本文提出一种利用环形三叠片超声振子箝位的压电直线微动马达.这种马达的箝位振子与导轴形成摩擦付。振子共振时其动摩擦系数与静摩擦系数之比降为~0.1。箝位振子的激励电压仅为±80V(峰峰值)。马达速度为0—2mm/min;位移分辨率为50nm;驱动力约0.2kgf。这种马达还具有工艺简单的特点。  相似文献

使用伴随同化方法探讨了四种底摩擦系数处理方法并模拟了渤黄东海的M2分潮.理想实验表明:伴随同化方法有很强的反演底摩擦系数的能力;为了得到较好的反演结果,反演策略必须与给定的分布一致;如果给定分布很复杂,则需要复杂的反演策略.实际实验表明,底摩擦效应与地形密切相关,而海洋地形十分复杂,故需要较多的独立的底摩擦系数才能得到较好的模拟结果.本文的第四种方法将每一点均作为独立的底摩擦系数,在实验中获得了成功,验证了这种方法的合理性和有效性.  相似文献

高效液相色谱法测定烟火药剂中的苦味酸   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
建立了烟火药剂中苦味酸的高效液相色谱检测方法。采用Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)分离,V(甲醇)∶V(0.1%冰醋酸水溶液)=55∶45,等梯度洗脱,流速0.8mL/min;测定温度为40℃;采用紫外检测器检测,检测波长为350nm。苦味酸的质量浓度在0.5—20mg/L时与色谱峰面积之间线性关系良好(r=0.9998);加标回收率为85.6%—92.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.1%—6.5%。该方法简便快速,结果准确,重现性好,可作为检测烟火药剂中苦味酸的一个有效方法。  相似文献

利用瞬态光谱辐射仪分析了火工烟火药剂燃烧火焰辐射光谱分布,介绍了多光谱辐射测温技术的工作原理。结合火工烟火药剂燃烧火焰特征光谱分布状况设计研制了具有12个工作通道的多光谱辐射测温系统,测试者可根据被测火焰光谱辐射分布状况选择合适的工作通道进行分析计算。该系统由光学部分,电路部分,数据采集部分及数据处理部分组成。文章以黑火药为例,应用该系统对其燃烧火焰的辐射能量进行了测定,经过迭代计算后给出黑火药燃烧温度随时间的变化曲线。实验证明,在分析被测火焰特征光谱分布的前提下,选择合适的光谱工作通道,多光谱辐射测温系统能够很好地应用于火工烟火药剂燃烧温度的测定,为火工烟火药剂燃烧输出特性的研究奠定了基础。  相似文献

磁性材料被广泛应用于磁记录和磁润滑等领域,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯因其良好的介电性,能够用作磁性材料的表面涂层.本文对外磁场作用下,外加载荷和磁场强度对往复滑动的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/磁性薄膜双膜系摩擦性能的影响开展了研究.实验结果表明:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/磁性双膜体系的摩擦性能随载荷和磁场强度改变而变化;但在干摩擦和硅油润滑两种模式下,磁场对其摩擦学性能的影响规律不同.理论分析了磁场作用下磁场诱发的磁性力与摩擦副物理性质变化对摩擦力和摩擦系数的影响,与实验结果符合良好.研究结果为磁性薄膜的界面介质设计与控制提供了依据.  相似文献

利用热丝化学气相沉积(CVD)方法在硅片基底上生长金刚石薄膜,以硝酸钾为研究对象,采用浸泡吸附连续测量的方式,研究了金刚石薄膜对硝酸盐红外吸收特性的影响。实验结果表明,金刚石薄膜与硝酸钾紧密结合,产生短距离作用,使得硝酸根的反对称伸缩振动产生明显的红移,ν1ν2振动模式峰位分别红移30和13 cm-1;其中ν1振动模式的红移可能主要来自金刚石薄膜与硝酸钾的结合以及声子共振的影响,而ν2振动模式的红移可能主要来自硝酸钾内应力的影响。  相似文献

