1 INTRODUCTION Pyrimidinyl thioureas have been studied for many years because of their broad antibiosis and sterilibza- tion properties. The new title compound N-(5-(4-chloro-2-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)furan-2-carbon-yl)- N'-(4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl)thiourea (C19H14C1F3N4O2S) has been synthesized, and its crystal structure and biological behaviors were studied. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 7.932(5), b = 33.46(2), c = 7.556(5) A, β = 98.058(9)°, V = 1986(2) A^3 Mr = 454.85, Z = 4, Dc = 1.521 g/cm^3, μ = 0.349 mm^-1 and F(000) = 928. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R = 0.0724 and wR= 0.1429 for 3494 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). Intermolecular hydrogen bonds along the b axis together with the continuous π-π interactions construct the three-dimensional architecture of the title compound. The preliminary biological tests show definite herbicidalactivity for the title compound.  相似文献

A copper(Ⅱ) complex Cu(L)2(NO3)2 constructed by the L (L = N-(4,6-dimethoxylpyrimidin)-N'-(ethoxycarbonyl)thiourea) ligand crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 16.2416(16), b = 9.1385(7), c = 22.0008(18) A, β = 108.077(2)°, V = 3104.3(5) A^3, Dc = 1.627 g/cm^3, Z = 4, C20H28CuN10O14S2, Mr = 760.18,μ(MoKa) = 0.920 mm^-1, F(000) = 1564, R = 0.0471 and wR = 0.1284 for 2239 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). X-ray diffraction shows the existence of weak complementary intramolecular N-H...O (DA) hydrogen bonds which further strengthen the coordination from the two L ligands with the Cu(Ⅱ) ion, intermolecular C-H...O hydrogen bonds and weak π...π stacking interactions, leading to the formation of a multi-dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

The title compound, 5-N-i-propyl-2-(2′-nitrobenzenesulfonyl)-glutamine, was synthesized and its structure was confirmed by IR, MS, 1H NMR, and elemental analysis. The single crystal structure of the title compound was determined by X-ray diffraction. ABSTRACT Monosulfuron is a novel sulfonylurea herbicide with ultra-low dosage invented and patented by Nankai University. Herein its sodium salt was firstly synthesized and crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The title compound belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1^- with a = 7.306(6), b = 9.446(8), c = 11.872(10)A, α = 76.578(14), β = 78.049(13), γ = 77.620(14)°, V = 767.7(11)A^3, Mr = 377.32, Z = 2, Dc = 1.632 g/cm^3,μ= 0.283 mm^-1, F(000) = 388, R = 0.0444 and wR = 0.1186. In the title compound, Na(1) coordinates with 0(4) and 0(5) from one monosulfuron molecule, N(4A) and O(5A) from the other monosulfuron molecule and the oxygen atom from H2O to give five coordination bonds. The title complex is further linked into a three-dimensional structure through π…π interactions and intermolecular hydrogen bonds between the oxygen and nitrogen atoms.  相似文献

A novel complex tri(o-bromobenzyl)tin ferrocenecarboxylate has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. It belongs to orthorhombic, space group Pbca with a = 1.1340(3), b = 1.7823 (4), c = 3.0119(8) nm, V = 6.088(3) nm3, Mr = 857.81, Z = 8, Dc = 1.872 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 52.63 cm-1, F(000) = 3328, R = 0.0683 and wR = 0.1057. The tin atom adopts a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry. Further studies on the title com- plex have been performed with quantum chemistry calculation at the Lanl2dz basis set level using G98W package. The stability of the complex, some frontier molecular orbital energies and com- position characteristics of some frontier molecular orbitals have been investigated.  相似文献

