To investigate the influence of a fluorine moiety on the biological activity of phenoxyacetoxyalkylphosphonates, a series of fluorine-containing phenoxyacetoxyalkylphosphonates were synthesized and screened for herbicidal activity in a greenhouse. The majority of the title compounds showed better preemergence activity than postemergence activity against the test plants, especially on monocotyledon. Compound 5l exhibited notable activity. Results showed that by introducing a fluorine moiety to the parent structure of phenoxyacetoxyalkylphosphonates, a series of new compounds with satisfactory herbicidal activity could be synthesized. A reasonable combination of a fluorine moiety and other substituents on the benzene ring had a great influence on the herbicidal activity.  相似文献

A series of 2-cyano-3-(2-fluoro-5-pyridyl)methylaminoacrylates were synthesized as herbicidal inhibitors of photosystem II (PSII) electron transport. 2-Fluoro-5-pyridinemethylamine was prepared from 2-amino-5-methylpyridine, subsequent reaction with 2-cyano-3,3-dimethylthioacrylates or 2-cyano-3-methoxyacrylates to yield these title compounds. All of these compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, mass spectrum and elemental analyses. Their herbicidal activities were evaluated. All of the title compounds showed excellent herbicidal activities to amaranth pigweed and rape in post-emergence treatment. At the rate of 150 g/ha, one compound exhibited similar activity to Cl-analogue. The replacement of chlorine by fluorine group showed the same herbicidal activity.  相似文献

A series of novel ethyl 4‐(methyl or trifluoromethyl)‐2‐(2‐(substituted phenoxy)acetamido)thiazole‐5‐carboxylates 7a , 7b , 7c , 7d , 7e and 8f , 8g , 8h , 8i , 8j , 8k , 8l , 8m , 8n , 8o , 8p , 8q , 8r were synthesized, and their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H‐NMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. The results of preliminary bioassays show that some of the title compounds exhibit moderate to good herbicidal activities. Compared with the fluorine free compounds 7a , 7b , and 7e , the compounds bearing fluorine 8g , 8j , and 8q showed higher herbicidal activities with 70–100% inhibition against Capsella bursa‐pastoris, Amaranthus restroflexus, and Eclipta prostrata at the dosage of 150 g/ha, which indicated that the trifluoromethyl on the thiazole ring was beneficial for the herbicidal activity. Furthermore, compounds 8f , 8g , 8h , 8i , 8j , 8k , 8l , 8m , 8n , 8o , 8p , 8q , 8r were tested for fungicidal activity against Pseudoperonospora cubensis at 500 µg/mL. Compounds 8f and 8q showed the best fungicidal activity with more than 80% inhibition.  相似文献

Abstract

A series of [(substituted phenoxyacetoxy)(substituted phenyl)methyl](methyl)phos- phinates containing fluorine were designed and synthesized. All the synthesized compounds were identified by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, mass spectrometry. O-methyl [(2-fluorophenoxyacetoxy)(2,4-dichlorophenyl)methyl](methyl)phosphinate was further analyzed by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Their herbicidal activity against a set of weed species was examined. Some of the compounds showed potential herbicidal activity, which provided some indications for further studies on structure modification.

A series of triazole derivatives containing a pyrazole moiety were synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HRMS. The herbicidal activities of these compounds were tested against lettuce and bentgrass. Most of the tested compounds were moderately herbicidal activity against lettuce and bentgrass. Among them, compounds 6f and 6g had the highest herbicidal activity (80% inhibitory) against lettuce and bentgrass.  相似文献

A series of 2-cyano-3-methylthio-3-substituted methylaminoacrylates were synthesized as herbicidal inhibitors of photosystem Ⅱ (PSⅡ) electron transport, in order to estimate the effect of fluorine atom, pyridyl group, chirality and ester chain on activity. The important intermediate 2-fluoro-5-aminomethylpyridine was synthesized with high yield. The bioassay results showed that most of rifle compounds had high herbicidal activity in postemergence treatment. The introduction of an a-methyl into the 3-substituted methylamino could improve the activity notably. The replacement of hydrogen by chlorine or fluorine group and phenyl by pyridyl group showed different effects, and at the same time, the ester chain affected the activity too.  相似文献

以2,4-二氯嘧啶为起始原料, 利用两个氯原子的活性差异, 经4-吡唑基-2-氯嘧啶合成了一系列4-吡唑基-2-芳氧基嘧啶类化合物, 通过1H NMR和元素分析对所合成的化合物进行了结构表征. 初步生物活性测定结果表明, 所合成的化合物都表现出一定的除草活性. 当嘧啶环2位的氯原子被芳氧基取代后, 化合物的除草活性均有不同程度的提高, 例如5c4a相比, 100 μg•mL-1时化合物对油菜的抑制率由15.7%提高到85.4%, 对稗草的抑制率由原来的11.6%提高到84.0%.  相似文献

