Compound 5, a cage-annulated monoaza-18-crown-6 macrocyclic polyether, has been synthesized, and its alkali metal picrate extraction capabilities have been assessed relative to those of the parent monoaza-18-crown-6 host system. It was observed that both 5 and monoaza-18-crown-6 are selective K+ picrate extractants; however, 5 appears generally to be a somewhat more efficient alkali metal picrate extractant than monoaza-18-crown-6. Interestingly, both the avidity and selectivity of 5 toward extraction of alkali metal picrates from aqueous solution into CHCl3 appears to be pH dependent. In addition, the X-ray crystal structure of an unusual hydronium ion complex of 5 [i.e., 5(HCl)(H 2 O)-(CHCl 3 ) 2] has been determined. The X-ray structure thus determined is compared with the corresponding structure of 5(HCl)(H 2 O) that has been calculated via application of B3LYP Density Functional Theory.  相似文献

5-Cyano-4,6-dimethyl-2H-pyran-2-one (1) has been prepared via a simple one-pot domino-Knoevenagel reaction starting from ethyl acetoacetate (2) and cyanoacetone (3). Similarly, a new racemic 3-cyano-5-methoxy-4-methyl-5H-furan-2-one (7) has been prepared from 1,1-dimethoxyacetone (6) and cyanoacetic acid (4). The new alkylidene derivatives (Z/E)-ethyl-4-cyano-3-methylbut-3-enoate (5), (Z/E)-ethyl 5-amino-4-cyano-3-methyl-5-oxopent-3-enoate (9), and (2,2-dimethoxy-1-methylethylidene)malononitrile (11) have been prepared via the Knoevenagel reactions. The easy access to these new compounds in good yields shows that ammonium acetate/acetic acid–catalyzed Knoevenagel reactions and domino-Knoevenagel reactions have a broad scope of application.  相似文献

以豆腐果苷为原料, 与盐酸羟胺缩合反应生成4-β-D-吡喃阿洛糖苷-苯甲醛肟(2), 2与次氯酸叔丁酯发生取代反应生成4-β-D-吡喃阿洛糖苷-α-氯苯甲醛肟(3); 再将3与Schiff碱通过1,3-偶极环加成生成一系列3-(4-β-D-吡喃阿洛糖苷-苯基)-4-芳基-5-芳基-1,2,4-噁二唑啉(5a5h). 35a5h共9个化合物均未见文献报道, 其结构经1H NMR, IR和MS (HRMS)加以确认, 并对5a5h进行了药理活性筛选. 结果表明, 部分化合物具有良好的镇静活性. 其中, 化合物5g (200, 100 mg•kg-1)和5h (200, 100 mg•kg-1)与豆腐果苷相比较具有更强的活性.  相似文献

Zinc and cobalt 5-aminonicotinate (5-AN) complexes, Co(5-AN)2(H2O)4 (1) and {[Zn(5-AN)2](H2O)}n (2), have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction results indicate that coordination geometries are different (octahedral for CoII and tetrahedral for ZnII) and 5-AN? adopts distinct binding modes (terminal in 1 and bridging in 2), forming a simple mononuclear coordination motif for 1 and a 2-D (4,4) coordination layer for 2. The higher-dimensional supramolecular architectures for both complexes are constructed via hydrogen bonding. Both complexes have been characterized by IR, microanalysis, and powder X-ray diffraction techniques and, their thermal stability and fluorescence have also been investigated.  相似文献

5-Alkyl-5,6-dihydrobenzimidazo[2,1 -h]pteridine-2,4(1H,3H)-diones (4 a–d) have been synthesised by the condensation of 2-(alkyl-aminomethyl)benzimidazole dihydrochloride (1 a–d) with 5-bromobarbituric acid (2). Similarly, 5-alkyl-5,6-dihydro-4 a-nitrobenzimidazo[2,1 -h] pteridine-2,4(3H,4aH)-diones (10 a–d) have also been synthesised by the condensation of1 a–d with 5-bromo-5-nitrobarbituric acid (8) followed by cyclisation of the intermediate 5-[(benzimidazol-2-ylmethyl)alkylamino]-5-nitrobarbituric acid (9 a–d) with 5% NaOH. Thermal cyclisation of the intermediates9 a–d have also been studied. Methylation of the compound10 a has been carried out with CH3I and K2CO3 usingD M F as solvent to confirm cyclisation. The structures are supported by elemental analyses, IR and PMR spectra.

