Stereoselective syntheses on a gram scale of (3Z,6E,8E)-, (3Z,6E,8Z)-and (3Z,6Z,8Z)-3,6,8-dodecatrien-1-ol, 8, 9 and 10, respectively, are described. A key step of the synthesis of 8 consisted of a copper-mediated coupling reaction between 4-(2-tetrahydropyranyloxy)-1-butynylmagnesium bromide (15) and the mesyl ester of (2E,4E)-2,4-octadien-1-ol (14). A similar copper-mediated reaction between 15 and the mesyl ester of (E)-2-octen-4-yn-1-ol (19) was used to construct the C-12 carbon skeleton of 9. On the other hand, the synthesis of 10 was based on a palladium-promoted reaction between (Z)-1-bromo-1-pentene (23) and the organozinc bromide derived from 3,6-heptadiyn-1-yl acetate (27).  相似文献

A mixture of (13E,17E)-12-phenylsulfonylbicyclogeranylfarnesol tetrahydropyranyl ether (8) and (13E,17E)-12-phenylsulfonylbicyclogeranylfarnesol (9) was formed by superacid low-temperature cyclization of exclusively trans-8-phenylsulfonylgeranylfarnesol tetrahydropyranyl ether (1). The structures of 8 and 9 were established using spectral data. The review surveys the data on the reactions of phosphorus and arsenic ylides with compounds containing E=X bonds (E = C, Si, Ge, or Sn; X = C or S), cyclic oligomers (R2ES)n (n = 2 or 3), and heavier analogs of carbenes. These reactions give rise to two new classes of heteroorganic betaines containing the (+)E15—C—E14—X(–) (I) and (+)E15—C—E14(–) (II) (E15 = P or As; E14 = Si, Ge, or Sn; X = C or S) structural fragments. Procedures for the synthesis of these compounds, their reactivities, the X-ray diffraction structures, and the electronic structures established by high-level quantum-chemical calculations are considered in detail. The carbon analogs of betaines of type I, viz., compounds bearing the (+)P—C—C—X(–) fragment (III), are also discussed. The latter were long considered as possible intermediates in the reactions of compounds containing the polar C=X bond (X = C, O, S, NR, etc.) with phosphorus ylides (classical Wittig and Corey—Chaykovsky reactions and related processes).  相似文献

A new (E,E)-dioxime, (2Z,3Z)-9,20-bis[(4-methylphenyl)sulfonyl]-1,4,7,8,9,10,11,12,14,15,17, 18,19,20,21,22-hexadecahydro-13,16-ethano[1,4,7,11,14,18]dioxatetraazacycloicosino[2,3-g] quinoxaline-2,3-dione dioxime (6) (H2L) has been synthesized by reacting cyanogen-di-N-oxide (5) with 4,15-bis[(4-methylphenyl)sulfonyl]-2,3,4,5,6,7,9,10,12,13,14,15,16,17-tetradecahydro-8,11-ethano-1,18,4,8,11,15-benzodioxatetraazacycloicosine-20,21-diamine (4). Mononuclear complexes (7) and (8) of this ligand have been synthesized by reacting the vic-dioxime (H2L) with NiCl2.6H2O and CoCl2.6H2O respectively. The BF2+ capped Ni(II) and Co(III) complexes (9) and (10) of the dioxime have been synthesized from (7) and (8), respectively. The new compounds were characterized by a combination of elemental analysis, 1H- and 13C-NMR, IR. and MS. spectral data.  相似文献

Four- and eight-carbon homologation of benzaldehydes is described. The hydrotelluration of (Z)-1-methoxy-but-1-en-3-ynes 1 afforded (1Z,3Z)-1-butyltelluro-4-methoxy-1,3-butadiene 2, this compound 2 underwent a Te/Li exchange reaction, and the butadienyllithium 3 obtained reacted with benzaldehyde to form the corresponding allylic alcohol 4 with total retention of configuration. The allylic alcohol 4a formed underwent acidic hydrolysis, resulting in 5-phenyl-(2E,4E)-dienal 5 (four-carbon homologation of benzaldehyde). Product 5 reacted with the butadienyllithium 3, affording the alcohol 9-phenyl-(1Z,3Z,6E,8E)-1-methoxy-5-hydroxy-nonatetraene 6, which was hydrolyzed or spontaneously transformed into 9-phenyl-(2E,4E,6E,8E)-tetraenal 7, completing the eight-carbon homologation of benzaldehyde. Reaction of 9-phenyl-nona-(2E,4E,6E,8E)-tetraenal 7 with methyllithium in tetrahydrofuran afforded (3E,5E,7E,9E)-10-phenyl-deca-3,5,7,9-tetraen-2-ol 8. The product of the reaction described was employed in the synthesis of (3E,5E,7E,9E)-10-phenyl-deca-3,5,7,9-tetraen-2-one 9, which is known as navenone B, an alarm pheromone of the mollusk Navanax inermis.  相似文献

