The stereoselective allylation of chiral methyl ketones to give tertiary homoallylic ethers, which can easily be transformed into homoallylic alcohols, is described. Reaction of the enantiopure ketones 8a-d and the racemic ketones 26a-d with the norpseudoephedrine derivative 2 or ent-2 and allylsilane in the presence of a catalytic amount of trifluoromethanesulfonic acid, led to a series of homoallylic ethers with good to excellent diastereoselectivity (85:15 to > 97:3). The allylation is reagent controlled and nearly independent from the stereogenic centers in the substrates. A partial kinetic resolution was observed using the racemic ketones 26a-d. In the reaction of the chiral ketones 8a-d with the achiral reagents ethoxytrimethylsilane and allylsilane only a low diastereoselectivity was observed.  相似文献

Aromatic and aliphatic aldoximes or their O-methyl ethers can be efficiently converted into the corresponding carboxylic acid esters by treatment with an alcoholic solution of 30% hydrogen peroxide in the presence of catalytic amounts of 2-nitrobenzeneseleninic acid. Primary alcohols give excellent to good yields, secondary ones - good to moderate, but with tertiary alcohols no esterification is obserwed.  相似文献

Structurally diverse alcohols and phenols were efficiently transformed into their corresponding trimethylsilyl ethers with hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS) in the presence of catalytic amounts of sulfamic acid (SA) at room temperature under both acetonitrile and solvent-free conditions. Deprotection of these trimethylsilyl ethers to their parent alcohols and phenols was also achieved using this catalyst in water at room temperature.  相似文献

α-Acetoxy aldehydes or α-acetoxy ketones can be efficiently synthesized by treating 2,3-epoxy primary alcohols with lead tetraacetate. The reaction, which proceeds with complete regio- and stereoselectivity facilitates the enantioselective synthesis of α-acetoxy carbonyl compounds from allyl alcohols, via Sharpless epoxidation. Cyclic β-hydroxy ethers, with an oxygenated five-, six- or seven-membered ring, are transformed into α-acetoxy ethers.  相似文献

The association of bis (p-chlorophenyl) phosphoric acid with various organic solvents as well as its dimerization in these solvents was investigated. In inert solvents like kerosene, carbon tetrachloride and benzene, dimerization is very high and decreases with increasing polarity of the solvent. In polar solvents like alcohols and ketones, a strong association between HA and solvent molecules exists. The association constants were determined; the values may be regarded as a measure for the basicity of the solvents in question. The following order of the increasing basicity of the solvents was established: hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbons < ethers < ketones < alcohols.  相似文献

A combination of pentafluorophenylboronic acid and oxalic acid catalyses the dehydrative substitution of benzylic alcohols with a second alcohol to form new C−O bonds. This method has been applied to the intermolecular substitution of benzylic alcohols to form symmetrical ethers, intramolecular cyclisations of diols to form aryl-substituted tetrahydrofuran and tetrahydropyran derivatives, and intermolecular crossed-etherification reactions between two different alcohols. Mechanistic control experiments have identified a potential catalytic intermediate formed between the aryl boronic acid and oxalic acid.  相似文献

Hydrobromites of bridged bicyclic alcohols have been decomposed to yield tetrahydrofuran-type ethers as well as fragmentation products. The latter results from the cleavage of the carbon-carbon bond α, β to the hydroxyl group. In the case of 3-hydroxy-3-methyl bicyclo[3.2.1]octane, conjugated ketones and brominated olefins are formed, whereas tetrahydrofuran-type ethers are formed only under different experimental conditions different from those applicable to general cases. The reaction mechanisms have been established. The influence of the various reaction parameters has been studied in order to obtain selectively either tetrahydrofuran-type ethers or a mixture of conjugated ketones and brominated olefins.  相似文献

Alpha-alkoxy ketones 3 can be transformed into 1-alkynyl ethers 5 by a two-step procedure involving formation of the enol triflate or phosphate and base-induced elimination. Performing the same reaction sequence with allylic alcohols (R2OH, R2 = allyl) furnishes instead gamma,delta-unsaturated carboxylic acid derivatives 6, derived from [3,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement of the intermediate allyl alkynyl ethers at -78 degrees C and trapping of the subsequently formed ketene with nucleophiles (Nu-H). Benzyl alkynyl ether 5 (R2 = benzyl) rearranges to indanone 7 upon heating to 60 degrees C.  相似文献

