1-甲氧基-3,5-二-O-苄基-β-D-呋喃型核糖苷-2-酮糖的合成

1-甲氧基-3,5-二-O-苄基-β-D-呋喃型核糖苷-2-酮糖是重要的医药中间体.以廉价D-木糖为起始原料,经过9步反应,合成了1-甲氧基-3,5-二-O-苄基-β-D-呋喃型核糖苷-2-酮糖;中间产物不需柱层析分离提纯,可以直接用于下一步反应;各步产物的结构均经核磁共振氢谱和质谱分析确认.     

1－对甲苯磺酰基－2－氧代－2－苯氧基－3－芳基－1，4，2－二氮磷杂环戊－5－硫酮的合成及其除草活性

通过１－苯基－３－对甲苯磺酰基硫脲（１）与亚磷酸三苯酯和取代苯甲醛在甲苯中进行的类Ｍａｎｎｉｃｈ反应合成１－对甲苯磺酰基－２－氧代－２－苯氧基－３－芳基－１，４，２－二氮磷杂环戊－５－硫酮（２）．本文对合成过程中所涉及到的副反应进行了初步探讨，初步的生物活性测定结果表明，化合物２具有一定的除草活性。     

A New Method for Synthesis of Methyl 3—Azido—3—deoxy—2—O—mesyl—5—O—benzoylxylofuranoside

A new method for synthesis of 3-azido-3-deoxyxylofuranoside was described. D-ribose was methylated, then treated with methanesulfonyl chloride to give Ⅱ.Ⅱ was selectively replaced by benzoate at the 5-position to give Ⅲ. All these processes gave good yields. Ⅲ was treated with sodium azide to afford Ⅳ, whose structure was determined by ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR.

６－取代基－２－氧－３，４－二氢呋喃并喹啉类化合物用氢化钠还原所生成的醇钠与硫代磷酰氯缩合制备３，４－二氢呋喃并喹啉化合物，通过￣１ＨＮＭＲ，ＭＳ和元素分析鉴定了它们的结构，并初步测试了它们的抑菌活性．     

2，5－二取代－1，3，4－噁二唑类化合物的合成

扼要综述了近年来关于１，３，４－噁二唑类化合物的新的合成方法，讨论了相应合成反应的机制。     

糖苷合成研究Ⅴ．2－O－烷基－5－氟脲嘧啶－O－葡萄糖醛酸苷的合成及其抗肿瘤活性研究

合成了十三个未见文献报道的２－Ｏ－烷基－５－氟脲嘧啶－Ｏ－葡萄糖醛酸甲酯（酰胺）苷类化合物，其结构经ＩＲ，￣１ＨＮＭＲ和元素分析证实。其小化合物５ａ和６ａ经初步生物学试验证明，具有较高的抑瘤活性。     

Lewis酸催化下2-(2,3,5-三-O-苯甲酰基-D-呋喃核糖)-1,4-氢醌的合成

在不同Lewis酸催化下, 使用1,4-二苯酚和1-O-乙酰基-2,3,5-三-O-β-D-呋喃核糖进行反应, 以较高产率合成了α和β型芳香呋喃糖苷, 并利用¹H-¹H NOESY谱对2-(2,3,5-三-O-苯甲酰基-D-呋喃核糖)-1,4-氢醌(5)的立体构型进行了表征. 应用无水AlCl₃, ZnCl₂和BF₃•Et₂O等Lewis酸催化剂仅得到β型氧糖苷3, 应用TiCl₄得到β型氧糖苷3以及α和β型碳糖苷的混合物5, 而应用SnCl₄则得到α和β型碳糖苷5.

3-(3-吲哚基)-5-吡唑甲酰胺的合成及抑菌活性

本文以3-乙酰吲哚、草酸二乙酯、水合肼等为原料,经缩合、环化、水解反应制备3-(3-吲哚基)吡唑-5-甲酸,后者再与苄胺或2-苯乙胺在EDC-BTOH催化下合成了一系列N-取代苄基-3-(3-吲哚基)吡唑-5-甲酰胺和N-(2-取代苯基乙基)-3-(3-吲哚基)吡唑-5-甲酰胺。采用平板计数法测试了化合物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制活性,结果表明,在浓度为80 μg/mL时部分化合物有较高的抑菌活性。

The synthesis of 2, 3-dideoxy-4-O-p-methoxy-benzyl-L-erythro-hex-2-enono-1, 5-lactone 9 from L-serine, using (1RS, 3S)-3, 4-isopropylidene-1-methoxy-1-phenylthio-butan-2-one 2 as key chiral intermediate, is described. Compound 9 is an interesting chiral precursor for the synthesis of L-sugars.