The title compound N'-tert-butylaminocarbonyl-N-2-chlorophenoxyacetylthiou- rea has been synthesized for the first time. Complete assignments were achieved by IR, 1H NHR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. The inhibitory rate of the cellular growth of K562 cells (chronic myeloid 1eukemic cells) was measured using MTT [3-(4,5-dimethylthiazo-2-y1)-2,5-di- phenyltetra-zolium bromide] assay. The cell apoptosis was assessed by agarose gel electrophoresis to find that the title compound has antiproliferation and apoptosis inducing effects on K562 cells. In order to investigate the relationship between structure and activity of the target compound, we report its crystal structure and biological behavior in the present paper. Crystallographic data: C14H18- ClN3O3S, Mr = 343.82, orthorhombic, space group Pnma, a = 19.786(6), b = 6.789(2), c = 12.938(4) , V = 1738.0(9) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.314 g/cm3, F(000) = 720, μ(MoKα) = 0.354 mm-1, R = 0.0378 and wR = 0.0941. A new cadmium polymer [Cd(NBA)(μ3-OH)(4,4'-bipy)1/2]n 1 (NBA=m-nitrobenzoic acid and 4,4'-bipy=4,4-bipyridine) has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction. Its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method, and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectrum. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a=15.6912(9), b=25.9394(15), c=6.7332(4)(A), β=114.7700(10)°, V=2488.4(3)(A)3, C12H9CdN2O5, Mr=373.61, Z=8, Dc=1.995 g/cm3,μ=1.776 mm-1, F(000)=1464, R=0.0411 and wR=0.1128 for 2130 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)).X-ray diffraction studies reveal that the compound features a layered structure, in which 4,4'-bipy ligands bridge Z type of double chains [Cd(μ3-OH)]n and NBA ligands locate at the two sides of the layer. The π-π interactions between the benzene rings of NBA ligands of two adjacent layers lead to the 3D framework.  相似文献

In order to continue our studies on the synthesis, properties and coordination of s-tetrazine, 3,6-di-(pyridin-3-yl)-s-tetrazine (II, 3-dptz) was synthesized and characterized by 1H- NMR, MS and IR spectra. And the coordination reaction of 3-dptz with nitrate of Cu(II) was studied. 3-dptz reacting with CuII salt [Cu(NO3)2·2H2O] generates a new salt, nitrate of 2,5-di-(pyridin-3- yl)-1,3,4-oxadiazolene (III). III was determined by IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction to give the following crystal data: space group P21/c, a = 4.9112(1), b = 8.4101(3), c = 29.499(1) , β = 93.266(2)o, V = 1216.44(7) nm3, Mr = 287.24, Z = 4, Dc = 1.568 g/cm3,μ= 0.122 mm-1, F(000) = 592, R = 0.0430 and wR = 0.1240. The results show that III is composed of one cation and one nitrate anion. The cation consists of one H+ and one 2,5-di-(pyridin-3-yl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol molecule, with the former being attached to the latter via electrovalent bond with N3 atom. And the O(42) atom in the nitrate anion is disordered. Intra- and intermolecular H-bonds are observed in the crystal of the title compound. The mechanism of metal-assisted decomposition was also discussed briefly.  相似文献

The title compound N-2-thiophenesulfonyl-a-L-phenylalanine ethyl ester has been synthesized. Complete assignments were achieved by IR, MS, ^1H NMR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. The molecule comprises a benzene and a thiofuran rings, and the intramolecular N(1)-H(1A)…O(1) makes a five-membered ring of O(1)--C(6)-C(5)--N(1)--H(1A).  相似文献

A new Schiff base compound, 2-bromo-4-chloro-6-[(4-methylpyridin-2-ylimino)methyl]phenol (C13H10BrClN20), has been synthesized by the condensation of equimolar 3-bromo-5- chlorosalicylaldehyde and 4-methylpyridin-2-ylamine in a methanol solution. The compound was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21 with a = 6.048(3), b = 14.063(7), c = 7.623(4) A,β = 97.703(7)°, Z = 2, V = 642.5(6)A3, Dc = 1.683 g/cm3, Mr=325.59, 2(MoKa) = 0.71073A,μ = 3.395 mm^-1, F(000) = 324, R = 0.0370 and wR = 0.0662. A total of 3879 reflections were collected, of which 1970 with I 〉 2σ(I) were observed. As expected, the molecule adopts a trans configuration about the C=N double bond. The benzene and pyridine rings are nearly coplanar (mean deviation from the combined plane is 0.031(3)A), with their dihedral angle of 3.3(3)°. The preliminary biological tests show that the compound has excellent antibacterial activities.  相似文献
