The title compound has been synthesized and its crystal structure has been solved at room temperature. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space groupP, witha=7.853(1) Å,b=10.177(1) Å,c=13.651(4) Å,=74.57(1)°,=88.49(1)°, =80.675(4)°, andZ=2. The structure consists of isolated [Cu(bipy)2N3]+ cations (bipy=2,2-bipyridine) and perchlorate anions. The metallic cation environment has a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal geometry. The EPR spectrum is rhombic, which indicates that the distortion with respect to the perfect trigonal bipyramid is sufficiently pronounced to mixz 2- andx 2y 2-type orbitals in the ground state. The temperature dependence of the molar magnetic susceptibility has been investigated in the 300-2.2 K temperature range.  相似文献

The compound [Cu(biz)2(N3)](ClO4) (biz = 2,2-bi-imidazoline) has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography and infrared spectroscopy. In addition, EPR and magnetic measurements have been performed. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c, with a = 9.2716(2), b = 27.6454(4), c = 7.4285(1) Å, = 102.1417(6)°, V = 1861.46(5) Å3, and Z = 4. The coordination geometry around the Cu(II) ion is distorted square pyrimidal, with 4 nitrogen atoms of 2 bis-chelating ligand molecules in the basal plane and one nitrogen of the azide molecule in the apical position. The perchlorate ion is noncoordinating. In the infrared the vibrations of the coordinated azide anion are observed at 2050, 1286, and 620 cm–1, while the vibrations of the free perchlorate anion are observed at 1071, 1035, and 919 cm–1; Cu—N vibrations are observed at 418 and 336 cm–1. The molecules are connected in the lattice via relatively strong hydrogen bonding between the N—H groups at the back of the biz ligand and the N1 and N3 atoms of the azide ligand forming layers. No intermolecular magnetic interaction was observed for this compound.  相似文献

A new monomeric copper(II) complex with 2,2-bipyridine (bpy) and betaine (bet), [Cu(byy)(bet)2(H2O)](ClO4)2 · H2O, has been prepared and characterized by X-ray crystallography. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space groupP-1 witha=8.859(2),b=11.191(2),c=14.850(3) Å, =91.41(1), =97.19(1), =91.97(1)°,V=1459.2(7) Å3, andZ=2. The structure comprises discrete cations [Cu(bpy)(bet)2(H2O)]2+ in which the metal atom is coordinated in a distorted square-pyramidal environment by two oxygen atoms from a pair of monodentate carboxylato ligands [Cu–O=1.950(2) Å] and two nitrogen atoms of a bidentate bpy ligand [Cu–N=1.997(3)–2.005(3) Å] on the basal plane, and one aqua [Cu–O=2.267(3) Å] ligand at the apical position.  相似文献

The phenylmercury(II) derivatives PhHgS2P(OR)2 (R=C2H5, C6H11 and C6H5) have been synthesized. (O,O-diethyldithiophosphate) phenylmercury(II), C10H15HgO2PS2, crystallizes in the monoclinic space groupP21/c (n° 14) witha=7.330(5),b=18.085(2),c=11.552(4)Å,=105.96(5)°,V=1472.3(6)Å3,Z=4,D=2.088 g.cm–3. The mercury atom is coordinated to the phenyl carbon atom and to a ligand sulphur atom in an almost linear arrangement (C-Hg-S angle, 176.0(2)°. The ligand is almost monodentate, its second sulphur atom only being involved in a weak secondary intermolecular bond.IR and Raman studies of the other two compounds suggest the same coordination scheme. Positive ion FAB and13C,31P and199Hg NMR spectra are also discussed.  相似文献

