The synthesis and characterization by 1H, 13C, 119Sn NMR and 119Sn Mössbauer spectroscopy of (Z)-1-[2-(triphenylstannyl)vinyl]-1-cycloheptanol,

(1), and (Z)-1-[2-tri-p-tolylstannyl)vinyl-1-cycloheptanol,

(2), are described, together with their halodemetallation by I2, Br2 and ICIl to yield derivatives of the types

(Ar = phenyl or p-tolyl, N = 1, 2; X = I, Br, Cl, respectively). The solid-state structures of four compounds have been determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. In the crystals of

(1) and

(2) the Sn atom has a tetrahedral geometry distorted towards trigonal bipyramid as a consequence of a close intramolecular contact with the hydroxyl O(1) atom of 2.742(3) Å and 2.768(3) Å, respectively. A trigonal bipyramidal geometry is found in

(12) and

(4), in which significant Sn---O(1) interactions are noted [2.437(8) Å and 2.407(8) Å, respectively].  相似文献

Ammonium N-ethyl-N-phenyl dithiocarbamate (L1) and N-butyl-N-phenyl dithiocarbamate (L2), and their group 12 metal complexes formulated as Zn2L14, CdL12, HgL12, Zn2L24, CdL22, HgL22 have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The crystal structures of the zinc complexes (Zn2L14 and Zn2L24) are also reported. Single crystal analyses of the two complexes revealed the presence of distorted trigonal bipyramidal and tetrahedral coordination geometry about the metal ions. The dithiocarbamate acts as bidentate chelating and bidentate bridging ligands between the metal ions giving centrosymmetric dimeric molecules. The apparent substitution of the ethyl substituents in L1 by the butyl groups in L2 results in profound change in structure.  相似文献

Reactions of Li2[PdCl4] with N-(aroyl)-N′-(2,4-dimethoxybenzylidene)hydrazines (H2L = (4-R-C6H4)C(O)NHNCH(2,4-(CH3O)2C6H3)) in presence of PPh3 have provided cyclopalladated complexes having the general formula [PdL(PPh3)] (1, 2 and 3 where R = OCH3, CH3 and Cl, respectively) and a coordination complex trans-[Pd(HL)(PPh3)2Cl] (4 where R = NO2). The complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, infrared, 1H NMR and electronic absorption spectroscopy. X-ray structures of all the complexes have been determined. In 1, 2 and 3, the C,N,O-donor dianionic ligand (L2−) forms two fused five-membered chelate rings at the metal centre. On the other hand, the monoanionic ligand (HL) acts as deprotonated amide N-donor in 4. The strong electron withdrawing effect of the nitro group on the aroyl fragment is possibly responsible for the monodentate amide N-coordinating behavior of HL in 4. The orientation of the 4-methoxy group in 1 is different than that in 2 and 3 due to intramolecular C-H?π interaction in the last two complexes. The structure of 4 shows an apical C-H?Pd interaction involving the azomethine (-CHN-) group of HL. In the crystal lattice of all the structures, various types of intermolecular non-covalent interactions are present. The self-assembly of the molecules of 1, 2 and 3 leads to two-dimensional networks. The same network observed for 2 and 3 reflects the interchangeability of the chloro and methyl groups due to their similar volumes. In the case of 4, the complex and the water molecules present in the crystal lattice form parallel homo-chiral helices and finally interhelical interactions lead to a three-dimensional network.  相似文献

The reaction of 4-iodobenzenesulfonamide or 4-fluorobenzenesulfonamide with CS2 and KOH in dimethylformamide yielded the potassium N-R-sulfonyldithiocarbimates, K2(RSO2NCS2) [R = 4-IC6H4 (1) and 4-FC6H4 (2)]. These salts reacted with K2[PtCl4] in water/methanol to yield complex anions bis(N-R-sulfonyldithiocarbimato)platinate(II), which were isolated as their tetrabutylammonium salts, (Bu4N)2[Pt(RSO2NCS2)2] [R = 4-IC6H4 (3) and 4-FC6H4 (4)]. The structures of 2–4 were determined by X-ray crystallography. The Pt2+ in both complexes 3 and 4 lies at the inversion centre and the PtS4 moiety has a distorted square-planar configuration. The compounds were also characterized by IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopies, and elemental analyses. The molar conductance data are consistent with the fact that 3 and 4 are dianionic complexes.  相似文献

