The rate constant of malachite green (MG+) alkaline fading was measured in water‐ethanol‐1‐propanol ternary mixtures. This reaction was studied under pseudo‐first‐order conditions at 283‐303 K. It was observed that the reaction rate constant increases in the presence of different weight percentages of ethanol and 1‐propanol. The fundamental rate constants of MG+ fading in these solutions were obtained by SESMORTAC model. In each series of experiments, concentration of one alcohol was kept constant and the concentration of the second one was changed. It was observed that at constant concentration of one alcohol and variable concentrations of the second one, with increase in temperature, k1 values increase and this indicates that presence of ethanol (or 1‐propanol) increases dissolution of 1‐propanol (or ethanol) in the activated complex formed in these solutions. Also, in each zone, fundamental rate constants of reaction at each certain temperature change as k2 » k1 » k?1.  相似文献

A magnetically separable catalyst Al2O3‐MgO/Fe3O4 was prepared by Al2O3‐MgO supported on magnetic oxide Fe3O4 and charactered by FT‐IR, XRD and SEM. The mixed oxides afforded high catalytic activity and selectivity for synthesis of 1‐phenoxy‐2‐propanol from phenol and propylene oxide with 80.3% conversion and 88.1% selectivity to 1‐phenoxy‐2‐propanol. Especially, facile separation of the catalyst by a magnet was obtained and the catalytic performance of the recovered catalyst was unaffected even at the forth run.  相似文献

A two‐step synthesis of 1‐substituted 3‐alkoxy‐1H‐isoindoles 4 has been developed. Thus, the reaction of 2‐(dialkoxymethyl)phenyllithium compounds, which are easily generated in situ by Br/Li exchange between 1‐bromo‐2‐(dialkoxymethyl)benzenes 1 and BuLi in THF at ?78°, with nitriles afforded [2‐(dialkoxymethyl)phenyl]methanimines 2 , which were treated with a catalytic amount of TsOH?H2O in refluxing CHCl3 to give the desired products in reasonable yields. Similarly, 3‐aryl‐1‐ethoxy‐1‐methyl‐1H‐isoindoles 7 have been prepared starting from 1‐bromo‐2‐(1,1‐diethoxyethyl)benzenes 5 .  相似文献

Excess molar volumes Vm^E and kinematic viscosities v have been measured as a function of composition for binary mixtures of propylene glycol monomethyl ether (1-methoxy-2-propanol), MeOCH2CH(OH)Me, propylene glycol monoethyl ether (1-ethoxy-2-propanol), EtOCH2CH(OH)Me, propylene glycol monopropyl ether (1-propoxy-2-propanol), PrOCH2CH(OH)Me, propylene glycol monobutyl ether (1-butoxy-2-propanol), BuOCH2CH(OH)Me, and propylene glycol tert-butyl ether (1-tert-butoxy-2-propanol), t-BuOCH2CH(OH)Me with 1-butanol, and 2-butanol, at 298.15 K and atmospheric pressure. The excess molar volumes are negative across the entire range of composition for all the systems with 1-butanol, and positive for the systems 2-butanol+ 1-methoxy-2-propanol, and +1-propoxy-2-propanol, negative for the systems 2-butanol+1-butoxy-2-propanol, and change sign for the systems 2-butanol+ 1-ethoxy-2-propanol, and + 1-tert-butoxy-2-propanol. From the experimental data, the deviation in dynamic viscosity η from ∑χiηi has been calculated. Both excess molar volumes and viscosity deviations have been correlated using a Redlich-Kister type polynomial equation by the method of least-squares for the estimation of the binary coefficients and the standard errors.  相似文献