The crystal structure of bis(2,2-bipyridyl)mononitritozinc(II) perchlorate, [Zn(bipy)2 (ONO)][ClO4] (1) has been determined. The complex is monoclinic, with a = 10.9195(4) Å, b = 12.2320(5) Å, c = 16.5477(8) Å, = 105.6150(10), P21/n space group, with final R1 = 0.0657 and wR2 = 0.1630. The complex involves a [Zn(bipy)2 (ONO)]+ cation and a [ClO4] anion. The ZnN4O2 chromophore is six-coordinate, with a cis-distortion of the two oxygens of the nitrite, O(1) and O(2), at distances 2.216(5) and 2.197(5) Å from the zinc (Zn– O mean = 2.206(5) Å, O = 0.019(5) Å) and two out of plane Zn–N bonds, Zn–N(2) and Zn–N(3), at 2.129(4) and 2.135(4) Å (Zn–n mean/out = 2.132(4) Å, n 2,3 = 0.006(4) Å). The two inplane nitrogens, N(1) and N(4), at distances Zn–N(1) = 2.090(4) and Zn–N(4) = 2.085(4) Å (Zn–n mean/in = 2.087(4) Å, n 1,4 = 0.005(4) Å) are greater than 2.0 Å, but slightly shorter than the axial bonds. The inplane angles 1, 2, and 3 in 1 have values 150.33(18), 108.98(17), and 99.73(18) respectively. The stereochemistry is cis-distorted octahedral, with an 3 = 99.37(18), which is lower than 3 = 103.4(1) observed in [Zn(bipy)2(ONO)][NO3] (5). Comparison with the corresponding [Cu(bipy)2(ONO)][Y] complexes suggested that the cis-distortion of the CuN4O2 chromophore in the copper(II) series does not originate in the Jahn–Teller or pseudo-Jahn–Teller effect.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [Co(C3H9N2O)2]ClO43H2O was established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The compound crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21 with unit cell dimensions a = 6.715(2) Å, b = 12.097(3) Å, c = 9.904(3) Å, = 100.80(3), and z = 2. The final R value for 1359 reflections was 0.039. The 1,3-diamino-2-propanolato ligands are tridentately coordinated to cobalt atoms that have slightly distorted octahedral coordination. The five-membered chelate rings exhibit conformations between pure twist and pure envelope, while the six-membered ring adopts a boat confirmation.  相似文献

A new monomeric manganese(II) nitrate complex with 2,2-bipyridine (bpy), [Mn(bpy)2(NO3)(H2O)](NO3)·H2O, has been prepared and characterized by X-ray crystallography. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group witha=9.721(3),b=14.691(5),c=8.578(3) Å, =106.79(3), =96.05(3), =82.55(3)°,V=1159.9 Å3 andZ=2. The structure comprises discrete cation [Mn(bpy)2(NO3)(H2O)]+ in which the metal atom is coordinated by a pair of bidentate bpy ligands [Mn–N=2.261(4)–2.299(4) Å], a unidentate nitrato [Mn–O=2.284(4) Å] and aqua [Mn–O=2.160(3) Å] ligands in a highly distorted octahedral arrangement.  相似文献

The crystal structure of copper(II)—salicylidene-aminoacidate Schiff base—nitrogen-donor chelating ligand, [Cu(sal-tyr)(bipy)] (sal-tyr: N-salicylidenetyrosinato; bipy: 2,2-bipyridine) which is obtained by means of one-step synthesis, is presented. It crystallizes in space group P212121 with a = 9.0356(18) Å, b = 11.992(2) Å, c = 20.618(4) Å. The CuII ion is five coordinated by one oxygen atom of carboxylate, the imine nitrogen atom, and the hydroxyl oxygen atom of the salicylidene in the Schiff base anion as well as two nitrogen atoms of bipy, resulting in a seriously distorted square pyramid coordination polyhedron. The phenol group and the apical coordination bond Cu(1)–N(2) are in the same side of the Schiff base chelating plane which could be attributed to the intramolecular C–H s interaction between the H(17) of the bipy and the benzene ring of the phenol. The hydrogen bond between the hydroxyl hydrogen atom of the phenol group and the coordinated oxygen atom of the carboxylate from neighboring molecule is helpful to stabilize the crystal.  相似文献

The title compound was obtained from a CS2 solution of bis(2,2-dipyridylamido)copper(II), by insertion of solvent into this complex. In the structure of the dithiocarbamate the metal atom is approximately square-planar coordinated by four S atoms from two chelating ligands. Considering the long interactions between the metal center and the S(2) atom from a centrosymmetrically related complex [Cu(1)...S(2)=3.230 Å], double bridged dimers are formed with the copper atoms in an elongated square-pyramidal coordination. The crystals are monoclinic, space groupP2 1/n witha=14.549(3),b=11.662(3)c=15.329(4) Å and =114.79(2)°.  相似文献

