A sensitive and reliable ultra‐high‐performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC–MS/MS) method was developed and validated for simultaneous determination of l ‐tetrahydropalmatine (l ‐THP) and its active metabolites l ‐isocorypalmine (l ‐ICP) and L ‐corydalmine (l ‐CD) in rat plasma. The analytes were extracted by liquid–liquid extraction and separated on a Bonshell ASB C18 column (2.1 × 100 mm; 2.7 μm; Agela) using acetonitrile–formic acid aqueous as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.2 mL/min in gradient mode. The method was validated over the concentration range of 4.00–2500 ng/mL for l ‐THP, 0.400–250 ng/mL for l ‐ICP and 1.00–625 ng/mL for l ‐CD. Intra‐ and inter‐day accuracy and precision were within the acceptable limits of <15% at all concentrations. Correlation coefficients (r ) for the calibration curves were >0.99 for all analytes. The quantitative method was successfully applied for simultaneous determination of l ‐THP and its active metabolites in a pharmacokinetic study after oral administration with l ‐THP at a dose of 15 mg/kg to rats.  相似文献

2D computer simulation revealed that amino acids and weak electrolytes were cationized because of the migration of counter‐ion from a BGE zone to a sample zone, which encouraged electrokinetic injection (EKI) of these analytes (by the mobility‐boost (MB) effect). To investigate the effects of kinds and concentrations of counter‐ions on the MB effect and the analyte amount injected into the capillary, experiments, and 1D computer simulations were performed. When acetate was used as the counter‐ion, the LODs (S/N = 3) of l ‐histidine and creatinine, respectively, reached 0.10 and 0.25 nM because of the concentration effect by transient ITP (tITP). The concentrations of l ‐histidine and creatinine in human blood plasma obtained using the proposed method were agreed with those obtained using the conventional methods. The proposed method can be applied to the analysis of amino acids and weak bases that have similar pI and pKa to l ‐histidine and creatinine.  相似文献

In this study, a new CE method, employing a binary system of trimethyl‐β‐CD (TM‐β‐CD) and a chiral amino acid ester‐based ionic liquid (AAIL), was developed for the chiral separation of seven 2‐arylpropionic acid nonsteroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). In particular, the enantioseparation of ibuprofen, ketoprofen, carprofen, indoprofen, flurbiprofen, naproxen, and fenoprofen was improved significantly by supporting the BGE with the chiral AAIL l ‐alanine tert butyl ester lactate (l ‐AlaC4Lac). Parameters, such as concentrations of TM‐β‐CD and l ‐AlaC4Lac, and buffer pH, were systematically examined in order to optimize the chiral separation of each NSAID. It was observed that the addition of the AAIL into the BGE improved both resolution and efficiency significantly. After optimization of separation conditions, baseline separation (Rs>1.5) of five of the analytes was achieved in less than 11 min, while the resolution of ibuprofen and flurbiprofen was approximately 1.2. The optimized enantioseparation conditions for all analytes involve a BGE of 5 mM sodium acetate/acetic acid (pH 5.0), an applied voltage of 30 kV, and a temperature of 20°C. In addition, the results obtained by computing the %‐RSD values of the EOF and the two enantiomer peaks, demonstrated excellent run‐to‐run, batch‐to‐batch, and day‐to‐day reproducibilities.  相似文献

In this work, CE‐LIF was employed to investigate the amino acid metabolites produced by Escherichia coli (E. coli) in microbial fuel cell (MFC). Two peptides, l ‐carnosine and l ‐alanyl‐glycine, together with six amino acids, cystine, alanine, lysine, methionine, tyrosine, arginine were separated and detected in advance by a CE‐LIF system coupled with a homemade spontaneous injection device. The injection device was devised to alleviate the effect of electrical discrimination for analytes during sample injection. All analytes could be completely separated within 8 min with detection limits of 20–300 nmol/L. Then this method was applied to analyze the substrate solution containing amino acid metabolites produced by E. coli. l ‐carnosine, l ‐alanyl‐glycine, and cystine were used as the carbon, nitrogen, and sulfur source for the E. coli culture in the MFC to investigate the amino acid metabolites during metabolism. Two MFCs were used to compare the activity of metabolism of the bacteria. In the sample collected at the running time 200 h of MFC, the amino acid methionine was discovered as the metabolite with the concentrations 23.3 μg/L.  相似文献

