In this paper, voltammetric determination of hydrazine was investigated by 1‐amino‐2‐naphtol‐4‐sulfonic acid (ANSA) at the surface of carbon paste electrode (CPE) using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and double potential step chronoamperometry. Results showed that in pH 7.00, hydrazine participates in Michael addition reaction with ANSA and the anodic peak potential of hydrazine shifted to 726 mV less positive than CPE in absence of ANSA, this value is unique compared with other research works. Also, the value of rate constant for the oxidation of hydrazine was calculated 8.3 × 104 cm3 mol‐1 s‐1 and the diffusion coefficient of ANSA at the surface of CPE was determined 7.3 × 10‐7 cm2 s‐1. A linear correlation between Ip and hydrazine concentration in the ranges, from 5 × 10‐5 mol/L to 2.5 × 10‐2 mol/L with CV method was obtained and the detection limit was found as 4.3 × 10‐5 mol/L.  相似文献

The design and construction of an extra high selective voltammetric sensor for parathion by using a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) as recognition element was introduced. A parathion selective MIP and a nonimprinted polymer (NIP) were synthesized and then incorporated in the carbon paste electrode. The MIP‐CP electrode showed very high recognition ability in comparison to NIP‐CP. It was shown that electrode washing after parathion extraction, led to enhanced selectivity. Some parameters affecting the sensor response were optimized and then the calibration curve was plotted. A dynamic linear range of 1.7–900 nM was obtained. The detection limit of the sensor was calculated as 0.5 nM. This sensor was used successfully for parathion determination in real samples such as ground water and vegetables.  相似文献

The construction, general performance characteristics and analytical application of a titanium dioxide–modified carbon paste electrode sensitive to hydrogen ions, based on incorporation of titanium dioxide in a carbon paste matrix, is described. The proposed electrochemical sensor exhibits a linear response in the pH range from 2 to 10, at 25 °C, with a sub‐Nernstian slope. The value of a slope is in a direct correlation with the electrode composition – the optimum content of a titanium dioxide in carbon paste is 30 %. Titanium dioxide‐modified carbon paste electrode shows fast response time and reproducibility, confirmed by different compounds determination in both, individual and complex material, namely, in synthetic and real samples. Besides, the electrode shows high selectivity in the presence of the alkali and the alkaline earth ions as Na+, K+, Ca2+ or Mg2+. The standard deviation of the investigated acids (acetic, oxalic, 5‐sulfosalicylic, p‐toluensulfonic acid, and amino acid‐glycine) and bases (N,N′‐diphenylguanidine and collidine) is less than 1.3 %. The obtained data are compared with those obtained by using a conventional glass pH‐electrode under the same experimental conditions and indicate a high correlation between them.  相似文献

An electrochemical sensor for metronidazole (MTZ) was built via the surface modification of a carbon paste electrode (CPE) by a film obtained through electropolymerization of α‐cyclodextrin (CPEα‐CD). The CPEα‐CD was characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and atomic force microscopy (AFM), by both techniques was demonstrated that the polymer film is coating the electrode surface. The electroreduction behaviour of MTZ in HClO4 media as a supporting electrolyte was studied by differential‐pulse voltammetric (DPV) technique. The DPV electrochemical process was observed to be diffusion controlled and irreversible. Under optimal conditions, the peak current was proportional to MTZ concentration in the range of 0.5 to 103.0 μM with a detection limit of 0.28±0.02 μM. The method was successfully applied to quantify of MTZ in pharmaceutical formulations. In addition, this proposed MTZ sensor exhibited good reproducibility, long‐term stability and fast current response.  相似文献

Measuring the serum bilirubin (BR) level is part of the common test for newborns, since high concentrations of bilirubin in the blood can cause brain damage and even death for them. Therefore, achieving a fast, accurate and cost effective method for bilirubin assay in medical diagnosis and Medical management of patients with jaundice, especially neonates, is very important. In this study, an electrochemical sensor was developed to detect low amounts of bilirubin in serum samples. The basis of the work is the BR imprinted polymer synthesis and the use of this polymer as a recognition element in the production of the bilirubin voltammetric sensor. For this purpose, bilirubin imprinted polymer was synthesized using the simple sol gel method and the prepared polymer is characterized by SEM and FT‐IR. In the next step, this polymer was applied to modify the carbon paste electrode and provide a sensitive and selective sensor for the BR molecule. The proposed sensor was able to measure the bilirubin in the concentration range of 1 to 100 μM after optimizing the operating conditions. The limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) was calculated 0.75 μM and 2.5 μM respectively. It is also applicable to bilirubin assay in serum samples.  相似文献

