The standard (p° = 0.1 MPa) molar enthalpies of formation of crystalline 2,3,5-trimethylpyrazine-1,4-dioxide and 2,3,5,6-tetramethylpyrazine-1,4-dioxide were measured, at T = 298.15 K, by static bomb calorimetry and the standard molar enthalpies of sublimation, at T = 298.15 K, were obtained from Calvet microcalorimetric measurements. These values were used to derive the respective standard molar enthalpies of formation in gaseous phase. The mean N–O bond dissociation enthalpy has been calculated for both compounds.  相似文献

NewN,N′-bis- andN,N,N′, N′-tetrakis-hydroxyalkyl-substituted 1,4-cubanedicarboxamides were synthesized. Nitration of these compounds yielded the corresponding nitrates. The reaction of 1,4-cubanedicarboxylic acid dichloride with ethylene glycol mononitrate and glycerol dinitrate gave ester 1,4-[R1R2CHOC(O)]2C8H6, where R1=H and R2=CH2ONO2; and R1=R2=CH2ONO2, respectively. The cardiopharmacological activity of some of the synthesized compounds was determined. This allowed us to find for the first time cubane derivatives that exhibit this kind of biological activity. The antiischemic activity of one of these compounds,N,N′-bis(2-nitroxythyl)-1,4-cubanedicarboxdiamide, is higher than that of the well-known Nicorandil. For Part 2, see Ref. 1. The dielectric spectra of polypropyleneglycols H-(C3H6O) N p -OH (PPGs), where N p = 1, 2, 3, 7, 12, 17, 20, 34, 69, were analyzed in terms of the Dissado Hill (DH) cluster model above the vitrification temperatures. In PPGs, the structural clusters are associates formed by intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The activation processes of cleavage and formation of intermolecular hydrogen bonds in clusters, when the total number of intermolecular hydrogen bonds changes, are characterized by the parameter n DH. The fluctuation processes of simultaneous exchange of molecules between adjacent clusters correspond to redistributions of intermolecular hydrogen bonds between clusters, when only the position but not the total number of intermolecular hydrogen bonds changes, and are characterized by the parameter m DH. The relaxation time τDH at 303 K and 423 K and the parameters n DH and m DH of the dielectric spectra were calculated. The activation energies of relaxation in the range 210–323 K were determined. The mean statistic squares of the dipole moments of clusters 〈μc2〉 and di-PG, PPG-425 (N p = 7), and PPG-2025 (N p = 34) molecules 〈μm2〉 at 303 K and 423 K were calculated. The number of the units of the oxypropylene chains involved in relaxation was determined. The dependence of the parameters of the DH model, relaxation energies, 〈μc2〉 and 〈μm2〉 on N p were studied.  相似文献

The anion radicals formed in the electrochemical reduction of 2,3-dimethyl-quinoxoline and its N,N′-dioxide, the 6-methoxy and 6-chloro derivatives of the N,N′-dioxide, and the preparation quinoxidine in DMF were studied. Polarographic analysis showed that the first step in the reduction is a one-electron step and is reversible for all of the compounds except quinoxidine. However, the EPR spectra of the primary anion radicals were recorded only for 2,3-dimethylquinoxaline and its 1,4-dioxide. For the remaining compounds we were able to obtain anion radicals of only the reduction products, the structures of which in a number of cases were established from the EPR spectra. The standard molar enthalpies of vaporization l g H m º of 2,5-dimethylfuran, 2-tert-butylfuran, 2,5-di-tert-butylfuran, cyclopentenyl methyl ether, cyclohexenyl methyl ether, and tert-amyl methyl ether were obtained from the temperature variation of the vapor pressure measured in a flow system. The standard (p° = 0.1 MPa) molar enthalpies of formation f H m º (1) at the temperature T = 298.15 K were measured using combustion calorimetry for 2,5-dimethylfuran, 2-tert-butylfuran, and 2,5-di-tert-butylfuran. From the derived standard molar enthalpies of formation for gaseous compounds, ring correction terms and non-nearest neighbor interactions useful in the application of the Benson group additivity scheme were calculated.  相似文献

