The sex attractant pheromone of the citrus mealybug, $\text{Planococcus citri}$ (Risso), has been Identified as (1$\text{R}$-$\text{cis}$)-(+)-2,2-dimethyl-3-(1-methylethenyl)cyclobutanemethanol acetate (VI).

昆虫性信息素具有微量、高效、绿色等优点，利用性信息素防治害虫具有良好的应用前景。但随着对性信息素的研究不断深入，性信息素田间释放速率较快、易分解等问题日益凸显。为提高性信息素对银锭夜蛾的防治效果，以银锭夜蛾性信息素主要成分顺-7-十二碳烯乙酸酯（Z7-12:Ac）为母体结构，通过醇与酰氯或酸酐的反应，合成结构稳定且新颖的6种性信息素类似物，包括顺-7-十二碳烯-2,2-二氟代乙酸酯（Y₁），顺-7-十二碳烯-2,2,2-三氟乙酸酯（Y₂），顺-7-十二碳烯-2,2,3,3,3-五氟丙酸酯（Y₃），顺-7-十二碳烯-2,2,2-三氟甲磺酸酯（Y₄），顺-7-十二碳烯-2-溴丙酸酯（Y₅），顺-7-十二碳烯-3-甲硫基丙酸酯（Y₆），其结构经核磁共振（NMR）和高分辨质谱（HR-MS）表征。室内生物活性研究表明：所有的性信息素类似物在触角电生理试验（EAG）中均表现出一定的生物活性，其中Y₁具有较好的剂量-效应关系，在浓度10 μg时EAG直接刺激响应值为2.07 mV。     

Convenient Syntheses of Some C4 Chiral Building Blocks Starting From (S)-Malic Acid

In the field of chiral technology, the synthesis of chiral intermediates and chiral building blocks occupies an important position. Chiral building blocks bearing double and / or multiple functionalities is particularly useful for the synthesis of chiral pharmaceuticals and chiral agrochemicals. In the recent years, we have been engaged in the development of synthetic methodology based on (S)-malic acid1-s. In these studies, malimide 2, easily accessible from (S)-malic acid, was shown to be a useful multifunctional building block in the asymmetric synthesis of natural products and chiral drugs (Scheme 1).     

Sex Pheromone of Chilo Suppressalis: Efficient Syntheses of (Z)-11-Hexadecenal, (Z)-13-Octadecenal And (Z)-9-Hexadecenal

The constituents of the sex attractant pheromone of Chilo suppressalis: (Z)-11-Hexedecenal 1, (Z)-13-octadecenenal 2 and (Z)-9-Hexadecenal 3 have been synthesized as their ethylene acetals 19, 15 and 13, in six steps from easily available compounds. The synthetic methodology can be applied to preparative scale.     

Synthesis of the Sex Pheromone of Lygus lineolaris (Heteroptera miridae)

We propose a new synthesis of the sex pheromone ofLygus lineolaris (Heteroptera miridae)that uses a phase-transfer version of the Wittig-Horner reaction to produce a monoene synthon of the principal component of the pheromone, E-2-hexenylbutyrate

利用炔化物路线合成二化螟性信息素-（Z）-13-十八碳烯醛（1）。以1,12-十二烷二醇为原料,经单边溴化,羟基保护,偶联反应,选择性还原,去保护,氧化得到目标产物。反应共6步,总产率可达45%,各产物结构经¹H NMR确认。      

A New Highly Stereospecific Synthesis of (E,Z)-2,13-Octadecadienyl Acetate,A Sex Pheromone Component of Some Lepidoptera Species

The synthesis of the Z moiety of the title compound has been achieved by carbocupration of acetylene followed by alkylation with the appropriate organozinc reagent in the presence of catalytic pd°. The coupling of this intermediate with protected propargyl alcohol after adequate fonctionalisation affords the desired enyne in good yield. The stereoselective reduction of the triple bond followed by acetylation provides the pheromone in 99.8% stereoisomeric purity.

以十一碳烯醇和碘戊烷为原料,经过苯甲酰基保护、9-硼双环[3.3.1]-壬烷(9-BBN)硼氢化后氧化、氯铬酸吡啶盐(PCC)氧化、Wittig反应、脱苯甲酰基五步反应得到顺-11-十六碳烯-1-醇(Z11-16:OH),五步反应总收率53％.顺-11-十六碳烯-1-醇经PCC氧化或Ac2O乙酰化分别得到顺-11-十六碳烯-1-醛(Z11-16:Ald)、顺-11-十六碳烯-1-醇乙酸酯(Z11-16:Ac),目标化合物及主要中间体结构经NMR,IR和MS确证.合成方法路线短,操作简便,收率较文献中的方法有较大提高.     