The concentrations of l ‐tryptophan (Trp) and the metabolite l ‐kynurenine (KYN) can be used to evaluate the in‐vivo activity of indoleamine 2,3‐dioxygenase (IDO) and tryptophan 2,3‐dioxygenase (TDO). As such, a novel method involving derivatization of l ‐Trp and l ‐KYN with (R)‐4‐(3‐isothiocyanatopyrrolidin‐1‐yl)‐7‐(N,N‐dimethylaminosulfonyl)‐2,1,3‐benzoxadiazole (DBD‐PyNCS) and separation by high‐performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with tandem mass spectrometric (MS/MS) detection on a triazole‐bonded column (Cosmosil HILIC®) was developed to determine their concentrations. The optimized mobile phase, CH3CN/10 mm ammonium formate in H2O (pH 5.0) (90:10, v/v) eluted isocratically, resulted in satisfactory separation and MS/MS detection of the analytes. The detection limits of l ‐Trp and l ‐KYN were approximately 50 and 4.0 pm , respectively. The column temperature affected the retention behaviour of the Trp and KYN derivatives, with increased column temperatures leading to increased capacity factors; positive enthalpy changes were revealed by van't Hoff plot analyses. Using the proposed LC‐MS/MS method, l ‐Trp and l ‐KYN were successfully determined in 10 μL human serum using 1‐methyl‐l ‐Trp as an internal standard. The precision and recovery of l ‐Trp were in the ranges 2.85–9.29 and 95.8–113%, respectively, while those of l ‐KYN were 2.51–16.0 and 80.8–98.2%, respectively. The proposed LC‐MS/MS method will be useful for evaluating the in vivo activity of IDO or TDO. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A series of tertiary aminosquaramides as bifunctional organocatalysts in the ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of l ‐lactide (l ‐LA) were developed, allowing the activation of both the l ‐LA monomer and the alcohol group of the initiator/propagating species. Further, the impact of tertiary nitrogen substituents on catalytic activity in ROP of l ‐LA was explored. The tertiary aminosquaramide— an air‐stable and moisture‐stable catalyst—exhibited superior activity in contest with thiourea counterpart when both were equipped with a similar tertiary amine group. Kinetic and chain‐extension experiments indicated that the formed poly(l ‐LA) is featured with narrow polydispersity and high end‐group fidelity, hallmarks of a living polymerization process. The initiator efficiency was further executed at ease by preparation of an ABA triblock copolymer poly (l ‐LA)‐b‐poly (ethylene glycol)‐b‐poly (l ‐LA) in the presence of a dual‐headed PEG macroinitiator. 1H NMR titration experiments suggested a bifunctional catalytic mechanism, wherein both the l ‐LA monomer and the propagating hydroxyl group were activated en route to polymerization. The 1H NMR, SEC, and MALDI‐TOF MS measurements validated the quantitative incorporation of the initiator in the polymeric chains and enchainment over competitive trans‐esterification reaction. Overall, the structure‐activity relationships were surveyed to uncover aminosquaramide as a new bifunctional dual hydrogen‐bond donor catalyst for living ROP of l ‐LA. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this study, a series of chiral stationary phases based on N‐[(4‐methylphenyl)sulfonyl]‐l ‐leucine amide, whose enantiorecognition property has never been studied, were synthesized. Their enantioseparation abilities were chromatographically evaluated by 67 enantiomers. The chiral stationary phase derived from N‐[(4‐methylphenyl)sulfonyl]‐l ‐leucine showed much better enantioselectivities than that based on N‐(4‐methylbenzoyl)‐l ‐leucine amide. The construction of C2 symmetric chiral structure greatly improved the enantiorecognition performance of the stationary phase. The C2 symmetric chiral stationary phase exhibited superior enantioresolutions to other chiral stationary phases for most of the chiral analytes, especially for the chiral analytes with C2 symmetric structures. By comparing the enantioseparations of the enantiomers with similar structures, the importance of hydrogen bond interaction, π–π interaction, and steric hindrance on enantiorecognition was elucidated. The enantiorecognition mechanism of transN,N′‐(1,2‐diphenyl‐1,2‐ethanediyl)bis‐acetamide, which had an excellent separation factor on the C2 symmetric chiral stationary phase, was investigated by 1H‐NMR spectroscopy and 2D 1H‐1H nuclear overhauser enhancement spectroscopy.  相似文献

