A three component efficient and facile procedure is developed for the synthesis of α-aminonitriles from aromatic and aliphatic aldehydes, amines, and trimethylsilyl cyanide in 1-butyl-3-methyl-1H-imidazolium perchlorate ([bmim][ClO4]) ionic liquid as the reaction medium at room temperature. Excellent yields are obtained in this one-pot procedure with short reaction times and the ionic liquid medium reused several times in a row.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of novel coumarin derivatives via a three‐component condensation of 4‐hydroxycoumarin, aldehydes and aromatic amines catalyzed by sulfonic acid functionalized ionic liquid L‐2‐(hydroxymethyl)‐1‐(4‐sulfobutyl)pyrrolidinium hydrogen sulfate ([HYSBPI]·HSO4) is reported. The condensed product was obtained with excellent yields in water under microwave irradiation condition. The antitumor activities of all the synthesized compounds were assessed on two different human cancer cell lines (A‐549 and MCF‐7), and the results showed that these compounds had weak‐to‐good antitumor activities and their IC50 ranged from 0.05 to more than 100 µmol·L?1.  相似文献

PEG1000-based dicationic acidic ionic liquid (PEG1000-DAIL) was found to be an efficient and recyclable catalyst for Mannich-type reaction of different ketones with various aromatic aldehydes and aromatic amines in water to give various β-arylamino ketones in good yields. The catalytic system could be easily recovered and reused for at least six runs only with slight decrease in its activity.  相似文献

Abstract

Anchoring 1-methyl-3-(triethoxysilylpropyl) imidazolium chloride onto silica-coated magnetic Fe3O4 particles afforded the corresponding supported ionic liquid. Exchanging the Cl? anion by treating with H2SO4 gave Brønsted ionic liquid 1-methyl-3-(triethoxysilylpropyl) imidazolium hydrogensulfate. The synthesized catalyst was characterized by various techniques such as infrared, x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and elemental analyses. The results indicated that the prepared catalyst had a nanostructure. The catalytic activity of the supported ionic liquid was examined in the synthesis of the polysubstituted pyridines by reaction of aromatic aldehydes with acetophenones and ammonium acetate in moderate to good yields under solvent-free conditions. The catalyst can be easily recovered by applying an external magnetic field and reused for at least seven runs without deterioration in catalytic activity.  相似文献

A green protocol for the synthesis of benzimidazoles with Fe(III) based PEG1000 dicationic imidazolium ionic liquid ([PEG1000mim2][FeCl4]2)/toluene temperature‐dependent biphasic system was described. Conformed by IR analysis, FeCl4 is the dominating anion species. It could be seen that aldehydes aryla mines and aromatic aldehydes bearing electron‐deficient group ( Cl,  Br,  NO2) and electron‐rich groups ( OH,  N(CH3)2) on the aromatic rings gave good yields (78–96 %). Moreover, the Fe(III) based PEG1000 dicationic imidazolium ionic liquid could be recycled and reused without significant loss of catalytic activity after seven runs.  相似文献

Reductive amination of carbonyl compounds using sodium borohydride is conducted in the Brønsted acidic ionic liquid, 1-methyl imidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([HMIm][BF4]). The ionic liquid plays the dual role of solvent as well as catalyst for efficient conversion of aldehydes and ketones to amines in excellent yields without the formation of side products.  相似文献

Abstract

The halogen-free Brønsted acidic ionic liquid methylimidazolium hydrogen sulfate ([Hmim]+ HSO4 ?) acts as a very efficient catalyst for the one-pot, two-component Baeyer condensation of a variety of aromatic aldehydes with dimethyl or diethyl aniline at room temperature. This “green” reagent behaves as both catalyst and solvent; that is, it exhibits “dual-reagent catalysis.” The room-temperature acidic ionic liquid could be recycled several times with almost no loss in the yield of the reaction. This is the first report of the Baeyer synthesis with a halogen-free ionic liquid.  相似文献