The gas‐phase pyrolytic decomposition mechanisms of 3‐anilino‐1‐propanol with the products of aniline, ethylene, and formaldehyde or N‐methyl aniline and aldehyde were studied by density functional theory. The geometries of the reactant, transition states, and intermediates were optimized at the B3LYP/6‐31G (d, p) level. Vibration analysis was carried out to confirm the transition state structures, and the intrinsic reaction coordinate method was performed to search the minimum energy path. Four possible reaction channels are shown, including two concerted reactions of direct pyrolytic decomposition and two indirect channels in which the reactant first becomes a ring‐like intermediate, followed by concerted pyrogenation. One of the concerted reactions in the direct pyrolytic decomposition has the lowest activation barrier among all the four channels, and so, it occurs more often than others. Ring‐opening polymerization of 1‐methyltrimethylene carbonate (MTMC) initiated by highly active single‐component rare earth tris(2,6‐di‐tert‐butyl‐4‐methylphenolate)s [Ln(OAr)3, Ln = La, Dy, Y] or yttrium isopropoxide [Y(OiPr)3] is reported for the first time. PolyMTMC (Mw = 8.4 × 104, molecular weight distributions = 1.5) initiated by La(OAr)3 at [MTMC]/[initiator] = 1000 was obtained with the yield over 99% in toluene within 1 h at 30 °C. Random and block copolymers of MTMC with ε‐caprolactone (CL), 2,2‐dimethyltrimethylene carbonate (DTC) or polyethylene glycol (PEG) including poly(MTMC‐r‐CL), poly(MTMC‐b‐CL), poly(MTMC‐r‐DTC), poly(MTMC‐b‐DTC), and poly(MTMC‐b‐PEG‐b‐MTMC) were synthesized. The differential scanning calorimetry results show that thermal behaviors of the polymers sensitively depend on their compositions and chain structures. Furthermore, the measurements of 1H‐1H COSY and density functional theory calculation are applied to investigate the mechanism. The polymerization of MTMC takes place according to a coordination‐insertion mechanism, and the ring is opened via acyl‐oxygen bond cleavage resulting in a Ln? O active center. There exist two ring‐opening modes of MTMC in which mode b , breaking the CH2O? CO bond, is the major pathway. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Precipitation polymerization of styrene (St)–divinylbenzene (DVB) has been carried out using acetonitrile/1‐propanol mixture as the reaction media and 2,2′‐azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator. Monodisperse micron‐sized poly(St‐co‐DVB) microspheres with clean and smooth surface were synthesized in the absence of any stabilizing agent such as surfactants or steric stabilizers. The effects of various polymerization parameters such as 1‐propanol fraction in the reaction media, initiator and total monomer concentration, DVB content, polymerization time and polymerization temperature on the morphology, particle size and size distribution were investigated. It was found that smoothly shaped stable particles were obtained when less than 70 vol% of 1‐propanol was used in the media. The particle size increased with the AIBN concentration, whereas the change of uniformity was less obvious. Monodisperse microspheres were obtained when the total monomers loading ranged from 0.5 to 3 vol%. The particle diameter ranged from 2.73 to 1.87 µm with an increasing DVB content and the uniformity was enhanced. In addition, the yield of microspheres increased with the increasing total monomer, initiator, and DVB concentration and polymerization time. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A series of novel 3‐((4‐(t‐butyl)‐2‐(2‐benzylidenehydrazinyl)thiazol‐5‐yl)methyl)quinolin‐2(1H)‐ones ( 7a – 7z ) were designed, synthesized and evaluated for their ability of inhibiting neuraminidase (NA) of in?uenza H1N1 virus. Some compounds displayed moderate influenza NA inhibitory activity. Compound 7l with the scaffold of 2‐(2‐(2‐methoxybenzylidene)hydrazinyl)thiazole was the best one, exhibiting moderate NA inhibitory activity with IC50 of 44.66 µmol/L. Structure‐activity relationship showed that compounds with methoxy or hydroxy groups at the ortho position, fluorine and nitro groups at the meta position and chlorine and bromine groups at the para position of phenyl ring were more active. Docking study indicated that compound 7l has important interactions with some key residues (including Asp151, Glu119, Arg292, Tyr406, and Asn347) and binds to 430‐cavity adjacent to NA active site.  相似文献