l ‐tetrahydropalmatine (l ‐THP) is a tetrahydroprotoberberine isoquinoline alkaloid that has been used as an analgesic agent in China for more than 40 years. Recent studies indicated its potential application in the treatment of drug addiction. In this study, a sensitive and rapid method using ultra high performance liquid chromatography with MS/MS was developed and validated for simultaneous quantitation of l ‐THP and its desmethyl metabolites. Enzymatic hydrolysis was integrated into sample preparation to enable the quantitative determination of both free and conjugated metabolites. Chromatographic separation was achieved on an Agilent Poroshell 120 EC‐C18 column. Detection was performed by MS in the positive ion ESI mode. The calibration curves of the analytes were linear (r2 > 0.9936) over the concentration range of 1–1000 ng/mL with the lower limit of quantification at 1 ng/mL. The precision for both intra‐ and interday determinations was <8.97%, and the accuracy ranged from ?8.74 to 8.65%. The recovery for all the analytes was >70% without significant matrix effect. The method has been successfully applied to the urinary excretion study of l ‐THP in rats. The conjugates were found to be the major urine metabolites of the drug.  相似文献

A robust ultra‐performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC–MS/MS) method for the determination of morphine‐6‐d ‐glucuronide (M6G), morphine‐3‐d ‐glucuronide (M3G) and morphine (MOR) in human plasma and urine has been developed and validated. The analytes of interest were extracted from plasma by protein precipitation. The urine sample was prepared by dilution. Both plasma and urine samples were chromatographed on an Acquity UPLC HSS T3 column using gradient elution. Detection was performed on a Xevo TQ‐S tandem mass spectrometer in multiple reaction monitoring mode using positive electrospray ionization. Matrix interferences were not observed at the retention time of the analytes and internal standard, naloxone‐D5. The lower limits of quantitation of plasma and urine were 2/0.5/0.5 and 20/4/2 ng/mL for M6G/M3G/MOR, respectively. Calibration curves were linear over the concentration ranges of 2–2000/0.5–500/0.5–500 and 20–20,000/4–4000/2–2000 ng/mL for M6G/M3G/MOR in plasma and urine samples, respectively. The precision was <7.14% and the accuracy was within 85–115%. Furthermore, stability of the analytes at various conditions, dilution integrity, extraction recovery and matrix effect were assessed. Finally, this quantitative method was successfully applied to the pharmacokinetic study of M6G injection in Chinese noncancer pain patients.  相似文献