The temperature dependences of the equilibrium constant K of the reversible chain reaction of N,N′-diphenyl-1,4-benzoquinonediimine with 2,5-dichlorohydroquinone in benzene, chlorobenzene, anisole, benzonitrile, and CCl4 were studied. The enthalpies and entropies of the reaction in these solvents were determined, and a linear dependence between them in aromatic solvents was found. The equilibrium constant depends on the solvent nature: the replacement of CCl4 by benzene at T = 298 K increases K from 13.6 to 140. The solvation effects are caused by several types of intermolecular interactions of participants of equilibrium with the medium. The decrease in K in the benzene-anisole-benzonitrile series is related, to a great extent, to complex formation with hydrogen bonding between 2,5-dichlorohydroquinone and the solvents. In anisole a charge-transfer complex is formed between the solvent and reaction product (2,5-dichloroquinone). The constant and enthalpy of the complexation were estimated. The excess molar enthalpies of (1–x)water+x1,4-dioxane have been measured at four different temperatures. All the mixtures showed negative enthalpies in the range of low mole fraction but positive ones in the range of high mole fraction of 1,4-dioxane. Excess enthalpies were increased with increasing temperature except those of at 278.15 K. Partial molar enthalpies have maximum around x=0.13 and minimum around x=0.75. Three different behaviors for the concentration dependence of partial molar enthalpies were observed for all temperature. Theoretical calculations of molecular interactions of three characteristic concentrations were carried out using the molecular orbital method.  相似文献

Reactions of carbofunctional organosilicon compounds withN,N-dimethyl-N′-trimethylsilylhydrazine andN,N-dimethyl-N′,N′-bis(trimethylsilyl)hydrazine were studied. The composition and structure of the reaction products were found to be dependent on the reagent nature and the reaction conditions. 1,4-Dimethylamino-2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-1,4-diaza-2,5-disilacyclohexane, a first representative of a new type of 2,5-disilapiperazines, was synthesized. The enthalpies of solvation of four geometric isomers of 2,5-dimethyl-1-phenyl-1-thioxophosphorinan-4-one in chloroform, nitrobenzene, and methanol were calculated using the enthalpies of vaporization of the isomers determined by the modified Solomonov—Konovalov method from the enthalpies of solution of the compounds in CCl4 andp-xylene and molar refractions. The enthalpies of formation (ΔH f o) of the isomers in the condensed and gas phase were assessed in the framework of Benson's group additivity scheme by summing the ΔH f o values for phosphacycloketone fragments obtained from molecular mechanics calculations with the contributions of the phenyl group and S atom attached to the P atom. Electrochemical acetoxylation of 1,4-dimethoxybenzene during amperostatic electrolysis in an undivided cell at Pt electrodes in MeCN or MeOH solutions containing Et4NOAc gives 2,5-dimethoxyphenyl acetate if AcOH or CH2Cl2 co-solvent has been added in a concentration of ≥50%. The reaction mechanism includes a nucleophilic attack of AcO ion on the ipso-position of 1,4-dimethoxybenzene radical cation. The process efficiency depends on factors that determine the stability and reactivity of the intermediate 1,4-dimethoxy-1-acetoxyarenonium cation. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. The mean (N-O) bond dissociation enthalpies were derived for three 2-methyl-3-(R)-quinoxaline 1,4-dioxide (1) derivatives, with R = methyl (1a), ethoxycarbonyl (1b), and benzyl (1c). The standard molar enthalpies of formation in the gaseous state at T = 298.15 K for the three 1 derivatives were determined from the enthalpies of combustion of the crystalline solids and their enthalpies of sublimation. In parallel, accurate density functional theory-based calculations were carried out in order to estimate the gas-phase enthalpies of formation for the corresponding quinoxaline derivatives. Also, theoretical calculations were used to obtain the first and second N-O dissociation enthalpies. These dissociation enthalpies are in excellent agreement with the experimental results herewith reported.  相似文献

The standard molar enthalpies of formation H f 00B0; (liq) at the temperature t = 298.15 K were determined using combustion calorimetry for N-methyl-3-methyl-3-phenyl-2-butaneamine 1a, N,N-dimethyl-3-methyl-3-phenyl-2-butaneamine 1b N-methyl-2,3-dimethyl-3-phenyl-2-butaneamine 2a, and N,N-dimethyl-2,3-dimethyl-3-phenyl-2-butaneamine 2b. The standard molar enthalpies of vaporization H vap 00B0; of these compounds were obtained from the temperature variation of the vapor pressure measured in a flow system. The following standard molar enthalpies of formation in gaseous phase H f 00B0; (g) are obtained from these data: for 1a – 10.9 ± 1.9; 1b – 3.6 ± 1.8; 1c – 26.6 ± 1.4, and 1d – 23.0 ± 1.8 kJ mol–1. From the standard molar enthalpies of formation for gaseous compounds which are available in the literature, improved values for the increments of the Benson group addivitiy scheme of amines were calculated. They are used to determine the strain enthalpies of the amines 1 and 2 from this investigation.  相似文献

Excess molar enthalpies (H m E) of ternary mixtures containing water+(1,2-propanediol or 1,3-propanediol or 1,2-butanediol or 1,3-butanediol or 1,4-butanediol or 2,3-butanediol)+(sodium bromide, or ammonium bromide, or tetraethyl ammonium bromide, or 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide at 0.1 mol⋅dm−3) at 298.15 K and atmospheric pressure have been determined as a function of composition using a modified 1455 Parr mixture calorimeter. The H m E values are negative for all mixtures over the whole composition range. The influence of the electrolyte on the hydrophobic and hydrophilic effects as well as on the behavior of H m E is discussed.  相似文献

