano-bridged junction of two aromatic units at defined geometrical arrangement and thereby as potentials for molecular clips.  相似文献

The treatment of 3-chlorobenzo[b]thiophene-2-carbonyl chloride with diethyl- or dipropylcadmium leads to the corresponding ketones, and the treatment of the acid itself with butyl- or propyllithium leads to ketones in admixture with the tertiary alcohol. Derivatives of 2-thiono-5-oxo-2,3,4,5-tetrahydroindeno[1,2-d] pyrimidine and 5-oxo-1,2,4,5-tetrahydroindeno [1,2-d] [3,1] thiazine are formed in the cyclocondensation of 2-arylideneindan-1,3-diones with thiourea and N-monomethylthiourea, while only derivatives of indeno [1,2-d]-pyrimidine are formed in the reaction with N,N-di-methylthiourea. Reaction of 2-aminobenzimidazole with aroylisothiocyanates gave 2-aroylaminobenzimidazoles ( 3 ) and N-aroyl-N′-(benzimidazol-2-yl)-thioureas ( 4 ). 1,2-Diphenylbenzo[b]cyclopenta[e]pyran was pyrylated with 2,6-diphenylpyrylium perchlorate. The structures of the singly and doubly charged 2,6-diphenyl-4-(1,2-di-phenylbenzo[b]cyclopenta[e]-3-pyrania)pyrylium cations are confirmed by data from the electronic absorption spectra. The intermediate tetrahydroquinoline derivatives 1 were prepared by t catalyzed cyclization of the corresponding 3 - (o - anilinophenyl) - 1 - phenyl - 1 - propanol - derivatives 16 and platinum(IV)oxide/palladium on activated carbon-reduction of the higher mentioned 1,2 - diphenylquinoliniumsalts 7.  相似文献

An iron-catalyzed procedure was employed to achieve both the Sonogashira cross-coupling and intramolecular o-arylation of o-iodophenols and aryl acetylenes/1-substituted-2-trimethylsilyl acetylenes.