Four structures of oxoindolyl α‐hydroxy‐β‐amino acid derivatives, namely, methyl 2‐{3‐[(tert‐butoxycarbonyl)amino]‐1‐methyl‐2‐oxoindolin‐3‐yl}‐2‐methoxy‐2‐phenylacetate, C24H28N2O6, (I), methyl 2‐{3‐[(tert‐butoxycarbonyl)amino]‐1‐methyl‐2‐oxoindolin‐3‐yl}‐2‐ethoxy‐2‐phenylacetate, C25H30N2O6, (II), methyl 2‐{3‐[(tert‐butoxycarbonyl)amino]‐1‐methyl‐2‐oxoindolin‐3‐yl}‐2‐[(4‐methoxybenzyl)oxy]‐2‐phenylacetate, C31H34N2O7, (III), and methyl 2‐[(anthracen‐9‐yl)methoxy]‐2‐{3‐[(tert‐butoxycarbonyl)amino]‐1‐methyl‐2‐oxoindolin‐3‐yl}‐2‐phenylacetate, C38H36N2O6, (IV), have been determined. The diastereoselectivity of the chemical reaction involving α‐diazoesters and isatin imines in the presence of benzyl alcohol is confirmed through the relative configuration of the two stereogenic centres. In esters (I) and (III), the amide group adopts an anti conformation, whereas the conformation is syn in esters (II) and (IV). Nevertheless, the amide group forms intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds with the ester and ether O atoms in all four structures. The ether‐linked substituents are in the extended conformation in all four structures. Ester (II) is dominated by intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen‐bond interactions. In contrast, the remaining three structures are sustained by C—H...O hydrogen‐bond interactions.  相似文献

rac‐Lactide polymerization kinetics in THF at 72 °C were monitored in real‐time using mid‐infrared ATR‐FTIR spectroscopy, with diamond composite insertion probe and light conduit technology. Monomer concentration as a function of time was acquired using the 1240 cm?1 resonance associated with the ? CO? O? C? stretch. Polymerizations were initiated with either n‐propanol (PrOH), ethylene glycol (EG), trimethylol propane (TMP), or pentaerythritol (PENTA) with the coinitiator stannous octoate (Sn(Oct)2). Polymerizations were found to be reversible at high monomer conversions, with a residual monomer concentration at 72 °C (345 K) of 0.081 M. The polymerizations were internally first‐order with respect to monomer, indicating a constant concentration of propagating centers. For a typical reaction with [rac‐LA]0 = 1.0 M, [PENTA]0 = 1.3 × 10?2 M, and [Sn(Oct)2] = 2.5 × 10?2 M, the first‐order rate constant, kapp was measured as 1.8 × 10?4 s?1. First‐order rate constants were determined to be independent of polymer architecture (i.e., initiator functionality) and proportional to [Sn(Oct)2] for [Sn(Oct)2]0/[ROH]0 ? 1, where [ROH]0 represents the initial concentration of initiating hydroxyl groups. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 研究了室温下间苯二酚和甲基乙烯基酮分别与β-环糊精( β-CD)形成包结物后的几种不同固相反应,结果表明包结物A(间苯二酚/β-CD)与包结物B(甲基乙烯基酮/β-CD)反应能够很好地得到目的产物,产率及ee值分别为82.8%和78.4%;间苯二酚与包结物B反应仅得到低光学活性产物(ee值为19.5%);包结物A与甲基乙烯基酮反应却没有得到手性目的产物。以熔点、X-粉末衍射、固相核磁碳谱及ROESY多种方法对所形成的包结物进行了表征,包结物中主客体的比例(1:1)通过1H NMR (400 MHz)得以确定,文章对固相环加成反应的机制也进行了初步探讨。  相似文献

