S-2-(苄氧羰基)氨基-6-(三苯甲基)巯基-正己酸甲酯的简便合成

以L-赖氨酸为原料研究了新化合物S-2-（苄氧羰基）氨基-6-（三苯甲基）巯基．正己酸甲酯的合成,合成的总收率为27％．该方法简便高效,同时可作为半胱氨酸同系物的通用合成方法．

(Z)-2-羟基-3-苯甲酰丙烯酸甲酯的合成及晶体结构

标题化合物C11H10O4的晶体结构用X-射线单晶衍射法测定。晶体属单斜晶系, P21/c空间群, 晶胞参数a = 12.136(1), b = 5.559(1), c = 14.615(2) ? b = 96.758(3), V = 979.1(3) ?, Z = 4, Mr = 206.19, Dc = 1.399 g/cm3, F(000) = 432, m(MoKa) = 0.107 mm-1。晶体结构用直接法解出, 经全矩阵最小二乘法对原子参数进行修正, 最终的偏离因子为R = 0.0453, wR = 0.0990。标题化合物形成了1个大的共轭体系, 含有1个稳定的烯醇结构。结构测定表明还存在着1个分子内氢键的结构, 它使烯醇结构更加稳定。     

A Convenient Synthesis of (Z)-7-Nonadecen-Ll-One and (Z)-7-Eicosen-Ll-Cne -the Pheromones of Peach Fruit Moth

In 1977 Tamaki¹ et al have isolated and synthesized² (Z)-7-nonadecen-ll-one (la) and (Z)-7-eicosen-l1-one (1b) which are active components of the female sex pheromones of the peach fruit moth Carposina niponensis Walsingham, a major economic pest of apple, peach and other fruits of Japan. We report in this communication a practical, convenient and stereospecific route to 1a and 1b.

A Convenient Synthesis of 1-(Dichloro-Pyrimidinyl Carbamyloxy) Alkyl Phosphonates

Abstract

In the study of the nucleophilic addtion reaction of dialkyl I-hydroxyphosphonate and dichloropyrimidinyl isocyanate. We found this reaction was a convenient way for the synthesis of 1-(substituted carbamy1oxy)alkyl phosphonatc derivative. Dialkyl 1 - hydroxyphos-phonate can be easily prepared by addtion of dialkylphosphitc to carbonyl compounds. 4,6-dicloro-2-isocyanato pyrimidine can be synthesized by the reaction of oxalyl chloride and 2-amino-4,6-dichloropyrimidine which can be obtained from 2-amino-4,6-dihydroxy pyrimidine.     

Preparative Scale Stereoselective Synthesis of Methyl 4-Methyl-(Z)-2, 4-Pentadienoate

The title compound is prepared efficiently and stereoselectively by sodium methoxide induced Favorskii rearrangement and elimination of HBr from 4-methyl-1,3,4-tribromo-2-pentanone which is formed by direct bromination of mesityl oxide. The method provides mole quantities of the title compound.     

2-[1-(叔丁氧羰基氨基)乙基]噻唑-4-甲酸甲酯的合成

以(S)-丝氨酸和N-Boc-(S)-丙氨酸为原料,经酯化、偶合、TBS保护、硫化、脱保护、环合,脱氢等七步反应,合成了对人体肿瘤细胞KB和LoVo具有中等细胞毒性的天然环酯肽Obyanamide的噻唑结构片段2-[1-(叔丁氧羰基氨基)乙基]噻唑-4-甲酸甲酯,其ee值大于98%,总收率为21.4%.     

A Convenient Synthesis of (1 1E, 13E)-11, 13-Hexadecadienal and (11Z, 13E)-Hexadecadienal

A simple method for synthesizing (11E, 13E)-11, 13-hexadecadienal 7, a component of the female sex pheromone of cabbage webworm, and its geometrical isomer (11Z, 13E)-11, 13-hexadecadienal 8 is described.     

Synthesis of (Z)-4-hydroxytamoxifen and (Z)-2-[4-[1-(p-hydroxyphenyl)-2-phenyl]-1butenyl]phenoxyacetic acid

The synthesis of (Z)-4-hydroxytamoxifen and (Z)-2-[4-[1-(p-hydroxyphenyl)-2-phenyl]-1-butenyl]phenoxyacetic acid was accomplished using a McMurry reaction as the key step. The perfluorotolyl derivatives of the McMurry products enabled the separation of the minor undesirable geometrical isomer. The methodology proceeds without E,Z isomerization, employs a very mild final debenzylation step compatible with a large array of functional groups, and can be applied to the generation of a variety of 4-hydroxytamoxifen analogues.     

X-Ray Investigation of (E)-2-phenyl-1-chlorocyclopropane-1-carboxylic Acid — A Convenient Synthon for Transamine Synthesis

A method for the synthesis of (E,Z)-2-phenyl-1-chlorocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid by the addition of ethyl trichloroacetate to styrene in the presence of copper(I) ammine complexes is suggested. The major isomer was isolated as the corresponding acid. The results of X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis unequivocally prove that the benzene ring and the carboxylic group are in the cis-position and that the molecules form centrosymmetric dimers. (E)-2-phenyl-1-chlorocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid can serve as a convenient synthon for transamine synthesis.     

A Convenient Synthesis of (-)-Methyl Epijasmonate

A short, enantioselective synthesis of (-)-methyl epi-jasmonate, ent-1, has been achieved starting from readily available Corey lactone aldehyde 9. The key features include the stereoselective installation of 2,3-cis-disubstituted side-chains by hydrogenation of dienoate 8 and subsequent one-carbon degradation.

通过1-苯基-2-对甲苯磺酰基乙炔、对氟苯基氯化锌及烯丙基溴的三组分串联反应,合成了(Z)-1-苯基-1-对氟苯基-2-对甲苯磺酰基-1,4-戊二烯(1),其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, HR-MS和XRD表征.1为Z-构型,属单斜晶系,空间群P21/c, a=9.899 1(20)(A), b=9.621 9(20)(A), c=21.812 9(15)(A), β=95.575(10)°, V=2067.8(6)(A)3, Z=4, Dc=1.254 g·cm3, μ=0.181 mm-1, λ=0.710 73(A), F(000)=816, R=0.046 3, wR=0.134 1.共收集到3 684个独立衍射点,其中I>2σ(I)的可观察点为2 989.
