Two pure zinc borates with microporous structure 3ZnO·3B2O3·3.5H2O and 6ZnO·5B2O3·3H2O have been synthesized and characterized by XRD, FT-IR, TG techniques and chemical analysis. The molar enthalpies of solution of 3ZnO·3B2O3·3.5H2O(s) and 6ZnO·5B2O3·3H2O(s) in 1 mol · dm−3 HCl(aq) were measured by microcalorimeter at T = 298.15 K, respectively. The molar enthalpies of solution of ZnO(s) in the mixture solvent of 2.00 cm3 of 1 mol · dm−3 HCl(aq) in which 5.30 mg of H3BO3 were added were also measured. With the incorporation of the previously determined enthalpy of solution of H3BO3(s) in 1 mol · dm−3 HCl(aq), together with the use of the standard molar enthalpies of formation for ZnO(s), H3BO3(s), and H2O(l), the standard molar enthalpies of formation of −(6115.3 ± 5.0) kJ · mol−1 for 3ZnO·3B2O3·3.5H2O and −(9606.6 ± 8.5) kJ · mol−1 for 6ZnO·5B2O3·3H2O at T = 298.15 K were obtained on the basis of the appropriate thermochemical cycles.  相似文献

The anionic complexes [RhCl2(CO)2], [IrCl2(CO)2] or [RuCl3(CO)2(DMF)] can be obtained in high yields (up to 85 %) and in less than 60 min by refluxing dimethylformamide solutions of RhCl3·3H2O, IrCl3·3H2O or RuCl3·3H2O. Depending on the metal, the presence of small amounts of water and/or hydro- chloric acid greatly accelerates the reduction step. For rhodium, several intermediates have been trapped which allow us to propose a mechanism for this reaction.  相似文献

Among the various categories of phosphates, the number of organic cation cyclotriphosphates remains limited. In this work, we report the chemical preparation, crystal structure, thermal analysis, and spectroscopic investigations of a new cyclotriphosphate [C8H11NH3]3P3O9·3H2O. It is characterized by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance, and thermal analysis. This compound is a triclinic P unit cell with the following parameters: a = 13.949(4), b = 9.867(3), c = 14.180(2) Å, α = 92.22(2), β = 119.27(2), γ = 85.10(10)°, V = 1696.1(8) Å 3 , and Z = 2. Its structure has been determined and refined to R = 0.041 and Rw = 0.062, using 4527 independent reflections. The atomic arrangement can be described by corrugated thick layers built by [P3O9]3- anions, ammonium groups, and water molecules. The organic entities are located between these layers. H-bonds connecting the different species play an important role in the tridimensionnal network cohesion. This compound is also characterized by infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance, and thermal analysis.  相似文献

The bis(cyclopropylammonium)dihydrogenodiphosphate monohydrate is a new diphosphate associated with the organic molecule C3H5NH2. We report the chemical preparation and the crystal structure of this organic cation diphosphate. (C3H5NH3)2H2P2O7.H2O is orthorhombic (S.G. : P212121), with Z = 4 and the following unit-cell parameters : a = 4.828(1) Å, b = 11.011(1) Å, c = 25.645(2) Å. The P2O7 groups and H2O water molecules form a succession of bidimensional layers perpendicular to the c axis. The organic cations ensure the three-dimensional cohesion by NH-O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A pure phase of monosodium aluminate hydrate Na2O · Al2O3 · 2.5H2O (MAH) is synthesized and characterized by means of XRD, IR, SEM, TGA, and DSC. The heat capacity of the compound is measured in the temperature range of ?100 to 100°C, and the thermal contributions to enthalpy and entropy are calculated. The standard entropy, enthalpy, and Gibbs energy of formation of MAH at 298 K are estimated.  相似文献

