During acylation of 7-isonicotinoyl-6,12-dihydro-5H-isoquino[2,3-a]quinazolin-5-one or its alkylation followed by treatment with organic bases, spirocyclization occurs with formation of derivatives of a novel heterocyclic system: 1′-acyl-and 1′-alkylspiro[7H,12H-6a,11b-diazabenz[e]aceanthrylene-6(5H),4′(1′ H)-pyridine]-5,7-diones. We have studied the spectral properties of the synthesized spirans. We have shown that 7-nicotinoyl-6,12-dihydro-5H-isoquino[2,3-a]quinazolin-5-one does not undergo an analogous reaction of repeated acylation, while treatment of its quaternary salt with bases leads to a complex mixture of unidentified products. The reaction of 6-(tert-butyl)-3-hydrazino-1,2,4-triazin-5(2H)-one with acetone and benzaldehyde yields the corresponding hydrazones. In the presence of thionyl chloride the benzaldehyde hydrazone is converted to 3-(tert-butyl)-6-phenyl-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-b]-1,2,4-triazin-2(1H)-one and this can also be formed via the acylation of the starting hydrazinotriazinone using benzoyl chloride.  相似文献

Benzothiazoles containing 2-perfluoroalkylether as well as perfluoroaryl substituents have been synthesized by two methods: (1) direct acylation of 2-aminobenzenethiol with perfluoroacyl halides, and (2) the reduction of N, Nt?-diacy1-2, 2t?-diaminodiphenyldisulfides followed by dehydrative cyclization. The intermediates formed in the direct acylation procedure are the N-acylaminobenzenethiols rather than the S-acyl derivatives.  相似文献

The reaction of cyanogen chloride with [1-(4-C(7)H(7))-12-(C(5)H(3)-3,4-(CH(3))(2))-C(2)B(10)H(10)] (7) was found to yield two new C(5)-substituted carborane cluster-based compounds, [1-(4-C(7)H(7))-12-(C(5)H(2)-3-(CN)-3,4-(CH(3))(2))-C(2)B(10)H(10)] (8) and [1-(4-C(7)H(7))-12-(C(5)H-2,4-(CN)(2)-3,4-(CH(3))(2))-C(2)B(10)H(10)] (9). This cyano-substitution pattern is in contrast to the known substitution for the analogous organic quinarene[5.6.7] system. The observed unique cluster-based products may be understood by a combination of steric and electronic effects. Compounds 8 and 9 were characterized by complete multinuclear NMR, (1)H-(1)H COSY NMR, (1)H-(13)C HMQC NMR, FTIR, UV-Vis, IR, MS data and a single crystal analysis for 8 [X-ray data for 8: C(17)H(25)B(10)N, monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n with cell constants a = 8.6794(17) ?, b = 11.021(2) ?, c = 43.175(9) ?, β = 91.00(3)°, V = 4129.2(14) ?(3), Z = 8, R(1) = 0.0729, wR(2) = 0.1464].  相似文献

The two clusters [8,8-(eta(2)-dppm)-8-(eta(1)-dppm)-nido-8,7-RhSB(9)H(10)] (1) and [9,9-(eta(2)-dppm)-9-(eta(1)-dppm)-nido-9,7,8-RhC(2)B(8)H(11)] (2) (dppm = PPh(2)CH(2)PPh(2)), both of which contain pendant PPh(2) groups, react with BH(3).thf to afford the species [8,8-eta(2)-(eta(2)-(BH(3)).dppm)-nido-8,7-RhSB(9)H(10)] (3) and [9,9-eta(2)-(eta(2)-(BH(3)).dppm))-nido-9,7,8-RhC(2)B(8)H(11)] (4), respectively. These two species are very similar in that they both contain the bidentate ligand [(BH(3)).dppm], which coordinates to the Rh center via a PPh(2) group and also via a eta(2)-BH(3) group. Thus, the B atom in the BH(3) group is four-coordinate, bonded to Rh by two bridging hydrogen atoms, to a terminal H atom, and to a PPh(2) group. At room temperature, the BH(3) group is fluxional; the two bridging H atoms and the terminal H atom are equivalent on the NMR time scale. The motion is arrested at low temperature with DeltaG++ = ca. 37 and 42 kJ mol(-1), respectively, for 3 and 4. Both species are characterized completely by NMR and mass spectral measurements as well as by elemental analysis and single-crystal structure determinations.  相似文献

