巯基棉分离吸附溶出伏安法测定茶叶及茶汤中痕量砷   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
本文研究了巯基棉纤维(SCF)对As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)的吸附性能,建立了SCF分离As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)吸附溶出伏安法测定生物样品中痕量砷的方法。结果表明:在1mol/L盐酸介质中,SCF可定量吸附As(Ⅲ),As(Ⅴ)不被吸附;用KI-(NH2)2CS预先还原As(Ⅴ),通过SCF分离,可消除干扰离子对测定砷的影响。方法用于测定桃叶、煤飞灰及番茄叶标样中的砷,其结果与标准值相符;应用此法还测定了几种茶叶及茶汤中的痕量砷和不同价态的砷,结果令人满意。  相似文献

利用自合成的碳硅凝胶为吸附材料,以铜试剂(NaDDTC)为柱前衍生试剂,实现了Al(Ⅲ)、Cr(Ⅵ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)、V(Ⅴ)流动注射(FI)微柱预富集.以稀HNO3停流洗脱富集物,ICP-AES法测定洗脱液中上述元素.在优化条件下,富集倍数近10倍,检出限为ng/mL级,RSD<5.0%(n=7),方法用于高纯La2O3中非稀土杂质测定,结果满意  相似文献

提出氢化物发生等离子体原子发射光谱(HE-ICP-AES)值接测定中药漏芦中微量As、Sb、Bi的方法。对影响分析信号的主要工作条件进行了选择和优化,对干扰元素及消除方法进行了考察。方法的检出限As、Sb、Bi分别为2.7、3.4、2.8ng/g,精密度(RSD)为2.1%~5.0%,试样加入平均回收率为92.5%~106.5%,本法用于中药漏芦的分析,结果满意。  相似文献

用流动注射-氢化物发生-非色散原子荧光光谱法对海水中As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)的直接测定进行了研究,氢化物发生的最佳条件为:KHB4溶液浓度为5g.L^-1(含KOH5g.L^-1),流速10.0mL.min^-1;样品酸度为1.3mol.L^-1HCl,流速4.2mL.min^-1。对基体NaCl,MgCl2,CaCl2,Na2SO4以及微量共存金属离子(Cd,Zn,Pd,Cu)的干扰实验结果表明,基体和微量共存金属离子对As(Ⅲ)的测定没有干扰。样品中As(Ⅴ)的测定用硫脲进行预还原,通过总量和As(Ⅲ)的含量的差减得到As(Ⅴ)含量,在优化实验条件下下测量方法的检出限(3σ)为0.08ng.mL^-1;7次测定的相对标准偏差为0.48%-1.30%(8.0ng.mL^-1标准溶液)。标准曲线和标准加入法对海水  相似文献

合成了9种具L-氨基酸衍生物结构的介晶化合物(I-Ⅲ,Ⅳab,Ⅴa,b,Ⅵa,b)、4种氨基酸衍生物(A1-4)和6种介晶化合物(M1-6).新化合物(Ⅰ-Ⅲ,Ⅳa,b,Ⅴa,b,Ⅵa,b,A4,M3-6)的化学结构通过IR、1HNMR和元素分析证实;并用偏光显微观察和DSC分析研究了其相变行为,结果表明有8种化合物(M3-6,Ⅵa,b,Ⅴb,Ⅵb)呈现液晶相变。测定了它们的比旋光度。通过X射线衍射研究了化合物Ⅵh120~130℃和Ⅵb170~180℃的近晶结构,Ⅵb显,Ⅵb呈。测定了化合物Ⅳb的电滞回线,证明其具铁电性。  相似文献

在H2SO4介质中用K2Cr2O7同COD水样反应,反应后水相中过量的Cr(Ⅵ)以Cr2O2-7形式被TOA萃入有机相中,而生成的Cr(Ⅲ)则留在水相,用AAS测定有机相中的Cr(Ⅵ)或水相中的Cr(Ⅲ)都可求得COD含量。本法简便快速、需样量少、且测定结果同标准方法(CODCr法)一致,回收率为98%~108%,平均标准偏差为3.3%。  相似文献

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. 非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。  相似文献

The heats of detonation of 20 simple high explosives and explosive mixtures were determined by means of an adiabatic detonation calorimeter designed by the authors. The results indicated that the performance of the instrument was reliable and the experimental data were very accurate. For explosive mixtures, there was a linear accumulative relationship between the heats of detonation of the explosive mixture and its components. Accordingly, the heats of detonation of explosive mixtures could be calculated directly from the heats of detonation of simple explosives and the characteristic heats of other components. The experiments showed that the gold or brass shell of the cylindrical charge could be substituted by a thick-walled porcelain shell, which had the advantage of cheapness.

Two vanilloids, (5E)-8-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)oct-5-en-4-one (1) and 4-[3-hydroxydecyl]-2-methoxyphenol (2), isolated from the dried seeds of Grains of Paradise (Aframomum melegueta), were synthesized; the latter compound was made as the S-enantiomer and the material derived from the seeds was found to be a 1:1.7 mixture of the R and S isomers. The synthetic route used should allow the preparation of analogs having extended alkyl chains and consequently different lipophilicity, and 3, a homolog of 2, was also prepared.  相似文献

Main hydration products of two cement pastes, i.e. CSH-gel, portlandite (P) (and specific surface S) were studied by static heating, and by SEM, TEM and XRD, as a function of cement strength (C-33 and C-43) hydration time (th) and subsequent hydration in water vapour.Total change in mass on hydration and air drying, Mo, increased with strength of cement paste and with hydration time. Content of water escaping at 110 to 220°C, defined as water bound with low energy, mainly interlayer and hydrate water, was independent on cement strength but its content increased with (th). Content of chemically bound (zeolitic) water in CSH-gel, escaping at 220-400°C, was slightly dependent on strength and increased with (th). It was possibly derived from the dehydroxylation of CSH-gel and AFm phase. Portlandite water, escaping at 400-500°C, was independent on cement strength and was higher on longer hydration. Large P crystals were formed in the weaker cement paste C-33. Smaller crystals were formed in C-43 but they increased with (th). Carbonate formated on contact with air (calcite, vaterite and aragonite), decomposed in cement at 600-700oC. It was high in pastes C-33(1 month) and C-43(1 month), i.e. 5.7 and 3.3%, respectively; it was less than 1% after 6 hydration months (low sensitivity to carbonation) in agreement with the XRD study showing carbonates in the air dry paste (1month), and its absence on prolonged hydration (6 months) and on acetone treatment. Water vapour treatment of (6 months) pastes or wetting-drying increased this sensitivity.Nanosized P-crystals, detected by TEM, could contribute to the cement strength; carbonate was observed on the rims of gel clusters.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献