德国小蠊性信息素类似物的设计与合成

德国小蠊是世界上最难治理的卫生害虫之一.昆虫性信息素可作为一种安全有效的引诱剂用于害虫的综合治理.德国小蠊性信息素(blattellaquinone)因其结构不稳定而妨碍了它的实际应用.为了发现结构新颖且稳定的性信息素类似物,对blattellaquinone的结构中苯醌(A)、酯基(B)和脂肪链(C)部分进行了改造,设计并合成了一系列类似物,结构均通过1H NMR,IR和HRMS分析确证.     

茄黄斑螟性信息素化学的结构签定(英文)

本文采用TLC、GC、微量臭氧化和GC-MS等分析方法,从茄黄斑螟雌蛾性腺体提取物中,分离和鉴定出性信息素反-11-十六碳烯醇乙酸酯(1a)。触角电位和田间试验证明,天然提取物和合成样品均有强烈的生物活性。

Convenient,One-Step Syntheses of 2-Fluoroveratrole And 2-Fluoroveratraldehyde

Metalated veratraldehyde and veratrole were quenched with perchloryl fluoride to provide one-step syntheses of 2-fluoroveratraldehyde and 2-fluoroveratrole, respectively. Previous syntheses of these precursors to 2-fluorodopamine and 5-fluoronorepinephrine are multi-step processess which involve introduction of fluorine at an early stage. Perchloryl fluoride is a potentially hazardous reagent, and should be used only on an appropriate (millimolar) scale with precautions.     

Scalable (Enantioselective) Syntheses of Novel 3-Methylated Analogs of Pazinaclone, (S)-PD172938 and Related Biologically Relevant Isoindolinones

Herein, we report the application of an efficient and practical K₂CO₃ promoted cascade reaction of 2-acetylbenzonitrile in the synthesis of novel 3-methylated analogs of Pazinaclone and PD172938, belonging to isoindolinones heterocyclic class bearing a tetrasubstituted stereocenter. Organocatalytic asymmetric synthesis of the key intermediate and its transformation into highly enantioenriched 3-methylated analog of (S)-PD172938 was also developed. These achievements can be of particular interest also for medicinal chemistry, since the methyl group is a very useful structural modification in the rational design of new and more effective bioactive compounds.

以甾体皂甙元降解工业废弃物中获取的(R)-5-溴-4-甲基戊酸甲酯为原料, 通过三步反应合成了松干蚧性信息素Matsuone的C(7)～C(13)片段-(R)-4,6-二甲基庚醛, 三步合成的总收率为41.6%.     

Electrochemical Synthesis of the Sex Attractant Pheromone of the Housefly: (Z)-9-Tricosene

The electrochemical synthesis of muscalure, (Z)-9-tricosene( 1 ), has been carried out by coelectrolysis of erucic acid ( 2 ) and propionic acid ( 3 ) in an undivided cell in methanol. To optimize the yield of the cross coupled product 1 , the reaction has been studied in detail by varing different parameters, viz., electrode material, current density, molar ratio of 2 to 3 , degree of partial neutralization and quantity of water in methanol.

甘蓝夜蛾隶属鳞翅目夜蛾科,主要危害甘蓝、西兰花、萝卜等十字花科蔬菜。与传统的化学农药防治相比,昆虫信息素防治具有专一性强、灵敏度高、绿色环保、同时不会误伤天敌等优点。但天然信息素易降解、持效期短,长期单一使用会诱导昆虫产生抗性等问题。针对这些问题,本文设计并合成了4种结构新颖的信息素类似物:反-11-十六碳烯-3-氯丙酸酯(G1)、反-11-十六碳烯-2-溴丙酸酯(G2)、11,12-二氟十六烷基-1-醇(G3)、11,12-二氟十六烷基乙酸酯(G4),并表征了其结构。通过触角电生理试验(EAG)初步测试了G1~G4的室内生物活性。     

MALDI-TOF Mass Spectrometry for the Diagnosis of Citrus Canker Caused by Xanthomonas citri subsp. citri

Citrus canker, caused by the bacterium Xanthomonas citri subsp. citri (Xcc), is a disease that causes serious problems to the global citrus industry. Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Time-of-Flight (MALDI-TOF) Mass Spectrometry (MS) has been used in human medicine to diagnose various diseases caused by both fungi and bacteria. In agriculture, this technique has potential for the diagnosis of diseases due to the low cost of large-scale analysis and quickness. This study showed that MALDI-TOF MS combined with chemometric analysis was effective for differentiating the macromolecule profile of orange leaves with canker lesions, healthy leaves, and leaves with phytotoxicity symptoms, proving that this technique may be used for the rapid diagnosis of citrus canker.
