The imines were generated in situ from carbonyl compounds and amines, which undergo smooth reduction with sodium borohydride in an ionic liquid/H2O solvent system. The reaction conditions were very mild and neutral to afford the corresponding highly functionalized amines in excellent yields.  相似文献

A variety of secondary amines were obtained in high isolated yields in the reductive amination of aldehydes and ketones by using lithium amidoborane as reducing agent. Compared to ammonia borane, lithium amidoborane has higher reducibility, and thus, exhibits faster reaction rate.  相似文献

在室温条件下, 离子液体1-正丁基-3-甲基六氟磷酸盐([bmim]PF6)能促进四氟硼酸铜催化一系列芳醛和乙酸酐反应, 以83%~97%的产率生成相应的1,1-二乙酸酯. 在离子液体[bmim]PF6存在情况下, 催化剂活性远远高于无离子液体存在下的活性. 催化剂用量仅需 0.2 mol%就能使反应顺利进行, 远远少于文献报道的其它催化剂的用量, 反应在3~20 min内完成. 实验结果表明该法催化剂用量少、产率高、反应时间短、离子液体可重复使用、对环境友好.  相似文献

Ionic liquids(ILs) are attracting much attention in various fields of chemical synthesis, electrochemical applications, liquid-liquid extractions, as well as biotransformations. Among those fields, the application of ILs as the potential green solvent for a wide variety of synthetic processes is an area of intense researches. High yield, high selectivity, and good catalytic charac-teristics have usually been achieved. Multilayers of myoglobin (Mb) with ionic liquid 1‐ethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([EMIM]BF4) was assembled on carbon ionic liquid electrode (CILE) based on the electrostatic attraction between the negatively charged Mb and the positively charged imidazolium ion of IL. The CILE was fabricated with 1‐ethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium ethylsulfate ([EMIM]EtOSO3) as the modifier, which exhibited imidazolium ion on the electrode surface. Then Mb molecules were assembled on the surface of CILE step‐by‐step to get a {IL/Mb}n multilayer film modified electrode. UV‐Vis adsorption and FT‐IR spectra indicated that Mb remained its native structure in the IL matrix. In deaerated phosphate buffer solution (pH 7.0) a pair of well‐defined quasi‐reversible redox peaks appeared with the apparent formal potential (E0′) as ‐0.212 V (vs. SCE), which was the characteristic of Mb heme Fe(III)/Fe(II) redox couples. The results indicated that the direct electron transfer of Mb was realized on the modified electrode. The {IL/Mb}n/CILE displayed excellent electrocatalytic ability to the trichloroacetic acid reduction in the concentration range from 2.0 to 22.0 mmol/L with the detection limit of 0.6 mmol/L (3σ). The proposed method provides a new platform to fabricate the third generation biosensor based on the self‐assembly of redox protein with ILs.  相似文献

CuI‐catalyzed coupling reactions of aryl iodides and electron‐deficient aryl bromides with nitrogen‐containing reagents, such as imidazole, benzimidazole, aliphatic primary and secondary amines, aniline, primary and secondary amides, in ionic liquid were developed. The reaction conditions involved the use of [Bmim][BF4] as the solvent, potassium phosphate as the base, and CuI as the catalyst. The CuI and [Bmim][BF4] could be recovered and recycled for five consecutive trials without significant loss of their activity.  相似文献

Hexamethylene bis(N-methylimidazolium) bis(dichloroiodate) (HMBMIBDCI), an ionic liquid iodinating reagent, have been prepared and characterized. Its ability to perform iodination reactions with a variety of substrates has been explored. In general, iodination reactions of aromatic and heteroaromatic amines proceed with good yields in the absence of solvent. Reactions of terminal alkynes in the presence of 1,8-diazabicyclo [5.4.O] undec-7-ene and tetrahydrofuran have been investigated as well.

