采用大口径毛细管气相色谱法对多种植物生长激素进行了测定。萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)、吲哚-3-丁酸(IBA)、脱落酸(ABA)和赤霉素(GA)5组分,不需衍生化处理,直接进样,获得了良好的分析结果。其NAA、IAA、IBA、ABA、和GA的最低检测限分别为5.2×10-5、1.2 ×10-4、1.7 ×10-4、2.2 × 10-4、8.5 ×10-4g/L;其回收率分别为 92.4%、91.8%、98.2%、89.7%、91.4%。方法快速、简便。  相似文献

合成了14种稀土元素与甘氨酸(Gly)、L-丙氨酸(Ala)的混配型三元固态配合物RE(Gly)_(2.5)(Ala)_(1.5)(ClO_4)_3·H_2O(RE=La~Lu,Pm除外)。并对配合物进行了红外、核磁、荧光、X射线粉末衍射和热分析。铕(Ⅲ)、铽(Ⅲ)三元配合物的荧光强度(Eu:~5D_0→~7F_2;Tb:~5D_4→~7F_5,~7F_6)比相应铕(Ⅲ)或铽(Ⅲ)水合高氯酸盐增大10倍。  相似文献

以BF3·OEt2为催化剂,4,4-二羟基二苯基丙烷与环氧氯丙烷反应,生成端羟基的酚氧树脂(A),A与蓖麻油(B)混合,用3种异氰酸酯(TDI、IPDI和HDI)作为固化剂,制得交联聚氨酯。研究了这3种聚氨酯的力学性能及形态与组成和二异氰酸酯结构的关系;改变NCO/OH摩尔比及B与A的质量比,可以制得具有较好力学性能的聚氨酯材料。蓖麻油,酚氧树脂,聚氨酯,力学性能  相似文献

在紫外光激发下,研究了BaLaB9O(16)中Dy(3+)、Ce(3+)的发光光谱、激发光谱、发光强度及荧光寿命随着组成变化的规律性.结果表明:De(3+)对Dy(3+)的发光有相当强的敏化作用,Ce(3+)→Dy(3+)的能量传递效率可高达93%,能量传递的机理为电偶极-偶极相互作用的共振传递.根据349nm激发下Dy(3+)发光强度与浓度的关系,证明了Dy(3+)发光的自身浓度猝灭机理也为电偶极-偶极相互作用.  相似文献

在pH6.2的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,在溴化十六烷基三甲基胺(CTMAB)存在下,Zr(Ⅳ)与7-碘-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(H2QSI)及EDTA形成了四元荧光配合物,其组成为:Zr:H2QSI:EDTA:CTMAB=1:1:1:3。据此建立了锆的选择性好,灵敏度高的荧光测定方法,方法检测限为1.2ng/mL。锆的线性范围为1.6ng~1.0μg/mL。用于铜合金中微量锆的测定,结果令人满意  相似文献

Two new indole derivatives have been synthesized by a one-pot procedure and their potential as fluorescence probes for metal ions was investigated. The sensor capability of 1 and 2 toward cations such as Ag+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Pb2+, and Hg2− was studied in dichloromethane solution by absorption, fluorescence emission, and 1H NMR titrations. Both probes showed selectivity for Ag+ and Hg2+ ions. The results suggest that these compounds may serve as promising models for future design of novel and more potent sensors.  相似文献

A range of 3-substituted-4,6-dimethoxyindoles bearing electron-withdrawing groups in either the 2- or 7-position, can be nitrated using nitric acid adsorbed on silica, to give 7-nitro and 2-nitro-indoles, respectively. This study reports the compatibility of the biobased polymers poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3- -hydroxyhexanoate) (PHBH) and poly(lactic acid) (PLA), as well as the effect of the addition of a reactive epoxy compatibilizer (REC) to the PHBH/PLA blend. The chemical structure, thermal performance, surface morphology and mechanical properties of the blends were measured using fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, dynamic thermo-mechanical analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy, and impact and tensile testing.PHBH and PLA were partially compatible, and a PHBH/PLA mass ratio of 80:20 was selected for evaluation with an REC. The REC decreased the difference between the glass-transition temperatures of PHBH and PLA, decreased the particle size of the dispersed phase of the PHBH/PLA blend and produced uniform particle distribution. Moreover, the REC improved the elongation at break and impact strength of the PHBH/PLA blend. These results show that the addition of an REC improves the compatibility of PHBH and PLA.  相似文献

In continuing search for novel cell differentiation agents, a series of derivatives of indole‐3‐acetic acid and indole‐3‐carboxylic acid were prepared and tested against HL‐60 cells for their differentiation and antiproliferation activities. Among them, N‐ethyl‐1‐benzylindole‐3‐carboxamide ( 14 ) was the most potent, whereas N‐methyl 1‐benzylindole‐3‐acetamide ( 5 ) and N‐methyl 1‐benzylindole‐3‐carboxamide ( 13 ) synergistically potentiated with all‐trans‐retinoic acid to induce cell differentiation as well as antiproliferation. Our results indicate that these compounds are effective cell differentiation and antiproliferation agents in combination with retinoic acid.  相似文献

Substituted indole scaffolds are often utilized in medicinal chemistry as they regularly possess significant pharmacological activity. Therefore the development of simple, inexpensive and efficient methods for alkylating the indole heterocycle continues to be an active research area. Reported are reactions of trichloroacetimidate electrophiles and indoles to address the challenges of accessing alkyl decorated indole structures. These alkylations perform best when either the indole or the imidate is functionalized with electron withdrawing groups to avoid polyalkylation.  相似文献
