Hydrothermal Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Photoluminescent Property of a Metal-organic Coordination Polymer with Supramolecular Structure： [Cd2（dpphen）2（BDC）0.5Cl3]n

A novel metal-organic coordination polymer [Cd2(dpphen)2(BDC)0.5Cl3]n (dpphen = 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline, BDC = terephthalate) 1 has been obtained by using hydrothermal synthesis and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 9.981(5), b = 10.436(5), c = 21.104(10) , α = 94.640(7), β = 103.160(7), γ = 92.958(8)o, V = 2127.8(17) 3, C52H34Cd2Cl3N4O2, Mr = 1077.98, Dc = 1.682 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.237 mm-1, F(000) = 1074, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0314 and wR = 0.0757 for 7358 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Furthermore, compound 1 shows blue photoluminescent property at room temperature.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a 1-D Coordination Polymer [Pb（ANS）2（phen）]n

A new one-dimensional coordination polymer, [Pb(phen)(ANS)2]n (ANS = 2-ami- nonaphthalene-1-sulfonate, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), has been prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffrac- tion. The results determined by XRD reveal that the complex crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 16.8374(14), b = 16.9825(14), c = 9.9392 (8) , β = 95.9830(10)o, V = 2826.5(4) 3, Mr = 831.86, Dc = 1.955 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 6.173 mm-1, F(000) = 1624, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0272 and wR = 0.0694 for 4305 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the complex, the adjacent lead(II) ions are bridged through the oxygen atoms of sulfonate groups in a syn-syn conformation, yielding an infinite zigzag chain. And the intermolecular N–H···O hydrogen bonds link the chains into two-dimensional layered networks, which are further assembled into a separate two-layer-film-like packing structure.     

Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Characterization of a Cobalt Coordination Polymer： [Co（suc）（L）]n

The title complex, [Co（suc）（L）], 1 （L = 2-phenyl-lH-1,3,7,8-tetraazacyclopenta- [1]phenanthrene and H2suc = succinic acid） has been hydrothermally obtained and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Pcca with a = 13.936（3）, b = 9.918（2）, c = 28.670（6）A, V = 3962.4（14）A^3, Z = 8, CoC23H16N4O4, Mr = 471.33, Dc = 1.580 g/cm^3, F（000） = 1928,μ（MoKa） = 0.907 mm^-1, R = 0.0543 and wR = 0.1336. Compound 1 exhibits one-dimensional chain structures which are further stacked by π-π interactions to give a supramolecular layer. Finally, the N-H...O hydrogen bonds between the nitrogen atom of L and carboxylate oxygen atom stabilize the structure of 1.     

Synthesis,Structure and Thermal Stability of a Cadmium Coordination Polymer：[Cd（phen）（4,6-dimethyl-5-nitro-isophthalic Acid）]_n

One cadmium(Ⅱ)coordination polymer [Cd(phen)(4,6-dimethyl-5-nitro-isophtha-lic acid)]n(1)has been synthesized with 4,6-dimethyl-5-nitro-isophthalic acid,phen(phen = 10-phenanthroline),and cadmium nitrate in the mixture of DMSO:H2O(V:V = 2:1).Crystallogra-phic data for this complex:monoclinic,space group P21/c,with a = 11.668(2),b = 11.841(6),c = 14.446(2),β = 102.440(4)°,V = 1.9491(8)3,Dc = 1.805 g/cm3,Z = 1,F(000)= 1056,GOOF = 0.999,R = 0.0280 and wR = 0.0662.The crystal structure analysis indicates that the cadmium ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule and five oxygen atoms from three 4,6-dimethyl-5-nitro-isophthalic acid molecules.The curve of TGA shows that 1 is stable up to 380.0 ℃.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Coordination Polymer [Zn（p-pdoa）（bbp）]n with a One-dimensional Helical Chain

The coordination polymer [Zn（p-pdoa）4（bbp）]n 1 （p-pdoa = p-phenylenedioxydiacetate dianion and bbp = 2,6-bis（benzimidazol-2-yl）pyridine） has been synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1^- with a = 7.8383（2）, b = 12.6610（4）, c = 13.1792（5）A, a = 84.433（2）,β = 74.2980（1）, γ = 87.4290（1）°, V = 1252.93（7）A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.593 g/cm^3,/z = 1.038 mm^-1, F（000） = 616, the final R = 0.0361 and wR = 0.1139. The Zn（Ⅱ） atom assumes a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry, involving two carboxyl O atoms from two different p-pdoa ligands and three N atoms from the bbp ligand. The Zn（Ⅱ） atom is alternately interlinked by p-pdoa ligands in a bismonodentate mode into a helical chain with a long pitch of 12.661 A and the adjacent Zn…Zn distance of 11.056 and 12.245 A. There exists a 2D supramolecular framework linked by π-π stacking （3.312 A） between adjacent benzimidazoles of bbp ligands and intermolecular hydrogen-bonding interactions between the uncoordinated carboxylate oxygen atoms （O（2）, 0（5）） and the uncoordinated imidazolyl N atoms （N…O distances 2.706 and 2.786 A）. There also exist two interlayer π-π stacking interactions of 3.299 A between adjacent central pyridines of bbp ligand and 3.176 A between the phenyl groups of p-pdoa ligand. Such π-π stacking interactions extend the two-dimensional layers into a 3D supramolecular network.     

Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Thermal Stability of Homopolytungstate Supporting Nickel（Ⅱ） Coordination Fragments

The organo-inorganic hybrid compound [Ni(phen)3] [(H2W12O40){Ni(phen)2H2O} {Ni(trien)}]·2H2O was synthesized from Na2WO4·2H2O,NiSO4·6H2O,CH3COOK,triethylenetetramine and 1,10-phenanthroline in water by the hydrothermal reaction,and characterized by IR,X-ray single crystal diffraction,and TG-DTA analysis.This compound crystallized in the monoclinic system,space group P2(1)/n,with lattice constants:a=1.80998(6)nm,b=2.36504(8)nm,c=2.29199(7)nm,β=110.2220(10)°,V=9.2065(5)nm,Z=4.Final R indices R1=0.0532,wR2=0.1295.The compound is decomposed at 593 ℃.

二维层状镉配合物[Cd(mbix)(BIPA)]的水热合成、晶体结构及荧光性质

A 2D coordination polymer of [Cd(mbix)(BIPA)] (1) (H₂BIPA=5-bromoisophthalic acid and mbix=1,3-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl) benzene) has been hydrothermal prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction structure analysis. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P2₁/n with a=1.002 0(4) nm, b=1.754 4(7) nm, c=1.208 8(5) nm, β=94.271(5), V=2.119 1(15) nm³, D_c=1.861 g·cm^-3, Z=4, F(000)=1 168, Goof=1.085, R₁=0.045 0, wR₂=0.093 1. The crystal structure shows that the Cd₂ units are formed by the two caroboxylate group adopting tridentate-chelating-bridging coordination mode, which are linked to form a 2D layer structure by the ligands, and further extended into a 3D supramolecular structure through C-H…O hydrogen bonding interactions and π-π weak interactions. In addition, complex 1 exhibits strong photolumine-scent emission at room temperature. CCDC: 710801.     

二维层状配位聚合物{[Cd(p-CMSP)(Him)(H2O)]·3H2O}n

The novel coordination polymer {[Cd(p-CMSP)(Him)(H₂O)]·3H₂O}_n ( p-CMSP^2-=p-(carboxymethoxy)phenylthioacetate, Him=imidazole) was synthesized by the reaction of Cd(NO3)₂, imidazole and p-(carboxymethoxy)phenylthioacetic acid in an aqueous solution, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure is of monoclinic, space group P2₁/c with a=1.144 0(2) nm, b=1.876 7(4) nm, c=0.877 89(18) nm, β=106.31(3)° and V=1.808 9(7) nm³, Z=4, R=0.023 2, wR=0.051 4. Each Cd(II) atom displays a distorted octahedral coordination geometry, defined by three carboxyl O atoms from different p-CMSP^2- ligands, one S atom from thioether, one N atom from imidazole and one water molecule. Adjacent Cd(II) ions are bridged by p-CMSP^2- groups, resulting in a 2D layer structure. The adjacent Cd…Cd distances are 0.492 7 nm and 1.144 0 nm. Furthermore, such layers are linked through hydrogen bonds to form supramolecular network. CCDC: 269474.

二维配位聚合物[Zn(PDC)(phen)]n的合成、晶体结构及荧光性质

合成了锌(II)与3,4-吡啶二羧酸和1,10-邻菲啰啉形成的配位聚合物[Zn(PDC)(phen)]_n (1) (H₂PDC＝3,4-吡啶二羧酸, phen＝1,10-邻菲啰啉), 对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射表征, 测定了晶体结构. 该聚合物属单斜晶系, P2(1)/n空间群, a＝0.77136 nm, b＝1.9757(4) nm, c＝1.0680(2) nm, β＝95.36(3)°, V＝1.6205(6) nm³, Z＝4, D_c＝1.683 Mg/m³, M_r＝410.68, F(000)＝832, μ＝1.55 mm^－1, 最终偏离因子R₁＝0.0608, wR₂＝0.0967. 该化合物中Zn原子与来自两个PDC的三个羧基氧原子, 另外一个PDC的吡啶氮原子, 以及phen的两个氮原子配位, 形成的ZnN₃O₃八面体通过PDC桥联形成二维层状网络结构. 此外还研究了该聚合物的热性质和荧光性质.

一维链状镉(Ⅱ)配位聚合物[Cd(μ-DPIA)2(H2O)]n的合成与结构研究

A novel one-dimensional coordination polymer, [Cd( μ-DPIA)₂(H₂O)]_n (HDPIA=4,5-Diphenylimidazole-1-acetic acid), was synthesized and characterized by the element analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthogonal space group Pca2₂ with unit cell parameters: a=1.509 6(3) nm, b=0.611 1(1) nm, c=3.216 4(6) nm, and V=2.967 1(10) nm³, Z=4, R=0.032 7, wR=0.086 7. The Cd atom is seven-coordinated by four O atoms and two N atoms from two chelating DPIA^- ligands and one water molecule, and displays a distorted pentagonal bipyramid coordination geometry. Each DPIA^- ligand bridges two adjacent Cd atoms, forming a infinite chain along the a axis direction. The Cd…Cd separation within the polymer is 0.765 0(3) nm. A layer structure which parallels to the ab plane is further constructed by hydrogen bonding interactions. CCDC: 254247.     

Structure and Thermal Stability of a One-dimensional Chain Cobalt Coordination Polymer [Co（phen）（2,4,6-TMBA）2（H2O）]n

A one-dimensional chain cobalt(II) coordination polymer with 2,4,6-trimethyl- benzoic acid, 1,10-phenanthroline and cobalt perchlorate anhydrous has been synthesized in the solvent mixture of water/methanol and characterized. Crystal data for this complex: tetragonal, space group I41, a = 2.0356(2), c = 1.3779(3) nm, V = 5.7096(15) nm3, Mr = 581.51, μ(MoKα) = 0.644, Dc = 1.353 g/cm3, Z = 8, F(000) = 2424, final S = 1.005, R = 0.0404 and wR = 0.0865. The crystal structure shows that the cobalt ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule, three oxygen atoms from three 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acid mole- cules and one water molecule, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The result of TG analysis indicates that the title complex is stable till 200 ℃.
