合成并分离得到7对1-取代-3-三甲硅基环己醇的顺、反异构体,它们的结构通过1HNMR、13CNMR、MS谱及GC(测其纯度)测定,利用13CNMR确定了各对顺、反异构体的构型.评定了各化合物的香气,大部分化合物具有甜香或甜香与木香香气,其中(反)-1-正丁基-3-三甲硅基环己醇具有甜香和木香香气,香气透发,留香持久,质量上乘.  相似文献

1,2-二(三甲硅基环戊二烯基)四甲基二硅烷与Fe(CO)_5在二甲苯中于105~110℃反应除分离到少量标题化合物(Me_2SiSiMe_2)[η-(3-Me_3SiC_5H_3Fe(CO)]_2(μ-CO)_2(5)外,主要是生成了脱Me_3Si基的产物(Me_2SiSiMe_2)[η-C_5H_4Fe(CO)]_2(μ-CO)_2(1)及1的热重排异构体[Me_2SiC5H4-Fe(CO)_2]_2(2).将5的二甲苯溶液加热回流18h,则转化为其异构体[Me_2Si(Me_3SiC_5H_3)Fe(CO)_2]_2(6).脱硅基发生在由相应反应物制备5的过程中。且脱硅基是与反应物中(Me_2SiSiMe_2)桥的存在有关.5的晶体结构经X射线衍射测定属单斜晶系,P2_1/m空间群,晶体学数据:a=0.6780(1)nm,b=2.2303(9)nm,c=0.9988(1)nn,;β=98.96(1)°,V=1.4960nm~3.Z=2,D_c=1.36g/cm~3.  相似文献

首先以2-溴-1-(2,3,4-三甲氧基)苯乙酮,四丁基铵-1H-1,2,4-三唑或咪唑为原料,分别合成了2-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-1-(2,3,4-三甲氧基)苯乙酮(Ia)和2-(1H-咪唑0-1-基)-1-(2,3,4-三甲氧基)苯乙酮(Ib)与盐酸羟胺反应生成2-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-1-(2,3,4-三甲氧基)苯乙酮肟和1-(1H-咪唑-1-基)-1-(2,3,4三甲氧基)苯乙酮肟,产率为63%-72%,并经元素分析,IR和1H NMR进行了表征。  相似文献

研究了1-(4-安替比林基)-3-(2,4-二硝基苯基)-三氮烯与汞(Ⅱ)显色反应新的显色条件,建立了一个高灵敏度、高选择性的汞的分光光度方法。方法直接用于地面水和尿液中汞的测定,其加入回收率为94.1~104.4%,变异系数为3.5%,所得结果与冷原子吸收法一致。  相似文献

Cis-dioxo-catecholatotungsten(VI) complex anion[W^(VI)O2-(OC6H4O)2]^2- was obtained with discrete protonated ethylenediamine (NH2CH2CH2NH3)^ cations by the reaction of tetrabutyl ammonium decatungstate with catechol in the mixed solvent of CH3OH,CH3CN and ethylenediamine,and compared with its molybdenum anaogue [Mo^(V) O2(OC6H4O)2]^3- by crystal structure,UV,EPR,The results of the UV and EPR spectra show that tungsten is less redox active than molybdenum since the molybdenum is reduced from Mo(VI) to Mo(V) but tungsten stays in the original highest oxidized state Mo(VI) when they are crystallized from the solution above.It is worthy to note that [W^(VI)O2(OC6H4O)]^2- shows the same coordination structure as its molybdenum analogue in which the metal center exhibits distorted octahedral coordination geometry with two cis-dioxocatecholate ligands and might have the related coordination structure feature with the cofactor of flavoenzyme because [Mo^(V)O2(OC6H4O)2]^3- presented essentially the same EPR spectra as flavoenzyme.The NMR studies on the interaction of the title complex with ATP reveal that the reduction of W(VI) to W(V) occurs when the title complex is dissolved in D2O and the W(V) is oxidized again when ATP solution is mixed with original solution and the hydrolysis of the catecholato ligand take places at mean time being monitored by ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR spectra.  相似文献

The reactions of 2-, 3-, and 4-(1-vinylpyrrol-2-yl)pyridines with methyl iodide afford the corresponding quaternary salts. Analysis of their 1H and 13C NMR spectra showed that the quaternization of the nitrogen atom considerably enhances the -acceptor effect of the pyridine ring on the pyrrole ring and on the vinyl group. 1-Methyl-2-(1-vinylpyrrol-2-yl)pyridinium iodide contains no weak intramolecular C--H...N hydrogen bond present in the starting compound.  相似文献

本文对Eu^3^+离子与α-氨基丙酸及组氨酸配合物体系在不同酸度条件下所表现出的^1^3CNMR波谱进行了研究,发现配合物的^1^3CNMR化学位移值随介质酸度的不同而发生规律性变化,认为这是由于不同的酸度促使配合物的结构形式产生变化所致。对长期有争议的α-氨基参与配位的酸度条件作了讨论,指出α-氨基在微酸性条件下配位的可能性,并通过计算予以进一步证实。  相似文献

Eighteen possible isomers of C78(CH2)2 weTe investigated by the INDO method. It was indicated that the most stable isomer was 42,43,62,63-C78(CH2)2, where the -CH2 groups were added to the 6/6 bonds located at the same hexagon passed by the longest axis of C78 (C2v), to form cyclopropane structures. Based on the most stable four geometries of C78(CH2)2 optimized at B3LYP/3-21G level, the first absorptions in the electronic spectra calculated with the INDO/CIS method and the IR frequencies of the C-C bonds on the carbon cage computed using the AM1 method were blue-shifted compared with those of C78 (C2v) because of the bigger LUMO-HOMO energy gap and the less conjugated carbon cage after the addition. The chemical shifts of ^13C NMR for the carbon atoms on the added bonds calculated at B3LYP/3-21G level were moved upfield thanks to the conversion from sp^2-C to sp^3-C.  相似文献

Directly detected ammine 14N NMR chemical shifts of 20 amminecobalt(III) compounds are reported. The coordination shifts, δCS = δcoord ? δfree, are in all cases negative and range from ?4.4 ppm for the trans ammine ligand in [Co(NH3)5(CH3)]2+ to ?73.6 ppm for the trans ammine ligand in [Co(NH3)5(F)]2+. Among the ligands studied, the NO2? ligand is unique in that it exerts a significant cis influence. The regularity in trans or cis influences upon the ammine nitrogen chemical shifts provides a basis for assignments in cases where this cannot be deduced from intensity ratios. The 1H and 13C NMR resonances of thirty 2-functionalized 5-(methylsulfonyl)-1-phenyl-1H-indoles were assigned completely and unequivocally using the concerted application of one- and two-dimensional experiments (DEPT, gs-HMQC and gs-HMBC). Finally, the influence of the 2-substituent of 5-(methylsufonyl)-1-phenyl-1H-indoles on the carbon atoms of the indole moiety was estimated.  相似文献