Fourteen novel 3-substituted-5-methyl-4-methylene-7-alkylsulfanyl-3,4-dihydro-pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidine-8-carbonitriles, compounds 4a-n, were designed and synthesized via a facile regioselective cyclization process. The intermediate 2 reacted with triethyl orthoformate (molar ratio is 1:4) in the presence of acetic anhydride to give formamidate 3, which was cycled to 4 regioselectively upon addition of different amines at mild condition. The structures of compounds 4a-n were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay indicated that some compounds possess significant herbicidal activity against the roots of rape and barnyard grass, especially when the fluorine atom was introduced to the para position of the substitutents on pyrimidine ring; some compounds showed fungicidal activities against Rhizoctonia solani, Botrytis cinereapers, Gibberella zeae, Dothiorella gregaria, Colletotrichum gossypii as well, and the introduction of fluorine has negative effect on the antifungal activities.  相似文献

Abstract

Thirteen novel cyclic phosphates were rationally designed and synthesized by introducing diary ethers containing pyrimidine. All the target compounds were characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR and HRMS. The test of herbicidal activity indicated that most of the compounds showed good herbicidal activities against Amaranthus retroflexus. The compounds IA-2 (1-(5,5-dimethyl-2-oxido-1,3,2-dioxaphosphinan-2-yl)propyl-2-((4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)oxy)benzoate) and IA-3 ((5,5-dimethyl-2-oxido-1,3,2-dioxaphosphinan-2-yl)(phenyl)methyl-2-((4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)oxy)benzoate) exhibited remarkable post-emergency herbicidal activity against the tested monocotyledonous weed at the dosage of 112.5?g ai/ha.  相似文献

为了寻找高效、安全、经济的除草活性化合物, 设计并合成了9个新的2-[2-(烷氧羰基苯氧羰基)苯氧基]-4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶类化合物, 其化学结构经IR, 1H NMR, LC/MS和元素分析确证. 初步生物活性测定结果表明, 该类化合物在有效成份2250 g/ha剂量时, 对苘麻(Abutilon theophrasti)、稗草(Echinochloa crus-galli)、狗尾草(Setaria viridis)等都具有良好的除草活性, 抑制率达90%以上. 其中5b, 5e, 5h在187.5 g/ha剂量时, 仍具有良好的除草活性, 抑制率达90%以上.  相似文献

Two series of novel 4‐acyl‐2,5‐disubstituted‐3‐hydroxypyrazoles 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f , 3g , 3h and 4‐arylcarbonyl‐3‐substitutedisoxazol‐5‐ones 7a , 7b , 7c , 7d , 7e , 7f , 7g , 7h , 7i were synthesized by the Scotton–Baumann reaction of 2,5‐disubstituted‐2,4‐dihydro‐pyrazol‐3‐ones 1 or 3‐substituted‐4H‐isoxazol‐5‐ones 6 and various acyl chlorides, followed by the Fries rearrangement in the presence of calcium hydroxide and calcium oxide as the catalyst. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, mass spectroscopy, and elemental analyses. 1H NMR indicated that compounds 3 existed in enol forms and compounds 7 in keto configurations. The results of preliminary bioassays showed that some of the title compounds 3 and 7 exhibited moderate to good herbicidal activities against Brassica campestris L. at the concentration of 100 mg/L. Isoxazole compounds 7 showed better herbicidal activity against B. campestris L. than pyrazole compounds 3 did at the concentration of 100 mg/L. Moreover, most of the isoxazole compounds displayed higher herbicidal activity against B. campestris L. than Echinochloa crus‐galli. However, these compounds showed weak herbicidal activities at the concentration of 10 mg/L.  相似文献

Chlrosulfuron, a classical sulfonylurea herbicide that exhibits good safety for wheat but causes a certain degree of damage to subsequent corn in a wheat–corn rotation mode, has been suspended field application in China since 2014. Our previous study found that diethylamino-substituted chlorsulfuron derivatives accelerated the degradation rate in soil. In order to obtain sulfonylurea herbicides with good crop safety for both wheat and corn, while maintaining high herbicidal activities, a series of pyrimidine- and triazine-based diethylamino-substituted chlorsulfuron derivatives (W102–W111) were systematically evaluated. The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed with 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HRMS. The preliminary biological assay results indicate that the 4,6-disubstituted pyrimidine and triazine derivatives could maintain high herbicidal activity. It was found that the synthesized compounds could accelerate degradation rates, both in acidic and alkaline soil. Especially, in alkaline soil, the degradation rate of the target compounds accelerated more than 22-fold compared to chlorsulfuron. Moreover, most chlorsulfuron analogs exhibited good crop safety for both wheat and corn at high dosages. This study provided a reference for the further design of new sulfonylurea herbicides with high herbicidal activity, fast degradation rates, and high crop safety.  相似文献