Three unique propeller-shaped helicenyl amines compounds: N,N-diphenyl-N-naphtho[2,1-b]thieno[2,3-b:3′,2′-d]dithiophene-5-yl-amine (1), N-phenyl-N,N-di(naphtho[2,1-b]thieno[2,3-b:3′,2′-d]dithiophene-5-yl)amine (2), and N,N,N-tri(naphtho[2,1-b]thieno[2,3-b:3′,2′-d]dithiophene-5-yl)amine (3) were efficiently synthesized by Wittig reaction and oxidative photocyclization. The crystal structures of 1, 2 and molecular configuration optimization (DFT-B3LYP/6-31+G(d)) of 3 reveal that the steric hindrance from the moiety of trithia[5]helicene effectively forces the nitrogen atom and the three bonded carbon atoms to coplanar and the interplanar angles of the facing terminal thiophene ring and benzene ring becoming larger when the helical arm increased from 1 to 3. Electrochemical properties and UV–vis absorption behaviors of 1, 2, 3 were primarily determined by the moiety of trithia[5]helicene.  相似文献

We report the synthesis and first characterization of N-alkyldiaminoresorcinols (or 4,6-bis-dialkylaminobenzene-1,3-diols C6H2(NHR)2(OH)2) (10a, R = CH2-2-Py; 10b, R = CH2-3-Py; 10c, R = CH2-4-Py) which result from one-pot stepwise reactions: (i) air-oxidation of diaminoresorcinol 3, (ii) transamination reaction leading to the corresponding functional 6π+6π quinonemonoimine zwitterions C6H2(NHR)2(O)2 (9a, R = CH2-2-Py; 9b, R = CH2-3-Py; 9c, R = CH2-4-Py), (iii) reduction and re-aromatization in the presence of the corresponding primary amine bearing a pyridine moiety.  相似文献

Reaction of ethyl anthranilate, sodium nitrite, and 2-aminobenzothiazole produces a new triazenide compound, 1-[(2-carboxyethyl)benzene]-3-[benzothiazole]triazene (HL), which has been characterized by X-ray crystallography and NMR spectrum. In the presence of Et3N, reaction of HL and CuCl2?·?2H2O or CoCl2?·?6H2O in THF/methanol affords a tetranuclear copper(II) complex [Cu4L4(µ-OMe)4]?·?4THF (1) and a cobalt(III) complex [CoL′3] (2) (L′ is 1-[benzothiazole] triazene ion), accompanied by C–N bond cleavage of HL. They are characterized by X-ray crystallography and magnetic susceptibility measurement. Magnetic studies indicate significant antiferromagnetic coupling between the copper(II) centers for 1. The value obtained for the coupling constant J is ?585?cm?1.  相似文献

The synthesis of two N-aryl substituted 2-silaimidazolidenes 9a, b by metal-reduction of the appropriate silicon(IV) heterocycles is reported. Structural as well as spectroscopic data obtained for the N-aryl substituted N-heterocyclic silylenes (NHSi) are very close to those obtained previously for their N-alkyl substituted counterparts. NHSis 9a, b are used as starting materials for the synthesis of a series of dichalcogenadisiletanes 19-24 and for of a mono silylene tungsten complex 29. The reactivity studies revealed only marginally differences between the N-aryl substituted NHSis 9a, b and previously described N-alkyl substituted silylenes.  相似文献

Four new compounds of the general formula: (Ph4P)2[Zn(RSO2NCS2)2] where Ph4P = tetraphenylphosphonium cation, R = 4-FC6H4 (1), 4-ClC6H4 (2), 4-BrC6H4 (3) and 4-IC6H4 (4), were obtained by the reaction of the appropriate potassium N-R-sulfonyldithiocarbimate (RSO2NCS2K2) with zinc(II) acetate dihydrate in dimethylformamide. All compounds crystallize in the centrosymmetric space group of the triclinic system. The compounds 2, 3 and 4 are isostructural but compound 1 crystallizes as hemihydrate. The elemental analyses and the IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR data for 1-4 are consistent with the formation of bis(dithiocarbimato)zinc(II) complexes. These compounds are active against the phytopathogenic fungus Colletotrichum gloeosporioides.  相似文献

By condensation of rimantadine and substituted salicylaldehyde, three new Schiff bases, HL1, HL2 and HL3, were synthesized. Then, a mixture of one of the new ligands and cobalt(II) chloride hexahydrate in ethanol led to 1, 2, and 3, respectively. These complexes were characterized by melting point, elemental analysis, infrared spectra, molar conductance, thermal analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, Pbcn space group; each asymmetric unit consists of one cobalt(II) ion, two deprotonated ligands, and one lattice water. The central cobalt is four coordinate via two nitrogens and two oxygens from the corresponding Schiff base ligand, forming a distorted tetrahedral geometry. Complexes 2 and 3 crystallize in the monoclinic system, P21/c space group; each asymmetric unit consists of one cobalt(II), two corresponding deprotonated ligands, one lattice water, and one methanol. The central cobalt is also four-coordinate via two nitrogens and two oxygens from the corresponding Schiff base ligand, forming a distorted tetrahedral geometry.  相似文献