建立了顶空气相色谱-质谱(HS-GC/MS)同时测定蜂蜜中57种挥发性有机溶剂(包括烷烃类、芳香烃类、醇类、酮类、酯类、醚类)残留量的分析方法。蜂蜜样品在密封的顶空瓶中用水溶解后,在顶空仪中于80 ℃下平衡30 min,使气-液两相达到动态平衡。采用DB-624毛细管色谱柱(60 m×0.25 mm×1.40 μm)对57种有机溶剂进行分离,GC/MS测定,外标法定量。该方法对于烷烃类、芳香烃类和醚类挥发性有机溶剂在0.005~0.2 μg、酯类0.05~2.0 μg、酮类0.5~20 μg、醇类2.5~100 μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.996。对于烷烃类、芳香烃类和醚类挥发性有机溶剂在1.0~20 μg/kg、酯类10~200 μg/kg、酮类100~2000 μg/kg、醇类500~10000 μg/kg添加范围内的平均添加回收率为61.0%~113.1%,相对标准偏差为1.9%~9.8%。对于烷烃类、芳香烃类和醚类挥发性有机溶剂的检出限为1.0 μg/kg、酯类10 μg/kg、酮类100 μg/kg、醇类500 μg/kg。该方法操作简单、快速,灵敏度和准确度高,适用于蜂蜜样品中多种挥发性有机溶剂残留量的同时检测。  相似文献

Benzyl alcohols formed by the reduction of benzaldehydes, alkyl aryl ketones, and benzophenones with sodium tetrahydridoborate in alcohols undergo in situ etherification with the solvent in the presence of a catalytic amount of HCl. Thus the process may be regarded as one-pot transformation of carbonyl compounds into the corresponding benzyl ethers. The yields of ethers depend on the substituent nature in the aromatic fragment of the initial carbonyl compound and on the alcohol used as reduction medium.  相似文献

2-Iodylphenol ethers were prepared by the dimethyldioxirane oxidation of the corresponding 2-iodophenol ethers and isolated as chemically stable, microcrystalline products. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of 1-iodyl-2-isopropoxybenzene 8c and 1-iodyl-2-butoxybenzene 8d revealed pseudopolymeric arrangements in the solid state formed by intermolecular interactions between IO2 groups of different molecules. 2-Iodylphenol ethers can selectively oxidize sulfides to sulfoxides and alcohols to the respective aldehydes or ketones.  相似文献

Carboxylic acid is a commonly utilized functional group for covalent surface conjugation of carbon nanoparticles that is typically generated by acid oxidation. However, acid oxidation generates additional oxygen containing groups, including epoxides, ketones, aldehydes, lactones, and alcohols. We present a method to specifically enrich the carboxylic acid content on fluorescent nanodiamond (FND) surfaces. Lithium aluminum hydride is used to reduce oxygen containing surface groups to alcohols. The alcohols are then converted to carboxylic acids through a rhodium (II) acetate catalyzed carbene insertion reaction with tert–butyl diazoacetate and subsequent ester cleavage with trifluoroacetic acid. This carboxylic acid enrichment process significantly enhanced nanodiamond homogeneity and improved the efficiency of functionalizing the FND surface. Biotin functionalized fluorescent nanodiamonds were demonstrated to be robust and stable single-molecule fluorescence and optical trapping probes.  相似文献

1,1‐Disilyl alcohols like 6 give the silyl ethers like 9 on treatment with base and alkyl halides, in a reaction which may be formulated as the alkylation of the Brook‐rearranged carbanion 8 . The products can be oxidised to give ketones like 10 , showing that this Brook‐rearranging system supplies a controlled d1 synthon of the acyl anion class. The alcohols can be prepared from the acid chloride 12 and dimethyl(phenyl)silyllithium, but the intermediate anion 21 need not be worked up; it can be used directly in the alkylation step.  相似文献

A wide variety of oximes and alcohols were efficiently converted to their corresponding aldehydes and ketones in good to excellent yields using amberlite IRA-400 supported chromic acid in the presence of zirconium tetrachloride in refluxing acetonitrile-H2O. Selective oxidation of oximes and alcohols in the presence of other functional groups such as acetal, hydrazone, aldehyde, ether and alkene can be considered as a noteworthy advantage of this method. A number of thienylmercaptoethynyl alcohols, which were oxidized to the corresponding ketones, were synthesized via the Iotsich reaction of thiophene-2-aldehyde with mercaptoethynyl ethers. On reaction with hydrazine the ketones undergo intramolecular cyclization to form substituted pyrazoles.