There has been considerable interest in the coordination chemistry of linear and macrocyclic amides(1). Deprotonation of the amide nitrogen is known to occur with various metal ions and the sites of coordination are generally considered to be the carbonyl oxygen prior to deprotonation and the amide nitrogen after deprotonation. However, oxygen binding has generally been inferred from indirect evidence(2,3). We now report the results of some studies on the interaction of copper(II) with a series of 2-carbamoylethyl derivatives of linear diamines, namelyN,N′-bis(2-carbamoylethyl)ethylenediamine (1),N,N,N′,N′-tetrakis(2-carbamoylethyl)ethylenediamine (2)N,N′-bis(2-carbamoylethyl)trimethylenediamine (3) andN,N,N′,N′-tetrakis(2-carbamoylethyl)trimethylenediamine (4) which confirm carbonyl oxygen binding prior to amide deprotonation.  相似文献

The adducts [CdX2(L-L)], where X = Cl, Br, I; L-L = 2,2’-bipyridine (bipy) or 2,2′-bipyridine N,N′-dioxide (bipyNO) have been synthesized and characterized by melting points, elemental analysis, thermal analysis, and IR spectroscopy. From calorimetric studies in solution, the standard enthalpies of formation of the adducts and several thermochemical parameters were determined. The mean standard enthalpies of the cadmium-nitrogen and cadmium-oxygen bonds have been estimated.  相似文献

A novel one-dimensional coordination polymer [Cu(μ 1,6-dmpzdo)(dmpzdo)2]·(ClO4)2 (dmpzdo = 2,5-dimethylpyrazine-1,4-dioxide) has been synthesized and its crystal structure determined by X-ray crystallography. In the complex each Cu1 atom is located in a square planar coordination environment with two oxygen atoms O2 and O2A from two dmpzdo terminal ligands, and two other oxygen atoms O3 and O3A from two μ 1,6-dmpzdo bridging ligands. The one-dimensional chain is constructed by the coordination of a μ 1,6-dmpzdo bridging ligand and Cu(II) ions. The data of the variable temperature (4–300 K) magnetic susceptibilities were fitted by using the one-dimensional chain fitting formula, which gave the magnetic coupling constants 2J = −98.88 cm−1.  相似文献

The standard molar enthalpy of combustion of cholesterol was measured at constant volume. According to value of Δr U mθ(−14358.4±20.65 kJ mol−1), Δr H mθ(−14385.7 kJ mol−1) of combustion reaction and Δf H mθ(2812.9 kJ mol−1) of cholesterol were obtained from the reaction equation. The enthalpy of combustion reaction of cholesterol was also estimated by the average bond enthalpies. By design of a thermo-chemical recycle, the enthalpy of combustion of cholesterol were calculated between 283.15∼373.15 K. Besides, molar enthalpy and entropy of fusion of cholesterol was obtained by DSC technique.  相似文献

In this paper the experimental data on dielectric permittivity of 1,3-, 1,4- and 2,3-butanediols within the frequency range from 1 MHz to 36 GHz and the temperature range from 283 to 423 K were analyzed. The correlation between relaxation parameters of the Davidson-Cole equation and molecular structure of the investigated butanediols was established. Values of average dipole moments of molecular clusters, 〈μc〉, were calculated according to the Dissado-Hill cluster theory. The dependence of 〈μc〉 on energy characteristics of the working model was revealed and discussed in details.  相似文献

The reaction between Pd(N,N′)Cl2 [N,N′ ≡ 1-alkyl-2-(arylazo)imidazole (N,N′) and picolinic acid (picH) have been studied spectrophotometrically at λ = 463 nm in MeCN at 298 K. The product is [Pd(pic)2] which has been verified by the synthesis of the pure compound from Na2[PdCl4] and picH. The kinetics of the nucleophilic substitution reaction have been studied under pseudo-first-order conditions. The reaction proceeds in a two-step-consecutive manner (A → B → C); each step follows first order kinetics with respect to each complex and picH where the rate equations are: Rate 1 = {k′0 + k′2[picH]0} × [Pd(N,N′)Cl2] and Rate 2 = {k′′0 + k′′2[picH]0}[Pd(N,O)(monodentate N,N′)Cl2] such that the first step second order rate constant (k2) is greater than the second step second order rate constant (k′′2). External addition of Cl (as LiCl) suppresses the rate. Increase in π-acidity of the N,N′ ligand, increases the rate. The reaction has been studied at different temperatures and the activation parameters (ΔH° and ΔS°) were calculated from the Eyring plot.  相似文献