A method for the detection of unlabeled and 15N2‐labeled l ‐tryptophan (l ‐Trp), l ‐kynurenine (l ‐Kyn), serotonin (5‐HT) and quinolinic acid (QA) in human and rat plasma by GC/MS is described. Labeled and unlabeled versions of these four products were analyzed as their acyl substitution derivatives using pentafluoropropionic anhydride and 2,2,3,3,3‐pentafluoro‐1‐propanol. Products were then separated by GC and analyzed by selected ion monitoring using negative ion chemical ionization mass spectrometry. l ‐[13C11, 15N2]‐Trp, methyl‐serotonin and 3,5‐pyridinedicarboxylic acid were used as internal standards for this method. The coefficients of variation for inter‐assay repeatability were found to be approximately 5.2% for l ‐Trp and 15N2‐Trp, 17.1% for l ‐Kyn, 16.9% for 5‐HT and 5.8% for QA (n = 2). We used this method to determine isotope enrichments in plasma l ‐Trp over the course of a continuous, intravenous infusion of l ‐[15N2]Trp in pregnant rat in the fasting state. Plasma 15N2‐Trp enrichment reached a plateau at 120 min. The free Trp appearance rate (Ra) into plasma was 49.5 ± 3.35 µmol/kg/h. The GC/MS method was applied to determine the enrichment of 15N‐labeled l ‐Trp, l ‐Kyn, 5‐HT and QA concurrently with the concentration of non‐labeled l ‐Trp, l ‐Kyn, 5‐HT and QA in plasma. This method may help improve our understanding on l ‐Trp metabolism in vivo in animals and humans and potentially reveal the relative contribution of the four pathways of l ‐Trp metabolism. Enantioresolution of the calcimimetic drug (R,S)‐Cinacalcet was achieved using both indirect and direct approaches. Six chiral variants of Marfey's reagent having l ‐Ala‐NH2, l ‐Phe‐NH2, l ‐Val‐NH2, l ‐Leu‐NH2, l ‐Met‐NH2 and d ‐Phg‐NH2 as chiral auxiliaries were used as derivatizing reagents under microwave irradiation. Derivatization conditions were optimized. Reversed‐phase high‐performance liquid chromatography was successful using binary mixtures of aqueous trifluoroacetic acid and acetonitrile for separation of diastereomeric pairs with detection at 340 nm. Thin silica gel layers impregnated with optically pure l ‐histidine and l ‐arginine were used for direct resolution of enantiomers. The limit of detection was found to be 60 pmol in HPLC while in TLC it was found to be in the range of 0.26–0.28 µg for each enantiomers. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this paper, a simple, effective and green capillary electrophoresis separation and detection method was developed for the quantification of underivatized amino acids (dl ‐phenylalanine; dl ‐tryptophan) using β‐Cyclodextrin and chiral ionic liquid ([TBA] [l ‐ASP]) as selectors. Separation parameters such as buffer concentrations, pH, β‐CD and chiral ionic liquid concentrations and separation voltage were investigated for the enantioseparation in order to achieve the maximum possible resolution. A good separation was achieved in a background electrolyte composed of 15 mm sodium tetraborate, 5 mm β‐CD and 4 mm chiral ionic liquid at pH 9.5, and an applied voltage of 10 kV. Under optimum conditions, linearity was achieved within concentration ranges from 0.08 to 10 µg/mL for the analytes with correlation coefficients from 0.9956 to 0.9998, and the analytes were separated in less than 6 min with efficiencies up to 970,000 plates/m. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of amino acid enantiomers in compound amino acids injections, such as 18AA‐I, 18AA‐II and 3AA. This paper extends the research of the utilization of borate coordination complexes in chiral separation by counter‐current chromatography (CCC). Racemic propafenone was successfully enantioseparated by CCC with di‐n‐butyl l ‐tartrate combined with boric acid as the chiral selector. The two‐phase solvent system was composed of chloroform/ 0.05 mol/L acetate buffer pH 3.4 containing 0.10 mol/L boric acid (1:1, v/v), in which 0.10 mol/L di‐n‐butyl l ‐tartrate was added in the organic phase. The influence of factors in the enantioseparation of propafenone were investigated and optimized. A total of 92 mg of racemic propafenone was completely enantioseparated using high‐speed CCC in a single run, yielding 40–42 mg of (R)‐ and (S)‐propafenone enantiomers with an HPLC purity over 90–95%. The recovery for propafenone enantiomers from fractions of CCC was in the range of 85–90%.  相似文献