设计合成了一系列未见文献报道的4-乙氧羰基-1,7-二氢-1-取代苯基-5-(未)取代吡唑啉[5,1-d][1,2,3,5]四嗪-7-酮衍生物, 其结构均经过1H NMR、IR和元素分析表征. 生测结果显示, 与已报道的化合物相比, 它们表现出较好的除草活性. 定量的结构与活性关系研究表明, 它们的除草活性与取代基的立体效应参数和疏水性参数呈现很好的相关性, 相关系数r大于0.8. 当作用对象为油菜时, 化合物的活性可能主要与取代基R1的摩尔分子折射和取代基R2的疏水性参数有关. 当取代基R1的摩尔分子折射参数为1.452时, 相应化合物可能具有对油菜最高的除草活性; 当作用对象为稗草时, 化合物的活性主要与取代基R2疏水性参数和Taft (Es)参数有关.  相似文献

Synthesis of some novel 1,2,4‐triazoles, 1,3,4‐oxadiazoles and 1,3,4‐thiadiazoles bearing a (R) 5‐(1‐(4‐(5‐chloro‐3‐fluoropyridin‐2‐yloxy)phenoxy)ethyl) unit, as a moiety of commercial herbicide, using their thiosemicarbazides in an alkaline, iodine and acidic media is reported, respectively. The structure of the synthesized compounds was characterized by IR, 1H, 13C NMR spectroscopic data, and elemental analyses. The herbicidal activities of synthesized compounds were evaluated against Echinochloa cruss‐galli, Avena fatua, and Sorgum halepense weeds. Compounds 7 and 12a showed potential herbicidal activity against gramineous weeds. Our results may provide some guidance for synthesis development of some novel oxa or thiadiazole and triazole‐based herbicidal lead structures.  相似文献

Fluoroaryl 1,2,4-triazolin-5-ones are an important class of herbicidal compounds useful in a variety of crop protection applications, primarily for the control of grassy and broad-leaf plant species. While a number of different synthetic strategies can be used for the step-wise preparation of these complex molecules, it is generally preferred to introduce fluorine later in the synthetic pathway, since the presence of fluorine and other halogens has a dominant effect on all subsequent synthetic steps. We have investigated the reactions that occur between aryl triazolinones and a variety of fluorination agents, including F2/N2, XeF2, (CF3SO2)2NF, Selectfluor®, CF2(OF)2, CF3OF, CH3COOF, and CF3COOF, and have used this knowledge to develop several alternative high-yielding routes to fluoroaryl 1,2,4-triazolin-5-ones. The fluorine introduction strategy and experimental results for a representative example of this important class of compounds are discussed herein.  相似文献

A series of α‐hydroxy phosphonate derivatives containing pyrimidine moiety were designed and synthesized. Their structures were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The results of preliminary herbicidal activities (in vitro) showed that some of the title compounds 2 exhibited moderate herbicidal activities against dicotyledonous weeds (Brassica campestris L), and most of compounds 2 showed better activity against dicotyledonous weeds than monocotyledonous weeds (Echinochloa crus‐galli). Further bioassays (in vivo) indicated that some of the title compounds 2 possessed good and selective herbicidal activity against amaranth pigweed (A. retroflexus) in both pre‐ and post‐emergence treatments at the dose of 1.5 kg/ha. For exmple, compounds 2a , 2b and 2e exhibited 100% inhibition against A. retroflexus in pre‐emergence treatment, and 91.7%, 98.8% and 99.5% inhibition in post‐emergence treatment at the dose of 1.5 kg/ha, respectively.  相似文献

乙酰羟基酸合成酶(Acetohydroxyacid synthase, AHAS, EC 4.1.3.18)是植物和微生物中亮氨酸、异亮氨酸和缬氨酸合成途径的一个关键酶, 以AHAS为靶标的磺酰脲类除草剂具有高效、高选择性和对环境友好的特点. 通过2-氨基-4-甲基嘧啶溴代反应以及进一步的衍生、磺酰基异氰酸酯的胺解, 合成了一系列含有5-溴嘧啶基的新磺酰脲. 其结构经1H NMR、质谱和元素分析确定. 生物活性测试表明目标化合物在离体水平对大肠杆菌乙酰羟基酸合成酶同工酶AHASII表现出了与市售除草剂苯磺隆相当甚至更优的抑制活性, 而盆栽除草活性低于苯磺隆.  相似文献

以4-氰基苯酚为起始原料,在4-烷氧基/苄氧基苯甲脒结构基础上,设计合成了5个4-烷氧基/苄氧基苯基四唑及17个新型2-取代-5-(4-烷氧基/苄氧基)苯基噁二唑类化合物,通过元素分析、1H NMR和MS对所合成的新化合物进行了结构表征.初步除草活性测试结果表明,部分化合物对双子叶油菜和单子叶稗草表现出较好的生长抑制活性.  相似文献