本文提出了以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)修饰碳糊电极直接测定苯酚的电化学方法。在pH=8.0的0.1mol·L-1磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,苯酚在+0.63V出现一个灵敏的氧化峰,其峰电流与苯酚浓度在4.0×10-7~5.0×10-5mol·L-1之间呈线性关系,检出限为5.0×10-8mol·L-1。本文对CTAB对苯酚氧化的增敏机理进行了探讨。该电极用于工业废水中苯酚的检测,取得了满意的结果。  相似文献

多金属氧酸盐作为一类阴离子簇合物,由于其结构的多样性和尺寸大小的可调变性,在电化学、催化和药学等领域引起了人们的广泛关注.本文制备了多酸Co(C15N6H12)2[PW12O38]·5H2O(Co[PW12O38])修饰碳糊电极并通过电化学阻抗谱、循环伏安法以及差分脉冲伏安法对多巴胺的传感性能进行了研究.对其制备条件和检测条件分别进行了优化.在优化条件下,制备的传感器对多巴胺具有良好的选择性和灵敏度的检测能力.多巴胺的线性响应范围为8.0x10-6 mol·L-1至3x10-5 mol·L-1,灵敏度为0.039 μA·(μmol·L-1)-1,检出限(S/N=3)为5.4 x10-6 mol·L-1. 制备的多酸修饰碳糊电极用于检测多巴胺表现出良好的稳定性和重现性,并且对抗坏血酸、尿酸等常见的干扰物质,具有良好的抗干扰性. 多酸修饰的碳糊电极制备过程简单方便,成本低,传感性能良好,对应用于电化学传感器检测多巴胺具备潜在的应用前景.   相似文献

The voltammetric oxidation and determination of chlorpheniramine maleate (CPM) was studied at a carbon paste electrode (CPE) in the presence of sodium‐dodecyl sulfate (SDS) by cyclic and differential pulse voltammetry. The results indicated that the voltammetric response of chlorpheniramine maleate was markedly increased in the low concentration of SDS, suggesting that SDS exhibits observable enhancement effect to the determination of chlorpheniramine maleate. Under the optimal conditions the peak current was proportional to chlorpheniramine maleate concentration in the range of 8.0×10−6 to 1.0×10−4 M with detection limit of 1.7×10−6 M by differential pulse voltammetry. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of chlorpheniramine in pharmaceutical and urine samples.  相似文献

The electrochemical properties of hydrazine studied at the surface of a carbon paste electrode spiked with p‐bromanil (tetrabromo‐p‐benzoquinone) using cyclic voltammetry (CV), double potential‐step chronoamperometry and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) in aqueous media. The results show this quinone derivative modified carbon paste electrode, can catalyze the hydrazine oxidation in an aqueous buffered solution. It has been found that under the optimum conditions (pH 10.00), the oxidation of hydrazine at the surface of this carbon paste modified electrode occurs at a potential of about 550 mV less positive than that of a bar carbon paste electrode. The electrocatalytic oxidation peak current of hydrazine showed a linear dependent on the hydrazine concentrations and linear analytical curves were obtained in the ranges of 6.00×10?5 M–8.00×10?3 M and 7.00×10?6 M–8.00×10?4 M of hydrazine concentration with CV and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) methods, respectively. The detection limits (3σ) were determined as 3.6×10?5 M and 5.2×10?6 M by CV and DPV methods. This method was also used for the determination of hydrazine in the real sample (waste water of the Mazandaran wood and paper factory) by standard addition method.  相似文献

利用极谱分析仪,在0.40 mol/L的HAc-NaAc(pH 6.0)缓冲液中,发现靛红在碳糊电极(CPE)上有一灵敏的吸附伏安还原峰,峰电位为-0.44 V(vs.SCE)。该还原峰的二阶导数峰电流与靛红的浓度在4.0×10-8~1.0×10-7mol/L(富集90 s)范围内成良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9954,检出限为8.0×10-9mol/L(S/N=3,富集110 s)。探讨了靛红在碳糊电极上的伏安性质和电极反应机理,并且成功应用于中草药青黛中靛红含量的测定。  相似文献

