Bloch constant of holomorphic mappings on the unit polydisk of C~n

In this paper,we give a definition of Bloch mappings defined in the unit polydisk D~n, which generalizes the concept of Bloch functions defined in the unit disk D.It is known that Bloch theorem fails unless we have some restrictive assumption on holomorphic mappings in several complex variables.We shall establish the corresponding distortion theorems for subfamiliesβ(K)andβ_(loc)(K) of Bloch mappings defined in the polydisk D~n,which extend the distortion theorems of Liu and Minda to higher dimensions.As an application,we obtain lower and upper bounds of Bloch constants for various subfamilies of Bloeh mappings defined in D~n.In particular,our results reduce to the classical results of Ahlfors and Landau when n=1.     

Landau and Bloch theorems for harmonic mappings

Chen, Gauthier and Hengartner obtained some versions of Landau's theorem for bounded harmonic mappings and Bloch's theorem for harmonic mappings which are quasiregular and for those which are open. Later, Dorff and Nowak improved their estimates concerning Landau's theorem. In this study, we improve these last results by obtaining sharp coefficient estimates for properly normalized harmonic mappings. Furthermore, our estimates allow us to improve Bloch constant for open harmonic mappings.

本文研究Cn里的单位球B到Cn里的K-拟共形全纯映射.证明的最后结果是:若f是B到Cn里的K-拟共形全纯映射,满足det(f'(0))=1,则f(B)包含一个半径至少是(CnK)1-n∫01(1+t)N-1/(1-t)2exp{-(n+1)t/1-t}dt的单叶球,其中Cn>1是只依赖于n的常数,当n→∞时,Cn→(10)~(1/2).     

DISTORTION THEOREMS FOR BLOCH MAPPINGS ON THE UNIT POLYDISC Dn

In this article,we establish distortion theorems for some various subfamilies of Bloch mappings defined in the unit polydisc D n with critical points,which extend the results of Liu and Minda to higher dimensions.We obtain lower bounds of | det(f′(z))| and det(f′(z)) for Bloch mapping f.As an application,some lower and upper bounds of Bloch constants for the subfamilies of holomorphic mappings are given.

Estimates on Bloch constants for planar harmonic mappings

The Bloch constants for quasiregular harmonic mappings and open planar harmonic mappings are considered. Better estimates are obtained. The results, presented in this paper, improve the one made by Chen et al. and Grigoryan. 引入第一类典型域R_I(m,n)上的全纯映照子族H_k(R_I(m,n)),当k→+∞时,该映照族就是R_I(m,n)上的局部双全纯映照族.建立了H_k(R_I(m,n))上的Bonk偏差定理.当k=1和k→+∞时,其结果分别都回到了FitzGerad和龚升关于典型域R_I(m,n)上的Bonk偏差定理.当m=n=1时,其结果又回到了Liu和Minda在单位圆盘上的偏差定理.应用偏差定理,给出了映照族H_k(R_I(m,n))上的Bloch常数估计,其结果补全了从k=1和k→+∞之间的R_I(m,n)上Bloch常数估计的所有结果,而且把单位球上的Bloch常数估计推广到R_I(m,n)上.     

Bloch constants for planar harmonic mappings

We give a lower estimate for the Bloch constant for planar harmonic mappings which are quasiregular and for those which are open. The latter includes the classical Bloch theorem for holomorphic functions as a special case. Also, for bounded planar harmonic mappings, we obtain results similar to a theorem of Landau on bounded holomorphic functions.

     

Estimates on Bloch constants for planar harmonic mappings

The Schwarz lemma and Bloch constants for planar bounded harmonic mappings are considered. Sharper form and better estimates are obtained. Our results improve the one made by Dorff and Nowak as well as by Chen, Gauthier and Hengartner.     

Bloch constant and Landau's theorem for planar p-harmonic mappings

In this paper, our main aim is to introduce the concept of planar p-harmonic mappings and investigate the properties of these mappings. First, we discuss the p-harmonic Bloch mappings. Two estimates on the Bloch constant are obtained, which are generalizations of the main results in Colonna (1989) [9]. As a consequence of these investigations, we establish a Bloch and Landau's theorem for p-harmonic mappings.     

Bloch constants of bounded symmetric domains

Let and be two irreducible bounded symmetric domains in the complex spaces and respectively. Let be the Euclidean metric on and the Bergman metric on . The Bloch constant is defined to be the supremum of , taken over all the holomorphic functions and , and nonzero vectors . We find the constants for all the irreducible bounded symmetric domains and . As a special case we answer an open question of Cohen and Colonna.

     

Distortion theorems for convex mappings on homogeneous balls

Let B be the open unit ball of a complex Banach space X and let B be homogeneous. We prove distortion results for normalized convex mappings f:B→X which generalize various finite dimensional distortion theorems and improve some infinite dimensional ones. In particular, our results are valid for the open unit balls of complex Hilbert spaces and the Cartan domains.     

Fixed point theorems for fuzzy mappings

This paper presents some new fixed point theorems for fuzzy mappings. The results given in this paper improve and extend some recent results.     

The pointwise multipliers of Bloch type space β and Dirichlet type space Dq on the unit ball of C

In the paper, we will discuss the pointwise multipliers from Dirichlet type space D_p to Bloch type space β^q on the unit ball of Cⁿ. The multiplier spaces M(D_p,β^q) are fully characterized for all p, q.     

Fixed point theorems and convergence theorems for some generalized nonexpansive mappings

We introduce some condition on mappings. The condition is weaker than nonexpansiveness and stronger than quasinonexpansiveness. We present fixed point theorems and convergence theorems for mappings satisfying the condition.     

Distortion theorems for biholomorphic convex mappings in Banach spaces*

In this article, we give some distortion theorems for biholomorphic convex mappings in Banach spaces and Hilbert spaces. In particular, we prove that the conjecture of Hamada and Kohr is true in Banach spaces.     

Fixed point theorems for some generalized multivalued nonexpansive mappings

In this paper, we introduce a condition on multivalued mappings which is a multivalued version of condition (C_λ) defined by Garcia-Falset et al. (2011) [3]. It is shown here that some of the classical fixed point theorems for multivalued nonexpansive mappings can be extended to mappings satisfying this condition. Our results generalize the results in Lim (1974), Lami Dozo (1973), Kirk and Massa (1990), Garcia-Falset et al. (2011), Dhompongsa et al. (2009) and Abkar and Eslamian (2010) [4], [5], [6], [3], [7] and [8] and many others.     

Some new results on planar harmonic mappings

This survey paper contains some new results on the Landau theorem, Bloch theorem and Schwarz-Pick lemma for planar harmonic mappings.     

Common fixed point theorems for weakly compatible quasi contraction mappings

Summary Recently, Pathak [13] has made an extension of the notion of compatibility to weak compatibility, and extended the coincidence theorem for compatible mappings in Kaneko and Sessa [11] to weakly compatible mappings [13]. In the present paper, we define a new class of weakly compatible mappings (Definition 4) and prove some common fixed point theorems for these mappings, which satisfy Condition (2) below. Although our main theorem is formulated for weakly compatible mappings, its corresponding formulation for commutative mappings is also a new result, thus presenting a generalization of some theorems of Fisher, Das and Naik, Khan and Kubiaczyk, Reich, Ćirić and Rhoades and Watson.
