Several 4‐aryl‐4H‐1,4‐benzothiazine 1,1‐dioxide derivatives have been prepared in good yields by microwave promoted cyclisation of α‐phenylsulfonyl‐enaminoacrylate intermediates in basic media. Benzothiazines were obtained without the use of a catalyst in short reaction times.  相似文献

The structures of N‐(2‐chlorophenyl)‐4‐hydroxy‐2‐methyl‐2H‐1,2‐benzothiazine‐3‐carboxamide 1,1‐dioxide and N‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐4‐hydroxy‐2‐methyl‐2H‐1,2‐benzothiazine‐3‐carboxamide 1,1‐dioxide, both C16H13ClN2O4S, are stabilized by extensive intramolecular hydrogen bonds. The 4‐chloro derivative forms dimeric pairs of molecules lying about inversion centres as a result of intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming 14‐membered rings representing an R22(14) motif; the 2‐chloro derivative is devoid of any such intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The heterocyclic thiazine rings in both structures adopt half‐chair conformations.  相似文献

A simple, efficient, and clean protocol for the formylation of 2,3‐dihydro‐4H‐1,4‐benzo[e][1,4]thiazin‐3‐on‐1,1‐dioxide is developed. Novel benzothiazine derivatives are synthesized by the reactions of aminovinyl derivative 6 and carbaldehyde 7 with nucleophiles.  相似文献

An improved and general synthesis of saccharin methylthio and methylsulfone derivatives from chlorosubstituted saccharins is presented. A large‐scale procedure for preparation of chloro‐substituted saccharins was developed. Treatment of the saccharin chlorides with sodium thiomethoxide and t‐BuOK in DMF gave the saccharin methyl sulfides, which upon chromium(VI) oxide catalyzed oxidation with periodic acid afforded the corresponding saccharin methylsulfones in high yields.  相似文献

Photoisomerization of 4‐anisyl‐4‐methyl‐2,6‐diphenyl‐4H‐thiopyran‐1,1‐dioxide is described in the presence of a sensitizer and new mechanistic features are proposed. The relative molar ratios of the stereoselective photoproducts compared in the presence and the absence of sensitizer in different concentrations of the starting material using hplc. The results observed are discussed on the basis of a triplet excited state thiadi‐π‐methane rearrangement.  相似文献

On heating of the 2‐amino‐5‐nitrobenzonitrile 1 with cyclohexanone 2a in the presence of catalyst, the novel compound 6‐nitrospiro[3,1‐benzoxazine‐2,1′‐cyclohexan]‐4(1H)‐imine 5a was formed. Also, reaction of 1 with cyclopentanone 2b or cycloheptanone 2c afforded 5b or 5c respectively. All new compounds were identified by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. The crystal structure of product 5a was determined by crystal X‐ray diffraction. And the mechanism for these reactions is proposed.  相似文献

Ethyl 3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐1,4‐benzoxazine‐3‐carboxylate derivatives 2 were obtained and isolated in low yields from the condensation of 2‐aminophenol and ethyl 2,3‐dibromopropanoate. They can be obtained by hydrogenation of ethyl 2H‐1,4‐benzoxazine‐3‐carboxylate in satisfactory yield. Using 2‐iminophenol did not direct the condensation with ethyl 2,3‐dibromopropanoate towards 2 but was fruitfull for the preparation of ethyl 2‐(4‐benzyl‐3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐1,4‐benzoxazin‐3‐yl)acetate from ethyl bromocrotonate.  相似文献

Synthesis of bis(4‐pyridylamino)triazine stabilized on silica‐coated nano‐Fe3O4 particles, and their feasibility as a reusable heterogeneous basic catalyst are reported. The catalytic performance of this novel material was studied for the green synthesis of highly functionalized 4H ‐pyran, 4H ‐thiopyran and 1,4‐dihydropyridine derivatives via one‐pot multicomponent reactions. Eco‐friendly method, high yield and purity of desired products, short reaction time along with ease of workup procedure outline the advantages of these new methodologies over earlier ones. Surface and magnetic properties of the core–shell hybrid nanoparticles were characterized via transmission and scanning electron microscopies, X‐ray diffraction, energy‐dispersive X‐ray and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopies and vibrating sample magnetometry. 2‐Aminobenzoic acid reacts readily, in the presence of triethylamine, with hydrazonoyl chlorides ( 5a‐c ) (precursors of the reactive nitrile imine 1,3‐dipolar species) to afford high yields of the corresponding acyclic amidrazone adducts ( 6a‐c ). The latter adducts undergo, in THF in presence of 1,1‐carbonyldiimida‐zole, smooth intramolecular cyclization involving the activated carboxyl and the NH‐ termini to deliver unequivocally the respective dihydro‐1,3,4‐benzotriazepin‐5‐ones ( 7a‐c ).  相似文献

The ring‐closure reactions of N‐arylthiomethylaroylamide derivatives ( 1a‐g ) in the presence of phospho ‐rus oxychloride gave 2‐aryl‐4H‐1,3‐benzo‐thiazines (2a‐g). 2‐(3‐Chlorophenyl)‐6‐methyl‐4H‐1,3‐benzoth‐iazine ( 2b ) was reduced with Zn to obtain the corresponding 2,3‐dihydro derivative ( 3b ). Potassium permanganate oxidation of 2‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐2,3‐diethoxy‐4H‐ ( 2e ) and 2‐(2‐fluorophenyl)‐6,7‐diefhoxy‐4H‐1,3‐benzo‐thiazines ( 2g ) gave the corresponding 4‐ones ( 4e,g ). The reactions of 2‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐6‐mefhyl‐4H‐1,3‐benzofhiazine ( 2c ) with substituted acetyl chlorides led to linearly condensed ß‐lactams ( 5a,b ). The structures of the compounds studied were confirmed by 1H and 13C NMR and by their characteristic mass spectrometric fragmentations.  相似文献

As a part of systematic investigation on synthesis and biological activities, some new derivatives of 2‐ethyl‐3‐(substituted benzothiazole‐2′‐yl)–[3H]‐quinazolin‐4‐ones 3 have been synthesized, and the structures of the compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis and spectral data. Dedicated to Professor Herbert C. Brown on the occasion of his 90th birthday. Potentially bioactive 2H‐1,4‐benzoxazine derivatives could be conveniently prepared in one step from the corresponding nitroketones using 10% palladium on carbon with triethylamine in the presence of hydrogen (Pd/C‐TEA‐H2) system. Several other tertiary amines such as nicotine, pyridine, and quinoline also could be used, but TEA gave the best results.  相似文献

The novel 4H‐thiazolo[3,2‐d][1,5]benzodiazepinium salts have been synthesized in a single step by the reaction of the variously substituted 2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1,5‐benzodiazepine‐2(1H)‐thiones and bromoacetaldehyde diethyl acetal. Cyclization is obviously influenced by the nature of the substituents in the benzodiazepine system. Substituted 2‐(benzylamino)‐2H‐1,4‐benzoxazin‐3(4H)‐ones are unstable under alkaline and acidic conditions, undergoing opening of the benzoxazinone ring. 2‐Bromo‐2H‐1,4‐benzoxazin‐3(4H)‐ones show similar degradation under alkaline conditions, while replacement of Br at C(2) to give 2‐hydroxy‐2H‐1,4‐benzoxazin‐3(4H)‐ones was observed only under mild alkaline conditions. Mechanisms of ring opening and degradation to 2‐aminophenol derivatives are proposed.  相似文献