The rotational spectra of three isotopologues of H(2)S···ICF(3) and four isotopologues of H(2)O···ICF(3) are measured from 7-18 GHz by chirped-pulse Fourier transform microwave spectroscopy. The rotational constant, B(0), centrifugal distortion constants, D(J) and D(JK), and nuclear quadrupole coupling constant of (127)I, χ(aa)(I), are precisely determined for H(2)S···ICF(3) and H(2)O···ICF(3) by fitting observed transitions to the Hamiltonians appropriate to symmetric tops. The measured rotational constants allow determination of the molecular geometries. The C(2) axis of H(2)O/H(2)S intersects the C(3) axis of the CF(3)I sub-unit at the oxygen atom. The lengths of halogen bonds identified between iodine and sulphur, r(S···I), and iodine and oxygen, r(O···I), are determined to be 3.5589(2) ? and 3.0517(18) ? respectively. The angle, φ, between the local C(2) axis of the H(2)S/H(2)O sub-unit and the C(3) axis of CF(3)I is found to be 93.7(2)° in H(2)S···ICF(3) and 34.4(20)° in H(2)O···ICF(3). The observed symmetric top spectra imply nearly free internal rotation of the C(2) axis of the hydrogen sulphide/water unit about the C(3) axis of CF(3)I in each of these complexes. Additional transitions of H(2)(16)O···ICF(3), D(2)(16)O···ICF(3) and H(2)(18)O···ICF(3) can be assigned only using asymmetric top Hamiltonians, suggesting that the effective rigid-rotor fits employed do not completely represent the internal dynamics of H(2)O···ICF(3).  相似文献

We measured the molecular beam Fourier transform microwave spectra of six isotopologues of the 1?:?1 adduct of CH(3)CHClF with water. Water prefers to form an O-H···F rather than an O-H···Cl hydrogen bond. This is just the contrary of what was observed in the chlorofluoromethane-water adduct, where an O-H···Cl link was formed (W. Caminati, S. Melandri, A. Maris and P. Ottaviani, Angew. Chem., Int. Ed., 2006, 45, 2438). The water molecule is linked with an O-H···F bridge to the fluorine atom, with r(F···H(w)) = 2.14 ?, and with two C-H···O contacts to the alkyl hydrogens with r(C(1)-H(1)···O(w)) = 2.75 ? and r(C(2)-H(2)···O(w)) = 2.84 ?, respectively. Besides the rotational constants, the quadrupole coupling constants of the chlorine atom have been determined. In addition, information on the internal dynamics has been obtained.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer constructed with [Co(3,3′-bpbc)(H2O)3]·H2O(I) (3,3′-bpbc = 2,2′-bipyridine-3,3′-dicarboxylic acid) is successfully synthesized at room temperature and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectra. The crystal structure of the complex is determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The unit cell parameters for complex I are: a = 9.9606(11) Å, b = 9.2552(10) Å, c = 16.0258(17) Å, β = 96.731(0)°, V = 1467.2(3) Å3, Z = 4, space group P2(1)/n. In the crystal, the cobalt(II) ion adopts a hexa-coordinate environment, and the structure units aggregate together to give birth to infinite 1D chains. The 2D and 3D framework is constructed via intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The infrared, Raman and inelastic neutron scattering (INS) spectra of TSA·6H2O and TPA·6H2O are in agreement with those expected for the presence of H5O+2 ions. Force fields for different assignment schemes are compared with the observed vibrational frequencies and the INS spectral profile. All but two schemes are eliminated. Whilst low-resolution INS spectroscopy cannot distinguish between these two schemes, the orientations of the vibrational ellipsoids for one scheme are in better agreement with those reported from low-temperature crystallographic studies of the H5O+2 ion.  相似文献

Oxatriquinanes are tricyclic oxonium ions which are known to possess remarkable solvolytic stability compared to simple alkyl oxonium salts. Their rigid, hemispherical structure presents an oxygen at the apex of three fused five-membered rings. While trivalent oxygen species like these have been well described in the literature, the ability of oxygen to enter into a fourth covalent bonding relationship has been visited in theory and suggested by the outcome of certain reactions conducted in superacidic media, but has never been established by the characterization of a stable, persistent R(3)OH(2+) or R(4)O(2+) ion. In this study, the nucleophilicity of the oxatriquinane oxygen was evaluated first by a series of protonation studies using the Br?nsted superacid H(CHB(11)Cl(11)) both in the solid state and in liquid HCl solution. The interaction of the oxatriquinane oxygen with a bridging carbocation was also examined. A strong case could be made for the occurrence of hydrogen bonding between H(CHB(11)Cl(11)) and oxatriquinane using IR spectroscopy. Under the most forcing protonation conditions, the oxatriquinane ring is cleaved to give a bridged, dicationic, protonated tetrahydrofuran-carbenium ion.  相似文献