The triphenyltin(IV) complexes of 4-[((E)-1-{2-hydroxy-5-[(E)-2-(2-carboxyphenyl)-1-diazenyl]phenyl}methylidene)amino]aryls (aryls = 4-CH3, 4-Br, 4-Cl, 4-OCH3) have been synthesized and characterized by 1H-, 13C-, 119Sn-NMR, ESI mass spectrometry, IR and 119mSn Mössbauer spectroscopic techniques in combination with elemental analysis. The crystal structures of a representative carboxylate ligand (aryl = 4-CH3) and three Sn complexes, viz., polymeric (Ph3Sn[O2CC6H4{NN(C6H3-4-OH(C(H)NC6H4X-4))}-o])n (X = Me (1) and Br (2)) and dimeric (Ph3Sn[O2CC6H4{NN(C6H3-4-OH(C(H)NC6H4X-4))}-o])2 (X = OMe (4)) complexes are reported. The coordination environment in each complex is trigonal bipyramidal trans-Ph3SnO2. A single zwitterionic carboxylate ligand bridges adjacent Sn atoms via the carboxylate and phenoxide O atoms.  相似文献

Thermolysis of 2-[(polyfluorobenzylidene)amino]phenols in ethanol in the presence of triethylamine affords the corresponding fluorinated dibenz[b,f][1,4]oxazepines in moderate to high yields. The structures of 2-[(2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorobenzylidene)amino]phenol and 1,2,3,4-tetrafluorodibenzo[b,f][1,4]oxazepine have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

A nest-shaped cluster [(C4H9)4N]2[WOSe3Cu3Br1.67Cl1.33] (1) and a cage-shaped cluster [(C4H9)4N]3[WSe4Cu3Br2Cl2] (2) were synthesized and their structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It was found that cluster 1 showed better optical limiting properties under an 8 ns pulsed laser at 532 nm but poorer optical limiting properties under a 35 ps pulsed laser compared with its analogue [(C4H9)4N]2[MoOS3Cu3BrCl2]. The influence of the peripheral ligands of the cluster to the optical limiting properties was also discussed.  相似文献

3-(1H-Benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-1-yl)-1-oxo-1-m-tolylpropan-2-yl-nicotinate (BOTN) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-vis and fluorescence spectroscopy. Its crystal structure has also been determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. For BOTN, density functional theory (DFT) calculations of the structure and vibrational frequencies have been performed at B3LYP/6-311G** level. The comparisons between the experimental vibrational frequencies and the predicted data show that B3LYP/6-311G** method can simulate the IR of BOTN on the whole. Based on the vibration analysis, thermodynamic properties of BOTN have been calculated. The correlative equations between the thermodynamic properties and the temperatures have also been listed. The experimental UV-vis spectra present two peaks and theoretical UV-vis spectra obtained by TD-DFT method exhibit three peaks. The comparison between them suggests that the B3LYP/6-311G** method can only approximately simulate the UV-vis spectra of BOTN. The fluorescence determination reveals two emission bands at 423 and 489 nm, respectively.  相似文献

By condensation of amantadine and 4-methoxysalicylaldehyde a new Schiff base HL was synthesized. A mixture of HL and zinc(II) chloride in an alcoholic medium leads to [Zn(HL)2Cl2] (1). However, the same reactants gave another different complex (ZnL2) (2) in the presence of NaOH. The two complexes were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, elemental analysis, molar conductance, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, Pī space group; each asymmetric unit consists of one zinc(II), two HL, and two chlorides. The tetra coordination of central zinc is attained by two chlorides and two oxygens from the Schiff base, forming a distorted tetrahedral geometry. Complex 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, P21/c space group; each asymmetric unit consists of one zinc(II) and two L. The tetra coordination of central zinc is attained by two nitrogens and two oxygens from the Schiff base, forming a distorted tetrahedral geometry.  相似文献

The reaction of 4-amino-5-ethyl-2H-1,2,4-triazole-3(4H)-thione (AETT, L1) with 2-thiophen carbaldehyde in methanol leads to the corresponding Schiff-base HL1a. The reaction of L1 with AgNO3 in ethanol gives the ionic complex [{[Ag(L1)]NO3}2]n (1). The ionic complex [(PPh3)2Ag(HL1a)2]NO3 · CH3CN (2) can be obtained by the reaction of HL1a with [(PPh3)2Ag]NO3 in methanol and acetonitrile solution, while its reaction with [(PPh3)2PdCl2] in the presence of sodium acetate in methanol leads to the neutral complex [(PPh3)2Pd(L1a)2] · 4MeOH (3). All the compounds were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analyses as well as by X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献
