The crystal structure of 4-phenyl-5-(1′-t-butyl-5′-methyl-4′-pyrazolyl)-1,2,4-triazol- 3-thione 5 (C16H19N5S, Mr = 313.42) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 6.680(2), b = 27.44(1), c = 9.388(4)(A。), β = 106.738(6)°, V = 1648(1)(A。)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.263 g/cm3, μ= 0.200 mm-1, F(000) = 664, R = 0.0608 and wR = 0.1176. The results confirmed that 5 can be assigned to the thione tautomeric form.  相似文献

The title compound 3-phenyl-2-[1-benzoyl-1-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)]methenyl thiazolidine was synthesizedfrom acetophenone, triazole, phenylthioisocyanate and 1,2-dibromo-ethane by several step reactions. Itsstructure was identified by means of ^1H NMR, MS and IR spectrometries. The single crystal structure of 3-phenyl-2-[1-benzoyl-1-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)]methenyl thiazolidine was determined by X-ray diffraction.The preliminary bioassays have shown that the title compound exhibits the weak activities of fungicide andplant growth regulator.  相似文献

Four 4-aryl-3-(2-methyl-furan-3-yl)-Δ2-1,2,4-triazole-5-thiones were synthesized by intramolecular cyclization of 4-aryl-1-[(2-methyl-furan-3-yl)carbonyl]thiosemicarbazides in alkaline medium. The antimicrobial activity of the synthesized triazoles was evaluated. Semiempirical calculations of geometries, energies, and QSAR parameters have been determined in the hope of gaining insight into different biological activities of closely related isomers.
