3-(1′-烃氧亚氨基)乙基-4-羟基吡咯啉-2-酮类衍生物的合成与生物活性

以氨基酸乙酯为原料合成8种3-乙酰基-4-羟基吡咯啉-2-酮的类似物A, A与3种烃氧基胺盐酸盐反应合成了20个肟醚类衍生物3-(1'-烃氧亚氨基)乙基-4-羟基吡咯啉-2-酮(B), 其结构经 1H NMR, MS, IR和元素分析表征. 初步生物活性测定结果表明合成的化合物B具有一定的除草活性和抑制真菌活性.

Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Biological Activities of O-[（Z）-2-Methylbenzyl] 1-Phenyl-2-（1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl）ethanone Oxime

The crystal structure of the title compound （C18H18N4O, Mr = 306.36） has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with α = 4.783（0）, b = 13.577（1）, c = 13.830（1） A, α = 63.581（2）, β = 88.326（2）, γ = 86.161（2）°, V= 802.5（1） A3, Z= 2, Dc = 1.268 g/cm^3, F（000） = 324, μ（MoKa） = 0.082 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0497 and wR = 0.1199 for 3094 observed reflections （I 〉 2σ（I））. The dihedral angles between the phenyl （C（1）-C（4）-（6）） and triazole, the phenyl （C（13）-C（15）-C（18）） and triazole, and the two phenyl rings are 7.9（1）, 69.9（1） and 67.8（1）°, respectively. Strong C-H…π interaction joins molecules into a chain along the c axis and contributes to the stability of the structure. Preliminary bioassay results show that the title compound possesses excellent and selective fungicidal activity against Colletotrichum gossypii but displays moderate to weak insecticidal activity against aphides.

Synthesis and Fungicidal Activity of 2-Acetyl-6-(un)substituted-1 H-benzimidazole Oxime-ethers

Twelve novel compounds of 2‐acetyl‐1H‐benzimidazole oxime‐ethers and 2‐acetyl‐6‐chloro‐1H‐benzimidazole oxime‐ethers were synthesized with o‐phenylenediamine (or 4‐chloro‐o‐phenylenediamine), 2‐hydroxypropyl acid, alkoxy (or benzyloxy) amines hydrochloride as starting materials. The structures of the target compounds were characterized by IR, ¹H NMR spectra and elemental analyses. The in vitro fungicidal activities against Botrytis cinerea Pers and Alternaria alternata were also evaluated by mycelium growth rate method. The results indicate that the compounds 3b , 3c , 3f , 3g and 3h exhibit good activities against Botrytis cinerea Pers, while 3b and 3f possess excellent activities against Alternaria alternate, and their fungicidal activities are all higher than that of carbendazim.

Novel Synthesis of 5-Amino-3-bromo-1-(tert-butyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile: A Versatile Intermediate for the Preparation of 5-Amino-3-aryl-1-(tert-butyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamides

A simple, novel, and efficient route for the synthesis of 5-amino-3-aryl-1-(tert-butyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamides 1 has been devised. Preparation of pyrazole bromide 3 from potassium tricyanomethanide can be accomplished in only two steps in good yield and features a selective Sandmeyer reaction on the corresponding diaminopyrazole. This allows for a more versatile synthesis of 5-amino-3-aryl-1-(tert-butyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamides 1 than was previously possible.

Comparative studies on the extraction of Cu(Ⅱ) have been performed by 2-hydroxy-5-(1-methylheptyl) benzaldoxime (N-590) without or with n-dodecanol as modifier, 2-hydroxy-5- (1-metylheptyl) benzophenone oxime (N-510), and 2-hydroxy-4-(1-methylheptyloxy) ben-zophenone oxime (N-530). When the extraction is carried out in feed liquor containing Cu1.03 g/L and Fe 10.7 g/L by 0. 1 mol·dm~(-3) extractant in kerosene, the Cu percentage extrac- tion of 95.6, 89 and 63%, and Cu(Ⅱ)-Fe(Ⅲ) separation factor of 1.46×10~3, 4.76×10~2and 1.26×10~2 are obtained with N-590, N-530 and N-510, respectively; moreover the Cuextraction and stripping speed with N-590 is greatly higher than that with N-530 and N-510. Addition of 2% n-dodecanol into 0.1 mol·dm~(-3) N-590 in kerosene improved the strip-ping behaviour.

普仑司特中间体8-氨基-4-氧代-2-(1H-四唑-5-基)-4H-1-苯并吡喃的合成

以3-氨基-2-羟基-苯乙酮为起始原料，经酰胺化、缩合、环合及脱保护反应合成了普仑司特关键中间体8-氨基-4-氧代-2-(1H-四唑-5-基)-4H-1-苯并吡喃，总收率40.1%，其结构经¹H NMR和MS确证。该路线中脱保护和环合两步反应采用了一锅法，并对合成工艺进行了优化。
