利用1-芳基-3-甲基-5-氯-1H-4-吡唑醛(2)分别与取代苯甲酰肼反应, 进一步与巯基乙酸关环, 合成了11个新的2-(1-芳基-3-甲基-5-氯-1H-4-吡唑基)-3-芳酰胺-4-噻唑啉酮类化合物 3a3k, 并利用元素分析, IR, 1H NMR和X-ray晶体衍射确定了其结构. 初步生物活性表明: 3e具有杀菌活性, 3e3k具有除草活性.  相似文献

In this paper, stereocontrolled tandem Michael addition-elimination reaction of the novel chiral source, 5-(l-menthyloxy)-3,4-dichloro-2(5H)-furanone, with various thiols and amines has been investigated. A series of new enantiomerically pure compounds, 5–(l-menthyloxy)-4-substituted-3-chloro-2(5H)-furanones, were obtained in good yields with d. e. ? 98% under mild conditions.  相似文献

4H-Chromenyl-tetrahydro-2H-pyrancarboxylates 3a–k have been conveniently prepared by the reaction of 3-formylchromones 1a–k and ethyl 4,4,4-trifluoro-3-oxobutanoate 2a with good yields. Thus obtained 4H-chromenyl-tetrahydro-2H-pyrancarboxylates 3a–k were reacted with amines 4a–e to provide series of 5-(2-hydroxybenzoyl)-2-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2-dihydropyridine-3-carboxylates 5a–o. The reaction proceeded via Michael addition (C-N bond formation) and followed by cleavage of chromone and pyran rings (C-O bond cleavage) in one pot.  相似文献

The phosphonomethylhydrazide 2a reacts with N-acylated imidates 3a–d to give the corresponding 5-aryl (or 5-benzyl)-2-[(1-diethoxyphosphonyl)methyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazoles 4a–d after the elimination of ethanamide 5. Compounds 2a–e are prepared by the action of triethyl phosphonoacetate 1 with hydrazine and its derivatives. The structures of 1,3,4-oxadiazoles 4a–d and hydrazides 2a–e have been unequivocally confirmed by means of IR, 1 H, 13 C, 31 P NMR and mass spectrometry.  相似文献

The reaction of 5-chloro-2-(N-methyl-jodomethanesulfon-amido)-benzophenone (6b) with liquid or absol. alcoholic ammonia leads to 6-chloro-4-hydroxy-1-methyl-4-phenyl-3,4-dihydro-1H-2,1-benzothiazine-2,2-dioxid (7) and 6-chloro-4-hydroxy-3-jodo-1-methyl-4-phenyl-3,4-dihydro-1H-2,1-benzothiazine-2,2-dioxid (9) resp. The mechanism of these reactions is discussed.

Several new 5-chloro-7-mercapto-1-methyl/phenyl-1,2,4-triazolo[4,5-6]pyrazin-2(1/H)-ones V and their disul-phides VI, 5-chloro-3-mercapto-2(1H)-pyrazinonones III, 5-chloro-3-(N-aryl-N-acetylthioureido)-1-methyl/-phenyl-2(1H)-pyrazinones VII, 5-chloro-1-methyl/phenyl-3-sulphonamido-2(1H)-pyrazinones X and chloro-2-methyl/phenyl-(3-methyl)-3-thio-2(1H)-pyrazinones XI were synthesized starting from 3,5-dichloro-1-methyl/phenylpyrazin-2(1H)-ones I. Fifteen of these compounds were screened for their antibacterial and antifungal activity against two bacteria B. subtilis and S. aureus, and two fungi A. niger and H. oryzae. A series of novel substituted thiopyrano[2,3-b]quinolines 4a–e , 5a–e , and 6a–e were prepared from substituted 3-formyl-2-mercapto quinolines 2a–e , on reaction with ethyl acetoacetate, diethyl malonate, and ethyl cyanoacetate 3a–c by microwave irradiation in the presence of piperidine. Synthesized compounds were evaluated for antimicrobial activities. Among the compounds tested, 7-chloro-2-oxo-2H-thiopyrano[2,3-b]quinoline-3-carbonitrile 6d and 7-nitro-2-oxo-2H-thiopyrano[2,3-b]quinoline-3-carbonitrile 6e were highly active against S. aureus and M. roseus.  相似文献