A new hemoglobin (Hb) and room temperature ionic liquid modified carbon paste electrode was constructed by mixing Hb with 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate (BMIMPF6) and graphite powder together. The Hb modified carbon ionic liquid electrode (Hb‐CILE) was further characterized by FT‐IR spectra, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Hb in the carbon ionic liquid electrode remained its natural structure and showed good direct electrochemical behaviors. A pair of well‐defined quasireversible redox peaks appeared with the apparent standard potential (E′) as ?0.334 (vs. SCE) in pH 7.0 phosphate buffer solution (PBS). The electrochemical parameters such as the electron transfer number (n), the electron transfer coefficient (α) and the heterogeneous electron transfer kinetic constant (ks) of the electrode reaction were calculated with the results as 1.2, 0.465 and 0.434 s?1, respectively. The fabricated Hb‐CILE exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity to the reduction of H2O2. The calibration range for H2O2 quantitation was between 8.0×10?6 mol/L and 2.8×10?4 mol/L with the linear regression equation as Iss (μA)=0.12 C (μmol/L)+0.73 (n=18, γ=0.997) and the detection limit as 1.0×10?6 mol/L (3σ). The apparent Michaelis–Menten constant (KMapp) of Hb in the modified electrode was estimated to be 1.103 mmol/L. The surface of this electrochemical sensor can be renewed by a simple polishing step and showed good reproducibility.  相似文献

The interaction between anionic surfactants (AS) and 1‐hexadecyl‐3‐methylimidazolium bromide [C16mim]Br was studied by using resonance light scattering (RLS) technique, UV‐Vis spectrophotometry and fluorometric methods. In Britton Robinson (BR) buffer (pH 6.0), [C16mim]Br reacted with AS to form supermolecular complex which resulted in enhancement in RLS intensity. Their maximum RLS wavelengths were all at 390 nm. Some important interacting experimental variables, such as the solution acidity, [C16mim]Br concentration, salt effect and addition order of the reagents, were investigated and optimized. Under the optimum conditions, quantitative determination ranges were 0.001–7 μg·mL?1 for dodecyl sodium sulfate (SDS), 0.001–6 μg·mL?1 for sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS) and 0.005–7 μg·mL?1 for sodium lauryl sulfonate (SLS), respectively, while the detection limits were 1.3 ng·mL?1 for SDS, 1.0 ng·mL?1 for SDBS and 5.1 ng·mL?1 for SLS, respectively. Based on the ion‐association reaction, a highly sensitive, simple and rapid method has been established for the determination of AS.  相似文献

A convenient, highly efficient and green approach for synthesis of tetraketones from aromatic aldehydes with dimedone and 1,3‐indanedione at room temperature in PEG‐400 is described. A novel chiral ionic liquid (CIL) based on nicotinium salt has been synthesized and used as an efficient asymmetric chiral catalyst for reduction of acetophenone derivatives with NaBH4 in methanol at room temperature. In this paper a room temperature ionic liquid 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate (BMIMPF6) was used as binder for the construction of carbon ionic liquid electrode (CILE) and a new electrochemical biosensor was developed for determination of H2O2 by immobilization of hemoglobin (Hb) in the composite film of Nafion/nano‐CaCO3 on the surface of CILE. The Hb modified electrode showed a pair of well‐defined, quasi‐reversible redox peaks with Epa and Epc as ?0.265 V and ?0.470 V (vs. SCE). The formal potential (E°′) was got by the midpoint of Epa and Epc as ?0.368 V, which was the characteristic of Hb Fe(III)/Fe(II) redox couples. The peak to peak separation was 205 mV in pH 7.0 Britton–Robinson (B–R) buffer solution at the scan rate of 100 mV/s. The direct electrochemistry of Hb in the film was carefully investigated and the electrochemical parameters of Hb on the modified electrode were calculated as α=0.487 and ks=0.128 s?1. The Nafion/nano‐CaCO3/Hb film electrode showed good electrocatalysis to the reduction of H2O2 in the linear range from 8.0 to 240.0 μmol/L and the detection limit as 5.0 μmol/L (3σ). The apparent Michaelis–Menten constant (KMapp) was estimated to be 65.7 μmol/L. UV‐vis absorption spectroscopy and FT‐IR spectroscopy showed that Hb in the Nafion/nano‐CaCO3 composite film could retain its native structure.  相似文献
