Abstract

Two proton transfer compounds, formed between 2-aminobenzothiazole derivatives (2-aminobenzothiazole (abt) and 2-amino-6-ethoxybenzothiazole (EtOabt)) and 5-sulfosalicylic acid dihydrate (H3ssa) as parent compounds, (Habt)+(H2ssa)? (1) and (HEtOabt)+(H2ssa)? (2) and their Cu(II) complexes (3 and 4, respectively) have been prepared and characterized using spectroscopic techniques. The single crystal X-ray diffraction method has been also applied to 3 and 4. Although 3 has a distorted octahedral form, 4 exhibits a distorted square pyramidal geometry. All compounds, including saline and diclofenac sodium as standards, have been evaluated pharmacologically for their anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities in rats and mice. Parent compounds (abt, EtOabt, and H3ssa) 3 and 4 show significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities as compared with control compounds.  相似文献

Starting from 4-chloro-3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid 1, compounds 210 (N-alkoxy-3,5-dinitro-4-aminobenzoic acid esters where alkoxy stands for methoxy, carboxymethoxy, triphenylmethoxy, or corresponding amides) have been obtained, from which compounds 35 and 710 are new, and for the known compounds 2 and 6 the synthetic procedure has been improved. The new derivatives have been characterized by appropriate means (IR, UV–Vis, 1H- and 13C-NMR, fluorescence) and their properties were studied. Thus, depending on their structure, the compounds have acid properties, fluorescence and complexing properties with alkaline cations.  相似文献

酰基硫脲衍生物的合成、结构表征及生物活性研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在超声波辐射下, 以PEG-400为固-液相转移催化剂, 用芳胺与双酰基异硫氰酸酯反应, 合成出了15种新的结构不对称的双酰基硫脲类化合物(66')和9种新的分子中含酰胺基团的单酰基硫脲类化合物(77'). 利用元素分析, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, APT, 1D NOE及2D NMR技术确定了所合成化合物66'及77'的结构, 并对它们NMR谱中低场C, H进行了归属. 杀菌、杀虫和除草活性筛选测定实验结果表明, 所测试化合物对瓜炭疽病菌均具有抑制作用, 其中6e抑制率最高, 达到62.4%; 目标化合物7a对黄瓜白粉病菌有一定的抑制作用. 单胺氧化酶活性测定实验表明:大部分目标化合物对单胺氧化酶具有一定的抑制活性, 其中浓度在1×10-3 molL-1时目标化合物6'c6'd的抑制活性较强, 明显高于其它化合物. 目标化合物没有抗惊厥活性.  相似文献

Chromatographers often develop problems while optimizing a method for the quantification of quaternary ammonium compounds in ESI-MS/MS. Intransigency observed in quaternary ammonium compounds to undergo the classical molecular adduct formation [M+H]+ in ESI-MS/MS reduces confidence among chromatographers while working with unit mass resolution. In this study, we provide the evidence for an exceptional rule followed by mono- and di-quaternary ammonium compounds in ESI-MS/MS in the precursor ion formation. Under ESI conditions mono- and di-quaternary ammonium compounds form molecular ions with the formula of m q / z q rather than ( m + z )/ z . Formation of m q / 2 is observed for di-quaternary ammonium compounds in precursor ion scan and m q / 1 in product ion scan, if loss of one of the quaternary charge occurs during CID. In di-quaternary ammonium compounds, this process can also result in the formation of fragment ions with higher mass as compared to precursor ion. Hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatographic separation has been used to demonstrate the elution of quaternary ammonium compounds in a single run in the ESI-MS/MS. This work concludes that the analyst must realize and consider these charge issues while dealing with positively charged compounds in LC/ESI-MS/MS.  相似文献

