A new and efficient method for the preparation of N‐substituted pyrroles from one‐pot Paal‐Knorr condensation has been accomplished using nano‐crystalline sulfated zirconia (SZ) as the catalyst in ethanol at moderate temperature. This new protocol has the advantages of easy availability, stability, reusability and eco‐friendliness of the catalyst, high to excellent yields, simple experimental and work‐up procedure. The synthesized compounds were confirmed through spectral characterization using IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and mass spectra.  相似文献

Hydrolysis reaction of Fe(NO3)3 at a high temperature in the presence of urea as the homogeneous precipitant was studied. With the prepared ceramic filter balls loaded with α-Fe2O3 after high temperature calcination, the loading of α-Fe2O3 on the porous ceramic filter balls from Fe(NO3)3 solutions of different concentrations and mechanical stability of the loaded α-Fe2O3 were studied. The product was characterized using XRD and SEM. Adsorption experiments were conducted to evaluate the performance of the product in adsorbing NH3-N. It turned out that the specific surface area of the ceramic filter balls loaded with α-Fe2O3 had increased to 36.5387 m2/g from original 4.6127 m2/g. When the concentration of Fe(NO3)3 was 0.40 mol/L, the loading of α-Fe2O3 on the ceramic filter balls accounted for 8.4% of the total mass of the adsorbent and α-Fe2O3 was adsorbed on the filter balls very well. The adsorption isotherm of NH3-N on the ceramic filter ball adsorbent loaded with α-Fe2O3 was of Langmuir type. The saturated adsorption capacity was 3.33 mg/L, and the adsorption constant K was 0.1873. NH3-N was adsorbed by α-Fe2O3 more easily, which was a kind of specific adsorption.  相似文献

An efficient and sensitive analytical method based on molecularly imprinted solid‐phase extraction (MISPE) and reverse‐phase ultrasound‐assisted dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (USA‐DLLME) coupled with LC–MS/MS detection was developed and validated for the analysis of urinary 4‐(methylnitrosamino)‐1‐(3‐pyridyl)‐1‐butanol (NNAL), a tobacco‐specific nitrosamine metabolite. The extraction performances of NNAL on three different solid‐phase extraction (SPE) sorbents including the hydrophilic‐lipophilic balanced sorbent HLB, the mixed mode cationic MCX sorbent and the molecularly imprinted polymers (MIP) sorbent were evaluated. Experimental results showed that the analyte was well retained with the highest extraction recovery and the optimum purification effect on MIP. Under the optimized conditions of MIP and USA‐DLLME, an enrichment factor of 23 was obtained. Good linearity relationship was obtained in the range of 5‐1200 pg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.9953. The limit of detection (LOD) was 0.35 pg/mL. The recoveries at three spiked levels ranged between 88.5% and 93.7%. Intra‐ and inter‐day relative standard deviations varied from 3.6% to 7.4% and from 5.4% to 9.7%, respectively. The developed method combing the advantages of MISPE and DLLME significantly improves the purification and enrichment of the analyte and can be used as an effective approach for the determination of ultra‐trace NNAL in complex biological matrices.  相似文献

Metal‐to‐metal allyl transfer : Using the first structurally characterized rhodium η1‐allyl complexes it is shown that the σ‐bound allyl substituent can be transferred from the RhIII complex to a RhI complex in a fast equilibrium. This process may account for the decrease in regioselectivity observed in allylic alkylation reactions in which complex 1 is used as a catalyst.

A liquid/liquid interfacial reaction system was designed to fabricate α‐Fe2O3 cubes. The reaction system uses a hydrophobic ionic liquid containing iron ions ([(C8H17)2(CH3)2N]FeCl4) for manufacturing α‐Fe2O3 cubes by a novel and environmentally friendly hydrothermal method under low‐temperature conditions (140 °C). The iron‐containing ionic liquid is hydrophobic and can form a liquid/liquid interface with water, which is vital for fabrication of the α‐Fe2O3 cubes. Nanomaterials synthesized from hydrophobic iron‐containing ionic liquids show good crystallinity, well‐developed morphology, and uniform size. The effect of different ionic liquids on the morphology of α‐Fe2O3 was investigated in detail. [(C8H17)2(CH3)2N]FeCl4 is assumed to perform the triple role of forming a liquid/liquid interface with water and acting as reactant and template at the same time. The effect of the reaction temperature on the formation of the α‐Fe2O3 cubes was also studied. Temperatures lower or higher than 140 °C are not conducive to formation of the α‐Fe2O3 cubes. Their photoelectrochemical properties were tested by means of the transient photocurrent response of electrodes modified with as‐prepared α‐Fe2O3 cubes. The photocurrent response of an α‐Fe2O3 cubes/indium tin oxide electrode is high and stable, and it shows great promise as a photoelectrochemical glucose sensor with high sensitivity and fast response, which are beneficial to practical applications of nanosensors.  相似文献