Abstract

Thiosemicarbazides (2a–e) were obtained by the interaction of furan-2-carboxylic acid hydrazide (1) with five different isothiocyanate (RNCS) derivatives. By addition of KOH to the reaction medium, ethyl, allyl, phenyl and benzyl, p-tolyl substituted 1,2,4-triazoles (3a–e) were obtained. 3a–e were dissolved in dry acetone containing K2CO3 in the presence of 2-chloro-1-(3-methyl-3-mesitylcyclobutyl) ethanone (4) to give 3,4,5-trisubstituted 1,2,4-triazole sulfanyl compounds containing a cyclobutane ring (5a–e). The structures of the final compounds were confirmed by elemental analyses, FT-IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. The antioxidant and antitumor properties of the synthesized compounds were also investigated. Three of the triazole derivatives with p-tolyl, benzyl and phenyl substituents (5c–e) displayed good antioxidant and antitumor activity in comparison to the standards.  相似文献

A straightforward and highly efficient series of new substituted 3-aryl-1,8-naphthyridine derivatives 3a–e, 4a–e, and 6a–e were synthesized. Condensation dissimilar quantities of 2-chloro-3-aryl-1,8-naphthyridine 1a–e with benzene-1,4-diamine 2 and sodium ethoxide refluxing in ethanol solvent yielded the compounds 3a–e and 4a–e. The 2-(4-((3-aryl-1,8-naphthyridin-2-yl)amino)phenyl)isoindoline-1,3-diones 6a–e were obtained by treatment of compounds 3a–e with phthalic anhydride 5 in refluxing N,N-dimethylformamide is described. All synthesized compounds evaluated for their antimicrobial activity. The structures of the compounds have been proven on the established of spectral (IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR) data and elemental analyses. The reaction will be characterized by good efficacy, easy workup, simple purification of the products, and availability of catalyst.  相似文献

1, 5-Dichloro-9H-thioxanthen-9-one ( 2 ) was prepared by cyclization of 2-chloro-6-[(2-chlorophenyl)thio]-benzoic acid ( 10 ) obtained from 2-chloro-6-iodobenzoic acid ( 9 ) and 2-chlorobenzenethiol. Similarly, 1, 7-di-chloro-9H-thioxanthen-9-one ( 6 ) was prepared from 9 via 2-chloro-6-[(4-chlorophenyl)thio]benzoic acid ( 11 ). Compound 6 was also obtained by condensation of 2-chloro-6-mercaptobenzoic acid ( 12 ) with chlorobenzene in the presence of sulfuric acid.  相似文献

Thermal cyclization of 3-R-5-chloro-1,2,4-triazoles (R = Cl, Ph) afforded 2,6,10-tri-R- tris[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a:1′,5′c:1″,5″-e][1,3,5]triazines 5 (R = Ph) and 7 (R = Cl). These compounds are first representatives of this class of heterocycles, whose structures were unambiguously established. Treatment of these compounds with nucleophiles (H2O/NaOH, NH3) results in the triazine ring opening to give compounds consisting of three 1,2,4-triazole rings linked in a chain. For example, treatment of cyclic compound 5 with aqueous alkali affords 3-phenyl-1-3-phenyl-1-(3-phenyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl)-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one. Treatment of 3,7,11-triphenyltris[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a:4′,3′c:4″,3″-e][1,3,5]triazine (2) with HCl/SbCl5 leads to the triazine ring opening giving rise to 5-(3-chloro-5-phenyl-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)-3-phenyl-4-(5-phenyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-1,2,4-triazole. Thermal cyclization of the latter produces 3,7,10-triphenyltris[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a:4′,3′c:4″,3″-e][1,3,5]triazine (13). Thermolysis of both cyclic compound 2 and cyclic compound 13 is accompanied by the Dimroth rearrangement to yield 3,6,10-triphenyl-tris[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a:1′, 5′-c:4″,3″-e][1,3,5]triazine (14). Compounds 13 and 14 are the first representatives of cyclic compounds with this skeleton. 13C NMR spectroscopy allows the determination of the isomer type in a series of tris[1,2,4]triazolo[1,3,5]triazines.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk.
