Polyfunctional pyrazoles. 4. Synthesis of 3-[3-aryl-1-(2-ethoxycarbonyl)-4-pyrazolyl]acrylic and-propionic acids

3-(3-Aryl-4-formyl-1-pyrazolyl)propionic acids are converted by Knoevenagel condensation under conditions of microwave activation into 3-[3-aryl-1-(2-ethoxycarbonyl)-4-pyrazolyl]acrylic acids. Reduction of the latter with hydrazine hydrate in the presence of Raney nickel gives 3-[3-aryl-1-(2-ethoxycarbonyl)-4-pyrazolyl]propionic acids. __________ Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 5, pp. 686–690, May, 2006.     

Determination of stability constants of some substituted 4-pyrazolone dyes containingo-methoxy,o-carboxy,ando-nitro groups with trivalent lanthanide ions

The relative stabilities of the metal derivatives of hydrazo pyrazolone dyes containingortho -OCH₃, -COOH, and -NO₂ groups have been measured potentiometrically in 75% (v/v) dioxane—water mixture at 30 °C and <0.1 ionic strength. The stability constant of their 1:1 and 1:2 chelates with twelve trivalent lanthanide ionsLn(III) have also been determined. The effects of substituents on the hydrazo-moiety of the ligand on the equilibria are discussed. The affinity of different ligands for complexation with lanthanide ions reaches its highest value withortho-carboxyphenylhydrazopyrazolone. The data were correlated and the results were used to explain the stabilization of such chelates by dative -bonding betweenLn(III) and the ligand.

Bestimmung der Stabilitätskonstanten einigero-Methoxy-,o-Carboxy undo-Nitro-substituierter 4-Pyrazolon-Farbstoffe mit trivalenten Lanthanidenionen

Zusammenfassung Es wurden die relativen Stabilitäten der Metallderivate von Hydrazopyrazolon-Farbstoffen mitortho-OMe, -COOH und -NO₂ potentiometrisch in 75% (v/v) Dioxan—Wasser bei 30 °C und einer Ionenstärke <0.1 bestimmt. Die Stabilitätskonstanten der 1:1 und 1:2 Chelate mit zwölf trivalenten LanthanidenionenLn(III) wurden ebenfalls gemessen. Die Substituenteneffekte werden diskutiert. Dabei zeigeno-Carboxyphenylhydrazopyrazolone die höchste Affinität zu Lanthanidenionen. Die Daten werden miteinander korreliert und die Resultate auf der Basis einer dativen -Bindung zwischenLn(III)-Ion und dem Liganden diskutiert.

     

Polyfunctional pyrazoles. 3.* Synthesis of 3-(3-aryl-4-formyl-1-pyrazolyl)propionic acids and their amides

3-(3-Aryl-4-formyl-1-pyrazolyl)propionic acids were synthesized by the reaction of 3-aryl-1-(2-cyanoethyl)-4-formylpyrazoles with concentrated hydrochloric acid. Laser photolysis of 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-3-methylpyrazole and 1-ethyl-3-(4-nitrophenyl)-5-chloropyrazole

The spectral kinetic characteristics of the triplet states of 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-3-methylpyrazole (1) and 1-ethyl-3-(4-nitrophenyl)-5-chloropyrazole (2) were studied by the laser nanosecond photolysis technique in different solvents. The triplet lifetimes (τ_T) of molecules 1 and 2 were found to depend strongly on the solvent nature. An increase in τ_T by approximately two orders of magnitude on going from nonpolar and polar aprotic solvents (τ_T ≤ 15 ns) to aqueous-acetonitrile solutions (τ_T = 1100 ns for a volume acetonitrile to water ratio of 1 : 3) was analyzed, taking into account the influence of the medium on the relative contribution of the n,π*- and π,π*-configurations to the lowest triplet state. __________ Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. 1-(4-取代苯基)-4-苯基-5-(2-羟基苄基)氨基-1,2,3-三唑类衍生物的合成及抑菌活性

将邻羟苯基引入1,2,3-三唑结构中, 设计合成了10个1-(4-取代苯基)-4-苯基-5-取代-1,2,3-三唑类衍生物. 首先, 以对位取代的芳胺为原料, 经重氮化、叠氮化、闭环和缩合反应制得1-(4-取代苯基)-4-苯基-5-水杨醛亚胺-1,2,3-三唑类衍生物(3a~3e), 再用硼氢化钠还原制得1-(4-取代苯基)-4-苯基-5-(2-羟基苄基)氨基-1,2,3-三唑类衍生物(4a~4e). 目标化合物的结构经核磁、IR及元素分析确认. 抑菌活性测试表明, 当质量浓度为0.1 mg/L时, 除化合物3e和4e外, 所有化合物对白色念球菌的抑菌率均达95%以上, 对大肠杆菌的抑菌率达85%以上, 具有强抑菌活性, 表明该类化合物在抗菌药物开发方面有重要应用价值.     

