水合醋酸铈直接热分解制备超细氧化铈及其抛光性能   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Ultra fine ceria was prepared by calcining hydrate cerium acetate. The effects of pyrolysis temperature on the particle size, morphology, specific surface area and loose packing density of ceria were investigated, and the removal rate of optical glasses polishing by ceria was determined. The results show that with the increase of pyrolysis temperature, the loose deposit density and crystallinity increases and the specific surface area decreases, however, the particle size decreases firstly and then increases, the minimum medium particle size D50 is 0.47 μm at pyrolysis temperature of 1 000 ℃. The SEM images of ceria prepared by the decomposition at 800 ℃ or at 1 100 ℃ show porous powders or quasi-sphere small particles with loosely agglomeration, respectively. It was found that the removal rate varied with pyrolysis temperature in preparation of ceria and the property of glass polished. The removal rate for three kinds of glasses was in the order of ZF7> F1> K9, and the maximum value appeared at around 1 000 ℃ for ZF7 and F1, and at around 1 100 ℃ for K9.  相似文献

Crystalline tin oxide nanoparticles were synthesized by the direct precipitation from the starting material granulated tin. TG-DTA of the precursor showed a heavy weight loss at about 130℃ accompanied by an endothermic peak, two exothermic peaks above 200℃ accompanied by small weight loss indicated the decomposition and the oxidation of residual NO3- ion and PEG. XRD showed that obtained particles agreed well with the determination result of bulk SnO2. The broadened XRD patterns became sharper as the calcining temperature turned to higher, it was indicated that the growth of the particle was exhibited. The surface area of the particles calcined at 300℃ was 161.1m2·g-1 and declined as the calcining temperature turned to higher. TEM showed an heavier agglomeration at higher temperature.  相似文献

The synthesis of crystalline SnSe nanorods was successfully achieved via a chemical reaction between sodium selenosulfate (Na2SeSO3) and SnCl2·2H2O in alkaline aqueous solution in the presence of the complexing agent (trisodium citrate) at room temperature under ambient air. The product was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopoy (TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results reveal that the SnSe nanorods are well crystalline with an average diameter of 85 nm and the lengths up to 10 μm. The possible mechanism for the formation of SnSe is also discussed.  相似文献

The organic-inorganic layered compound zinc hydroxide-benzoic acid with basal spacing of 1.92 nm was synthesized hydrothermally using amorphous Zn(OH)2 and benzoic acid at the reaction temperature of 90~130 ℃, the molar ratio of C6H5COOH/Zn(Containing 6 mmol of Zn) of 0.4~0.6, 20 mL H2O and the reaction time of 6 h. The character, structure, particle morphology and chemical composition of the layered compound were characterized by means of XRD, TG-DTA, SEM, TEM and elemental analysis. The results indicate that the layered compound is of plate-like morphology and that with the temperature raising of hydrothermal synthesis, the particle of plate-like piece becomes smaller. The chemical formula of the layered compound could be written as Zn(OH)2-y·(C6H5COO)y·0.3H2O, 0.36≤y≤0.54.  相似文献

Nanocrystalline ZnO Powders were prepared by sol-gel process from Zn(Ac)2·2H2O and 2-methoxyethanol solutions containing monoethanolamine. It was found that the photoluminescence (PL) spectra of samples (calcined at 250, 350 and 500 ℃, respectively) had two emission bands in UV region (at ~378 nm) and visible region (at ~502 nm) . The intensity of UV emission bands decreased with the increase of the calcination temperature, and the opposite was true for the visible emission band. TEM, TG-DTG, DTA, XRD, FTIR and surface photovoltage spectra (SPS) were used to investigate this competitive phenomenon. The results indicate that the adsorption of organies on the surface of nanoparticles is the key factor responsible for the relative PL intensity of the two emission bands.  相似文献

The adsorption and photochemical reduction process of Cu(Ⅱ) at the surface of nanocrystalline TiO2 was investigated using in situ quartz crystal microbalance(QCM). It was found that the adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ) onto active sites of nanocrystalline fit the pseudo-second-order reaction better than the pseudo-first-order reaction, and that the rate constant of the reaction was estimated to be about 0.09 g·mmol2·min2. In addition, it was also found that the adsorption amount of Cu(Ⅱ) at the surface of TiO2 was affected by pH、concentration and coexisting anions, and the saturated amount of adsorbed Cu(Ⅱ) was approximately 1.5 mmol·g-1 at pH 4. During UV illumination, the frequency of QCM decreased gradually, which meant the photoreduction deposition of Cu(Ⅱ) from the solution, moreover, the rate of photodeposition of Cu(Ⅱ) increased with increasing pH of solution, and the rate of photoreduction enhanced obviously when the organics were introduced.  相似文献

