Ultrasound accelerated synthesis of 2,3-(substituted)benzo-1,4-thiazino[5,6-b]-4H-9H-7- methyl-10-oxoquinolines (4), 7-substituted-2,2-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H,10H-phenothiazin- 4-one (5), 4-substituted-3,9, 10-trihydro-11-oxo-quinolino[2,3-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazino[2,3-d]- 1,2,4-triazole (6), and 7,7-dimethyl-7,8-dihydro-3H,5H,6H-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4] benzothiadiazin-9-one (7) from carbostyril and dimedone using sulfur powder and iodine as a catalyst in THF is reported. The structures of the compounds have been elucidated on the basis of spectral and elemental analysis.  相似文献

Abstract

Condensation of 2-mercapto-3H-quinazolin-4-one (1) with chloroacetic acid gave 4-oxo-3,4-dihydroquinazoline-2-yl-sulfanyl)-acetic acid (2) that with anthranilamide (3) gave 2-(4-oxo-3,4-dihydroquinazolin-2-ylsulfanylmethyl)-3H-quinazolin-4-one (4). Oxidation of 4 with sodium hypochlorite in alkaline medium gave the novel product, 2-(4-oxo-3,4- dihydroquinazolin-2-ylsulfinyl methyl)-3H -quinazolin-4-one) (5). The entire sequences of reactions in this work have been carried out using eco-friendly solvents and green conditions.

为了寻求新的含吡唑双杂环先导化合物. 用4-取代-1-甲基-3-乙基-5-吡唑甲酰氯与2-噻唑烷酮、2-噻唑硫酮、2-噁唑烷酮等含氮杂环反应得到了12个含吡唑环的双杂环化合物. 化合物结构用IR, 1H NMR, MS和元素分析进行了表征. 并用X射线单晶衍射法测定了化合物3-(1-甲基-3-乙基-4-硝基-5-吡唑甲酰基)-噁唑烷-2-酮(3k)的晶体结构. 晶体为单斜晶系, P21/n (#14)空间群, a=1.52175(3) nm, b=0.52970(1) nm, c=1.58185(3) nm, β=104.893(4), V=1.2323(4) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.45 g/cm3, F(000)=560.00, R1=0.064, wR2=0.193. 初步生物活性实验结果表明, 在25 mg/L浓度下, 3-(1-甲基-3-乙基-4-硝基-5-吡唑甲酰基)-噻唑烷-2-酮(3c), 3-(1-甲基-3-乙基-4-硝基-5-吡唑甲酰基)-噻唑烷-2-硫酮(3g)对水稻稻瘟病菌(Pyricularia oryzae)的抑制活性达到40%. 在500 mg/L浓度下, 3-(1-甲基-3-乙基-4-溴-5-吡唑甲酰基)-噻唑烷-2-酮(3d), 3-(1-甲基-3-乙基-4-溴-5-吡唑甲酰基)-噁唑烷-2-酮(3l)对稻黑尾叶蝉(Nephotettix cinc-ticeps)的抑制活性达到53.37%.  相似文献

Water-mediated, green, and efficient synthesis involving condensation of 4-hydroxy-1-methylquinoline-2(1H)-one (3) with different aromatic and heterocyclic aldehydes (4a–n) leading to 3,3′-(arylmethylene)-bis-(4-hydroxy-1-methylquinolin-2(1H)-one) 5(a–n) under catalyst-free conditions is described. This reaction has an easy workup without using column chromatography and provides excellent yields of the products in shorter reaction times. It does not require any catalyst and uses water as the medium which is the greenest solvent. 3 required in this work was itself obtained by condensation of N-methylaniline (1) with malonic acid (2) in the presence of POCl3 using a previously reported procedure.  相似文献

Summary A new series of spin-paired hexa-coordinated mixed-ligand cyanonitrosyl complexes of chromium (having {CrNO}5 electron configuration(1)) of the type [Cr(NO)(CN)2(L)2(H2O)] (where L=4-methyl-2-pyrazoline-5-one(1), 2,3-dimethyl-1-phenyl-3-pyrazoline-5-one(2) or 4-dimethylamino-2,3-dimethyl-1-phenyl-3-pyrazoline-5-one(3) have been synthesized in the solid state by the interaction of potassium pentacyanonitrosylchromate(I) monohydrate, K3[Cr(NO)(CN)5]· H2O with L in aqueous acetic acid. The products, which have been characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductances, thermogravimetric analyses, magnetic measurements, electron spin resonance and infrared spectral studies, contain low-spin chromium(I). An octahedral structure has been suggested for the complexes.  相似文献