Reaction of dichloro‐ and dibromodimethyltin(IV) with 2‐(pyrazol‐1‐ylmethyl)pyridine (PMP) afforded [SnMe2Cl2(PMP)] and [SnMe2Br2(PMP)] respectively. The new complexes were characterized by elemental analysis and mass spectrometry and by IR, Raman and NMR (1H, 13C) spectroscopies. Structural studies by X‐ray diffraction techniques show that the compounds consist of discrete units with the tin atom octahedrally coordinated to the carbon atoms of the two methyl groups in a trans disposition (Sn? C = 2.097(5), 2.120(5) Å and 2.110(6), 2.121(6) Å in the chloro and in the bromo compounds respectively), two cis halogen atoms (Sn? Cl = 2.4908(16), 2.5447(17) Å; Sn? Br = 2.6875(11), 2.7464(9) Å) and the two donor atoms of the ligand (Sn? N = 2.407(4), 2.471(4) Å and 2.360(5), 2.455(5) Å). In both cases, the Sn? A convenient one‐pot method for the preparation of (4Z)‐4‐(arylmethylidene)‐5‐ethoxy‐1,3‐oxazolidine‐2‐thiones 2 and 3 from ethyl (2Z)‐3‐aryl‐2‐isothiocyanatoprop‐2‐enoates 1 , which can be easily prepared from ethyl 2‐azidoacetate and aromatic aldehydes, has been developed. Lanthanum isopropoxide (La(OiPr)3) has been synthesized and employed for ring‐opening polymerization of 1,4‐dioxan‐2‐one in bulk as a single‐component initiator. The influences of reaction conditions such as initiator concentration, reaction time, and reaction temperature on the polymerization were investigated. The kinetics indicated that the polymerization is first‐order with respect to the monomer concentration. The Mechanistic investigations according to 1H NMR spectrum analysis demonstrated that the polymerization of PDO proceeded through a coordination‐insertion mechanism with a rupture of the acyl‐oxygen bond of the monomer rather than the alkyl‐oxygen bond cleavage. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Summary: Well‐defined poly[(ethylene oxide)‐block‐(sodium 2‐acrylamido‐2‐methyl‐1‐propane sulfonate)] diblock copolymers [P(EOmb‐AMPSn)], have been obtained by water‐based ATRP using α‐methoxy‐ω‐(2‐methylbromoisobutyrate) poly(ethylene oxide)s (MeO‐P[EO]m‐BriB with m ranging from 12 to 113) and CuBr · 2Bpy (Bpy for 2,2′‐bipyridyl) as macroinitiator and catalytic complex, respectively. Compared to direct polymerization in water, it has been demonstrated that the water/methanol (3:1, v/v) mixture is better suited for predicting the final number‐average molar mass from the initial monomer‐to‐macroinitiator molar ratio and achieving a quite narrow polydispersity, even at high monomer conversion ( ≈ 1.4 at 80% conversion). The effect of temperature, solvent mixture composition and addition of NaCl salt on the polymerization rate and extent of control over the copolymer molecular parameters have been highlighted as well.

A series of Zn (II), Pd (II) and Cd (II) complexes, [(L) n MX 2 ] m (L = L‐a–L‐c; M = Zn, Pd; X = Cl; M = Cd; X = Br; n, m = 1 or 2), containing 4‐methoxy‐N‐(pyridin‐2‐ylmethylene) aniline ( L‐a ), 4‐methoxy‐N‐(pyridin‐2‐ylmethyl) aniline ( L‐b ) and 4‐methoxy‐N‐methyl‐N‐(pyridin‐2‐ylmethyl) aniline ( L‐c ) have been synthesized and characterized. The X‐ray crystal structures of Pd (II) complexes [L 1 PdCl 2 ] (L = L‐b and L‐c) revealed distorted square planar geometries obtained via coordinative interaction of the nitrogen atoms of pyridine and amine moieties and two chloro ligands. The geometry around Zn (II) center in [(L‐a)ZnCl 2 ] and [(L‐c)ZnCl 2 ] can be best described as distorted tetrahedral, whereas [(L‐b) 2 ZnCl 2 ] and [(L‐b) 2 CdBr 2 ] achieved 6‐coordinated octahedral geometries around Zn and Cd centers through 2‐equivalent ligands, respectively. In addition, a dimeric [(L‐c)Cd(μ ‐ Br)Br] 2 complex exhibited typical 5‐coordinated trigonal bipyramidal geometry around Cd center. The polymerization of methyl methacrylate in the presence of modified methylaluminoxane was evaluated by all the synthesized complexes at 60°C. Among these complexes, [(L‐b)PdCl 2 ] showed the highest catalytic activity [3.80 × 104 g poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)/mol Pd hr?1], yielding high molecular weight (9.12 × 105 g mol?1) PMMA. Syndio‐enriched PMMA (characterized using 1H‐NMR spectroscopy) of about 0.68 was obtained with Tg in the range 120–128°C. Unlike imine and amine moieties, the introduction of N‐methyl moiety has an adverse effect on the catalytic activity, but the syndiotacticity remained unaffected.  相似文献