The X-ray structure determination of the complex tris(2,2-bipyrazine)ruthenium(II) hexafluorophosphate, [Ru(C8N4H6)3](PF6)2, has shown that the compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c witha=13.459(5),b=23.486(8),c=17.913(10) Å,=139.85(1)°, andZ=4. Each asymmetric unit also contains one dimethylformamide and one water molecule. Least-squares refinement led to an R factor of 0.074 based on 3463 reflections for which I>2(I). The [Ru(C8N4H6)3]2+ cation has no crystallographic symmetry, but the requirements for point symmetry 32 are nearly met. The six Ru-N bond lengths agree within experimental error and have an average length of 2.05(1) Å.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [Cu2Cl2(C9H10NO2)2]·CH3OH, has been determined from single crystal X-ray diffraction data. The dinuclear units crystallize in the orthorhombic space group P212121 with 4 formula units in a cell of dimensions:a=9.707(1),b=11.785(2),c=19.843(3)Å. The notable feature of the molecular structure is that it is dimeric with distorted square-pyramidal geometry at each, copper center. The two bridges are formed by C11 and C12 atoms where C11 is equatorial to Cu1 and apical to Cu2 and vice versa for atom C12. The apical Cu1–C12 and Cu2–C11 distances are 2.778(2) and 2.700(2)Å, respectively. The Cu1–Cu2 separation is 3.417(1)Å in the dimers. The geometry of the ligands and hydrogen bonds are discussed.  相似文献

The tridentate Schiff base, -resorcylidene aminoguanidine (RAG)1 was synthesized from 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde and aminoguanidine and complexed with copper(II) to form a copper(II)--resorcylidene aminoguanidine (Cu-RAG)2 complex. X-ray diffraction analysis of compound2 (orthorhombic, Pnma,a=11.674(1);b=6.7198(7);c=17.836(2) ) revealed a square-planar copper(II) cation with a tridentate·ligand bound through two nitrogen atoms (N1 and N3) of the aminoguanidine moiety and an oxygen (O1) of the monodeprotonated dihydroxybenzaldehyde function. The remaining coordination site was occupied by chloride and the structure was rigidly planar as demanded by the restrictions of the crystallographic space group. The unit cell contents exhibited an extended sheet-like structure constructed via hydrogen bonds both intermolecularly and involving two water molecules (O3 and O4) also restricted by the same mirror symmetry. The remaining water (O5) provided for interlayer hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

Title compound, C20H24N2S2, crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca, with cell constants a = 5.1968(5) Å, b = 15.6692(11) Å, c = 22.3881(11) Å , Z = 4, T = 293 K, Dcal = 1.299 g cm–3. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R value of 0.0465 for 1566 reflections. Two methylthio-octahydroisoquinoline parts of molecule are related by the center of symmetry and possess the trans conformation. This conformation is more energetically stable than cis but the molecule can rotate about the C(6)–C(6) central bond at room temperature (molecular mechanics calculations). There is a short intramolecular contact C(5)–H(51) N(1) in the molecule. The molecules in the crystal form molecular layers parallel to (001) crystallographic plane and the molecular packing is determined by the van der Waals forces only.  相似文献

The diprotonated perchlorate salt of a new 1,5-diazacyclooctane (DACO) mesocycle functionalized by two imidazole pendants, N,N-bis(1-methylimidazole-2-methyl)-1,5-diazacyclo-octane (C16H28N6Cl2O8), has been synthesized and the structure determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 11.964(2), b = 13.251(3), c = 14.741(3) Å, = 106.00(3)°, Mr = 503.34, V = 2246(1) Å3, Z = 4. The crystal structure of the title compound reveals that the DACO ring is also folded up into the chair/boat configuration, which is consistent with the configuration in most of the transition metal complexes of DACO and its derivatives. The two imidazole pendants of the compound are in cis position with a dihedral angle of 16.0(4)°.  相似文献

The title compound was obtained by a synthesis from ethylenediamine-N,N-di-3-propanoic acid dihydrochloride (H2eddp2HCl) and potassium hexachloropalladate(IV) (molar ratio 1:1, in water). Its structure has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction: monoclinic space group P21/n, a = 8.198(1), b = 10.282(1), c = 9.080(1) Å, = 103.62(1)°, V = 743.9(2) Å3, and Z = 2. The dianionic complex has a square-planar coordination geometry with four chloro ligands, and ethylenediamine-N,N-di-3-propanoic acid as dication in the second coordination sphere. This is the first reported Pd(II) structure with uncoordinated H2eddp.  相似文献

Crystals of the title compound are monoclinic (C20H22N2O2): space groupP21/n,a=11.800(3),b=13.820(2),c=11.004(3) Å,=92.74(3)°. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by block-matrix least-squares procedure to giveR=0.078 andRw=0.076 for 1960 reflections above 3(I). The two amide groups are not coplanar with respect to their benzene rings. An intramolecular N-HO hydrogen bond was found in the molecules which are joined in chains by other strong N-HO hydrogen bonds.  相似文献