Zusammenfassung Die 5-Alkyl-5,6-dihydrobenzimidazo[2,1 -h]pteridin-2,4(1H,3H)-dione4 a-d wurden mittels Kondensation von 2-(Alkylaminomethyl)benzimidazolidhydrochloriden1 a–d mit 5-Brombarbitursäure (2) dargestellt. In ähnlicher Weise wurden die 5-Alkyl-5,6-dihydro-4a-nitrobenzimidazo[2,1 -h]pteridin-2,4(3H,4aH)-dione10 a–d über die Kondensation von1 a–d mit 5-Brom-5-nitrobarbitursäure (8) und nachfolgender Cyclisierung der intermediären 5-[(Benzimidazol-2-ylmethyl)alkylamino]-5-nitrobarbitursäuren9 a–d mit 5% NaOH dargestellt. Die thermische Cyclisierung der Produkte9 a–d wurde ebenfalls untersucht. Die Verbindungen wurden mittels Elementaranalyse, IR und PMR charakterisiert.

A total synthesis of (±)-cis-5-hydroxycalamenene 1 has been achieved from tetralone 5, which in turn was prepared from 5-methoxy-α-tetralone 3. Grignard reaction of compound 5 with isopropylmagnesium chloride, followed by dehydration and aromatization, provided the substituted naphthalene 7 whose conversion to (±)-cis-5-hydroxycalamenene 1 was accomplished by demethylation, formylation, and hydrogenation.  相似文献

A series of new 2-substituted tetrahydrobenzo[4′,5′]thieno[3′,2′:5,6]pyrido[4,3-d] pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones 5 has been designed and synthesized via an aza-Wittig reaction. Iminophosphorane 3a or iminophosphorane 3b reacted with 4-Cl-phenyl(or 4-F-phenyl) isocyanate to give carbodiimide 4a or carbodiimide 4b , which were further treated with phenols to cyclize to give compounds 5 in presence of a catalytic amount of K2CO3. The structures of compound 5 have been confirmed by 1H NMR, EI-MS, IR spectroscopy, and elemental analyses.  相似文献

Five new complexes, [M(CO)5(salmsh)] (M?=?Cr;?1,?Mo;?2,?W;?3), [Re(CO)4Br(salmsh)], 4, and [Mn(CO)3 (salmsh)], 5, have been synthesized by the photochemical reaction of metal carbonyls with salicylaldehyde methanesulfonylhydrazone (salmsh). The complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, EI mass spectrometry, FT-IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The spectroscopic studies show that salmsh behaves as a monodentate ligand coordinating via the imine N donor atom in 14 and as a tridentate ligand in 5.  相似文献

Abstract

The title compounds (4b-d) together with the benzothiazolines (5b-d) have been obtained by a reaction between 2,2′-dithiodianiline (1) and β-keto esters (2b-d). The reaction between 1 and the β-keto ester 2a gives 1,4-benzothiazine 3a in addition to the benzothiazoline 5a.

It has been established that the 1,4-benzothaizines 4b-d undergo an acid-catalysed thermal rearrangement involving a [1,3] shift of the sulfur atom, giving rise to the isomeric 1,4-benzothiazines 3b-d.  相似文献

A novel anthracene-derived α-aminophosphonate has been synthesized through a classical addition reaction of dimethyl phosphite to a Schiff base and via a microwave assisted Kabachnik–Fields reaction. The compound has been characterized by elemental analysis, TLC, IR, NMR, and fluorescent spectra. The X-ray analysis showed that the compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca (N° 61) with one molecule per asymmetric unit. The enantioseparation of two racemic aminophosphonates (5 and 6) into enantiomers (5a, 5b and 6a, 6b, respectively) has been performed. Data about genotoxicity and antiproliferative activity in vivo of the racemic compounds and their enantiomeric forms is also presented. The studied racemic α-aminophosphonates 5 and 6 and their enantiomers have weak genotoxic effect. Both pairs of enantiomers did not show a significant inhibition of cell dividing processes in the bone marrow cells compared to 5 and 6. The hematopoietic function of the bone marrow will not be discontinued after exposure of the tested compounds.  相似文献

Abstract

The mass spectra of four selected phenyl orthothioesters (1–4) have been measured. The obtained spectra revealed the conversion of the compounds (1–4) into ketene thioacetals (5–8) via the elimination of thiophenol in the mass spectrometer. The thermal nature of the process was confirmed and the mass spectra of ketene thioacetals (5–8) have been discussed. A novel fragmentation path for ketene thioacetals was suggested.  相似文献

The photocatalysed reaction of four selected organic systems, namely dichlone (1), 2-amino-5-chloropyridine (2), benzoyl peroxide (3) and 3-chloro perbenzoic acid (4), has been investigated in an acetonitrile/water mixture in the presence of titanium dioxide and oxygen. An attempt has been made to identify the products formed during the photo-oxidation process using the GC/MS analysis technique. The photolysis of dichlone (1) leads to the formation of phthalic anhydride (11) and 1H-indene-1,2,3-trione (10), whereas 2-amino-5-chloropyridine (2) gave rise to 2,2′-diamino bipyridyl (14), 2-pyridinamine (16), 2-hydroxy-5-chloropyridine (18), bipyridyl (19) and 2-amino bipyridyl (21). The photolysis of benzoyl peroxide (3) yielded a mixture of products such as benzoic acid (24), biphenyl (27), biphenyl-4-carboxylic acid (29) and benzoic acid phenyl ester (30). Two intermediate products, as 3-chlorobenzaldehyde (35) and hydroxyl added 3-chlorobenzaldehyde (33), have been identified in the case of 3-chloro perbenzoic acid (4). The products have been identified by comparing the molecular ion and mass fragmentation peaks of the products with those reported in the GC-MS library. A probable mechanism for the formation of the products has been proposed.  相似文献

