A simple and efficient C? N cross‐coupling method of aryl halides with various heterocycles was reported, by using 10 mol% of CuI as catalyst and 1.2 equiv. NaH as base. Aryl iodides, aryl bromides and many substituted aryl chlorides could efficiently react with heterocycles, providing variety of N‐arylated products in good to excellent yields. The ligand‐free catalyst system was stable in air and could be readily reused.  相似文献

A window of opportunity : A general copper‐catalyzed C? H bond‐activation path allows arylation of heterocycles with a wide range of aryl bromides (see scheme). The reaction shows excellent regioselectivity and exhibits good functional group tolerance. The 8‐aryl xanthines exhibit fluorescence in a variety of solvents and show promise as reagents for biological imaging.

The arylation of pyrazole and derivatives can be achieved by coupling arenediazonium species (formed in situ from anilines) by using a catalytic system that employs low‐toxicity and inexpensive copper metal under very mild and ligand‐free conditions (T=20 °C). From other nitrogen heterocycles, the presence of an additive (NBu4I) significantly improves the efficiency of the catalytic system. These results represent the first examples of C?N bond formation from arenediazonium species.  相似文献

The reaction scope of iron‐ and cobalt‐catalyzed cross‐coupling reactions in the presence of isoquinoline (quinoline) in the solvent mixture tBuOMe/THF has been further investigated. Various 2‐halogenated pyridine, pyrimidine, and triazine derivatives were arylated under these mild conditions in excellent yields. The presence of isoquinoline allows us to perform Fe‐catalyzed cross‐coupling reactions between 6‐chloroquinoline and aryl magnesium reagents. Furthermore, it was found that the use of 10 % N,N‐dimethylquinoline‐8‐amine increases the yields of some Co‐catalyzed cross‐coupling reactions with chloropyridines bearing electron‐withdrawing substituents.  相似文献

An efficient copper‐promoted difluoromethylthiolation of aryl and heteroaryl diazonium salts is described. The reaction is conducted under mild reaction conditions and various functional groups were compatible. In addition, reactions of heteroaryl diazonium salts such as pyridyl, quinolinyl, benzothiazolyl, thiophenyl, carbazolyl, and pyrazolyl diazonium salts occurred smoothly to afford the medicinally important difluoromethylthiolated heteroarenes. Furthermore, a more practical one‐pot direct diazotization and difluoromethylthiolation protocol was developed, and it converts the aniline derivatives into difluoromethylthiolated arenes. The utility of the method is demonstrated by difluoromethylthiolation of a number of natural products and drug molecules.  相似文献

This paper contains the synthesis and characterization of the seven new benzimidazolium salts and their corresponding new palladium(II)‐NHC complexes with the general formula [PdX2(NHC)2], (NHC = N‐heterocyclic carbene, X = Cl or Br), and also their catalytic activity in direct C‐H bond arylation of 2‐substituted furan derivatives with aryl bromides and aryl chlorides. Under the optimal conditions, these palladium(II)‐NHC complexes showed the good catalytic performance for the direct C‐H bond arylation of 2‐substituted furans with (hetero)aryl bromides, and with readily available and inexpensive aryl chlorides. The C‐H bond arylation regioselectively produced C5‐arylated furans by using 1 mol% of the palladium(II)‐NHC catalysts in moderate to high yields.  相似文献

An efficient copper‐catalyzed N‐arylation reactions of imidazole, indole, and triazole with aryl or heteroaryl halides using cyclen derivatives as efficient organic base and ligand at moderate temperature have been investigated. A novel 8‐hydroxyquinoline functionalized PEG‐1000 bridged dicationic ionic liquid ([HQ‐PEG1000‐DIL][BF4]) was synthesized and characterized. It was applied as an efficiently recyclable ligand for copper‐catalyzed N‐arylation of nitrogen‐containing heterocycles with aryl halides. The catalytic system could be easily recovered and reused for at least five runs without obvious loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献

A general and efficient Cu(II)‐catalyzed cross‐coupling method is reported for the preparation of acyclic tertiary amides. Generally moderate to excellent yields and functional group tolerance were obtained with secondary acyclic amides and aryl halides as substrates in toluene.  相似文献

π‐Expanded imidazoles bearing the 2‐iodophenyl substituent at position 2 undergo direct photoinduced intramolecular arylation in the solid, crystalline state leading to large non‐planar heterocycles. An analogous reaction employing 2‐bromophenyl and 2‐chlorophenyl substituents is considerably slower. Such processes have never before been demonstrated to occur in crystals and have allowed the efficient synthesizes of structurally unique compounds containing either the phenanthro[9′,10′:4,5]imidazo[1,2‐f]phenanthridine moiety or structurally related skeletons. The reaction occurs in the thin crystalline layers irradiated with UV photons in an almost quantitative manner over 48–72 h. Several previously unknown architectures have been prepared using this methodology. Furthermore, the optical properties of these π‐expanded imidazoles can be altered with the addition of heteroatoms and/or electron‐donating groups.  相似文献

A novel and efficient palladium‐catalyzed C2 arylation of N‐substituted indoles with 1‐aryltriazenes for the synthesis of 2‐arylindoles was developed. In the presence of BF3 ? OEt2 and palladium(II) acetate (Pd(OAc)2), N‐substituted indoles reacted with 1‐aryltriazenes in N,N‐dimethylacetamide (DMAC) to afford the corresponding aryl–indole‐type products in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

The enantioselective construction of all‐carbon quaternary stereocenters is one of the most challenging fields in asymmetric synthesis. An asymmetric desymmetrization strategy offers an indirect and efficient method for the formation of all‐carbon stereocenters. An enantioselective formation of cyano‐bearing all‐carbon quaternary stereocenters in 1,2,3,4,‐tetrahydroquinolines and 2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1H‐benzo[b]azepines by copper‐catalyzed desymmetric N‐arylation is demonstrated. The cyano group at the prochiral center plays a key role for the high enantioselectivity and works as an important functional group for further transformations. DFT studies provide a model which successfully accounts for the origin of enantioselectivity.  相似文献