新显色剂1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(5-氯吡啶)三氮烯的合成及其与镉的显色反应

报道了1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(5-氯吡啶)三氮烯(NPCPDT)的合成及其与镉的显色反应研究。在Triton X-100的存在下,pH 11.5的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,该试剂能与镉发生显色反应,镉与NPCPDT形成摩尔比为1∶3的黄色配合物,在440 nm处有一最大吸收,在535 nm处有一最大负吸收。以440 nm为参比波长,535 nm为测量波长进行双波长测定,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.68×105L.mol-1.cm-1,镉的质量浓度在0~0.48μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律。用拟定方法测定废水和环境水样中的微量镉。     

Synthesis,Characterization, Antimicrobial Activities,and Structural Studies of Lanthanide (III) Complexes with 1-(4-Chlorophenyl)-3-(4-fluoro/hydroxyphenyl)prop-2-en-1-thiosemicarbazone

Twelve coordinate lanthanide (III) complexes with the general composition [Ln L₃X_n(H₂O)_n] where Ln = Pr(III), Sm(III), Eu (III), Gd (III), Tb (III), Dy (III), X = Cl^?1, NO₃ ^?2, n = 2–7, and L is 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-(4-fluoro/hydroxyphenyl)prop-2-en-1- thiosemicarbazone have been prepared. The lanthanide complexes (5) were derived from the reaction between 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-(4-fluoro/hydroxyphenyl)prop-2-en-1-thiosemicarbazone (4) with an aqueous solution of lanthanide salt. Chalcone thiosemicarbazone ligand (4) was prepared by the reaction of [1-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-(4-fluoro/hydroxyphenyl)]prop-2-enone (chalcone) (3) with thiosemicarbazide in the presence of hot ethanol. All the lanthanide-ligand 1:3 complexes have been isolated in the solid state, are stable in air, and characterized on the basis of their elemental and spectral data.

Thiosemicarbazone ligands behave as bidentate ligands by coordinating through the sulfur of the isocyanide group and nitrogen of the cyanide residue. The probable structure for all the lanthanide complexes is also proposed. The chalcone thiosemicarbazone ligands and their lanthanide complexes have been screened for their antifungal and antibacterial studies. Some of the synthesized lanthanide complexes have shown enhanced activity compared with that of the free ligand.

Synthesis of Gingerenone C and 5-Hydroxy-1-(4'-hydroxy- 3'-methoxyphenyl)-7-(4"-hydroxyphenyl)-3-heptanone

The two diarylheptanoids (E)-1-(4'-hydroxy-3'-methoxyphenyl)-7-(4"-hydroxyphenyl) hept-4-en-3-one 1 (Gingerenone C) and (±)-5-hydroxy-1-(4'-hydroxy-3'-methoxyphenyl)-7-(4"-hydroxyphenyl)-3-heptanone 2 were synthesized from vanillin 3 and 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde 9.     

Carbon-13 NMR Studies of 3-Aryl-4-(5-aryl-Δ 2-1,2,4-oxadiazolin-3-yl)sydnones and 3-Aryl-4-(5-aryl-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)sydnones

The ¹³C NMR spectra of twelve 3-aryl-4-(5-aryl-Δ²-l,2,4-oxadiazolin-3-yl)sydnones and twelve 3-aryl-4-(5-aryl-l,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)sydnones have been measured and assigned by means of proton-noise decoupling and DEPT-experiments. The coupling constants were determined by means of gated decoupling, and NOE effects were observed by comparison of proton-decoupled and inverse-gated decoupled spectra. Differences shown by the oxadiazoline and the oxadiazole rings and the substitution effects are discussed.

3-Aryloxychromones are recyclized under the action of hydrazine into derivatives of 4-aryloxy-3-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)pyrazole.

合成了1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(3,5-二溴吡啶)三氮烯(NPDBPDT),并研究了NPDBPDT与汞的显色反应.在Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液(pH11.0)介质中,在Triton X-100存在下Hg(Ⅱ)与试剂生成络合物(1∶2).络合物在450 nm处有最大正吸收峰,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.36×105 L·mol-1·cm-1,在535 nm处有最大负吸收峰,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.57×105 L·mol-1·cm-1,以535 nm为参比波长,以450 nm为测量波长进行双波长测定,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.93×105 L·mol-1·cm-1.汞量在0～0.48 μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律.     

2-Polyfluoroalkylchromones. 14. Synthesis of 4-chloro-3(5)-(2-hydroxyaryl)-5(3)-polyfluoroalkylpyrazoles

3-Chloro-2-polyfluoroalkyl- and 3-chloro-6-nitro-2-polyfluoroalkylchromones were synthesized. These compounds react with N₂H₄·2HCl on boiling in ethanol to form 4-chloro-3(5)-(2-hydroxyaryl)-5(3)-polyfluoroalkylpyrazoles.     