Summary. Three-component Mannich-type reaction of cyclohexanone, aromatic aldehydes, and aromatic amines was catalyzed by a basic functionalized ionic liquid, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hydroxide ([bmim][OH]), at room temperature to give various β-amino carbonyl compounds in high yields. The ionic liquid, which is environmentally friendly, can be recycled at least 5 times without significant loss of activity.  相似文献

A novel Brφnsted acid task specific ionic liquid 1-ethylbenzimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([Hebim]BF4) with functional benzimidazolium cation was synthesized and characterized by ^1H NMR, IR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. This novel ionic liquid was successfully used as dual solvent-catalyst for the synthesis of arylic esters. Higher yields were obtained in the presence of [Hebim]BF4 in comparison with other imidazolium ionic liquids because of the good solubility of the aromatic alcohols and aromatic carboxylic acids in [Hebim]BF4. The product could be separated conveniently from the reaction system, and the ionic liquid could be easily reused after removal of water under vacuum. After 10 times reuse, the selectivity of the ester was still 100%.  相似文献

A simple, precise, and accurate hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatographic (HILIC) method has been developed for the determination of five aromatic amines in environmental water samples. Chromatography was carried out on a bare silica column, using a mixture of acetonitrile and a buffer of NaH2PO4–H3PO4 (pH 1.5, containing 10 mM NaH2PO4) (85:15, v/v) as a mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL min−1. Aromatic amines were detected by UV absorbance at 254 nm. The linear range of amines was good (r2 > 0.998) and limit of detection (LOD) within 0.02–0.2 mg L−1 (S/N = 3). The retention mechanism for the analytes under the optimum conditions was determined to be a combination of adsorption, partition and ionic interactions. The proposed method was applied to the environmental water samples. Aromatic amines were isolated from aqueous samples using solid-phase extraction (SPE) with Oasis HLB cartridges. Recoveries of greater than 75% with precision (RSD) less than 12% were obtained at amine concentrations of 5–50 μg L−1 from 100 mL river water and influents from a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). The present HILIC technique proved to be a viable method for the analysis of aromatic amines in the environmental water samples.  相似文献

Heterogeneous iridium catalysts were prepared and applied for the reductive amination of aldehydes and ketones with nitroaromatics and amines using H2 . The iridium catalysts were prepared by pyrolysis of ionic liquid 1‐methyl‐3‐cyanomethylimidazoulium chloride ([MCNI ]Cl) with iridium chloride (IrCl3 ) in activated carbons. Iridium particles were well dispersed and stable in the N‐doped carbon materials from [MCNI ]Cl with activated carbon. The Ir@NC (600‐2h) catalyst was found to be highly active and selective for the reductive amination of aldehydes and ketones using H2 and a variety of nitrobenzenes and amines were selectively converted into the corresponding secondary and tertiary amines. The Ir@NC (600‐2h) catalyst can be reusable several times without evident deactivation.  相似文献

Ultrasound-assisted ionic liquid dispersive liquid-phase micro-extraction was developed for the determination of four aromatic amines such as 2,4-dichloroaniline, 1-naphthylamine, 6-chloroanline and N,N-dimethylaniline. High-performance liquid chromatography coupled with UV detector was used for the determination of aromatic amines. In the novel procedure, 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate [C6MIM] [PF6] was dispersed into the aqueous sample solution as fine droplets by ultrasonication, and which promoted the analytes more easily migrate into the ionic liquid phase. Variable affecting such as the volume of [C6MIM] [PF6], sample pH, ultrasonication time, extraction time, centrifuging time have been investigated in detail. The proposed method has been found to have excellent detection sensitivity with limits of detection (LOD, S/N = 3) in the range of 0.17–0.49 μg L−1 and precisions in the range of 2.0–6.1% (RSDs, n = 6). This method has been also successfully applied to analyze the real water samples and good spiked recoveries over the range of 92.2–119.3% were obtained.  相似文献

