以甲氧基聚乙二醇为原料, 通过烯烃化得到甲氧基聚乙二醇烯烃,最后经臭氧化反应得到甲氧基聚乙二醇醛基衍生物。 通过核磁共振波谱仪(NMR)和基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)对产物的结构和性能进行了表征。 结果表明,该方法合成的产物纯度高,无副产物,甲氧基聚乙二醇乙醛和聚乙二醇丙醛的产率分别高达98%和99%,取代度分别为90.87%~99.91%和98%~100%。  相似文献

Abstract

Macro photoinitiators possessing polyethylene glycol(PEG) segments were used for radical polymerization of acrylamide(AAm) to yield high molecular weight block copolymers (PAAm-b-PEG-b-PAAm) composed of PEG and polyacrylamide(PAAm) as the inner segment and outer segment respectively. The block copolymers were used as flocculates to clear a saturated borax solution prepared from tincal concentrate and showed good flocculating properties.  相似文献

以离子液体为催化剂,由维生素E经两步酯化反应合成了聚乙二醇1000(PEG1000)维生素E琥珀酸酯。以离子液体1-(N',N'-二甲胺乙基)-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐为催化剂、1,2-二氯乙烷为助溶剂、维生素E与琥珀酸酐摩尔比为1:1.2,在80 ℃条件下反应4 h,维生素E琥珀酸酯(TAS)的产率为90%。以1-丙磺酸基-3-甲基咪唑硫酸氢盐/甲苯为反应体系,TAS与PEG1000摩尔比为1:2,在100 ℃下反应5 h,PEG1000维生素E琥珀酸酯(TPGS)收率为91%。  相似文献

The thermal lens technique is proposed for the determination of total hemoglobin in the form of reversible hemichrome. The conditions were optimized (concentration of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 2?mM) to attain the maximum sensitivity with the use of polyethylene glycols as signal enhancers. For polyethylene glycols with molecular weights 1500–35000 Da in a concentration range of 5–15% w/w (5–25?mM), the influence on thermal lens signal enhancement was estimated. It is shown that the use of 5% w/w polyethylene glycol 2000 provides the maximum increase in the thermal lens enhancement factor (by 40%) in comparison with unmodified aqueous solutions. The detection limit of iron(II) tris(1,10-phenanthrolinate) as a model system is 60?nM. Under these conditions, the thermal lens detection limit of hemichrome is 10?nM, which shows a 15-fold enhancement compared to spectrophotometry. Modification of the medium with polyethylene glycols decreases the limit of detection of hemichrome determination by 15% in comparison with unmodified aqueous solutions due to better reproducibility for the range of concentrations from 0.02 to 0.9?µM.  相似文献

采用DCC缩合的方法,将吲哚啉螺苯并吡喃的衍生物和聚乙二醇相缩合,以聚乙二醇末端的羟基和吲哚啉螺苯并吡喃衍生物的羧基为反应活性基团,实现了带有羧基的螺吡喃类光致变色化合物支载到了聚乙二醇两端.通过引入亲水基团得到了水溶性较好的螺环类光致变色化合物.通过对产物的紫外-可见光谱的研究发现,产物具有良好的光致变色性质,在乙醇、丙酮和乙酸乙酯中皆具有良好的光致生色现象;产物可溶于水,在紫外光(波长365nm)照射时产生了光消色现象,具有明显的逆光致变色性质.该方法原料易得,反应条件容易控制,为光致变色新材料的研究和开发提供了新方法.  相似文献

Styrene-butadiene copolymers (SBR) end-functionalized with dimethylamino groups at the initiating and terminating chain-ends were successfully synthesized by a one-step methodology based on living anionic polymerization using 1-(4-dimethylaminophenyl)-1-phenylethylene. The expected structures of the resulting copolymers were confirmed by 1H-NMR, SEC, and SLS analyses, titration, and model reactions. Furthermore, the possible synthesis of tri-functionalized styrene-butadiene copolymer with dimethylamino groups in a chain by extending the methodology is described.  相似文献

采用不同分子量的聚乙二醇(400、600、800和1 000)作为浆态床反应介质,工业甲醇合成催化剂C302作为催化剂进行一氧化碳加氢反应,运用XRD、H_2-TPR、NH_3-TPD-MS、BET、XPS等方法对催化剂进行表征,考察催化剂C302在不同浆态床反应介质中进行一氧化碳加氢反应后其结构及性能的变化.结果表明浆态床反应介质对催化剂性能的发挥具有显著的影响,以聚乙二醇作为浆态床反应介质,C302用于一氧化碳加氢反应时产物中均出现了乙醇,同时催化剂表现出良好的稳定性.其中以聚乙二醇600作为浆态床反应介质时,反应后催化剂C302中Cu晶粒尺寸降低,存在两种形态的Cu2O且两者数量匹配,同时其弱酸中心增多,表面Zn富集,这些为催化剂高选择性合成乙醇提供了适宜结构,活性评价显示乙醇选择性达到25.21%.  相似文献

The hydrolysis of triglycerides at the oil–water interface, synthesis of esters and transesterification in microaqueous conditions are catalysed by lipase. For its application, a proper purification method was necessary. This study examined the application of an aqueous two-phase system to partition porcine pancreatic lipase. The influence of molecular weight and concentration of polyethylene glycol (PEG), tie line length (TLL), potassium phosphate concentration, sodium chloride (NaCl) addition and temperature in the partition was studied. The enzyme was more efficiently purified in PEG 8,000 at 14.5 °C (PF?=?3.89-fold), presenting more recoveries at the top phase with shorter TLL and lower concentrations of PEG and potassium phosphate. Moreover, the increase of these variables repressed the purification and the further addition of NaCl did not promote the purification of the enzyme. These results demonstrated the efficiency of the aqueous two-phase system on lipase purification.  相似文献