Synthesis of Some 2-(3-Alkyl/aryl-5-trifluoromethylpyrazol-1-yl)-4-(coumarin-3-yl)thiazoles as Novel Antibacterial Agents

Abstract

Herein, we describe a one-pot synthesis of some novel 2-(3-alkyl/aryl-5-trifluoromethylpyrazol-1-yl)-4-(coumarin-3-yl)thiazoles (6) involving the reaction of 3-alkyl/aryl-5-hydroxy-5-trifluoromethyl-4,5-dihydropyrazole-1-thiocarboxamides (3) with 3-bromoacetylcoumarins (5) in the presence of sodium carbonate in ethanol. Reaction of 3 with 5 in the absence of sodium carbonate, however, resulted in the formation of 2-(3-alkyl/aryl-5-hydroxy-5-trifluoromethyl-4,5-dihydropyrazol-1-yl)-4-(coumarin-3-yl)thiazoles, which were subsequently dehydrated to 6 by refluxing in ethanol in the presence of sodium carbonate. The structure of the synthesized compounds (6) was confirmed by infrared (IR), mass, ¹H NMR, and ¹³C NMR spectra and elemental analysis data. Newly synthesized compounds (6) showed moderate to good activity against Gram-positive bacteria.     

三苯基锡-2-(1, 2-亚乙二硫)亚甲基-3-羰基-5-芳基-4-戊烯酸 酯的合成及晶体 结构

由2-(1,2-亚乙二硫)亚甲基-3-羰基-5-芳基-4-戊烯酸与三苯基氢氧化锡反应,合成了九个标题化合物3。用X射线衍射法测定了3b的晶体结构。该晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P1,a=0.9074(2)nm,b=1.6809(3)nm,c=2.1834(4)nm,α=77.57(3)ⅲ,β=88.04(3)ⅲ,γ=89.47(3)ⅲ,V=3.2503nm^3,Z=2;R=0.0592。由锡氧原子间距离可推测,该晶体中羧酸根作为双齿配体与锡原子形成了分子内五配位结构。     

1—（2—羟基—3,5—二硝基苯基）—3—［4—（苯基偶氮）苯基］—三氮烯与汞的显色反

研究了1-（2-羟基-3,5-二硝基苯基）-3-[4（苯基偶氮）苯基]-三氮烯（HDNPAPT）试剂与汞离子的显色反应。在非离子表面活性剂TritonX-100存在下,pH10．3的NH3·H2O-NH4Cl介质中,汞与HDNPAPF形成1：4的红色络合物,表观摩尔吸光系数ε525＝1．63×105·mol-1·cm－1,汞离子浓度在0～0．64mg/L范围内符合比尔定律。方法应用于废水中微量汞的测定。     

1-(4-硝基苯)-3-(3-甲基吡啶)-三氮烯合成及其与铜的显色反应

报道了新显色剂 1-(4-硝基苯)-3-(3-甲基吡啶)-三氮烯(NPMPDT)的合成及其与铜的显色反应.在OP的存在下,pH 10.5的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,该试剂能与铜发生显色反应,铜与NPMPDT形成摩尔比为2∶1型的黄色配合物,在460 nm处有一最大正吸收,在535 nm 处有一最大负吸收.以460 nm为参比波长,535 nm为测量波长进行双波长测定,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε＝2.18×105 L·mol-1·cm-1,铜的质量浓度在0～0.48 μg/mL 范围内符合比尔定律,用本法测定大米和面粉中微量的铜,结果满意.     

Synthesis of （S）-2-（3-Arylacrylamido）-3-{4-[2-（5-methyl-2-phenyloxazol-4-yl）ethoxy]phenyl}propanoic Acids

The synthesis of （S）-2-（3-arylacrylamido）-3-{4-[2-（5-methyl-2-phenyloxazol-4-yl）etho- xy]phenyl}propanoic acids is described. Their structures were confirmed by ^1H-NMR.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of (Z)-Ethyl 5-(phenylamino)-3-(phenylimino)-3H-1,2-dithiole-4-carboxylate

The compound (Z)-ethyl 5-(phenylamino)-3-(phenylimino)-3H-1,2-dithiole-4-carboxylate 3 has been synthesized by the reaction of ethylacetoacetate 1 and phenylisothiocyanate 2. Its structure has been established by ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, infrared, mass spectra, and x-ray crystallography.

新合成了吡啶类三氮烯显色剂1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(3,5-二溴吡啶)三氮烯(NPDBPDT),并研究了NPDBPDT与锌的显色反应。在Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液(pH 10.0)介质中,于表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,锌与试剂生成1∶2络合物。该络合物在450 nm处有最大正吸收峰,以540 nm为参比波长,450 nm为测量波长进行双峰双波长测定,其表观摩尔吸光系数为2.17×105L.mol-1.cm-1,锌含量在0~12μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律。