建立了基于第一性原理方法研究二维材料界面摩擦的高通量计算程序,该程序实现了自动化批量建模、批量提交任务、多任务并发计算,以及计算结果自动收集、处理和图像绘制,使用该程序可以节省时间.采用此程序计算了不同层间距离下双层氮化硼和双层石墨烯的滑移势能面,及层间界面摩擦力和摩擦系数.研究发现,随着层间距离减小,双层氮化硼界面的平均摩擦力近似线性增大,摩擦系数为0.11—0.17,双层石墨烯界面摩擦力先增大后减小再增大,其摩擦系数在12 nN载荷下达到最小值(0.014),这些结果与已有研究结果一致,验证了该计算程序的可靠性.此外还研究了表面氢化和氟化对双层氮化硼界面摩擦的影响,发现氟化氮化硼/氮化硼界面的摩擦系数更低.  相似文献

从圆柱体在斜面上的基本受力分析入手,推导圆柱体沿斜面运动过程中的发生滚动的临界角及滚动摩擦系数的关系式。并通过简单的实验装置测定了铁质圆柱体与玻璃的滚动摩擦系数和静摩擦系数分别约为0.0921和0.121。理论与实验结果基本符合,表明该实验方法对于测定静摩擦系数和滚动摩擦系数的有效性,也为力学基本问题的研究提供了方法。  相似文献

Protective hard coatings deposited on magnesium alloys are believed to be effective for overcoming their poor wear properties. In this work, diamond-like carbon (DLC) films as hard protective films were deposited on AZ91 magnesium alloy by arc ion plating under negative pulse bias voltages ranging from 0 to −200 V. The microstructure, composition and mechanical properties of the DLC films were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and nanoindentation. The tribological behavior of uncoated and coated AZ91 magnesium alloy was investigated using a ball-on-disk tribotester. The results show that the negative pulse bias voltage used for film deposition has a significant effect on the sp3 carbon content and mechanical properties of the deposited DLC films. A maximum sp3 content of 33.3% was obtained at −100 V, resulting in a high hardness of 28.6 GPa and elastic modulus of 300.0 GPa. The DLC films showed very good adhesion to the AZ91 magnesium alloy with no observable cracks and delamination even during friction testing. Compared with the uncoated AZ91 magnesium alloy, the magnesium alloy coated with DLC films exhibits a low friction coefficient and a narrow, shallow wear track. The wear resistance and surface hardness of AZ91 magnesium alloy can be significantly improved by coating a layer of DLC protective film due to its high hardness and low friction coefficient.  相似文献

Interfacial heat flux (IHF) between solid pure aluminum/magnesium melt and solid 413 aluminum alloy/magnesium melt couples was evaluated using lumped capacitance method, and the interface microstructures were assessed by scanning electronic microscope. The variation of maximum IHF with surface roughness for these two couples also was evaluated. The results showed that, for both solid aluminum/magnesium melt couples, with increasing the surface roughness, the maximum IHF increases at first and then starts to decrease after reaching a maximum value. In addition the measured maximum IHF for solid 413 aluminum alloy/magnesium melt couples was found to be higher than those measured for solid pure aluminum/magnesium melt couples. That seems to be because of the better wettability of 413 aluminum alloy than pure aluminum, by magnesium melt.  相似文献

用低频扭摆测量了经过轻度冷加工的Al-0.l%Mg合金在室温时效过程中的内耗变化,观察到表现反常振幅效应的时效内耗峯。用经过充分时效而内耗已达到稳定值的试样进行升温和降温内耗测量,也在30—55℃的温度范围内观察到表现反常振幅效应的温度内耗峯。这些现象在高纯铝试样和经过完全退火的Al-0.l%Mg合金试样中都不出现。在Al-0.l%Mg合金中也能观察到以前在Al-0.5%Cu合金中所观察到的反常内耗现象,这就排斥了任何用在点阵中所发生的一般脱溶沉淀过程来解释这种反常内耗现象的可能性,困为在含0.1%Mg的铝合金中,在实验测量所涉及的温度范围内,是不能够在点阵中发生一般的脱溶沉淀过程的。为了解释铝镁合金中所呈现的反常内耗现象的特点,可以假设在铝镁合金中能够形成两种位错气团:一种是“镁原子-空位”对与位错所组成的气团,这种气团能够在应变时效过程中形成;另一种气团是镁原子与位错所组成的气团,当经过范性形变的试样的温度升高到100℃左右时,镁原子与空位脱离,在退火过程中就单独与位错形成气团。前一种气团对于位错的钉札较第二种为强,因而它的振幅内耗峯出现在较高的振幅值。  相似文献