Enantiomeric separation of d ‐ and l ‐serine on an octadecylsilica column was investigated using (2R)‐2,5‐dioxopyrrolidin‐1‐yl‐2,5,7,8‐tetramethyl‐6‐(tetrahydro‐2H‐pyran‐2‐yloxy)chroman‐2‐carboxylate (R‐NPCA), which was developed for a pre‐column derivatization reagent for electrochemical detection. In addition, (2S)‐2,5‐dioxopyrrolidin‐1‐yl‐2,5,7,8‐tetramethyl‐6‐(tetrahydro‐2H‐pyran‐2‐yloxy)chroman‐2‐carboxylate (S‐NPCA) was newly synthesized from (S)‐(?)‐6‐hydroxy‐2,5,7,8‐tetramethylchroman‐2‐carboxylic acid (Sα‐CA), and the enantiomeric separation of d ‐ and l ‐serine using S‐NPCA was also examined. The enantiomeric separation of d ,l ‐serine was achieved using the R‐ or S‐NPCA as a chiral derivatization reagent, and the elution orders of the enantiomers were reversed between R‐ and S‐NPCA. The elution orders of d ‐ and l ‐serine unexpectedly reversed between the phosphate buffer at pH 4.0 and pH 2.2, both of which were used in the mobile phase. Separation factors obtained using R‐ and S‐NPCA were similar—1.09 and 1.07, respectively. The detection limit was approximately 940 fmol on the column (signal‐to‐noise ratio 3) when the applied voltage was +650 mV. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this work, a [Cu(mal)(bpy)]?H2O (mal, l ‐(?)‐malic acid; bpy, 4,4′‐bipyridyl) homochiral metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) was synthesized and used for modifying the inner walls of capillary columns by utilizing amido bonds to form covalent links between the MOFs particles and capillary inner wall. The synthesized [Cu(mal)(bpy)]?H2O and MOFs‐modified capillary column were characterized by X‐ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, particle size distribution analysis, nitrogen absorption characterization, FTIR spectroscopy, SEM, and energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDX). The MOFs‐modified capillary column was used for the stereoisomer separation of some drugs. The LODs and LOQs of six analytes were 0.1 and 0.25 μg/mL, respectively. The linear range was 0.25–250 μg/mL for ephedrine, 0.25–250 μg/mL for pseudoephedrine, 0.25–180 μg/mL for d ‐penicillamine, 0.25–120 μg/mL for l ‐penicillamine, 0.25–180 μg/mL for d ‐phenylalanine, and 0.25–160 μg/mL for l ‐phenylalanine, all with R2 > 0.999. Finally, the MOFs‐modified capillary column was applied for the analysis of active ingredients in a real sample of the traditional Chinese medicine ephedra.  相似文献

α‐l ‐Fucosidases (EC 3.2.1.51) are exo‐glycosidases. On the basis of the multi‐alignment of amino acid sequence, α‐l ‐fucosidases were classified into two families of glycoside hydrolases, GH‐29 and GH‐95. They are responsible for the removal of l ‐fucosyl residues from the non‐reducing end of glycoconjugates. Deficiency of α‐l ‐fucosidase results in Fucosidosis due to the accumulation of fucose‐containing glycolipids, glycoproteins and oligosaccharides in various tissues. Recent studies discovered that the fucosylation levels are increased on the membrane surfaces of many carcinomas, indicating the biological function of α‐l ‐fucosidases may relate to this abnormal cell physiology. Although the gene of human α‐l ‐fucosidase (h‐fuc) was cloned, the recombinant enzyme has rarely been overexpressed as a soluble and active from. We report herein that, with carefully control on the growing condition, an active human α‐l ‐fucosidases (h‐Fuc) was successfully expressed in Escherichia coli for the first time. After a series steps of ion‐exchange and gel‐filtration chromatographic purification, the recombinant h‐Fuc with 95% homogeneity was obtained. The molecular weight of the enzyme was analyzed by SDS‐PAGE (~50 kDa) and confirmed by ESI mass (50895 Da). The recombinant h‐Fuc was stable up to 55 °C with incubation at pH 6.8 for 2 h; the optimum temperature for h‐Fuc is approximately 55 °C. The enzyme was stable at pH 2.5–7.0 for 2 h; the enzyme activity decreased greatly for pH greater than 8.0 or less than 2.0. The Km and kcat values of the recombinant h‐Fuc (at pH 6.8) were determined to be 0.28 mM and 17.1 s?1, respectively. The study of pH‐dependent activity showed that the recombinant enzyme exhibited optimum activity at two regions near at pH 4.5 and pH 6.5. These features of the recombinant h‐Fuc are comparable to the native enzyme purified directly from human liver. Studies on the transfucosylation and common intermediate of the enzymatic reaction by NMR support that h‐Fuc functions as a retaining enzyme catalyzing the hydrolysis of substrate via a two‐step, double displacement mechanism.  相似文献

We report a new kind of coating using UV waterborne technique with a biobased poly(amino acid) resin. Firstly we performed the thermal polycondensation of l ‐lysine during 15 h at 150 °C to synthesize water‐soluble oligomers of poly‐l ‐lysine (PLL) with 5–6 monomer units. These oligomers were then transformed in mild conditions to give photocurable water‐soluble resins. We grafted on the poly‐l ‐lysine backbone, allyl and maleamic acid functional groups, with a grafting rate close to 65% thanks to allyl glycidyl ether and maleic anhydride respectively. The influence of the reaction time and the reagents ratio on the grafting rate was investigated. Hence, the donor/acceptor photopolymerization of the mixture of allyl ether‐poly‐l ‐lysine (PLL‐g‐AE) with maleamic acid‐poly‐l ‐lysine (PLL‐g‐MA) in aqueous solution gave yellow transparent films. The degree of conversion and other kinetic parameters have been studied and detailed. This work contributes to the development of materials based on renewable resources and cleaner processes. It opens a new pathway to both fundamental and applied‐driven research. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part A: Polym. Chem. 2015 , 53, 955–963  相似文献