Abstract

Sixteen novel 3-methylthio-5-substituted benzamido-6-arylamino-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4 (5H)-one derivatives (4a–p) were successfully synthesized from iminophosphoranes, aryl isocyanate, and substituted benzoylhydrazine. The structures of the title compounds were elucidated by FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HRMS. Herbicidal activity of the compounds 4a–p against Brassica napus (rape), Echinochloa crusgalli (barnyard grass), Cucumis sativus (cucumber), and Triticum aestivum (wheat) were determined. The results showed that 5-(2-chlorobenzamido)-6-phenylamino-3-methylthio-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4 (5H)-one (4c) displayed remarkable inhibition activity against the stalk and root of rape with 100% inhibition rate at the dosages of 10?mg/L and 100?mg/L, and 5-(4-nitrobenzamido)-6-phenylamino-3-methylthio-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4 (5H) -one (4d) exhibited excellent activity against the stalk and root of barnyard grass with 100% inhibition rate at the same dosages.  相似文献

Procedures for the preparation of the novel tricyclic ketones 10,11-dihydro-5H-benzo[4,5]cyclohepta[1,2—d]pyridazin-5-one (3), 5,6-dihydro-11H-benzo[4,5]cyclohepta[2,1—c]pyridazin-11-one (4), and 10,11-dihydro-5H-benzo[4,5]-cyclohepta[1,2—c]pyridazin-5-one (5) starting from a preformed 1,2-diazine system are proposed. The key intermediates7,19, and11 are prepared from (2-phenylethyl)pyridazines6 and18 by introduction of a carboxylic functionality via homolytic alkoxycarbonylation or via a sulfonylReissert-type reaction.

Zusammenfassung Methoden zur Darstellung der neuen trizyklischen Ketone 10,11-Dihydro-5H-benzo[4,5]cyclohepta[1,2—d]pyridazine-5-on (3), 5,6-Dihydro-11H-benzo[4,5]cyclohepta[2,1—c]pyridazin-11-on (4) und 10,11-Dihydro-5H-benzo[4,5]cyclohepta[1,2—c]pyridazin-5-on (5) ausgehend von einem präformierten 1,2-Diazinsystem werden vorgeschlagen. Die Schlüsselbausteine dieser Synthesen7,19 und11 werden durch Einführung einer Carboxylfunktion in die (2-Phenylethyl)pyridazine6 und18 über homolytische Alkoxycarbonylierung bzw. eine Sulfonyl-Reissert-Reaktion erhalten.

5-Cyano-4,6-dimethyl-2H-pyran-2-one (1) has been prepared via a simple one-pot domino-Knoevenagel reaction starting from ethyl acetoacetate (2) and cyanoacetone (3). Similarly, a new racemic 3-cyano-5-methoxy-4-methyl-5H-furan-2-one (7) has been prepared from 1,1-dimethoxyacetone (6) and cyanoacetic acid (4). The new alkylidene derivatives (Z/E)-ethyl-4-cyano-3-methylbut-3-enoate (5), (Z/E)-ethyl 5-amino-4-cyano-3-methyl-5-oxopent-3-enoate (9), and (2,2-dimethoxy-1-methylethylidene)malononitrile (11) have been prepared via the Knoevenagel reactions. The easy access to these new compounds in good yields shows that ammonium acetate/acetic acid–catalyzed Knoevenagel reactions and domino-Knoevenagel reactions have a broad scope of application.  相似文献

A novel group of 6-iodoquinazolin-4(3H)-one derivatives was prepared starting from 6-iodo-2-ethoxy-4H-3,1-benzoxazin-4-one (3) via action of various nitrogen nucleophiles such as primary and secondary amines, hydrazine hydrate, and its derivatives. The 3-amino-2-hydrazinyl-6-iodoquinazolin-4(3H)-one (15) was used as a key starting material to prepare new heterocyclic compounds. The structures of all synthesized compounds were inferred from the infrared, mass spectral, and 1H NMR spectral data as well as elemental analysis. The fungicidal activities of the target compounds were preliminarily evaluated.  相似文献

Herein, we describe the coordination behavior of chromone Schiff bases towards [ReVO]3+ and [ReI(CO)3]+. The reaction between 2-(2-thiolphenyliminomethyl)-4H-chromen-4-one (Htch) and [Re(CO)5Cl] led to fac-[Re(CO)3(bsch)Cl] (1) (bsch = 2-benzothiazole-4H-chromen-4-one). The square pyramidal [ReO(Hns)] (2) {H2ns=bis-[(2-phenylthiolate)iminomethyl]-methyl-1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)prop-2-en-1-one} and octahedral [ReO(OCH3)(PPh3)(Huch)] (3) complexes were isolated from reactions of trans-[ReVOBr3(PPh3)2] with Htch and H3uch [(5Z)-5-((4-hydroxy-2-methoxy-2H-chromen-3-yl)methyleneamino)-6-amino-1,3-dimethylpyrimidine-2,4(1H, 3H)-dione], respectively. The chromone Schiff bases and their metal complexes were fully characterized via NMR-, IR- and UV–Vis spectroscopy, single crystal XRD analysis and conductivity measurements. In addition, DFT studies were conducted to compare selected optimized and experimental parameters of the complexes.  相似文献

