Eight 2-(9-phenanthrenyl)-, 2-(9-anthryl)- and 2-(1-pyrenyl)-1-alkyl-benzimidazole compounds, three 2-(9-anthryl)-1-alkylphenanthroimidazole compounds and five 4,5-diphenyl-1-alkyl-2-(9-anthryl)imidazole compounds were synthesized by alkylation reactions of the corresponding benzimidazole, phenanthroimidazole or imidazole compounds. 2-(10-Bromo-9-anthryl)-1-alkyl-benzimidazole compounds were prepared by bromination reaction of 2-(9-anthryl)-1-alkylbenzimidazole compounds. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS or HRMS; their absorption coefficients (), maximum absorption λamax, fluorescence emission maximum λem, Stokes shifts and fluorescence quantum yields (ΦF) in ethyl acetate were determined; their fluorescent lifetimes (T1 and T2) were measured in ethyl acetate and in solid state, respectively. The crystal structure of 2-(9-anthryl)-1-n-butyl-4,5-diphenylimidazole (12a) was determined to be triclinic, space group P-1 types, using single crystal X-ray crystallography technique. The results showed that these compounds exhibited moderate fluorescence-emission abilities and higher solubility in most organic solvents than their corresponding starting materials. The relationships between the optical behaviors and structures for these compounds were discussed.  相似文献

Alkyl 3-(2-aminoethyl)-1H-indole-2-acetates 6a and 6b are synthesized starting from methyl 1H-indole-2-acetate (2) via methyl 3-(2-nitroethenyl)-1H-indole-2-acetate (4) and the alkyl 3-(2-nitroethyl)-1H-indole-2-acetates 5a and (Scheme 1). Analogously, diisopropyl 3-(2-aminoethyl)-1H-indole-2-malonate 20b is obtained from diisopropyl 1H-indole-2-malonate 11c (Scheme 4). An alternative synthesis of 20a and 20b follows a route via 15–18 and the dialkyl 3-(2-azidoethyl)-1H-indole-2-malonates 19a and 19b , respectively (Scheme 3). The aminoethyl compounds 6a and 20a are easily transformed into lactams 7 and 21 , respectively. Procedures for the preparation of the indoles 2 and 11a and of the alkylating agent 14 are described. A tautomer 12 of 11a is isolated.  相似文献

Abstract

A facile procedure is presented for the synthesis of (E)-1-(3′-hydroxy-2′-furanyl)-3-(3″-hydroxy-4″-methoxyphenyl)-2- propen-1-one (6). Galactosylisomaltol (1) was condensed with isovanillin (2) under strong alkaline conditions at 25 [ddot]C to form (E)-1-(3′-O-β-D-galactopyranosyloxy-2′-furanyl)-3-(3″- hydroxy-4″-methoxyphenyl)-2-propen-1-one (4). (E)-1-(3′-hydroxy-2′-furanyl)-3-(3″-hydroxy-4″-methoxyphenyl)-2-propen-1-one (6) was obtained by acid hydrolysis of 4 in a 53.9% yield. This hetero-cyclic 2-propen-1-one was characterized on the basis of spectral data (IR and 1H NMR), physicochemical properties, and conversion to a mono-O-acetyl derivative.  相似文献

A short and efficient synthesis of 1-(3-tert-butyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-3-(5-(2-morpholinoethoxy)-2H-chromen-8-yl) urea derivatives (1ac), a novel type of p38 MAPK inhibitors, is described. The Claisen thermal rearrangement of arylpropargyl ethers was employd as a key step to synthesize the chromene core. The solvent effect on the ratio of the resultant two isomers of Claisen thermal rearrangement, namely 2-methylbenzofuran and 2H-chromen, was also investigated.  相似文献

Cathinones belong to a group of compounds of great interest in the new psychoactive substances (NPS) market. Constant changes to the chemical structure made by the producers of these compounds require a quick reaction from analytical laboratories in ascertaining their characteristics. In this article, three cathinone derivatives were characterized by X-ray crystallography. The investigated compounds were confirmed as: 1-[1-(4-methylphenyl)-1-oxohexan-2-yl]pyrrolidin-1-ium chloride ( 1 , C17H26NO+·Cl?, the hydrochloride of 4-MPHP), 1-(4-methyl-1-oxo-1-phenylpentan-2-yl)pyrrolidin-1-ium chloride ( 2 ; C16H24NO+·Cl?, the hydrochloride of α-PiHP) and methyl[1-(4-methylphenyl)-1-oxopentan-2-yl]azanium chloride ( 3 ; C13H20NO+·Cl?, the hydrochloride of 4-MPD). All the salts crystallize in a monoclinic space group: 1 and 2 in P21/c, and 3 in P21/n. To the best of our knowledge, this study provides the first detailed and comprehensive crystallographic data on salts 1 – 3 .  相似文献

