合成龙脑与合成樟脑制备新工艺初探

报道了一种制备合成龙脑与合成樟脑的新工艺。常压下异龙脑在一种含锌催化剂作用下 ,可部分脱氢生成樟脑 ,部分异构化生成龙脑。将此产物分离提纯后可同时得到合成樟脑与合成龙脑

We have developed a simple and direct method for the synthesis of aryl ethers by reacting alcohols/phenols (ROH) with aryl ammonium salts (ArNMe₃⁺), which are readily prepared from anilines (ArNR′₂, R′=H or Me). This reaction proceeds smoothly and rapidly (within a few hours) at room temperature in the presence of a commercially available base, such as KO^tBu or KHMDS, and has a broad substrate scope with respect to both ROH and ArNR′₂. It is scalable and compatible with a wide range of functional groups.

A New,General Synthetic Method for the Preparation of Linear Poly-p-xylylenes

A new, general synthetic route to poly-p-xylylene and substituted poly-p-xylylenes is described. The key intermediate in the new process is di-p-xylylene [(2,2)p-cyclophane]. It has been found that di-p-xylylene is quantitatively cleaved by vacuum vapor-phase pyrolysis at 600°C. to two molecules of p-xylylene. p-Xylylene spontaneously polymerizes on condensation to form high molecular weight, linear poly-p-xylylene. The conversion of di-p-xylylene to poly-p-xylylene is quantitative. The process is adaptable to the preparation of a wide variety of substituted poly-p-xylylenes by pyrolysis of ring-substituted di-p-xylylenes and polymerization of the resultant substituted p-xylylenes. Many of these polymers are not attainable by any other route. All are linear and free of crosslinking. Evidence supporting the proposed mechanism of pyrolytic cleavage of every molecule of di-p-xylylene to two molecules of p-xylylene is presented. Tough, transparent polymeric films are obtained from the process when the polymerization of the p-xylylenes is conducted on glass or metal surfaces. Outstanding combinations of physical, electrical, and chemical properties are displayed by poly-p-xylylene, polychloro-p-xylylene, and other substituted polymers. A comparison of the relative merits of the original Szwarc route and the new di-p-xylylene route to poly-p-xylylenes is presented.

A new synthetic method for the preparation of N,N-dimethylformamide di-tert-butyl acetal by acid catalyzed transacetalization of readily available N,N-dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal is described.     

Fluorodecarboxylation for the Synthesis of Trifluoromethyl Aryl Ethers

The synthesis of mono‐, di‐, and trifluoromethyl aryl ethers by fluorodecarboxylation of the corresponding carboxylic acids is reported. AgF₂ induces decarboxylation of aryloxydifluoroacetic acids, and AgF, either generated in situ or added separately, serves as a source of fluorine to generate the fluorodecarboxylation products. The addition of 2,6‐difluoropyridine increased the reactivity of AgF₂, thereby increasing the range of functional groups and electronic properties of the aryl groups that are tolerated. The reaction conditions used for the formation of trifluoromethyl aryl ethers also served to form difluoromethyl and monofluoromethyl aryl ethers.

Rearrangement of Aryl Geranyl Ethers

This article describes the thermal rearrangement reactions of aryl geranyl ethers. These reactions depend on the structure of the aryl moiety of the substrate and the reaction conditions used. The naphthyl ethers underwent a [1,3]-alkyl shift, followed by acid-catalyzed intramolecular cyclization. The microwave-assisted rearrangement of isoquinolinyl ether showed a pattern of an abnormal Claisen rearrangement. The multi step rearrangement of the quinolyl ether afforded a spiro compound. These new reactions were used to synthesize novel heterocyclic compounds.     

New Effective Synthetic Method for Preparation of N,N-Dichlorocarbamates

A rapid, efficient, economical, and easy-to-scale method for the effective conversion of carbamates to corresponding N,N-dichlorocarbamates by using sodium hypochlorite in acidic medium has been described. N,N-Dichlorocarbamates were obtained in quantitative yield through a simple workup in reduced reaction time.

制备二氮杂冠醚和三氮杂冠醚的新方法

以糖精为原料合成二氮杂冠醚和三氮杂冠醚。使糖精与二甘醇或三甘醇二氯化物和N,N-二(β-氯乙基)丁胺的DMF溶液在少量碘化钾存在下烃化、氨解,再用二甘醇或三甘醇的二对甲苯磺酸酯烃化生成保护的冠醚环。后者与20％盐酸作用除去保护基生成游离的环体。此法合成路线短原料价廉易得。二氮杂18-冠-6总产率37％左右。

Ionic Liquids as Reagent and Reaction Medium: Preparation of Alkyl Aryl Ethers

Summary. Room temperature ionic liquid, [bmIm]OH, is used as a green recyclable reaction medium and reagent for the alkylation of phenols in excellent yields. The recovered ionic liquid was reused five to six times with consistent activity.     

A Convenient Method for the Preparation of Carbonyl Diazo Compounds from Aryl Substituted Carbazide

A new simple method for the preparation of bis (substituted phenyl) carbodiazone compounds (ArN=NCON=NAr) is reported. Nine of the compounds were synthesized by the oxidation of aryl substituted carbazide with ferric chloride in acid medium with good yield.