The title compound (ethyl5-(4-(2-phenylacetamido)phenyl)-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxy- late, C20H19N3O3) was synthesized by the reaction of Claisen condensation, cyclization, reduction and acylation. The structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction, MS, NMR and IR. It belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 22.723(9), b = 9.324(4), c = 18.890(8) , β = 114.259(6)°, V = 3649(3) 3, Dc = 1.272 Mg·m-3, Z = 8, Mr = 349.38, μ = 0.087 mm-1, F(000) = 1472, the final R = 0.0615 and wR = 0.1643. The biological test shows that the title compound has a moderate acrosin inhibition activity.  相似文献

The title compound 4-(2-bromophenyl)-3,4,7,8-tetrahydro-7,7-dimethyl-1-p-tolylquinoline-2,5(1H,6H)-dione 1 (C24H24BrNO2, Mr = 438.35) was synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 27.565(14), b = 10.079(5), c = 15.917(8) A,β = 111.059(9)°, Z = 8, V = 4127(4)A3, Dc = 1.411 g·cm^-3,μ(MoKa) = 2.011 mm^-1, F(000) = 1808, the final R = 0.0417 and wR = 0.1032 for 2393 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that the pyridine ring adopts a distorted boat conformation, while another six-membered ring takes a half-chair conformation. In addition, there are non-classical hydrogen bonds of C-H…O and C-H…Br in the structure. The short distance (3.481A) between the adjacent 2-bromophenyl rings indicates the existence of π-π interaction.  相似文献

The structures of 8-G-1-(p-YC(6)H(4)Se)C(10)H(6) (1 (G = Cl) and 2 (G = Br): Y = H (a), OMe (b), Me (c), Cl (d), Br (e), COOEt (f), and NO(2) (g)) were investigated by X-ray crystallographic analysis, NMR spectroscopy, and ab initio MO calculations. The structures of all members in 1 and 2 are concluded to be type B, which is in striking contrast to the type A structure for 4d-g (4 (g(n)), where G = H). The Se-C(i) bond of the p-YC(6)H(4)Se group in 8-G-1-(p-YC(6)H(4)Se)C(10)H(6) is almost perpendicular to the naphthyl plane in type A, and it is located on the plane in type B. The chlorine and bromine substitution at the 8-position in 1 and 2 dramatically changes the type A structure of 4 (g(n)) to type B. The nonbonded G- - -Se-C 3c-4e type interaction must contribute to stabilize the type B structure. The type B structure in 1 and 2 should also be more stabilized than the same structure in 4 by the 3c-4e type interaction: The structure of 4b is type B in the crystals and type B would be more stable for 4c and might be for 4a in solutions. Ab initio MO calculations are performed on 8-G-1-(p-YC(6)H(4)Se)C(10)H(6), 8-G-C(10)H(6)SeH-1, and models HG- - -SeH(2), where G = Cl, Br, and F, to clarify the reason for the dramatic change in the structures. The type B structure is optimized to be more stable than the type A for all species examined, which supports the observations. The energy differences between type B and type A are larger for the models than for the naphthalenes. While the superiority of the type B for the former is Br > Cl > F, that of the latter is Br approximately Cl >/= F. These results show that the main factor of the structural change from type A to type B is the nonbonded G- - -Se-C 3c-4e interaction. The electronic effect of halogens through the naphthalene pi-framework would also contribute to some extent, although the direct comparison of the evaluated values between the naphthalene systems and the models is not so easy. Factors to stabilize the two structures of 1, 2, 4, and 8-(MeSe)-1-(p-YC(6)H(4)Se)C(10)H(6) are reexamined from a viewpoint of the nonbonded G- - -Se-C 3c-4e interaction (G dependence), together with the electronic effect of Y (Y dependence).  相似文献

为了寻找对心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用的药物, 以苯甲酰胍为母核, 在其苯环的4位引入4-(2,3,4-三甲氧基苄基)哌嗪-1-甲基, 3位引入不同的取代苯甲酰胺基, 设计并合成了12个未见文献报道的目标化合物. 其结构经MS, IR, 1H NMR和元素分析确证. 体外血小板肿胀模型(PSA)试验结果表明, 大部分目标化合物显示出较好的Na+/H+交换器1 (NHE1)抑制作用, 其中化合物7g和7l抑制NHE1的IC50值分别为3.72和3.53 nmol•L-1, 是卡立泊来德(IC50=12.1 nmol•L-1)的3.2和3.4倍.  相似文献

5-(2-Furyl)-1-methyl-1H- and 1-methyl-5-(2-thienyl)-1H-imidazoles were synthesized. The electronwithdrawing effect of the 5- and 2-imidazole substituents on the furan ring was studied by 1H NMR spectroscopy and quantum-chemical calculations. Some electrophilic substitution reactions were investigated (nitration, bromination, sulfonation, hydroxymethylation, formylation, and acylation). In some cases, depending on the reaction conditions, both the furan and thiophene ring and the imidazole fragment undergo electrophilic attack.  相似文献