The reaction of 1,2-diaminobenzenes with substituted 1,2-dibenzoyl-1,2-dibromoethanes constitutes a convenient synthetic route to the hitherto 2-(p-R-benzoylmethylene)-3-(p-R-phenyl)-1H-quinoxalines. Structures of all products were elucidated by ir, 1H and 13C-nmr, mass spectra data. X-Ray crystallography data confirm assigned structures.  相似文献

Reactions of 3-methyl-6-[4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-piperazinyl]-2(3H)-benzoxazolone, 3-methyl-6-[4-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-1-piperazinyl]-2(3H)-benzothiazolone and 1,3-dimethyl-5-[4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-piperazinyl]-2(3H)-benzimidazolone with cis-{[2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl) -2-(1H-imidazol-1-ylmethyl)]-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl}methyl meth-anesulfonate in the presence of sodium hydride furnish the title compounds.  相似文献

The reaction of 2-(1-cyclohexen-1-yl)aniline and -6-methylaniline with phthalic anhydride has afforded 2-(2-cyclohex-1-en-1-ylphenyl)- and 2-(2-cyclohex-1-en-1-ylphenyl)-6-methylphenyl)-1H-isoindole-1,3(2H)-diones. The reaction of the obtained isoindole-1,3-diones with bromine in dichloromethane in the presence of sodium bicarbonate has led to the formation of the product of pseudo-allylic halogenation. Replacement of the halogen atom by methoxy group has been performed by keeping 2-[2-(6-bromocyclohex-1-en-1-ylphenyl)-6-methylphenyl)]-1H-isoindole-1,3(2H)-dione in a methanolic solution in the presence of NaHCO3. The reaction of 2-(2-cyclohex-1-en-1-yl-6-methylphenyl)-1H-isoindole-1,3(2H)-dione with molecular bromine in the presence of methanol has given a co-halogenation product, whereas the dibromination product has been obtained in the presence of octyl alcohol.

The novel intermediate 1-(p-fluorophenyl)-2-(2′-pyridyl)ethanol or 2-[2′-(1-hydroxy-1-(p-fluorophenyl)ethyl]pyridine and the corresponding novel dehydration compound 1-(p-fluorophenyl)-2-(2′-pyridyl)ethene or 2-[p-fluorophenylvinyl]pyridine were obtained from the condensation reaction of p-fluorophenylaldehyde and 2-picoline under catalyst-and solvent-free conditions. The intermediate 1-(p-fluorophenyl)-2-(2′-pyridyl)ethanol was obtained at 42 h reaction time and temperature of 120°C, respectively. 1H-NMR, IR spectroscopic data of the 1-(p-fluorophenyl)-2-(2-pyridyl)ethanol clearly showed the presence of the-CH2-CHOH-group. The compound was obtained as a white powder with m.p. 121–122°C and a yield of 8%. For 1-(p-fluorophenyl)-2-(2-pyridyl)ethene, the reaction conditions were similar, but the reaction temperature was increased to yield the double bond in the 1-(p-fluorophenyl)-2-(2′-pyridyl)ethene. At the reaction temperature of 140°C, the compound was a slightly brown powder with a m.p. of 78°C and yield of 18%. 1H-NMR, IR spectroscopic data for the 1-(p-fluorophenyl)-2-(2′-pyridyl)ethene showed the presence of a double bond in trans configuration (-CH=CH-), characteristic of a styrylpyridine.  相似文献

Quantum-chemical calculations (B3LYP/6-31G*) predict the formation of intramolecular hydrogen bond (IMHB) in the monoprotonated Z-isomer of 1-(2-pyridyl)-2-(2-quinolyl)ethylene (2P2Q), with this bond stabilizing the isomer relative to its E-counterpart. An experimentally observed increase in the quantum yield of trans-cis photoisomerization (φtc) by more than an order of magnitude (from 0.033 to 0.42 in acetonitrile) on passing from the neutral to the monoprotonated form of 2P2Q can be associated with IMHB, which manifested itself in the spectral properties of the Z-isomer. The IMHB breaks in the diprotonated form, and the value of φtc decreases back to the initial value. In addition to the photoisomerization, the photoreduction and photoaddition reactions of solvent molecules have been observed in an ethanol solution of 2P2Q.  相似文献