The interaction between adenosine-5??-triphosphate (ATP) and some aromatic amines (L), namely 1,2-phenylenediamine, 2-(2,4-diaminophenoxy)ethanol, 4-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)2,4-diaminoanisole, 4,5-diamino-1-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)pyrazole and 1,3-bis(2,4-diaminophenoxy) propane, was studied at T=298.15 K and I=0.06 mol?L?1 in NaCl aqueous solution. For all of the investigated systems, the formation of [(ATP)(L)H i ](i?4) species (i=1 to n+2; n=maximum protonation degree of the amine) with high yields (60?C80?%) were found. The ionic strength and temperature dependences of the complex formation constants were studied using semiempirical equations. The sequestering ability of the aromatic amines toward ATP was defined by calculating the pL50 parameter (the total ligand concentration, as ?log10 C L, able to bind 50?% of ATP). The dependence of pL50 on pH, ionic strength and temperature is reported. Moreover, it was found that the overall formation constants are reasonably linearly dependent on the number of protons in the complex species. Comparison with the stability of the species of analogous systems, such as ATP?Caliphatic amines and pyrophosphate?Caliphatic amines, is reported. For all these systems a fairly linear dependence was found of the formation constants on the basicity of the amines.  相似文献

α-Aminonitriles have been synthesized by a Strecker synthesis from aldehydes and ketones under mild catalytic, metal-free conditions. Aromatic aldehydes (1 equiv) were reacted with aromatic and 1° or 2° aliphatic amines (1 equiv) in EtOH containing 3 mol % of NH4Cl to give high yields of α-aminonitriles. An alternative to adding NH4Cl as a catalyst involved the use of excess TMSCN (1 equiv) and to promote the process. The reaction was also successful under microwave conditions using excess TMSCN with no solvent. Ketones similarly reacted with aromatic amines and excess TMSCN under conventional and microwave heating, but 30 mol % of added NH4Cl was required for optimum conversion.  相似文献

A regioselective Biginelli‐like reaction of alicyclic mono‐ketones, aromatic aldehydes, and urea in ionic liquid [BPY]BF4 has been investigated. The process is controlled by the size of alicyclic mono‐ketones and the steric hindrance of aromatic aldehydes. The reaction of cyclopentanone with urea and aromatic aldehydes afforded 7‐arylidene‐3,4,6,7‐tetrahydro‐4‐aryl‐1H‐cyclopenta[d]pyrimidin‐2(5H)‐ones ( 4 ). When cyclohexanone was used as the source of active methylene to react with urea and aldehydes with slight steric hindrance groups under the same condition, 8‐arylidene‐3,4,5,6,7, 8‐hexahydro‐4‐arylquinazolin‐2(1H)‐ones ( 6 ), a homologue of 4 , were yielded, whereas 4,8‐bisaryloc‐tahydro‐1H‐pyrimido[5,4‐i]‐quinazoline‐2,10(3H,11H)‐diones ( 7 ) were obtained via the simple one‐pot reaction of cyclohexanone, urea, and aromatic aldehydes with high steric hindrance groups. The possible transitional states and mechanism of the regioselective process were discussed.  相似文献

Multi-component condensation of β-naphthol, aromatic aldehydes, and cyclic 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds catalyzed by p-toluenesulfonic acid has been accomplished for the synthesis of a series of 12-aryl-8,9,10,12-tetrahydrobenzo[a]xanthen-11-ones in ionic liquid([bmim]BF4) and in solvent-free media. High yields, ease of recovery, and reusable reaction medium (ionic liquid) with consistent activity makes this protocol efficient and environmentally benign.  相似文献

在室温离子液体3-(三乙胺基)丙磺酸硫酸氢盐([TEAPS]HSO4)的催化作用下,由菲醌、醋酸铵和芳香醛"一锅法"合成了一系列2-取代-1H-菲并[9,10-d]咪唑化合物.实验中考察了投料比、催化剂用量、溶剂、反应时间对反应的影响,确定了最优反应条件,给出了可能的反应机理.此外催化剂可以方便的回收,且循环使用四次其催化活性并没有显著降低.目标产物经过了1HNMR,13CNMR,IR和MS确证表征.条件温和,反应时间短,产率高,且对环境友好.  相似文献