Abstract

The study of the chemical behavior of some benz[b] indeno[1,2-e] [1,4] thiazine derivatives was accomplished. Different reactivities were observed for 4b,5-dihydrobenz[b]-indeno[1,2-e] [1,4] thiazine-10α(11H)-ol (3) and 5-ethyl-4b,5-dihydrobenz[b] indeno[1,2-e]-[1,4] thiazine-10α(11H)-ol (5); 3 is reoxidated to benz[b] indeno[1,2-e] [1,4] thiazine-10α(11H)-ol (2), while 5 undergoes transposition and oxidation to spiro[3-ethylbenzo-thiazol-2(3H), 1′-indan-2′-one] (6). Possible pathways for these transformations are discussed.  相似文献

Abstract

The nickel-catalyzed desilylative annulation of C(sp2)–H bonds of benzamides and acrylamides with alkynylsilanes assisted by 8-aminoquinolyl directing group has been reported. A variety of benzamides and acrylamides were compatible in this protocol to construct various 3-methyleneisoindolin-1-one and 5-methylene-1H-pyrrol-2(5H)-one derivatives with Z-configuration selectivity in moderate to high yields.  相似文献

Quantum chemical methods involving studies of transition states of the reaction showed that the main products of N-alkylation of prototropic 2,3-dihydroimidazo[2,1-b]quinazolin-1(10)H-5-one (1) in the gas phase and under neutral conditions in solution occurring via the SN2 mechanism should be N(10)-alkyl-substituted derivatives formed from the 1H-tautomer. Minor N(1)-substituted derivatives in solution can be produced from both tautomers. For the alkylation of the free N-anion of compound 1, position 1 is attacked first. Validity of conclusions concerning the overall regioselectivity of the reaction was confirmed experimentally. In the absence of solvent, the alkylation proceeds abnormally with a sharp increase in the content of the 1-substituted isomers up to inversion of the regioselectivity of the reaction, which is explained by the participation in the process of the H-bonded dimer of the substrate (1a)2, which undergoes alkylation via the cryptoanionic mechanism. Cyclopropyldiazonium generated by basic decomposition of N-cyclopropyl-N-nitrosourea easily entered into an azo coupling reaction with 5-methyl-2-phenyl-2,4-dihydro-3H-pyrazol-3-one (2) to give the corresponding cyclopropylhydrazone in up to 90% yield. Competitive processes occurring under the conditions of cyclopropyldiazonium generation by nitrosation of cyclopropylamine with butyl nitrite mainly include nitrosation of the starting pyrazolone 2. Subsequent transformations of the resulting heterocyclic 3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-4,5-dione 4-oxime yield 4-[cyclopropyl(oxido)imino]-5-methyl-2-phenyl-2,4-dihydro-3H-pyrazol-3-one. Abstract

Commercially available lithium hydroxide monohydrate (LiOH·H2O) was found to be a novel “dual activation” catalyst for Knoevenagel condensation between malononitrile (1) or 3-methyl 1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-(4H)-one (6) with aromatic aldehydes 2a–e leading to an efficient and easy synthesis of arylidenemalononitriles 3a–d and 4,4′-(arylmethylene)bis(3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-ols) 7a–c in short times. The reaction of aryl aldehydes with malononitrile afforded excellent yields after 1–6 min in aqueous media at room temperature. In case of 3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-(4H)-one (6) and aromatic aldehydes afforded good yields after 60–75 min at 90°C.  相似文献

Abstract

Novel N-alkyl-quinazolin-4-one derivatives 3–5 were obtained from reaction of 6-Iodo-2-undecylquinazolin-4(3H)-one (2) with different alkyl halides. Hydrazinolysis of compound 5 gave the acetohydrazide 6 which reacted with different carbon electrophiles to produce 2-undecyl-4(3H)-quinazolinone derivatives. The new products were obtained by either conventional method or by microwave assisting technique and the structure of all products was confirmed by elemental and spectral data. The ecofriendly microwave provides an efficiency over than conventional method in many aspects. All the synthesized products were tested in vitro against a panel of three human tumor cell lines, namely, hepatocellular carcinoma (liver) HepG2, colon cancer HCT-116, and mammary gland breast MCF-7. Almost all of the tested compounds showed satisfactory activity.  相似文献