The stereo- and regioselectivity of the dehydroxyfluorination of various tertiary alcohols derived from di-O-isopropylidenehexofuranose and 1,2-O-isopropylidenepentofuranose has been studied. Reactions have been accomplished using DAST and PFPDEA (1,1,3,3,3-pentafluoropropene-diethylamine adduct) as fluorinating reagents. Dehydroxyfluorination of allylic alcohol 2a has occurred with an inversion of configuration and allylic rearrangement leading to two chiral regioisomers 6a and 7a. Analogous reaction of 2b has given allylic chiral fluoride 7b as the only product. In case of phenylacetylene, styryl and benzylic alcohols 3a/3b-5a/5b the single diastereoisomers 8a/8b-10a/10b have been obtained. Additionally, the participation of 1,2-O-substituent effect in carbocation stabilization during fluorination have been discussed.  相似文献

vic-Dioxime ligands (LH2) containing branched alkylthioether chains of different length have been prepared from (E,E)-dichloroglyoxime and corresponding thiol derivatives. Mononuclear Ni(II) complexes (5a–5c) were synthesized in ethanol by reacting NiCl2 · 6H2O with new ligands (4a4c) in the presence of KOH. Branched alkylthioether moieties appended at the periphery of the oxime provide solubility for the vic-dioxime complexes in common organic solvents. The compounds have been characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR and UV-Vis spectroscopy, 1H- and 13C-NMR, and ESI-Mass spectrometry. While 5a and 5b are solid at room temperature, 5c is obtained as an orange viscous liquid. The thermal stabilities of the complexes were determined by thermogravimetric analysis.  相似文献

A novel, efficient total synthesis of a series of pterindithiolenes (15, 16, 17 and 18) [(5,6-dihydro-[1,4]dithiin or 6,7-dihydro-5H-[1,4]dithiepin systems respectively for six and seven membered dithiolenes] has been reported. The six membered quinoxaline thioketal 9 and seven membered quinoxaline dithiolene 11 have also been synthesized from quinoxaline acetylenic alcohol 5 and the corresponding acetylenic ketone 10 respectively. The synthesis of five membered pterin thioketals 12 and 13 along with the conversion of 13 to the dithiolene 14 by the reaction with NBS is also reported.  相似文献

The triethylammonium dicarboxylatotriorganostannates, [(C2H5)3NH][R3Sn(3,5-pdc)]?·?mH2O (3,5-pdc?=?3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate) (m?=?1, R?=?Me 1; m?=?0, R?=?Ph 2, PhCH2 3, n-Bu 4), [(C2H5)3NH][R3Sn(5-nip)] (5-nip?=?5-nitroisophthalate) (R?=?Me 5, Ph 6, PhCH2 7, n-Bu 8) have been prepared from triethylamine, 3,5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid, 5-nitroisophthalic acid and triorganotin chloride. Complexes 18 have been characterized by elemental, IR, 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR analyses. Complexes 1, 2, 5 and 6 are also determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. For 1, 2, 5 and 6, each carboxylate moiety is involved in coordination to a tin center via only one O atom showing that the Sn atoms are five-coordinate and exist in trigonal bipyramidal geometries. Moreover, for 2, 5 and 6, the nitrogen atoms of ammonium are hydrogen bonded to the pendant carboxyl oxygen. In 1, adjacent polymeric chains and triethylammonium are linked by hydrogen bonds through the co-crystallized water molecule, thus a 2D network is formed.  相似文献

Three new lead(II)-based coordination polymers, [Pb(5-OH-BDC)] n ?·?nH2O (1) (5-OH-BDC?=?5-hydroxyisophthalate), [Pb2(5-CH3-BDC)2] n (2), and [Pb2(5-CH3-BDC)2(phen)2] n ?·?2nH2O (3) (5-CH3-BDC?=?5-methylisophthalate, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline), have been hydrothermally synthesized, structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, and thermogravimetric analyses. Both 1 and 2 exhibit 2-D double-layer network structures, while 3 possesses 1-D chain structure bridged by 5-CH3-BDC. The coordination sphere of Pb(II) in 1 is holodirected, whereas in 2 and 3 the spheres feature hemidirected structures. Fluorescence properties of 13 have been investigated in the crystalline state at room temperature.  相似文献