Differing from the moisture‐sensitive α‐amino acid N‐carboxyanhydrides (AA‐NCAs) monomers, N‐phenoxycarbonyl α‐amino acids (AA‐NPCs) can be prepared and stored in open air. In this contribution, we report that the controlled polymerizations of AA‐NPC monomers of Otert‐butyl‐dl ‐serine (BRS‐NPC), Nε‐benzyloxycarbonyl‐l ‐lysine (ZLL‐NPC) and Nε‐trifluoroacetyl‐l ‐lysine (FLL‐NPC) initiated by amines are surprisingly able to tolerate common nucleophilic impurities such as water and alcohols at a level of monomer concentration. The structures of polypeptides synthesized in the presence of water or alcohols agree well with the designed ones in the case of repeated chain extensions. Detailed mechanism study and density functional theory calculation reveal that the low concentration of AA‐NCA and the high activity of amines are the key factors to the controllability of AA‐NPC polymerizations. The water‐ and alcohol‐tolerant property in polymerizations of AA‐NPCs encourages the following studies on unprotected (phenolic) hydroxyl groups containing AA‐NPCs. The controllable polymerizations of N‐phenoxycarbonyl l ‐tyrosine (LT‐NPC) and N‐phenoxycarbonyl S‐(3‐hydroxypropyl)‐l ‐cysteine (HLC‐NPC) initiated by amines are confirmed and reported for the first time, which extends the library of AA‐NPCs and polypeptides as well. All the universality of library, the convenience of monomer preparation, and the controllability and water‐ and alcohol‐tolerant property of polymerization of AA‐NPCs significantly enhance the feasibility of polypeptide synthesis, making AA‐NPC approach a promising synthetic method of polypeptides. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Nine glycosides ( 1–9 ) were characterized from the n‐butanol‐soluble fraction of the ethanolic extract of the leaves of Sageretia thea by the general approach. Among these, Compounds 6 and 7 were identified as a mixture. Application of HPLC‐SPE‐NMR in two selected fractions led to the separation of this mixture and the characterization of three additional minors ( 10–12 ). Among these, 7‐O‐methylmyricetin 3‐O‐α‐l ‐arabinofuranoside ( 8 ) is a new natural product and eight compounds, i.e. glucofragulin A ( 1 ), quercetin‐3‐O‐α‐l ‐arabinopyranoside ( 5 ), 3‐O‐β‐d ‐galactopyranoside ( 6 ), 3‐O‐β‐d ‐glucopyranoside ( 7 ), and 3‐O‐α‐l ‐arabinofuranoside ( 11 ), myricetin‐3‐O‐α‐l ‐arabinofuranoside ( 9 ) and 3‐O‐β‐d‐glucopyranoside ( 10 ), and quercetrin ( 12 ), are found for the first time from the title plant.  相似文献

In this study, poly(styrene‐co‐N‐methacryloyl‐l ‐phenylalanine methyl ester)‐functionalized magnetic nanoparticles were constructed and used as magnetic solid‐phase extraction sorbents for analysis of food preservatives in beverages. To prepare the poly(amino acid)‐based sorbents, N‐methacryloyl‐l ‐phenylalanine methyl ester, and styrene served as the functional monomers and modified onto the magnetic nanoparticles via free radical polymerization. Interestingly, compared with propylparaben and potassium sorbate, the proposed poly(amino acid)‐based sorbents showed a good selectivity to sodium benzoate. The adsorption capacity of the sorbents to sodium benzoate was 6.08 ± 0.31 mg/g. Moreover, the fast adsorption equilibrium could be reached within 5 min. Further, the resultant poly(amino acid)‐based sorbents were applied in the analysis of sodium benzoate in real beverage samples. The results proved that the proposed magnetic solid‐phase extraction sorbents have a great potential for the analysis of preservatives in food samples.  相似文献