The results of investigations into variation of the coefficients of lateral deformation (the Poisson ratio) during single-axis tension of samples of steel 12Kh18N10T and St3, titanium VT1, the aluminum alloy D16AM, copper M1, and a magnesium alloy are considered. The technique developed on the basis of the optoacoustic effect and simultaneous measurements of the longitudinal and surface speeds of sound in metallic samples during the tension makes it possible to measure the rates at various stages of the deformation process. The data obtained make it possible to construct the dependences of variation of the lateral-deformation coefficients at all stages of the plastic flow. The correlation of these variations both with known processes of structural reconstructions at various stages of plastic flow and with the process of localization of plastic-shear bands in the aluminum alloy is noted.  相似文献

Grain boundary relaxation at elevated temperatures in fine-grained pure magnesium and Mg–Al solid solutions was investigated by measuring damping capacity at low frequencies. A sharp increase in damping capacity caused by grain boundary relaxation was observed at above a certain temperature. The onset temperature depended on aluminum content; the onset temperature increased with aluminum content. It was demonstrated that aluminum was effective in suppressing grain boundary relaxation in magnesium alloys. However, additional measurement of the damping capacity of a dilute Mg–Y alloy revealed that yttrium was more effective in suppressing grain boundary relaxation.  相似文献

In general, this new equation is significant for designing and operating a pipeline to predict flow discharge. In order to predict the flow discharge, accurate determination of the flow loss due to pipe friction is very important. However, existing pipe friction coefficient equations have difficulties in obtaining key variables or those only applicable to pipes with specific conditions. Thus, this study develops a new equation for predicting pipe friction coefficients using statistically based entropy concepts, which are currently being used in various fields. The parameters in the proposed equation can be easily obtained and are easy to estimate. Existing formulas for calculating pipe friction coefficient requires the friction head loss and Reynolds number. Unlike existing formulas, the proposed equation only requires pipe specifications, entropy value and average velocity. The developed equation can predict the friction coefficient by using the well-known entropy, the mean velocity and the pipe specifications. The comparison results with the Nikuradse’s experimental data show that the R2 and RMSE values were 0.998 and 0.000366 in smooth pipe, and 0.979 to 0.994 or 0.000399 to 0.000436 in rough pipe, and the discrepancy ratio analysis results show that the accuracy of both results in smooth and rough pipes is very close to zero. The proposed equation will enable the easier estimation of flow rates.  相似文献

4,4′-(hexafluoroisopropylidene) diphthalic anhydride (6FDA)-based copolyimides were synthesized and the tribological properties of the copolyimides with different heat histories were studied at different temperatures. Fluoride-containing polyimide (PI) showed better thermal stability, decreased friction coefficients, and postponed the consequence of friction variation, which depended on temperature, than nonfluorinated PI. Thermal treatments seemed to increase the friction coefficients of copolyimides, and reduced the tensile strengths of the materials. The effects of applied load (P) and sliding speed (V) on tribological behaviors of thermally treated copolyimides were also examined and the variations of friction coefficient depending on PV values were investigated for clear understanding of its relationship between PV value and friction coefficient with different thermal treating time. Distortions of net structures of the chains and molecular motion contributed to variations of tribological properties of thermal treated copolyimides.  相似文献

为探讨颗粒摩擦系数对堆积特性的影响,利用离散单元法,模拟静摩擦系数固定时,变化滚动摩擦系数对椭球形颗粒堆积角及堆积体的影响.利用自制斜面仪测定了颗粒静摩擦系数,并对滚动摩擦系数与堆积角建立线性方程.结果表明,滚动摩擦系数对颗粒堆积特性有显著影响,颗粒堆积角随滚动摩擦系数增大而增大,边界圆与连续圆间的间隙随滚动摩擦系数增大而减小.依据颗粒堆积过程中旋转动能的变化可以阐述上述结果,建立的滚动摩擦系数与堆积角的线性方程可为具体颗粒物料滚动摩擦系数的获取提供数值测量思路.模拟堆积的过程可为散体物料一些不易测量的参数进行虚拟实验标定.  相似文献
