昆虫性信息素具有微量、高效、绿色等优点,利用性信息素防治害虫具有良好的应用前景。但随着对性信息素的研究不断深入,性信息素田间释放速率较快、易分解等问题日益凸显。为提高性信息素对银锭夜蛾的防治效果,以银锭夜蛾性信息素主要成分顺-7-十二碳烯乙酸酯(Z7-12:Ac)为母体结构,通过醇与酰氯或酸酐的反应,合成结构稳定且新颖的6种性信息素类似物,包括顺-7-十二碳烯-2,2-二氟代乙酸酯(Y1),顺-7-十二碳烯-2,2,2-三氟乙酸酯(Y2),顺-7-十二碳烯-2,2,3,3,3-五氟丙酸酯(Y3),顺-7-十二碳烯-2,2,2-三氟甲磺酸酯(Y4),顺-7-十二碳烯-2-溴丙酸酯(Y5),顺-7-十二碳烯-3-甲硫基丙酸酯(Y6),其结构经核磁共振(NMR)和高分辨质谱(HR-MS)表征。室内生物活性研究表明:所有的性信息素类似物在触角电生理试验(EAG)中均表现出一定的生物活性,其中Y1具有较好的剂量-效应关系,在浓度10 μg时EAG直接刺激响应值为2.07 mV。 相似文献

In the field of chiral technology, the synthesis of chiral intermediates and chiral building blocks occupies an important position. Chiral building blocks bearing double and / or multiple functionalities is particularly useful for the synthesis of chiral pharmaceuticals and chiral agrochemicals. In the recent years, we have been engaged in the development of synthetic methodology based on (S)-malic acid1-s. The synthesis of the Z moiety of the title compound has been achieved by carbocupration of acetylene followed by alkylation with the appropriate organozinc reagent in the presence of catalytic pd°. The coupling of this intermediate with protected propargyl alcohol after adequate fonctionalisation affords the desired enyne in good yield. The stereoselective reduction of the triple bond followed by acetylation provides the pheromone in 99.8% stereoisomeric purity. 相似文献

以十一碳烯醇和碘戊烷为原料,经过苯甲酰基保护、9-硼双环[3.3.1]-壬烷(9-BBN)硼氢化后氧化、氯铬酸吡啶盐(PCC)氧化、Wittig反应、脱苯甲酰基五步反应得到顺-11-十六碳烯-1-醇(Z11-16:OH),五步反应总收率53%.顺-11-十六碳烯-1-醇经PCC氧化或Ac2O乙酰化分别得到顺-11-十六碳烯-1-醛(Z11-16:Ald)、顺-11-十六碳烯-1-醇乙酸酯(Z11-16:Ac),目标化合物及主要中间体结构经NMR,IR和MS确证.合成方法路线短,操作简便,收率较文献中的方法有较大提高. 相似文献

Metalated veratraldehyde and veratrole were quenched with perchloryl fluoride to provide one-step syntheses of 2-fluoroveratraldehyde and 2-fluoroveratrole, respectively. Previous syntheses of these precursors to 2-fluorodopamine and 5-fluoronorepinephrine are multi-step processess which involve introduction of fluorine at an early stage. Perchloryl fluoride is a potentially hazardous reagent, and should be used only on an appropriate (millimolar) scale with precautions. 相似文献

Herein, we report the application of an efficient and practical K2CO3 promoted cascade reaction of 2-acetylbenzonitrile in the synthesis of novel 3-methylated analogs of Pazinaclone and PD172938, belonging to isoindolinones heterocyclic class bearing a tetrasubstituted stereocenter. Organocatalytic asymmetric synthesis of the key intermediate and its transformation into highly enantioenriched 3-methylated analog of (S)-PD172938 was also developed. These achievements can be of particular interest also for medicinal chemistry, since the methyl group is a very useful structural modification in the rational design of new and more effective bioactive compounds. 相似文献

甘蓝夜蛾隶属鳞翅目夜蛾科,主要危害甘蓝、西兰花、萝卜等十字花科蔬菜。与传统的化学农药防治相比,昆虫信息素防治具有专一性强、灵敏度高、绿色环保、同时不会误伤天敌等优点。但天然信息素易降解、持效期短,长期单一使用会诱导昆虫产生抗性等问题。针对这些问题,本文设计并合成了4种结构新颖的信息素类似物:反-11-十六碳烯-3-氯丙酸酯(G1)、反-11-十六碳烯-2-溴丙酸酯(G2)、11,12-二氟十六烷基-1-醇(G3)、11,12-二氟十六烷基乙酸酯(G4),并表征了其结构。通过触角电生理试验(EAG)初步测试了G1~G4的室内生物活性。 相似文献

Citrus canker, caused by the bacterium Xanthomonas citri subsp. citri (Xcc), is a disease that causes serious problems to the global citrus industry. Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Time-of-Flight (MALDI-TOF) Mass Spectrometry (MS) has been used in human medicine to diagnose various diseases caused by both fungi and bacteria. In agriculture, this technique has potential for the diagnosis of diseases due to the low cost of large-scale analysis and quickness. This study showed that MALDI-TOF MS combined with chemometric analysis was effective for differentiating the macromolecule profile of orange leaves with canker lesions, healthy leaves, and leaves with phytotoxicity symptoms, proving that this technique may be used for the rapid diagnosis of citrus canker. 相似文献