The usual assumption of the extra stability of icosahedral boranes (2) over pentagonal-bipyramidal boranes (1) is reversed by substitution of a vertex by a group 13 metal. This preference is a result of the geometrical requirements for optimum overlap between the five-membered face of the ligand and the metal fragment. Isodesmic equations calculated at the B3LYP/LANL2DZ level indicate that the extra stability of 1-M-2,4-C(2)B(4)H(7) varies from 14.44 kcal/mol (M = Al) to 15.30 kcal/mol (M = Tl). Similarly, M(2,4-C(2)B(4)H(6))(2)(1-) is more stable than M(2,4-C(2)B(9)H(11))(2)(1-) by 9.26 kcal/mol (M = Al) and by 6.75 kcal/mol (M = Tl). The preference for (MC(2)B(4)H(6))(2) over (MC(2)B(9)H(11))(2) at the same level is 30.54 kcal/mol (M = Al), 33.16 kcal/ mol (M = Ga) and 37.77 kcal/mol (M = In). The metal-metal bonding here is comparable to those in CpZn-ZnCp and H(2)M-MH(2) (M= Al, Ga, and In).  相似文献

Compound 1 (C18H18N2O4S) belongs to orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 9.6348(14), b = 11.1517(17), c = 16.412(3) A, V = 1763.4(5) A^3, Mr = 358.40, Z = 4, De = 1.350 g/cm^3,/t = 0.209 mm^-1, F(000) = 752, R = 0.0348 and wR = 0.0714. Compound 2 (CI8H17ClN2O4S) crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 9.3128(14), b = 10.9655(16), c = 17.783(3) A, V = 1815.9(5) A^3, Mr = 392.85, Z = 4, De = 1.437 g/cm^3, p = 0.352 mm^-1, F(000) = 816, R = 0.0389 and wR = 0.0845. The absolute structure Flack parameters X of compounds 1 and 2 are -0.03(8) and -0.06(7), respectively. X-ray analysis reveals that the crystal structures of these two compounds both involve two intermolecular N-H…O hydrogen bond's.  相似文献

The partition constants of Cadion, i.e., 1-(p-nitro-phenyl)-3-(p'-azobenzene)-triazene, of its complex with the methylmercuric ion, and of methylmercury chloride were determined in the system toluene/aqueous phase containing 40 vol.% methyl alcohol; they have the values of 4.3 x 10(3), 3.0 x 10(3), and 2.6 respectively. The reagent has an absorption maximum at 406 nm, whereas the methylmercury complex at 460 nm. The K(HR) value corresponding to the H(+) + R(-) right harpoon over left harpoon HR equilibrium is 10(10.85), HR being the reagent molecule and H belongs to the NH of the triazenic group (NNNH). The K(ext) value corresponding to the equilibrium H(3)CHg(+) + (HR)(o) right harpoon over left harpoon (H(3)CHgR)(o) + H(+) is 1.0, where the "o" indicates the species present in the organic phase. The reagent/H(3)CHg(+) combination ratio is 1/1. The formation constant of the methylmercury complex, K(H(3)CHgR), which corresponds to the equilibrium H(3)CHg(+) + R(-) right harpoon over left harpoon H(3)CHgR, has a value of 10(10.8) as estimated by means of two different methods. The IR spectra allowed some conclusions to be drawn concerning the formation of the complex. The complex is stable up to 180 degrees , and the reagent up to 140 degrees . The molar absorptivity is of 3.46 x 10(4) 1.mole(-1).cm(-1) and the H(3)CHg(+) can be determined in the range 0.025-4 ppm. The determination is highly selective.  相似文献

The acylation of 3-amino-4-cyano-1(2H)isoquinolines with benzoyl chloride leading to the formation of 1,3 oxazino[4,5-clisoquinoline-6-ones has been studied. Previously undescribed 1-aminopyrimido[4,5-cJisoquinolirt 6-ones have been obtained by the reaction of the appopriate 3-amino-](2H)isoginolones with formamide. Nucleophilic replacement has been carried out with 3-amino-1-chloroisoquinoline by the action of sodium hydroxide, primary alcohols, hydrazine hydrate, and various amines. 1,2,4-Triazino[2,3-b]isoginolone has been synthesized by condensing 2,3-diamino-1 (2H)isoquinolone with mesoxalic acid ethyl ester.  相似文献
