Motivated by the Suzuki’s type fixed point theorems, we give several new existence theorems for scalar quasi-equilibrium problems, and vector quasi-equilibrium problem on complete metric spaces. We give important examples for our results. Note that the solution of quasi-equilibrium problem (resp. vector quasi-equilibrium problem) is unique under suitable conditions, and we can find the unique solution by the Picard iteration. Besides, we also give a new coincidence theorem on complete metric spaces. Finally, we give a new minimax theorem on complete metric spaces. Note that the solution of minimax theorem is unique under suitable conditions, and we can find the unique solution by the Picard iteration.  相似文献

In this paper we give a simple proof of the Jacobi triple product identity by using basic properties of cube roots of unity. Then we give a new proof of the quintuple product identity, the septuple product identity and Winquist’s identity by using the Jacobi triple product identity and basic properties of cube and fifth roots of unity. Furthermore, we derive some new product identities by this uniform method. Later, we give some generalizations of those identities. Lastly, we derive some modular equations.  相似文献

The aim of this work is to give some criteria on the convergence of vector valued continued fractions defined by Samelson inverse. We give a new approach to prove the convergence theory of continued fractions. First, by means of the modified classical backward recurrence relation, we obtain a formula between the m-th and n-th convergence of vector valued continued fractions. Summary We give examples based upon large deviation's theory where the heat kernel of a degenerate diffusion has an exponential decay over the diagonal. Using Malliavin calculus, we give conditions for a more generalized heat kernel to have an exponential decay over the diagonal. Algebraic cuts     
In this note we give an algebraic version of a construction called symplectic cutting, which is due to Lerman. Our construction is valid for projective varieties defined over arbitrary fields. Using the equivariant intersection theory developed by the authors, it is a useful tool for studying quotients by torus actions. At the end of the paper, we give an algebraic proof of the Kalkman residue formula and use it to give some formulas for characteristic numbers of quotients.

We study the multichannel deconvolution problem (MDP) in a discrete setting by developing the theory for converting the method used in the continuous setting in [36]. We give a method for solving the MDP when the convolvers are characteristic functions, derive the explicit form of the linear system, and obtain an upper bound on the condition number of the system in a particular case. We compare the Schiske reconstruction [28] to our solution in the discrete setting, and give an explicit formula for the corresponding error. We then give the algorithm for solving the general MDP and discuss in detail the local reconstruction aspects of the problem. Finally, we describe a method for improving the reconstruction by regularization and give some explicit estimates on error bounds in the presence of noise.  相似文献