Two new members of the hexanuclear series [Co6S8(PR3)6] n+, complexes [Co6S8(PMe2Ph)6](ClO4) (1) and [Co6S8P(OMe)3 6] (2), have been synthesizes and characterized by X-ray diffraction analyses. Their formation process was postulated to go through trinuclear 3--S bridged moieties. The structural characteristics of the M6E8P6 skeleton of a whole series of [M6E8(PR3)6] n+ (M=Co, Cr, Fe, Mo; E=S, Se, Te) complexes are presented in terms of atomic distances and core volumes.  相似文献

A novel vic-dioxime ligand with a thiourea moiety, (4E,5E)-1,3-bis{4-[(4-bromophenylamino)methylene]phenyl}-2-thiooxaimidazoline-4,5-dione dioxime (4) (bmdH2) has been synthesized from N,N′-bis{4-[(4-bromophenylamino)methylene]phenyl}thiourea and (E,E)-dichloroglyoxime. The bmdH2 ligand (4) forms transition metal complexes [M(bmdH)2] with a metal?:?ligand ratio of 1?:?2 with M?=?Ni(II), Co(II), and Cu(II). The mononuclear Ni(II), Co(II) and Cu(II) complexes, [Ni(bmdH)2] (5), [Co(bmdH)2] (6) and [Cu(bmdH)2] (7) have the metal ions coordinated through the two N,N atoms, as do most vic-dioximes. Elemental analyses, molar conductivity, magnetic susceptibility, IR, 1H NMR spectra, and UV-Visible spectroscopy were used to elucidate the structures of the ligand and its complexes. Conductivity measurements have shown that the mononuclear complexes are non-electrolytes. In addition, the ligands and metal complexes were screened for antibacterial and antifungal activities by agar well diffusion techniques using DMF as solvent.  相似文献

Investigation by gas liquid chromatography of a small but organoleptically typical subfraction of Oriental tobacco condensate led to the identification of 47 compounds. Of these 21 have hitherto not been reported as Oriental tobacco constituents, and 14 appear to be novel to all tobacco types. The latter are (E)-3-methyl-non-2-en-4-one ( 1 ), (E)-1-(2, 3, 6-trimethylphenyl)-but-2-en-1-one ( 3 ), pentadecan-15-olide ( 12 ), 8α, 13:9α, 13-diepoxy-15, 16-dinorlabdane ( 17 ), (Z)-octadec-9-en-18-olide ( 18 ), (E)-2-ethylidene-6, 10, 14-trimethylpentadecanal ( 21 ), the norlabdanoids 9 , 10 , 11 , 14 , 15 , 16 , tridecan-2-one, and 2-phenylethyl isovalerate. The macrolides 12 and 18 represent the first musk compounds detected in tobacco. Identification were made by direct comparison (MS. and/or 1 H-NMR./IR.) with the authentic chemicals synthesized whenever necessary.  相似文献

Photoisomerization of an aromatic analogue of retinoic acid, ethyl all-trans-9-(4-methoxy-2,3,6-trimethylphenyl)-3,7-dimethyl-nona-2,4,6, 8-tetraenoate 1 in dilute solutions of hexane, benzene, and ethanol yielded multi-component mixtures of cis isomers which were separated by HPLC. FT-1H-NMR. at 270 MHz and, in some cases, homonuclear decoupling and Overhauser experiments as well as 13C-NMR. were applied to establish the structures of 4 mono-cis, 4 (of 6 possible) di-cis, and 3 (of 4 possible) tri-cis isomers. The structures of 3 isomeric esters, namely (2Z, 4E, 6E, 8E) 6 , (2Z, 4Z, 6E, 8E) 9 , and (2Z, 4Z, 6Z, 8E) 7 were independently confirmed by direct syntheses. The 1H-NMR. data of all these compounds and the 13C-NMR. data of the all-trans and of 6 cis isomers available in sufficiently large quantities are discussed.  相似文献

6-Methyl-6-hepten-2-one (3) on reaction with ethyl α-dimethylphosphonate/NaH gives a mixture of (E)-and (Z)-conjugated esters. The major (E)-isomer, (E)-ethyl-3,7-dimethyl-2,7-octadienoate (4), on reduction with LiAlH4 at room temperature furnishes (E)-3,7-dimethyl-2,7-octadien-l-ol (5) which on propionylation affords (E)-3,7-dimethyl-2,7-octadienyl propionate (1). Carbinol (5) is converted into its silyl ether (E)-2,6-dimethyl-8-t-butyldimethylsilyloxy-l,6-octadiene (6) witht-Bu(Me)2SiCl in CH2Cl2, which on hydroboronation-oxidation with 9-BBN/NaOH-H2O2 followed by disilylalion with (n-Bu)4N+ F at room temperature, gives (E)-3,7-dimethyl-2-octen-l,8-diol (2).  相似文献

(E)-α-Stannylvinyl phenyl(or p-tolyl)sulfones underwent an iododestannylation reaction to afford (E)-α-iodovinyl phenyl(or p-tolyl)sulfones 1, which reacted with (E)-alkenylzirconium(IV) complexes 2 produced in situ by hydrozirconation of terminal alkynes in the presence of a Pd(PPh3)4 catalyst to afford stereoselectively (1Z,3E)-2- phenyl(or p-tolyl)sulfonyl-substituted 1,3-dienes 3 in good yields.  相似文献