The Behaviour of 1-(2′-Deoxy-β-D -ribofuranosyl)-2(1H)-pyrimidinone-5′-triphosphate, 1-(2′-Deoxy-β-D -ribofuranosyl-2(1H))-pyridinone-5′-triphosphate and 4-Amino-1-(2′-desoxy-β-D -ribofuranosyl)-2(1H)-pyridinone-5′-triphosphate towards DNA Polymerase The behaviour of nucleotide base analogs in the DNA synthesis in vitro was studied. The investigated nucleoside-5′-triphosphates 1-(2′-deoxy-β-D -ribofuranosyl)-2(1 H)-pyrimidinone-5′-triphosphate (pppMd), 1-(2′-deoxy-β-D -ribofuranosyl)-2(1 H)-pyridinone-5′-triphosphate (pppIId) and 4-amino-1-(2′-deoxy-β-D -ribofuranosyl)-2(1 H)-pyridinone-5′-triphosphate (pppZd) can be considered to be analogs of 2′-deoxy-cytidine-5′-triphosphate. However, their ability to undergo base pairing to the complementary guanine is decreased. When pppMd, pppIId or pppZd are substituted for pppCd in the enzymatic synthesis of DNA by DNA polymerase no incorporation of these analogs is observed. They exhibit only a weak inhibition of the DNA synthesis. The mode of the inhibition is uncompetitive which shows that these nucleotide analogs cannot serve as substrates for the DNA polymerase.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel series of 2-(4-((1-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methoxy)phenyl)2-(2-oxoazetidin-1-yl)acetamide derivatives are synthesized in two steps. The first step involved Ugi multicomponent reaction of β-alanine, o-(propargyl)benzaldehyde and isocyanide derivatives. The product of this step, underwent a click 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction with benzyl azide derivatives. The 2-(4-((1-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methoxy)phenyl)2-(2-oxoazetidin-1-yl)acetamide product was characterized and their antibacterial activities were evaluated against various G-positive (Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis) and G-negative (Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli) bacteria, using minimal inhibition concentration. The compounds showed very good antimicrobial activity and a number of products have been more active than ciprofloxacin.  相似文献

Treatment of 4-(1-adamantyl)-1,2,3-thiadiazole with potassium tert-butoxide generated potassium 2-(1-adamantyl)ethynethiolate which reacted with aromatic carboxylic acid chlorides to give unstable S-[2-(1-adamantyl)ethynyl] arenecarbothioates whose acid hydrolysis afforded S-[2-(1-adamantyl)-2-oxoethyl] arenecarbothioates. The latter reacted with ammonium acetate in acetic acid yielding 4-(1-adamantyl)-2-aryl-1,3-thiadiazoles. Reactions of 4-(1-adamantyl)-2-(4-chloro-3-nitrophenyl)-1,3-thiadiazole with cyclic secondary amines gave the corresponding products of nucleophilic replacement of the chlorine atom in the aromatic ring.  相似文献

The dinucleoside phosphate ΠdpΠd ( 4 ) was synthesized from the monomers 1-(5′-O-monomethoxytrityl - 2′ - deoxy - β - D - ribofuranosyl) - 2 (1 H) - pyridone ((MeOTr) Πd, 2 ) and 1-(5′-O-phosphoryl-3′-O-acetyl-2′-deoxy-β-D -ribofuranosyl)-(1H)-pyridone (pΠd(Ac), 3 ). Its 6.4% hyperchromicity and an analysis of the 1H-NMR. spectra indicate that the conformation and the base-base interactions in 4 are similar to those in natural pyrimidine dinucleoside phosphates.  相似文献

2-(1H-Heteroarylidene)-1H-indene-1,3(2H)-diones were converted into anils and dianils and then into monothio- and dithio-derivatives by treatment with hydrogen sulphide. The 2-pyridinyl monothioderivate was converted into S-alkyl ethers. In contrast with the dione1 the thio-derivatives readily formed isolable complexes with transition metals. Spectroscopic and magnetic data are reported.

Aus den 2-Pyridinyl-monothio-derivaten wurdenS-Alkyl-ether erhalten. Im Gegensatz zum Dion1 bildeten die Thioderivate glatt isolierbare Komplexe mit Übergangsmetallen. Spektroskopische und magnetische Daten werden mitgeteilt.

Summary 3(Bis(alkylthio)methylene)-3H-isobenzofuran-1-ones2a–e and 2-(bis(alkylthio)methylene)-3(2H)-benzofuranone derivatives4a–c are obtained by reaction of phthalides1a–d or 3(2H)-benzofuranone (coumaranone3), respectively, with carbon disulfide under basic conditions followed by alkylation. The reaction behaviour of the new compounds2 and4 is investigated. 2-((2-Dimethylthio-1-oxo)ethyl)benzoic acid N,N-dimethylamide (7a) and 2-((2-dimethylthio-1-oxo)ethyl)-benzoic acid 2-methylpiperidide (7b) are surprisingly formed instead of the methylthio substitution products by treatment of2a with the corresponding amine in the presence of aluminum chloride.

The present investigation describe the synthesis of 8-(benzyloxy)-5-(2-[1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]thiazol-4-yl)quinolin-2(1H)-one derivatives. Quinolin-8-ol was transformed by five step synthetic procedures into 8-Benzyloxy-5-(2-bromo-acetyl)-1H-quinolin-2-one. Subsequently, 8-Benzyloxy-5-(2-bromo-acetyl)-1H-quinolin-2-one condensed with 1,3-Diphenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbothioic acid amide in the presence of acetonitrile to afford 8-(benzyloxy)-5-(2-[1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]thiazol-4-yl)quinolin-2(1H)-one derivatives. Synthesized compounds were screened for their antimicrobial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Most of the synthesized compounds are found to be active against tested bacterial strains and fungal strain.  相似文献