The title compound H3[PMo12O40]· 3C2H6O was prepared and characterized by X-ray crystallography, its i.r. spectrum, cyclic voltammetry and e.s.r. spectra. The anion of the title compound is a Keggin-type heteropoly structure based upon a central PO4 tetrahedron surrounded by 12 MoO6 octahedra arranged in four groups of three edge-shared octahedra Mo3O13. Weak hydrogen bonds exist between the organic solvent molecules and the heteropoly anion. The catalytic activity of the title compound was determined by the synthesis of butyl acetate. The conversion of n-BuOH reached 93.3% and the yield of MeCO2Bu-n was 92.0% when the ratio of MeCO2H to n-BuOH, catalyst amount, reaction time, reaction temperature were 2:1, 0.24% of the reactants (50 mg), 2.0 h and 115 120 °C, respectively.  相似文献

Summary The crystal structures of the new, hydrothermally synthesized, isotypic compounds Co3(SeO3)3·H2O and Ni3(SeO3)3·H2O were determined by direct and Fourier methods and refined toR w=0.023, 0.032 using single crystal X-ray data up to sin/=0.81 Å–1 [space group P ,a=8.102 (2), 7.986 (3) Å;b=8.219 (2), 8.133 (3) Å;c=8.572 (2), 8.422 (3) Å, =69.15 (1), 69.50 (1)°; =62.88 (1), 62.50 (1)°; =67.23 (1), 67.64 (1)°;Z=2]. The structures are built up from [Me 5(SeO3)6·2H2O]2– sheets containing three crystallographically different types of octahedrally coordinatedMe 2+ and trigonal pyramidal coordinated Se4+ atoms, respectively. These sheets are linked only by a fourth type ofMe 2+[6] atom. All coordination polyhedra deviate significantly from their ideal shapes, bond lengths within the extremly distortedMe(4)O6 polyhedra range from 1.983 (2) Å to 2.403 (2) Å in Co3(SeO3)3·H2O and from 1.987 (4) Å to 2.301 (3) Å in the Ni compound, O-Se-O bond angles were found between 92.8 (2)° and 104.9 (1)°. Hydrogen bond lengths are 2.802 (3)Å and 2.600 (4)Å in the Co compound, and 2.762 (6) Å and 2.561 (6) Å in Ni3(SeO3)3·H2O. The latter is one of the shortest known hydrogen bonds donated by a water molecule.

Zusammenfassung Die Kristallstrukturen der neuen, hydrothermal synthetisierten, isotypen Verbindungen Co3(SeO3)3·H2O und Ni3(SeO3)3·H2O wurden mit direkten und Fourier-Methoden bestimmt und unter Verwendung von Einkristallröntgendaten bis sin/=0.81 Å–1 aufR w-Werte von 0.023, 0.032 verfeinert [Raumgruppe P ,a=8.102 (2), 7.986 (3) Å;b=8.219 (2), 8.133 (3) Å;c=8.572 (2), 8.422 (3) Å, =69.15 (1), 69.50 (1)°; =62.88 (1), 62.50 (1)°; =67.23 (1), 67.64 (1)°;Z=2]. Die Strukturen werden von [Me 5(SeO3)6·2H2O]2– Schichten aufgebaut, die je drei kristallographisch unterschiedliche Arten von oktaedrisch koordiniertenMe 2+ und trigonal pyramidal koordinierten Se4+ Atomen enthalten. Diese Schichten sind nur durch eine vierte Art vonMe 2+[6] Atomen verknüpft. Alle Koordinationspolyeder weichen deutlich von ihren Idealformen ab, Bindungslängen in den extrem verzerrtenMe(4)O6 Polyedern variieren zwischen 1.983 (2) Å und 2.403 (2) Å in Co3(SeO3)3·H2O und zwischen 1.987 (4) Å und 2.301 (3) Å in der Ni-Verbindung, O-Se-O-Bindungswinkel liegen zwischen 92.8 (2)° und 104.9 (1)°. Letztere ist eine der kürzesten bekannten Wasserstoffbrücken eines Wassermoleküls.

