The non-stationary response in vibrating systems with power-law damping, subjected to sweep tests is considered. Using the method of averaging, it is shown that the bifurcation delay persists in all forms of power-law damping, viz., Coulomb, orifice and cubic damping models. Experimental investigations on a soft type of isolator confirm the existence of delay in the jump phenomenon. These results also indicate that the softening nature of non-linearity can be profitably employed in the design of isolators and vehicle suspensions. 相似文献

The paper presents an experimental application of a method leading to the identification of the elastic and damping material
properties of isotropic vibrating plates. The theory assumes that the searched parameters can be extracted from curvature
and deflection fields measured on the whole surface of the plate at two particular instants of the vibrating motion. The experimental
application consists in an original excitation fixture, a particular adaptation of an optical full-field measurement technique,
a data preprocessing giving the curvature and deflection fields and finally in the identification process using the Virtual
Fields Method (VFM). The principle of the deflectometry technique used for the measurements is presented. First results of
identification on an acrylic plate are presented and compared to reference values. Results are discussed and improvements

本文根据三维弹性理论建立了多层弹性-粘弹性阻尼复合板自由振动的运动方程.该方程所根据的力学模型包括了影响阻尼复合板振动的几乎全部变形因素,包括弹性层和粘弹性层的平面剪切、横向剪切、纵向拉伸以及粘弹性层在厚度方向的胀缩变形。用该方程对工程声学问题所关注的中高频域结构损耗因子进行了数值计算。此外,对“附加型”和“成品型”两种结构型式约束阻尼板损耗因子的差异,尤其是阻尼层的厚度方向胀缩变形耗能对结构损耗因子的影响,进行了计算讨论。 相似文献

对动圈式恒速度型过阻尼地震检波器相对阻尼系数的测量方法进行了研究。首先引入了动圈式地震检波器的运动方程和输出方程,随同参数定义给出了这种检波器对直流电流的响应函数;然后讨论了当前两种过阻尼系数的测量方法———经典的参数辨识法及两点法,明确了它们的适用范围;最后提出了一种线性方法。根据该方法,相对过阻尼系数能够表示成检波器响应曲线的半峰高宽度和检波器自然频率乘积的线性函数。研究表明,利用本方法可在较宽阻尼范围取得更好性能,且该方法便于硬件实现。 相似文献

采用“单一叶片振动方法”代替传统的“全部叶片振动方法”,用线性化的方法推导出计算振动叶片非定常气动力(引起叶片弯曲振动)及力矩(引起叶片扭转振动)方程。通过输入叶型及气流参数,它可以方便有效地估计出作用在振动叶片上的非定常气动力和力矩,以及振动叶片不稳定工况发生的条件和范围。并在氟里昂超音速风洞上进行了实验测量,结果表明,理论计算结果与实验测试结果符合较好。 相似文献

振动轮式微机械陀螺仪存在两个主要的工作模态 :驱动模态和敏感模态。本文研究了敏感模态反馈控制环节对系统工作性能的影响。提出刚度、阻尼组合反馈的模态控制思想 ,探讨了利用刚度反馈控制敏感模态的固有谐振频率 ,利用阻尼反馈控制系统检测范围的多参量控制方法 ;并对敏感模态中刚度反馈校正环节和阻尼反馈的校正环节进行了详细的分析 ,建立了系统对两个校正环节在增益和相位上的要求。 相似文献

对具有可控约束阻尼层的板进行了振动控制实验研究. 以压电片作为作动器,根据测量的结构振动信号,反馈控制约束层的变形,抑制板的振动. 对试验件进行了试验模态分析,讨论了压电片的附加位置;采用比例反馈对试验件进行了控制试验;试验给出了控制效果和压电片面积的关系. 研究结果证明,这种利用粘弹性阻尼抑制结构的高频振动,利用压电材料的逆压电效应控制结构的低频振动的主被动杂交控制方式对薄壁结构的振动抑制效果显著,控制频率范围宽,可靠性高. 相似文献

采用X射线光电子能谱仪研究了表面修饰硼酸盐润滑油添加剂在钢球表面形成的表面膜的元素组成和化学状态,并考察了摩擦化学反应膜的结构和化学作用机制,结果表明:在不同油润滑条件下,硼酸盐润滑油添加剂均与钢球磨损表面发生了相互作用,并形成主要由吸附膜和摩擦化学反应膜组成的复杂表面膜;摩擦化学反应膜中所含元素的化学状态及其含量的试验负荷有关,且沿反应膜深度方向而变化,即由表及里,Fe与B、N及O等形成的无机化合物的含量逐渐增加,而有机化合物的含量逐渐降低。 相似文献

The four-equation two-fluid model of two-component flow has been developed to study the effects of air entrainment and air release on the pressure transient due to the rapid valve closure. A nearly-implicit hydrodynamic numerical scheme is applied. Numerical experiments show that entrained, entrapped and released gases decrease the pressure wave frequency, produce asymmetric pressure surges with respect to the static pressure and result in the difference between up-surge duration and down-surge duration. These results are consistent with the experimental and field data observed by other investigators. A decrease in pressure peaks is also discovered in the given conditions. 相似文献

分别采用机械混合和釜内聚合方法在UHMWPE基体上填充高岭土,制得两类UHMWPE/Kaolin复合材料,考察了两类UHMWPE/Kaolin复合材料的浆体冲蚀磨损特性及其与冲击速度和高岭土含量之间的关系,通过对磨损表面形貌的观察分析,探讨了UHMWPE/Kaolin复合材料的磨损机理。结果表明,采用聚合方法制备的含高岭土约6.6%(质量分数)UHMWPE/Kaolin复合材料的浆体冲蚀磨损性能优于UHMWPE,是一种有应用前景的复合材料。 相似文献

The damping efficiency of the coating system was discussed in this paper based on the Reuss model and Hashin–shtrickman equation. The theoretical results show that for a coating system, there exist an optimum thickness of the coating layer that make the coating structure obtain the best balance between the strength and the damping capacity. Enlarge the modulus difference between the coating layer and substrate will improve the damping and stiffness of the coating system simultaneously. The deviation between the theoretical predicted and experimental values on the dynamic modulus and damping capacity will be ameliorated while the stiffness difference between the coating layer and substrate increasing. 相似文献

本文介绍了平台式惯导系统在振动条件下陀螺漂移和加速度误差的变化规律 ,系统分析了平台角振动对惯导系统振动性能的影响。首次提出了振动条件下惯性平台角振动是导致加速度误差和陀螺漂移变化的重要因素。通过稳定回路动态仿真和角振动测试验证了平台角运动与稳定回路动态刚度有十分密切的关系 ,提出了减小平台角振动的改进方案。通过惯导系统振动试验证明了理论分析的正确性和改进措施的有效性 相似文献