A simple, novel, and an efficient synthesis of α-hydroxy phosphonates (3a–d) and phosphinates (5a–f) has been accomplished from febuxostat aldehyde (1) with various dialkylphosphites (2) and dialkylphosphinates (4) in the presence of 1, 4-dimethylpiperazine as a strong base with good to excellent yields (78%–95%) is reported. The structures of the title compounds were established by elemental analysis and spectral data (IR, 1H, 13C and 31P NMR, and LC-MS). All the title compounds (3a–d) and (5a–f) were tested for their antimicrobial and antioxidant activities. Bioassay results reveal that a few of the title compounds exhibited promising antimicrobial and antioxidant activities.  相似文献

Abstract

A series of biologically active organophosphorus compounds have been synthesized by the reactions of O,O-diethylchlorophosphate with Schiff bases derived from 5-(phenyl/substituted phenyl)-2-hydrazino-1,3,4-oxadiazole and salicylaldehyde/2-hydroxyacetophenone. The compounds have been characterized on the basis of analyses and spectral (IR, 1H, 13C NMR) data. Fungicidal activities of these derivatives against Colletotrichum falcatum, Fusarium oxysporum, and Curvularia pallescence have been evaluated. All compounds showed moderate to significant antifungal activity.  相似文献

A wide series of low-coordinated phosphorus (III) compounds including iminophosphines 1, two- 2 or mono-coordinated 3 phosphorus-containing cations, and anion 4, where Mes? = 2,4,6-tris-(tert-butyl)phenyl, has been investigated by 13C, 15N and 31P NMR spectroscopy. The Amberboa is a medicinally important genus present in the family Asteraceae; members of this genus are mainly distributed in Pakistan and India. It has been used in different systems of traditional medicines for different diseases. Amberinone (1), a new sesquiterpene lactone, has been isolated from the ethyl acetate (EtOAc) soluble fraction of Amberboa ramosa together with chrysin (2), quercitine (3), eriodictyol (4) and keamferol (5). This is the first report of these compounds from this species. The structures of the isolated compounds have been elucidated by 1D and 2D 1H 13C NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Two new compounds catharanthusopimaranoside A (1) and catharanthusopimaranoside B (2) along with three known compounds have been isolated from the hairy root cultures of Catharanthus roseus. The excretions/secretions from the maggot of Chrysomyis megacephala Fabricius are traditionally used to treat serious infections in China. In this study, bioassay-guided fractionation led to the isolation of three novel antibacterial compounds (13), including important fluorinated compounds (3 and 5), together with other nine known compounds from 70% methanol extract of C. megacephala. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by NMR spectroscopic analysis and high-resolution mass spectroscopy. The antibacterial activities of the isolated compounds were evaluated using agar disc diffusion method. New compounds 1 and 2 exhibited moderate activity against Bacillus subtilis with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 250 μg mL? 1. The most active compounds 3 and 5 displayed a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity with an MIC of 125 μg mL? 1 against G+ and G bacteria. The structure of the above-mentioned novel compounds and their antimicrobial activities are herein reported for the first time from the natural product of insects.  相似文献

Abstract

A novel series pyrrolo[3,2-b]pyridine-3-carboxamide linked 2-methoxypyridine derivatives have been designed, synthesized and confirmed by FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 19F NMR, MS, and elemental analysis. The synthesized compounds were screened for their antitubercular activity using microplate alamar blue assay method and antibacterial activity. Among the tested compounds, 4- fluorophenyl (8m), 4- chlorophenyl (8n) and 4-methoxyphenyl (8i) showed potent anti-TB activity (3.12?µg/mL) in comparison with reference drug, Pyrazinamide ((3.12?µg/mL). In addition, all compounds were docked into DprE1 (PDB code: 4KW5) to explore their binding interactions at the active site. The compounds exhibited essential key interactions as that of reported DprE1 inhibitors and hence, the synthesized compounds may be considered as molecular scaffolds for antitubercular activity. Compounds, 4-chlorophenyl (8n) and 4-flurophenyl (8m) showed significant antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus strains. In silico prediction of toxicities, druglikeness and drug score profiles of the tested compounds are promising.  相似文献