(3Z,9Z,6S,7R)-6,7-epoxy-3,9-octadecadiene (1) and (3Z,9Z,6R,7S)-6,7-epoxy-3,9-octadecadiene (2) have been stereoselectively synthesized in eight steps from 2-pentyn-1-ol with an overall yield of 8%. The key steps involved the Sharpless asymmetric dihydroxylation of (2E)-oct-2-en-5-yn-1-ol (6). The new synthetic method is suitable for multigram-scale preparation of 1 and 2 and might be used for producing sufficient quantities of the sex pheromone components for management of the pest of tea plantations.  相似文献

Abstract

A facile procedure is presented for the synthesis of (E)-1-(3′-hydroxy-2′-furanyl)-3-(3″-hydroxy-4″-methoxyphenyl)-2- propen-1-one (6). Galactosylisomaltol (1) was condensed with isovanillin (2) under strong alkaline conditions at 25 [ddot]C to form (E)-1-(3′-O-β-D-galactopyranosyloxy-2′-furanyl)-3-(3″- hydroxy-4″-methoxyphenyl)-2-propen-1-one (4). (E)-1-(3′-hydroxy-2′-furanyl)-3-(3″-hydroxy-4″-methoxyphenyl)-2-propen-1-one (6) was obtained by acid hydrolysis of 4 in a 53.9% yield. This hetero-cyclic 2-propen-1-one was characterized on the basis of spectral data (IR and 1H NMR), physicochemical properties, and conversion to a mono-O-acetyl derivative.  相似文献

(Z)- and (E)-3-(2-chloropyridin-5-ylmethyl)oximino-(22E,24R)-ergosta-4,7,22-trienes (56) were synthesized by chemical transformation of ergosterol. Several oxidative transformations of them were studied. It was found that oxidation of these compounds by chromium(VI) oxide formed the corresponding O-substituted 3-ketoximes of the mycosteroid (22E,24R)-ergosta-4,7,22-trien-3,6-dione (7) and (8), which contained α-chloropyridine fragments characteristic of biologically active neonicotinoids. It was shown that oxidation of 5 and 6 by selenium dioxide occurred with formation of the corresponding 9α-hydroxy derivatives 9 and 10.  相似文献

The novel dioxime, (4Z,5E)-pyrimidine-2,4,5,6(1H,3H)-tetraone 4,5-dioxime (H2-PTD) was obtained by the interaction of 6-amino-5-nitrosopyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione with hydroxylamine hydrochloride. X-ray structural analysis determined the 4Z,5E-configuration of the corresponding monoanion, pyrimidine-2,6(1H,3H)-dione-4-iminole-5-iminolate in the inclusion complexes with diazonia-18-crown-6 (1,4,10,13-tetraoxa-7,16-diazoniacyclooctadecane) (H2-DA18C6)2+ (complex (1), stoichiometry 2 : 1), and its ammonium salt in the complex with the cis-syn-cis isomer of dicyclohexano-18-crown-6(DCHA) (cis-syn-cis-2,5,8,15,18,21-hexaoxatricyclo (20.4.0.09,14)hexacosane) (complex (2), stoichiometry 1 : 1). X-ray data were also obtained for the complex of the product of (H2-PTD) cyclization, (1,2,5)-oxadiazolo(3,4-d)pyrimidine-5,7(4H,6H)-dione (OPD) with diaqua diaza-18-crown-6 (complex (3), stoichiometry 2 : 2 : 1).In (1) the (H-PTD)- anions are joined into dimers through the bifurcated OH...N and OH...O hydrogen bonds and alternate with diazonia-18-crown-6 cations in the chains sustained by the NH(crown) ... O and NH(crown) ...N interactions. The chains are further combined into the 3D network via NH...O(crown) hydrogen bonds. In (2) the self-complementarity of the (H-PTD)- anions facilitates their assembly into the chain via OH...N, NH...O and OH...O interactions. The ammonium cations bridge each anion and the DCHA macrocycle with the formation of a ribbon developed along the [101] direction in the unit cell. Ternary complex (3) is built of the neutral species, diaza-18-crown-6, water molecules and dimers of OPD alternated in the chains and held together by OH...O and NH...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The reactions of 1,2-bis[(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)imino]acenaphthene (dpp-BIAN, 1) with tri-iso-butylaluminum, triethylgallium or trimethylindium give the novel amido-imine complexes (Bui—dpp-BIAN)AlBui 2 (4), (Et—dpp-BIAN)GaEt2 (5), and (Me—dpp-BIAN)InMe2 (6), respectively. The reaction of (dpp-BIAN)AlI(Et2O) (7) with allyl bromide affords analogous chiral amido-imine derivative (All—dpp-BIAN)AlBrI (8). Hydrolysis of 8 affords the amino-imino compound (All—dpp-BIAN)H (9). The new compounds 46, 8, and 9 have been characterized by 1H NMR and IR spectroscopy. The molecular structures of 5, 6, and 9 were determined by single crystal X-ray analysis.  相似文献
