以氨和二硫化碳为原料的传统合成硫氰酸铵 ( NH4 SCN)工艺分为加压法 [1,2 ]和常压法 [3,4 ] 2种 .常压法设备投资小 ,操作灵活 ,但常压因互不相溶的 CS2 、NH3两相反应体积小 ,速度慢 ,反应时间达 2 5 h以上 ,且 CS2 易挥发 ,使 NH4 SCN产率仅有 60 %左右 .表面活性剂作为相转移催化剂加快反应速度的应用已有报道 [5] .本文采用壬基酚四氧乙烯醚 ( OP- 4)和壬基酚二十一氧乙烯醚 ( OP- 2 1 )混合型催化剂用于 n( CS2 )∶ n( NH3) =1∶ 2 .5反应体系 ,在常温、常压及高速搅拌下 ,第 1步反应缩短为 4h,NH4 SCN产率提高到 70 %以…  相似文献

Synthesis of Hydroxypropyl Guar Gum by Phase Transfer Catalysis   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
HGG (Hydroxypropyl guar gum) was synthesized by phase transfer catalysis for the first time. The effects of alkalinity, phase transfer catalyst, etherification, pH value, temperature,reaction time and stirring speed were investigated. An optimal synthetic reaction technology was established, namely, dose of guar gum is 100 g, propylene oxide 40-50 g, HTAC (hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride ) 1.3-1.7 g, pH value 10-10.5, temperature 45-50~C, and reaction time 3-4 hours. The result shows that the improved HGG has high viscosity. Its dissolution speed, content of insoluble residue, colloid light transparency and stability are apparently superior to guar flour.  相似文献

在KOH存在下,以Bu4N^+Br-(TBAB)为相转移内化剂,由对硝基氯苯和正丁醇合成了1-丁氧基-4-硝基苯。讨论了催化剂、碱和反应温度等因素的对反应的影响,实验确定最佳的投料摩尔比为;对硝基氯苯(PCNB):正丁醇:KOH(50%):TBAB=1:1.3:1.5:0.03。在最佳实验条件下,产品收率为87.5%,纯度经液色谱分析可达95%。  相似文献

A convenient procedure for the synthesis of N-[(trifluoromethyl) nitrophenyl] substituted anilines by means of a chloro-substitution reaction under conditions of phase-transfer catalysis (PTC) is reported. The ipso-substitution product is obtained with high yield. Phase transfer catalysis is one of the most active techniques used in organic synthesis[1]. The process is versatile, fast, inexpensive, involves smooth work-up, give good yield and needs less drastic condition compared to conventional methods of synthesis. 以苯甲醇、苯酚为起始原料,在催化剂活性Al2O3存在下,通过Claisen重排反应得到关键中间体2-苄基苯酚,利用相转移催化技术进行醚化反应后,再经过胺化、酸化反应合成得到一种新型结构的二苯美仑类化合物。反应过程经优化使中间体2-苄基苯酚产率较文献提高8%,反应总收率64.7%。合成产物化学结构经红外光谱、核磁共振、质谱、元素分析得到确证。  相似文献

本文报道了用相转移催化法合成双酚S型聚芳酯的实验结果,对聚合条件进行了讨论。结果表明,用季胺盐作相转移催化剂,在30℃下可以得到高分子量的产物。这种双酚S型聚芳酯具有较好的透明度,优异的电性能,甚至在150℃下,力学性能也很好。可见光透过率87%;室温屈服强度637kg/cm2;T8208℃;介电常数击;穿电3.6压150kV/mm。  相似文献

Aromatic polyester (PEA) and copolyesters having pendant carboxyl groups aredirectly synthesized from isophthaloyl chloride, diphenolic acid and diols byaqueous/organic two-phase interfacial polycondensation, using phase transfercatalysts. The yield and molecular weight of the polyester were remarkablyaffected by the structure of quaternary ammonium salts and crown ether catalysts.The phase transfer reaction steps are suggested to explain this phenomena.  研究了固-液-液体系中相转移催化的交联氯甲基化聚苯乙烯与2-巯基乙醇的反应,合成了一种含有硫和氧的新型螯合树脂二乙烯苯交联聚(2-羟乙基硫甲基苯乙烯)(PSME). 用FT-IR监测手段,研究了反应时间、反应温度、相转移催化剂、溶剂极性以及反应物摩尔比对转化率的影响. 结果表明,当温度为298 K,2-巯基乙醇与氯甲基化聚苯乙烯的摩尔比为6,十四烷基三甲基溴化铵为相转移催化剂时,在苯/NaOH水溶液中氯的转化率可达到91.2%. 用FT-IR,XPS,EDX,SEM和元素分析法对树脂的结构进行了表征,引入功能基之后,树脂的孔隙明显增大.  相似文献

3,4‐Dihydropyrimidinone and derivatives were synthesized by the one‐pot, three‐component Biginelli condensation of an aldehyde, β‐dicarbonyl compound and urea. Synthesis was carried out in aqueous sodium hydroxide using Aliquat‐336 as a phase transfer agent.