Newberyite Mg(PO3OH)·3H2O is a mineral found in caves such as from Moorba Cave, Jurien Bay, Western Australia, the Skipton Lava Tubes (SW of Ballarat, Victoria, Australia) and in the Petrogale Cave (Madura, Eucla, Western Australia). Because these minerals contain oxyanions, hydroxyl units and water, the minerals lend themselves to spectroscopic analysis. Raman spectroscopy can investigate the complex paragenetic relationships existing between a number of 'cave' minerals. The intense sharp band at 982 cm(-1) is assigned to the PO4(3-)ν1 symmetric stretching mode. Low intensity Raman bands at 1152, 1263 and 1277 cm(-1) are assigned to the PO4(3-)ν3 antisymmetric stretching vibrations. Raman bands at 497 and 552 cm(-1) are attributed to the PO4(3-)ν4 bending modes. An intense Raman band for newberyite at 398 cm(-1) with a shoulder band at 413 cm(-1) is assigned to the PO4(3-)ν2 bending modes. The values for the OH stretching vibrations provide hydrogen bond distances of 2.728 ? (3267 cm(-1)), 2.781 ? (3374 cm(-1)), 2.868 ? (3479 cm(-1)), and 2.918 ? (3515 cm(-1)). Such hydrogen bond distances are typical of secondary minerals. Estimates of the hydrogen-bond distances have been made from the position of the OH stretching vibrations and show a wide range in both strong and weak bonds.  相似文献

A hydrogen-bonded supermolecular compound [(C6H5N2O)3·Cu1.5](6H2O was syn- thesized from picolinamide and Cu(NO3)2·6H2O at the presence of sodium pyrophosphate deca- hydrate. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P with a = 1.05947(8), b = 1.09130(8), c = 1.11456(8) nm, α = 67.8460(10), β = 84.497(1), γ = 74.6210(10)°, C18H27Cu1.5N6O9, Mr = 566.77, V = 1.15077(15) nm3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.636 g/cm3, F(000) = 585, μ = 1.461 mm-1, R1 = 0.0278 and wR2 = 0.0749. In the complex, the Cu(II) ion reveals a distorted tetradentate plane-tetragonal geometry. The structure consists of neutral two-dimensional layers via hydrogen bonds O-H…O and N-H…O between the molecules, and the layers are connected by weak interactions of the Cu-Cu, Cu-N, π-π and hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional network structure.  相似文献

Different morphologies of calcium borate 2CaO·3B2O3·H2O, nanoribbon, bundle-like nanostructure and fan-shaped non-nanostructure, have been prepared under hydrothermal conditions, which were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, TGA and SEM. Their flame retardant properties to the polypropylene were investigated by thermal analysis method (including TG, DSC and non-isothermal decomposition kinetics) and oxygen index method. With the decrease in TG mass loss, the increase in heat absorption for DSC in N2 atmosphere, the increase in LOI values, and the increase in apparent activation energy Ea, the flame retardant properties of prepared 2CaO·3B2O3·H2O samples increased gradually from non-nanostructure to bundle-like nanostructure and then to nanoribbon. This trend may be ascribed to their sizes being decreased accordingly. The flame retarding mechanism has been proposed. The mechanical property of polypropylene/2CaO·3B2O3·H2O composite material has also been evaluated. It can be predicted that 2CaO·3B2O3·H2O nanoribbon could serve as an excellent flame retardant.

Compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 21.5018(9), b = 10.9331(5), c = 11.8667(5)A,β = 95.3570(10)o, V = 2777.5(2)A3, Z = 4, Dc = 2.802 g/cm3, Mr = 1171.80,μ(MoKα) = 3.173 mm-1, F(000) = 223, the final R = 0.0458 and wR = 0.1041 for 2093 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)); Compound 2 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 11.4042(12), b = 10.9481(11), c = 11.6722(12)A, β= 99.948(2)o, V = 1435.4(3)A3, Z = 2, Dc = 2.794 g/cm3, Mr = 1207.80,μ(MoKα) = 3.223 mm-1, F(000) = 1160, the final R = 0.0544 and wR = 0.1066 for 1906 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Both compounds 1 and 2 adopt the Anderson structure, in which the anion is of centrosymmetry and formed by six octahedral edge-sharing MoO6 units surrounding the central MO6 (M = Mn or Co) octahedron.  相似文献