Five‐membered metallacycles are typically reluctant to undergo endocyclic β‐hydrogen elimination. The rhodium‐catalyzed isomerization of 4‐pentenals into 3‐pentenals occurs through this elementary step and cleavage of two C? H bonds, as supported by deuterium‐labeling studies. The reaction proceeds without decarbonylation, leads to trans olefins exclusively, and tolerates other olefins normally prone to isomerization. Endocyclic β‐hydrogen elimination can also be controlled in an enantiodivergent reaction on a racemic mixture.  相似文献

To probe the kinetic performance of microsolvated α‐nucleophile, the G2(+)M calculations were carried out for the gas‐phase SN2 reactions of monohydrated and dihydrated α‐oxy‐nucleophiles XO?(H2O)n = 1,2 (X = HO, CH3O, F, Cl, Br), and α‐sulfur‐nucleophile, HSS?(H2O)n = 1,2, toward CH3Cl. We compared the reactivities of hydrated α‐nucleophiles to those of hydrated normal nucleophiles. Our calculations show that the α‐effect of monohydrated and dihydrated α‐oxy‐nucleophiles will become weaker than those of unhydrated ones if we apply a plot of activation barrier as a function of anion basicity. Whereas the enhanced reactivity of monohydrated and dihydrated ROO? (R = H, Me) could be observed if compared them with the specific normal nucleophiles, RO? (R = H, Me). This phenomena can not be seen in the comparisons of XO?(H2O)n = 1,2 (X = F, Cl, Br) with ClC2H4O?(H2O)n = 1,2, a normal nucleophile with similar gas basicity to XO?(H2O)n = 1,2. These results have been carefully analyzed by natural bond orbital theory and activation strain model. Meanwhile, the relationships between activation barriers with reaction energies and the ionization energies of α‐nucleophile are also discussed. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

In order to explore the existence of α‐effect in gas‐phase SN2@N reactions, and to compare its similarity and difference with its counterpart in SN2@C reactions, we have carried out a theoretical study on the reactivity of six α‐oxy‐Nus (FO?, ClO?, BrO?, HOO?, HSO?, H2NO?) in the SN2 reactions toward NR2Cl (R = H, Me) and RCl (R = Me, i‐Pr) using the G2(+)M theory. An enhanced reactivity induced by the α‐atom is found in all examined systems. The magnitude of the α‐effect in the reactions of NR2Cl (R = H, Me) is generally smaller than that in the corresponding SN2 reaction, but their variation trend with the identity of α‐atom is very similar. The origin of the α‐effect of the SN2@N reactions is discussed in terms of activation strain analysis and thermodynamic analysis, indicating that the α‐effect in the SN2@N reactions largely arises from transition state stabilization, and the “hyper‐reactivity” of these α‐Nus is also accompanied by an enhanced thermodynamic stability of products from the n(N) → σ*(O?Y) negative hyperconjugation. Meanwhile, it is found that the reactivity of oxy‐Nus in the SN2 reactions toward NMe2Cl is lower than toward i‐PrCl, which is different from previous experiments, that is, the SN2 reactions of NH2Cl is more facile than MeCl. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

The amyloid‐β peptide (Aβ) plays a central role in the mechanism of Alzheimer's disease, being the main constituent of the plaque deposits found in AD brains. Aβ amyloid formation and deposition are due to a conformational switching to a β‐enriched secondary structure. Our strategy to inhibit Aβ aggregation involves the re‐conversion of Aβ conformation by adsorption to nanoparticles. NPs were synthesized by sulfonation and sulfation of polystyrene, leading to microgels and latexes. Both polymeric nanostructures affect the conformation of Aβ inducing an unordered state. Oligomerization was delayed and cytotoxicity reduced. The proper balance between hydrophilic moieties and hydrophobic chains seems to be an essential feature of effective NPs.