A new chemically modified carbon paste electrode based on a mixture of two ion‐exchangers namely chlorpheniramine‐silicotungstate (CPM‐ST) and chlorpheniramine‐tetraphenylborate (CPM‐TPB) as ion‐exchange site for determination of chlorpheniramine maleate (CPM) was described. The best performance was exhibited by the electrode having the paste containing 3.0 wt% ion‐exchangers (CPM‐ST&CPM‐TPB), 48.5 wt% graphite, 47.5 wt% DOPh and 1.0 wt% NaTPB. The proposed chemically modified carbon paste electrode exhibited a Nernstian response for CPM over a wide concentration range of 1.2×10?6 to 1.0×10?2 M with a detection limit of 5.1×10?7 M between pH 4.5 and 7.7 with fast response ≤10 s. The sensor showed good selectivity for CPM with respect to a large number of inorganic cations, organic cations, sugars, amino acids and some common drug excipients. The modified electrode was applied to potentiometric determination of CPM in its pharmaceutical preparations and biological fluids (serum and urine) with average recoveries of 97.5–102% and relative standard deviations of 0.32–1.97%.  相似文献

A sensitive and selective electrochemical method for the simultaneous determination of dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA) was developed using a pyrogallol red modified carbon paste electrode. Under the optimized conditions, the peak current was linearly dependent on 1.0–700.0 μmol L?1 DA and 50.0–1000.0 μmol L?1 UA. The detection limits for DA and UA were 0.78 μmol L?1 and 35 μmol L?1, respectively. Finally, this method was also examined for the determination of DA and uric acid in real samples such as drugs and urine.  相似文献

In this study, the electrochemical reduction of nitrite was investigated on poly(4‐aminoacetanilide) (PPAA) forming by cyclic voltammetry at the surface of carbon paste electrode. The electrochemical properties of the modified electrode have been studied by cyclic voltammetry and double potential step chronoamperometry. Results showed that in the optimum condition (pH = 0.00) the reduction of nitrite occurred at a potential about 667 mV more positive than that unmodified carbon paste electrode. This amount of electrocatalytic ability is high compared with other electrocatalysts. Using a chronoamperometric method, the catalytic rate constant (k) was calculated 8.4 × 104 cm3 mol‐1 s‐1. Also, the electrocatalytic reduction peak currents was found to be linear with the nitrite concentration in the ranges of 5 × 10‐4 M to 2.5 × 10‐2 M and 2 × 10‐5 M to 7 × 10‐3 M with detection limits (2σ) were determined as 4.5 × 10‐4 M and 1 × 10‐5 M by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and hydrodynamic amperometry methods respectively. Recovery experiments exhibit the satisfactory results.  相似文献

In this work a carbon paste electrode modified with multiwalled carbon nanotubes/β‐cyclodextrin (MWCNTs/β‐CD) was constructed and applied to the determination of nifedipine. The electrochemical behavior of nifedipine at this electrode was investigated using cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. Characterization of the modified electrode was conducted with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. After adsorption of nifedipine on the MWCNTs/β‐CD paste electrode at 0.0 V for 6 min, a well defined reduction peak was produced in sodium hydroxide of 0.05 M. The calibration curve was linear from 7.0×10?8 to 1.5×10?5 M. The detection limit was obtained as 2.5×10?8 M. The results demonstrated that this electrochemical sensor has excellent sensitivity and selectivity. This sensor was applied for determination of nifedipine in drug dosage and blood serum with excellent recoveries.  相似文献

研究了钪(Ⅲ) 茜素氨羧络合剂(ALC)络合物在碳糊电极正电位区的吸附伏安行为,利用该络合物产生的二次导数吸附氧化峰电流与钪浓度成正比测定钪。其线性范围为2.0×10-9~6.0×10-7mol/L;富集120s,检出限达1.0×10-9mol/L(S/N=3)。探讨了电极反应机理。在同一支电极同一表面上15次连续测定4.0×10-8mol/L的Sc(Ⅲ),方法的相对标准偏差为3.7%。该法用于矿石样品中钪的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

A TTF‐TCNQ/PVC composite electrode is proposed as a voltammetric cation and anion sensor. The electrode relies on the principle that, during redox processes involving the TCNQ0/? couple for cations and the TTF+/0 couple for anions, electrolyte ions are included into lattice sites in the charge neutralization process. This voltammetric ion‐sensor provides results that are similar to those of sensors based on two electrodes (viz. one modified with TCNQ for cations and another modified with TTF for anions) but with some practical advantages over them.  相似文献

A novel CdTe quantum dots‐modified carbon paste electrode (QDMCPE) was fabricated and used to study the electrooxidation of dopamine and uric acid and their mixtures by electrochemical methods. Using square wave voltammetry (SWV), a highly sensitive and simultaneous determination of dopamine and uric acid was explored at the modified electrode. SWV peak currents of dopamine and uric acid increased linearly with their concentrations in the ranges of 7.5×10?8–6.0×10?4 M, and 7.5×10?6–1.4×10?3 M, respectively.