The new metal-free and metallo phthalocyanines (4) and (5) bearing four tetrasubstituted hexaazadithia macrobicycles on peripheral positions, have been synthesized. Phthalonitrile (3) has been synthesized from the reaction of (1,3,6,9,11,14 hexaazatricyclo [12.2.1.16,9]) (1) and 1,2-bis(2-iodomercaptoethyl)-4,5-dicyanobenzene (2). Abstract

A series of symmetrical 1,3-bis thiourea 1a–e and 1,4-bis thiourea derivatives 2a–e have been successfully synthesized from the reactions of amines with 3-acetylbenzoyl isothiocyanate and 4-acetylbenzoyl isothiocyanate, respectively. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The compounds were screened for their antibacterial activity by turbidimetric method using gram-negative bacteria (E. coli ATCC 8739) using turbidimetric method. The newly synthesized bis-thiourea derivatives bearing aryl side chains showed good antibacterial activity against E. coli. The effect of the molecular structure of the synthesized compounds on the antibacterial activity is discussed.  相似文献

The pyrazole ligand 3,5-dimethyl-4-iodopyrazole (HdmIPz) has been used to obtain a series of palladium(II) complexes (14) of the type [PdX2(HdmIPz)2] {X = Cl (1); Br (2); I (3); SCN (4)}. All compounds have been isolated, purified, and characterized by means of elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, 1H and 13C{1H}-NMR experiments, differential thermal analysis (DTA), and thermogravimetry (TG). The TG/DTA curves showed that the compounds released ligands in the temperature range 137–605 °C, yielding metallic palladium as final residue. The complexes and the ligand together with cisplatin have been tested in vitro by MTT assay for their cytotoxicity against two murine cancer cell lines: mammary adenocarcinoma (LM3) and lung adenocarcinoma (LP07).  相似文献

将苯(氧)乙胺和苯氧烷胺类α1-肾上腺素受体拮抗剂中的苯(氧)乙胺、苯氧烷胺片段引入哒嗪酮类化合物中, 设计、合成了30个新的含哒嗪酮环的α1-肾上腺素受体拮抗剂. 所有新化合物的结构均经1H NMR, IR, HRMS确证. 生物活性测试表明28个目标物对α1-肾上腺素受体有较好的拮抗作用(pA2>6.00), 化合物6o, 6p, 6q, 6v, 6x, 6y, 10c, 10d的pA2值>7.00.  相似文献

In a search for safer and potent antitubercular agents, here a library of newly substituted dioxoisoindolinylmethyl-triazolyl-N-phenylacetamide derivatives (5a–l) has been synthesized via click chemistry approach. All synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antitubercular activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv (MTB). Among the screened compounds, 5d, 5e, 5h, and 5l showed good antitubercular activity. The compounds 5d and 5l have shown very effective antitubercular activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv (MTB) with MIC 12.5?μg/mL. All the newly synthesized compounds were thoroughly characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HRMS spectral data. We further performed exploratory docking studies on the crystal structure of Mycobacterium tuberculosis enoyl reductase to demonstrate the mechanism of antitubercular activity.  相似文献

Novel calix[4]azacrown derivatives from the reaction between calix[4]amidocrown and the different N‐(4‐bromoacetamidephthalimido)alkanes derivatives, which may be useful intemediate compounds of pseudorotaxane, have been synthesized and structurally characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS, and elemental analyses. 以豆腐果苷为原料, 在冰醋酸催化下和邻苯二胺缩合生成中间体2-(4-β-D-吡喃阿洛糖苷-苯基)-苯并咪唑(2), 2与卤代烃在K2CO3作用下以乙醇为溶剂合成了一系列1-烃基-2-(4-β-D-吡喃阿洛糖苷-苯基)-苯并咪唑类化合物3a3h. 新化合物23a3h的结构经1H NMR, IR和MS (HRMS)确认, 并对23a3h进行了药理活性筛选. 结果表明, 部分化合物具有良好的镇静活性; 其中化合物2 (100 mg•kg-1), 3f (100 mg•kg-1)与豆腐果苷相比较具有更强的药理活性.  相似文献