In this study, quasi‐cubic and hexagonal bipyramid α‐Fe2O3 polyhedrons with high‐index facets exposed were controllably synthesized by applying metal ions Zn2+ or Cu2+ as structure‐directing agents. The growth of the α‐Fe2O3 nanostructures with high‐index facets were induced by metal ions without the addition of any other surfactants. The quasi‐cubic form controlled by Zn2+ looks like a cube but has an angle of approximately 86° bound by (012), (10‐2), and (1‐12) facets, whereas the hexagonal bipyramid form controlled by Cu2+ has a sixfold axis bound by {012} facets. Magnetic measurements confirm that these two kinds of nanocrystals display shape‐ and surface‐dependent magnetic behaviors. The hexagonal bipyramid iron oxide nanocrystals show a lower Morin transition temperature of 240 K and might be spin‐canted ferromagnetically controlled at room temperature, and the ferromagnetism disappears at low temperature. The quasi‐cubic nanocrystals have a splitting between FC curve and ZFC curve from the highest experimental temperature and no Morin transformation occurs; this indicates that they would be defect ferromagnetically controlled at low temperature. The reported metal‐ion‐directing technique could provide a universal method for shape‐ and surface‐controlled synthesis of nanocrystals with high‐index facets exposed.  相似文献

Herein, the α‐Fe2O3@carboxyl‐functionalized yeast composite (α‐F@CFYC) was synthesized by direct oxidation of yeast with K2FeO4 and used as a novel adsorbent/heterogeneous Fenton catalyst for removal of methylene blue (MB). The obtained α‐F@CFYC was fully characterized by scanning electron microscopy, EDX, X‐ray diffraction analysis, Fourier‐transform infrared, thermogravimetry, and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, respectively, and the corresponding results showed that α‐Fe2O3 nanoparticles were successfully obtained and deposited on yeast surface, as well as more functional groups were introduced/exposed on yeast surface. Furthermore, various influence parameters (eg, contact time, initial pH, and MB concentration) on the adsorption/catalysis ability of α‐F@CFYC for MB have been investigated in detail under ambient conditions. As a result, owing to the synergetic effect of the loaded α‐Fe2O3 and the introduced/exposed functional groups on yeast surface, the as‐obtained α‐F@CFYC exhibited high adsorption capacities and good catalysis degradation properties for MB.  相似文献

By the use of expansion and one‐range addition theorems, the one‐electron molecular integrals over complete orthonormal sets of Ψα ‐exponential type orbitals arising in Hartree–Fock–Roothaan equations for molecules are evaluated. These integrals are expressed through the auxiliary functions in ellipsoidal coordinates. The comparison is made using Slater‐, Coulomb‐Sturmian‐, and Lambda‐type basis functions. Computation results are in good agreement with those obtained in the literature. Pyrrolidinophenones represent one emerging class of newly encountered drugs of abuse, also known as ‘new psychoactive substances’, with stimulating psychoactive effects. In this work, we report on the detection of the new designer drug α‐pyrrolidinohexiophenone (α‐PHP) and its phase I and II metabolites in a human urine sample of a drug abuser. Determination and structural elucidation of these metabolites have been achieved by liquid chromatography electrospray ionisation quadrupole time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry (LC‐ESI‐QTOF‐MS). By tentative identification, the exact and approximate structures of 19 phase I metabolites and nine phase II glucuronides were elucidated. Major metabolic pathways revealed the reduction of the ß‐keto moieties to their corresponding alcohols, didesalkylation of the pyrrolidine ring, hydroxylation and oxidation of the aliphatic side chain leading to n‐hydroxy, aldehyde and carboxylate metabolites, and oxidation of the pyrrolidine ring to its lactam followed by ring cleavage and additional hydroxylation, reduction and oxidation steps and combinations thereof. The most abundant phase II metabolites were glucuronidated ß‐keto‐reduced alcohols. Besides the great number of metabolites detected in this sample, α‐PHP is still one of the most abundant ions together with its ß‐keto‐reduced alcoholic dihydro metabolite. Monitoring of these metabolites in clinical and forensic toxicology may unambiguously prove the abuse of the new designer drug α‐PHP. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
