Trityl chloride (triphenylmethyl chloride, TrCl, Ph3CCl) is utilized as an efficient and homogeneous organocatalyst for the synthesis of 14‐aryl‐14H‐dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes from β‐naphthol and arylaldehydes under solvent‐free conditions. Moreover, a plausible mechanism is suggested based on the literature and on in situ formation of trityl carbocation with inherent instability during the reaction.  相似文献

A series of 14‐{[(Un)substituted phenyl] or alkyl}‐14H‐dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes were prepared under solvent‐free conditions by Yb(OTf)3 catalyzed condensation reactions of β‐naphthol with various aldehydes. The process presented here is operationally simple, environmentally benign and has good to excellent yields. Furthermore, the catalyst can be recovered conveniently and reused efficiently.  相似文献

The synthesis of 14‐aryl‐ or 14‐alkyl‐14H‐dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes 3 involving the treatment of naphthalen‐2‐ol ( 1 ) with arenecarboxaldehydes or alkanals 2 in the presence of HClO4?SiO2 as a heterogeneous catalyst was achieved (Table 1), and this reaction was extended to the preparation of N‐[(2‐hydroxynaphthalen‐1‐yl)methyl]amides 5 by a three‐component reaction with urea ( 4a ) or an amide 4b – d as a third reactant (Table 2).  相似文献

A new series of Brønsted–Lewis acidic diethyldisulfoammonium chlorometallates, [DEDSA][FeCl4] and [DEDSA]2[Zn2Cl6], were synthesized as solid materials from the reaction of [(Et)2N(SO3H)2][Cl] ionic liquid with transition metal chlorides (FeCl3 and ZnCl2) at 80 °C in neat condition for 2 h. The chlorometallates were fully characterized using various spectroscopic and analytical techniques such as Fourier transform infrared, UV–visible and Raman spectroscopies, powder X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray and thermogravimetric analyses, Hammett acidity and elemental analyses. Their catalytic activity was studied as reusable heterogeneous catalysts for the three‐component synthesis of novel 14‐aryl‐7‐(N‐phenyl)‐14H‐dibenzo[a,j]acridines under solvent‐free conditions at 100 °C.  相似文献

NaHSO4•H2O has been used as an efficient catalyst for the one-pot preparation of 14H-[(un)substituted phenyl]-dibenzo[a,j]xanthene leuco-dye derivatives by condensation of β-naphthol with substituted benzaldehydes under microwave and thermal conditions. Copper and cobalt substituted spinel ferrites Cu1‐xCoxFe2O4 (0≤X≤1) have been synthesized by using hydrothermal method. The resultant spinel ferrites were systematically characterized by different techniques such as X‐ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDX), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR). It was indicated that all the resultant spinel ferrites obtained by the hydrothermal method had the single‐phase crystalline. The resultant spinel ferrites were employed in the synthesis of 14‐aryl‐14‐H‐dibenzo[a,j]xanthene derivatives. It was found that the nanocatalyst Cu0.5Co0.5Fe2O4 displays the best performance in the synthesis of 14‐aryl‐14H‐dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes. The catalyst was reused several times without significant loss of its activity for the preparation of desired product. In addition high yields of the products, solvent‐free conditions and reusability of the catalyst are other worthwhile advantages of the present study.  相似文献

Phosphomolybdic acid (PMA)–SiO2 was found to be an efficient catalyst for the three‐component condensation reaction of phthalhydrazide, 1,3‐diketone, and aldehydes to produce 2H‐indazolo[1,2‐b]phthalazine‐triones in excellent yields. A facile synthesis of benzo[h ]quinolines has been developed via improved Combes reaction. A combination of silica gel, p ‐toluenesulfonic acid and phosphorus pentoxide was utilized to promote the condensation of 1‐naphthylamines with 1,3‐diketones under solvent free conditions. In this case, silica gel was used as reaction media, p ‐toluenesulfonic acid and phosphorus pentoxide were acted as catalyst and dehydrating agent, respectively.  相似文献

We conveniently coated silicotungstic acid (STA, H4[W12SiO40]) on amino‐functionalized Si–magnetite nanoparticles, as surface functionalization of magnetic nanoparticles is an excellent way for green and efficient catalysis. The nanoparticles were structurally characterized using various techniques. The catalytic activity and recyclability of the STA–amine–Si–magnetite nanoparticles were probed through synthesis of 1H–pyrazolo[1,2‐b]phthalazinedione derivatives. The reaction proceeds smoothly to provide products in excellent yields and short reaction times. The catalyst could be readily recovered using a simple external magnet and reused several times without any significant loss in activity. Herein, we report a comparison of the activity of H4[W12SiO40] as a homogeneous and heterogeneous catalyst, the latter being found to be more efficient. The findings offer effective methods for environmentally friendly synthesis of pyrazolo[1,2‐b]phthalazinedione derivatives.  相似文献

Thiourea dioxide was immobilized on γ‐Fe2O3@Cu3Al‐LDH magnetic nanoparticles to prepare the γ‐Fe2O3@Cu3Al‐LDH‐TUD MNPs. The structure and properties of these magnetic nanoparticles were established by FT‐IR, EDX, SEM, XRD, and hystogram of particle size analytical methods. The results obtained from these analytical methods confirmed the successful immobilization of the thiourea dioxide onto the magnetic support. The synthesized magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) exhibited high catalytic activity in one‐pot three‐component reactions under mild and solvent‐free conditions for the synthesis of diverse ranges of dihydropyrano[3,2‐c]pyrazoles and dihydropyrano[3,2‐c]chromens. All the reactions proceeded smoothly to furnish the respective products in excellent yields. Simple isolation of the products, avoidance of harmful organic solvents, versatility of the catalyst and its easy magnetic separation and reusability with no significant loss of activity are the main advantages of the present method.  相似文献

An efficient acid‐catalyzed synthesis of some bis, tris, and tetrakis(indolyl)methanes, 3,4‐dihydropyrimidin‐2(1H )‐ones, and 2‐aryl‐1H ‐benzothiazoles is reported using NaY zeolite functionalized by sulfamic acid/Cu(OAc )2 (NaY zeolite‐NHSO3H /Cu(OAc )2) in excellent yield. The heterogeneous catalyst has a simple work‐up procedure and could be recycled and reused for six reaction cycles.  相似文献