The effect of preparation method on the properties of alumina modified by La2O3 and BaO was investigated by means of Low temperature nitrogen adsorption-desorption, NH3-TPD, NO-TPD and XRD. The results show that alumina prepared by peptizing method exhibits the best textural properties, alumina obtained by co-precipitation method presents the strongest surface acidity and alumina derived from impregnation method shows the best ability of NO adsorption. After calcination at 1 100 ℃, all alumina except that from impregnation method have excellent thermal stability. When the specific surface area and pore volume of alumina are large enough, the activity of catalyst Pd/alumina is affected primarily by the surface acidity of alumina.  相似文献

Sub-micrometer ultra fine CeO2-ZrO2 mixed oxides have been prepared by milling solid cerium carbonate and zirconium oxy-chloride with ammonia and followed by filtering, drying and calcining procedures. The effects of Ce/Zr molar ratio, milling time and calcining temperature on the phase composition, particle size and morphology, surface charge, as well as the polishing property were investigated. The results show that the mixed oxide calcined at 1 000 ℃ is composed of cubic ceria doped with zirconium and tetragonal zirconia doped with cerium, and the phase composition varies with calcination temperature and the Ce/Zr molar ratio. The monoclinic zirconia is observed when decreasing calcination temperature and shortening milling time, demonstrating that milling and calcining can force the phase transformation from monoclinic zirconia to cerium stabilized tetragonal zirconia and zirconium doped cubic ceria solid solutions. The removal rate for the optical glass polishing varies with Ce/Zr molar ratio. A synergetic polishing effect is found when Ce/Zr molar ratio below 4, and the optimal Ce/Zr molar ratio is 1∶1. At the same time, the cubic ceria content, density, particle size and surface charge all increase when calcination temperature increasing from 800 ℃ to 1 100 ℃. However, the particle morphology changes from disperse quasi-sphere to irregular aggregation and the maximal removal rate for optical glass polishing lies at 1 000 ℃.These facts show that the polishing property of the synthesized ceria-zirconia mixed oxide is affected by the particle physical characteristics comprehensively.  相似文献

Pure Sr2CeO4 nanosized phosphors has been successfully synthesized via a citrate decomposition method at a temperature as low as 900 ℃. The particle sizes were estimated to be 80~120 nm by X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The particle sizes were determined at the temperature of pre-decomposition, and would increase with the annealed temperature. Meanwhile, the photoluminescence properties of nano-Sr2CeO4 were investigated.  相似文献

An amperometric biosensor, based on layer-by-layer self-assembly of colloidal gold nanoparticles, cysteine and horseradish peroxidase on Nafion modified electrode surface by electrostatic adsorption, has been used for the determination of hydrogen peroxide. The electrochemical behavior of the multilayer film was studied by cyclic voltammetry, linear sweep voltammetry and chronoamperometry. The step layer-by-layer adsorption interface morphology was further characterized by means of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The performance and factors influencing the resulted biosensor were studied in detail. The sensor displayed an excellent electrocatalytic response to the reduction of H2O2 without the aid of an electron transfer mediator. Linear response to H2O2 was obtained for the concentration range from 1.6 μM to 2.4 mM under optimized conditions. The detection limit of the biosensor was 0.5 μM (S/N = 3), and the sensor achieved 95% of the steady-state current within 10 s. The sensor exhibited high sensitivity, selectivity and stability. 用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

In the context of the preparation of camptothecin and luotonin A analogs, the synthesis of some key keto-precursors and their use in Friedländer condensation are described. This paper also focuses on the stability of these keto intermediates and emphasizes the major differences between indolizinones and pyrroloquinazolinones series. The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. A general synthesis of previously unknown semicarbazone-based α-amidoalkylating reagents, 4-(tosylmethyl)semicarbazones, has been developed. The synthesis involved three-component condensation of semicarbazones of aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes with the same or other aldehydes and p-toluenesulfinic acid. The scope and limitations of this reaction were investigated. The compounds obtained were demonstrated to be an efficient α-(4-semicarbazono)alkylating agents. They were reacted with H- (sodium borohydride), O- (sodium methylate), S- (sodium phenylthiolate), N- (pyrrolidine, sodium succinimide), P- (trialkyl phosphites), and C-nucleophiles (sodium diethyl malonate) to give the corresponding products of the tosyl group substitution, 4-substituted semicarbazones, including analogues of nitrofurazone. Among the prepared compounds tested in vitro for antibacterial and antifungal activity, three nitrofuryl-containing semicarbazones exhibited high biological activities with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 8–32 μg/mL.  相似文献

Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The imidation has advantages such as high step-economy, excellent functionality tolerance, and regiospecificity, giving structurally diverse imidation products.  相似文献

A small library of new chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl-imidazolium salts 1 is conveniently synthesized on multi-gram scale from inexpensive and commercially available chiral pool amino acids. The corresponding carbenes, generated by deprotonation of imidazolium salts 1, in combination with palladium(II) chloride were tested in the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction. The most significant results in terms of yields and reactivities were achieved with low catalyst loading. The catalytic activities of these imidazolium salts were also investigated in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde. The use of MgO nanoparticles as an additive in conjunction with these ligands played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of these reactions.  相似文献
